The purpose of this study is to explore what obstacles adult undergraduate experience in adapting to college life. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 32 adult undergraduate attending colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. For the study, Colaizzi's phenomenological research method was used and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, eight factors such as relation obstacle, bachelor's and curriculum operation obstacle, social recognition obstacle, study ability obstacle, college environment obstacle, economic obstacle, personal disposition obstacle, and temporal obstacle were found. Through the above research results, it was found that the college environment, which is operated mainly by general college students, is expressed as various types of obstacle for adult undergraduate who work and study at various ages and experiences. Based on the derived obstacle factors, it is expected that a follow-up study will be conducted to develop a measurement tool that can empirically explore the obstacle of adult undergraduate to adapt to college life.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers. The subjects were 204 infant teachers who are working in day care centers in Jeonnam. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data were collected from May 6 to June 13. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, descriptive, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follows: First, practice level for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was relatively high level. There were no significantly different practice level of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. Second, obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was normal level. There were no significantly different obstacle factors of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. There were negative correlation between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teacher's.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the weights of obstacle factors against mutual access of towed trailers of car-ferry between South Korea and China using Fuzzy-AHP. To this end, factors were first selected through literature research and finally selected through in-depth interviews with a group of experts in cargoes who are currently in car-ferry companies. Selected high rank obstacle factors included unstable service provision, limited policy support, and additional costs being incurred and among them, unstable service provision was identified as the most serious obstacle factor through analysis. Eleven measurement variables selected include insufficient supply of container yard, trailer insurance and management issues, insufficient special equipment, insufficient specialized manpower, limited input service courses, insufficient marketing and public relations strategies, and increasing transportation costs and among them, increasing equipment returning costs due to unbalanced cargo gathering were identified as the most serious obstacle factor through analysis followed by limited input service courses, insufficient special equipment, delays in procedures, and occurrence of additional procedures in order of precedence.
This study aimed to evaluate factors related to the ability of ambulatory patients with cerebral palsy (CP) to walk over vertical and horizontal obstacles. Twenty patients with spastic CP who were able to walk independently for at least 10 m with or without walking devices were recruited for the study. Participants were required to walk over small obstacles (1, 4, and 8 cm in height or width; total of 6 conditions). A 'fail' was recorded when either the lower limbs or the walking device contacted the obstacle. Linear regression analyses were used to determine the effects of age, sex, walking devices, eyeglasses, subtype (hemiplegia or diplegia), ankle foot orthoses, functional level, and score of body mass index on the ability of obstacle crossing. Fifteen participants (75%) failed to adequately clear the foot or walking device over obstacles in at least 1 condition. The chance of failure in crossing vertical obstacle was affected by the use of ankle foot orthoses, eyeglasses, gender, and CP subtype (p<.05). The failure rate crossing horizontal obstacle was affected by CP subtype. These findings suggest that rehabilitation procedures should (1) consider the clinical characteristics of patients in order to prepare them to be more independent while performing daily activities, and (2) incorporate environmental conditions that patients encounter at home and in the community.
Computer simulation was carried out to predict the motion and overturns of power tiller-trailer system this system when traveing over an obstacle on inclined planes. To estimate the effects of design factors (mass center of main body and wheel base), ground factors (ground inclination and height of obstacle), and operation factors (traveling velocity) on the sideways overturn, the motion of power tiller-trailer system was simulated as the factors were varied with five different levels.

We propose an obstacle classification method using multi-decision factors and decision sections based on Single 2D LiDAR. The existing obstacle classification method based on single 2D LiDAR has two specific advantages: accuracy and decreased calculation time. However, it was difficult to classify obstacle type, and therefore accurate path planning was not possible. To overcome this problem, a method of classifying obstacle type based on width data was proposed. However, width data was not sufficient to enable accurate obstacle classification. The proposed algorithm of this paper involves the comparison between decision factor and decision section to classify obstacle type. Decision factor and decision section was determined using width, standard deviation of distance, average normalized intensity, and standard deviation of normalized intensity data. Experiments using a real autonomous vehicle in a real environment showed that calculation time decreased in comparison with 2D LiDAR-based method, thus demonstrating the possibility of obstacle type classification using single 2D LiDAR.

Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become a prominent issue. According to the National Intelligence Service in South Korea, they found 375 cases of data leakage from 2003 to 2013, especially 49 of cases have been uncovered in 2013 alone. These criminals are increasing as time passes. Thus, it constitutes a reason for establishment and operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System) even for private enterprises. But to be ISMS certified, there are many exposed or unexposed barriers, moreover, sufficient amount of studies has not been conducted on the barriers of ISMS Certification. In this study, we analyse empirically through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to find the obstacle factors of ISMS Certification. The result shows that there are six obstacle factors in ISMS Certification; Auditing difficulty and period, Consulting firm related, Certification precedence case and consulting qualification, Internal factor, CA reliability and auditing cost, Certification benefit.
