RM 단분자를 이용한 초기 밴드 상태 OCB 셀의 전기적 특성 연구 (Study on Electric characteristics of Optically Compensated Bend formed initially bend state by Reactive Mesogen monomer)

  • OCB mode has advantages such as fast response time and wide viewing angle. But it has inevitable shortcoming which initial splay state must be changed to bend state. To overcoming this problem, OCB cell filled LC with RM monomer was cured by UV when voltage applied. Through previously mentioned methods, even if electric field is none, bend state was made by stabilized LC director. In this paper, we investigated the electric characteristics of polymer stabilized OCB mode.

온라인 커뮤니티에서 조직시민행동의 영향요인이 지식공헌에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Antecedents of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Knowledge Contribution in Online Communities)

  • This study addresses the following questions : how does organization citizenship behavior(OCB) affect knowledge contribution in online communities? does the antecedents of OCB, cohesiveness and affection similarity, influence knowledge contribution in online communities? In order to test our hypotheses with an empirical study, we have conducted a survey which resulted in 192 valid response in the final sample. The PLS analysis results indicate that OCB affects knowledge contribution and coherence and affection similarity of online community users have influence on OCB. Further, knowledge contribution is influenced by community users' affection similarity. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

  • In this paper, the 128bit AES block cipher algorithm OCB (Offset Code Book) mode for privacy and authenticity of high speed packet data was efficiently designed in C language level and was optimized to support the required capacity of contents server using high performance DSP. It is known that OCB mode is about two times faster than CBC-MAC mode. As an experimental result, the encryption / decryption speed of the implemented block cipher was 308Mbps, 311 Mbps respectively at 1GHz clock speed, which is 50% faster than a general design with 3.5% more memory usage.

심리자본의 영향력과 감성지능 및 긍정적 기분의 효과 (The Influence of Psychological Capital, The Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Positive Mood)

  • This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital on organizational performance and to verify the moderating effect of emotional intelligence and the mediating effect of positive mood. The results of an analysis are as follows: First, the influence of psychological capital is higher in job satisfaction than in OCB. Second, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence is recognized in psychological capital and organizational performance. In particular, job satisfaction shows a higher moderating effect than OCB does. Third, no direct effect of psychological capital on OCB is recognized while an indirect effect of psychological capital on OCB through positive mood is recognized. Thus, it is judged that the results of this study would be effectively utilized as a means of motivation for growing individuals and achieving organizations'goals by emphasizing the importance of psychological capital and psychology and systematically managing psychological phenomena according to individual differences.

  • 본 연구는 개인의 역할 외 행동을 보다 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해, 조직시민행동을 조직 및 개인의 두 가지 차원으로 구분하였다. 또한, 이를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 투입요인으로 임파워링 리더십을 선정하고, 신뢰의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 이를 밝히기 위해, 대구 경북의 제조업 종사자를 중심으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 임파워링 리더십은 개인 지향 및 조직지향 조직시민행동에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 임파워링 리더십과 개인 및 조직 지향 조직시민행동의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직 내 조직시민행동을 유발할 수 있는 구체적인 실행 지침이 될 것이며, 나아가 조직시민행동의 연구의 영역을 확장시킬 것이다.

임상간호사의 조직사회화와 조직시민행동 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Organizational Socialization and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Nurses in General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study is to determine the patterns of relationship between organizational socialization (OS) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among nurses working in a general hospital setting by examining whether organizational adaptation through OS leads to positive behavioral changes, which may be helpful to improve organizational performances. Methods: The data were collected from 494 nurses in five general hospitals using a structured questionnaire, and they were analyzed by conducting canonical correlation analysis using SPSS 12.0. Results: The analysis of the relationship patterns between OS and OCB revealed that two significant canonical correlations between the two groups of nurses with less than 5 years of working experience (LT) vs. more than 5 years of experience (MT), respectively. Thus, the complicated correlations between OS and OCB were identified. The variables that contributed to each canonical function most were 'politics', 'organizational goals and values' in the LT group, and 'organizational goals and values' and 'language' in the MT group. The notable point in the relation between OS and OCB in our study was negative contribution of 'sportsmanship' among the OCB variables in the MT group. This is thought to be the negative effect of OS. Conclusion: More effective workforce management could be achieved by adopting a differentiated approach according to work experience. To develop a better program to enhance OS, more careful attention to OCB of experienced nurses should be paid to minimize a negative effect on organization while rewarding individuals or departments for a positive organizational behavior.

자기효능감과 임파워먼트가 간호사의 조직후원인식과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Efficacy and Empowerment on Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of self-efficacy and empowerment on perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior of nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 327 nurses who were working at seven hospitals. The data were collected by structured questionnaire from Feb. 12 to Mar. 5 of 2006. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression on SPSS/PC 12.0 program. Results: The mean score of self-efficacy was 3.75, empowerment was 3.68, perceived organizational support(POS) was 2.87, and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) was 3.64. The POS had statistically significant differences according to position(F=3.207, p=.013). The self-efficacy and empowerment were positively correlated with POS and OCB. The self-efficacy(7.0%), meaning(8.5%), competency(12.4%), self-determination(1.9%), and impact(4.8%) explained 34.6% of the variance for POS. The self-efficacy(17.1%), meaning(1.0%), competency(2.8%), self-determination(3.2%), and impact(13.2%) explained 37.3% of the variance for OCB. Conclusion: The findings showed that self-efficacy and empowerment were important factors for enhancing POS and OCB in nursing organization. Therefore, the nurse manager must establish the strategies to improve the self-efficacy and empowerment of the nurses in order to promote the POS and OCB.

동료신뢰성, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계 (An Empirical Study on the Structural Relationships among Colleague trustworthiness, Organizational trust and Organizational citizenship behaviors)

  • 본 연구는 2개 대학교 교직원 134명을 대상으로 동료신뢰성을 다차원적 구성개념으로 측정하여, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 실증연구를 통하여 드러난 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동료신뢰성의 구성요인들은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 동료신뢰성의 구성개념 중 성실성 요인만이 조직신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 상기의 분석결과는 대학과 같이 자율성을 중시하고 개인적 역량을 강조하는 조직일수록 그 구성원들이 능력과 배려가 아니라 성실성을 동료신뢰성의 매우 중요한 덕목으로 인식하고 있다는 점을 시사하는 것이라 풀이할 수 있다. 셋째, 조직신뢰는 동료신뢰성과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 있어 매개효과를 지니고 있다는 사실이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 조직신뢰의 매개효과는 국내외 선행연구(서대교, 2009; 최재욱, 2013; Colquitt, Scott, LePine, 2007)에서 검증된 연구결과와 유사하다. 이러한 사실은 조직신뢰를 형성하고 조직신뢰 수준을 제고하는 것이 조직관리의 성과를 높이는 효과적 방안 중의 하나라는 점을 시사한다.

  • 광학 보상 휨 액정디스플레이(OCB-LCD)는 빠른 응답속도와 광 시야각 특성 때문에 응용 분야가 많다. 하지만 OCB-LCD는 초기에 splay 상태로 배열되어 있고 계조 구동은 bend 상태에서 이루어지기 때문에 초기 splay 상태에서 bend 상태로의 빠른 전이가 필요하다. 기존에 순간적으로 고전압을 인가하는 방식과 달리 본 연구에서는 임계 전압과 광경화성 반응성 단량체의 고분자화를 통한 표면 선경사각 형성으로 초기 상태부터 bend 상태를 갖는 OCB-LCD를 제조하였다. 제조된 액정 셀의 전기 광학적 및 전기적 특성을 분석한 결과 본 연구에서 제조된 셀은 기존 OCB 셀에 비해 고 선경사각으로 인한 고속응답 특성을 보여주었고 액정 단량체에 의해 형성된 배향막 위의 고분자 층 형성에 따른 잔류 DC 값은 0.1 V 보다 적었다.
