The Impact of Consumer's Psychological Attachment and Enjoyment, Trust on Satisfaction and Attitude toward On-Demand O2O(Online to Offline) Service (온디맨드 O2O(Online to Offline)서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리적 애착과 즐거움 및 신뢰성이 서비스만족도와 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the psychological factors of consumers to On-Demand O2O service which is different from the previous study on O2O service. To investigate the relative influence of consumer's psychological attachment of On-Demand O2O service, enjoyment, and trust on consumer's satisfaction and attitude, I conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys to investigate consumers' perception. Through the quantitative survey on 152 participants, the study shows that the consumer's psychological attachment to the service has the greatest influence on the attitude toward On-Demand O2O service and the trust has the highest effect on satisfaction with service. This study is meaningful in that the consumer's psychological factors to the O2O service is examined from the consumer's point of view. This study suggests that the consumer's attachment and trust should be considered primarily to expand the On-Demand O2O service.

  • This study examined the consumer response of the current O2O service between service types. Previous studies mainly focused on the quality factor of O2O service or Technology Acceptance Model or extended TAM, This study is different from the fact that there are differences in factors that consumers consider important and consumer reactions by service type. It is also significant that we compared between representative food delivery services and car sharing services that are actively used among O2O services. As O2O service is closely related to consumer's life, this study chose three factors that the issue of personal information security and trust of intermediary platform companies, and finally subjective norm based on individuals and groups who are aware of new O2O service. To test hypotheses, data were collected and analyzed for 301 samples, focusing on delivery and car sharing service, As a result, the delivery service among the O2O services was more positive to attitude toward service in the consumer group with lower personal information security, trust in platform, and subjective norm than car sharing service. Based on these results, implications and future research directions were presented.

  • In O2O environment(Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via web sites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to develop the O2O service quality model(O2O-SQ model). Especially, O2O is the unique environment where offline, online, and mobile commerce are integrated so that the current paper suggests the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model by integrating the common factors of offline, online, and mobile service quality model through the previous literature review. Hence, this study conducts FGI(Focus Group Interview) for customers who have experienced in purchasing products in O2O commerce. Among integrated common service quality factors of $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the current paper identifies the specific service quality factors that customers perceive significantly through FGI analysis. Moreover, after extracting the unique O2O-SQ factors with this qualitative analysis and integrating with the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the paper develops the final O2O-SQ model.

  • O2O(Online-to-offline) service is the new commerce system form that mixed information search and payment of products and services from online and receipt of goods from offline. O2O commerce combine advantage of existing electronic commerce and redeem the critical point of each commerce circulation method, but earnings model is still lacking compared to development speed of O2O technology. Therefore this study drew common factor applied to O2O service to search success factor of O2O commerce on the point of view as a customer Centered by existing B2C electronic commerce, Mobile commerce, and service quality model of offline commerce included O2O commerce method. Further we suggest O2O success factor model combined new O2O success factor additionally reflecting qualitative research result based on drew O2O success service Quality factor.

  • With the development of IT technology, consumers' shopping behaviors have diversified, and O2O services that remove the boundary between online and offline are increasing. With the development of O2O services, it is bringing about new changes in offline retailers that are facing limitations against the continuous growth of online. Drawing upon Technology Acceptance Model, this study investigates the effect of service quality perceived by O2O service users on consumers' intention to use O2O services. The result confirmed that the perceived quality, an external variable, affects the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are the main variables of the Technology Acceptance Model, and the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in turn have a significant effect on attitude and behavioral intention. In particular, it was found that the higher the perceived ease of use of the user, the higher the perceived usefulness and positive influence on the attitude. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase the utilization of O2O service by users, it is necessary to highlight the perceived quality of service and at the same time manage convenience and usefulness. This is expected to provide meaningful directions for companies attempting to advance O2O services.

  • O2O service contribute to sales increment by marketing of offline store using online. In particular, O2O business allowed various services by smart-phone due to rapid increase of mobile device use and various services depend on customer's location. This O2O service play major roll in real purchase making of offline store. In smart-phone apps. development for O2O service, recent an Object-oriented Analysis and Design Method, that is, UML is more useful method than Structured Analysis and Design Method. Therefore in this paper, Software analysis and design method which is smart-pone app. for O2O restaurant service is presented. Also it shows that this analysis/design method is very useful for the Restaurant O2O Commercial System production.

  • O2O services, a form of mobile commerce, are increasing due to the widespread use of smartphones and the rational consumption trend of young consumers. In addition, the introduction of Social Commerce's O2O service has transformed customer experience into innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of O2O service characteristics and social commerce provider characteristics on the social commerce 's O2O service as a social psychological image that consumers have at the point of purchase and use time, as a smart shopper feeling and a cheapness shopper feeling. And the relationship between consumer satisfaction and intention to use through Structure Equation Modeling, and to suggest the implications for O2O service management that can provide greater satisfaction to consumers by identifying the process of creating satisfaction of O2O service. The results of the study show that price discounts and scarcity of social commerce's O2O service characteristics have shown that it increases smart shopper feeling. Also, it was confirmed that brand awareness and ease of purchase, which are characteristics of social commerce, confirms the increase of cheapness shopper feeling. We also confirmed the effect of smart shopper feeling and cheapness shopper feeling on satisfaction. This satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to use. The result of this study is that it is necessary to reduce the cheapness shopper feeling of consumers and to emphasize the price discount and scarcity so that the smart shopper feeling occurs in order to satisfy the consumers who purchase O2O service products.

  • This study was conducted by utilizing the Q research method, which is one of the qualitative analysis methods that can approach the in-depth and essential meaning of consumers' restaurant O2O service operation behavior. The purpose of this study is to classify the behavior of restaurant O2O services by type, to find out the characteristics of variables, and to suggest future improvement directions. An exploratory study was conducted using the Q-methodology to analyze the subjective perception of the restaurant O2O service behavior. To this end, positive and negative statement cards were prepared, P samples were selected, and Q-sort, which was subjected to classification, was analyzed using the PC QUANL program and Q factor analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was classified into three single types. Type 1 【(N= 7: Restaurant O2O Service Convenience Syndrome Type】, Type 2 【(N= 7): Restaurant O2O Service Benefit Pursuit Type】, Type 3 【(N= 6): Restaurant O2O Service Convenience Type】 The name of the factor was set as [Type], and it was found that each type has different characteristics. Through this analysis, the marketing strategy according to each factor detected is presented, and the point of supplementing the restaurant's O2O service and the direction of future operation. services in future studies.

  • A variety of O2O (Online to Offline) services such as Uber, Airbnb, and KakaoTaxi that create new values by connecting offline and online have emerged in the world. O2O services support the convenience of online services and the real-life capability of offline services simultaneously. Thanks to the development of ICTs such as mobility, IoT (Internet of Things), Fin-tech, and big data technologies, the market size of O2O industry is growing very rapidly. This paper reviews various O2O services and industry trends in Korea. In addition, important issues on O2O services and industry promotion are reviewed and presented. Specifically, legislative issues regulating the O2O industry in Korea, interest conflicts between new O2O platform providers and existing traditional offline service providers, current technology infrastructures for O2O services, and negative or side effects of O2O services are reviewed and summarized. Finally, comprehensive policy directions are proposed based on these reviewed issues. It is expected that the proposed policy directions would be adopted by the government and this research could consequently contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the O2O industry in Korea.
