The three path of flow are influenced by an inner court, especially passable court is the important primary factor in the communication between the aged, a course and time required of flow.
Systems and processes to provide clinical education to students of nursing have been established between universities and health facilities in all countries where nurse education is tertiary based. However, systems and processes to link nurse researchers based in universities to their clinical colleagues are less well developed. When collaborations are established they are frequently based on personal networks, and while the rhetoric of the organizations encourages these collaborations, they are largely unrecognised by senior administrators in health facilities. The research is frequently "invisible" and the clinician researchers usually do not have access to appropriate infrastructure and other resources that are required to support large projects that have the potential to change practice across organisations. This situation influences the focus and scope of nursing research and limits opportunities for clinicians to be engaged in the generation of professional knowledge. The University of Western Sydney (UWS) has taken a strategic approach to the development of collaborations for research and has linked with health services in Western Sydney to establish and maintain research centres and adjunct appointments. The partner organisations jointly fund the infrastructure of the centres which include a Professor, research assistant position(s) and administrative staff. Five Professors of Nursing have been appointed to positions in one of three nursing research centres. This paper describes the approach established by the School of Nursing at UWS to build collaborations with clinical areas to promote research. This approach could be adopted or adapted by other facilities.
Purpose: This study aimed to identify how job stress and teaching efficacy impacted organizational commitment. Methods: Data were collected from 158 nursing professors via an online survey, from Jan to June 2019. Results: The study found that four factors affected the organizational commitment of nursing professors: i) type of nursing institution in which they are currently employed (β=-.16, p=.030), ii) position as an assistant professor (β=-.37, p=.012) and an associate professor (β=-.44, p=.002), iii) salary in the 50-59 million won range (β=.20, p=.024), and above 60 million won (β=.41, p<.001), and iv) professor's teaching efficacy (β=-.18, p<.016). Conclusion: To increase the organizational commitment of four-year university professors, job characteristics should be considered. In the case of lower positions and salaries, additional compensation and programs that increase school affiliation should be introduced. Teaching methods training, lecture evaluation monitoring programs, and clinical training may also improve teaching efficacy.
This study was done to analyze the relationship between task stress and morale in psychiatric nursing assistants. The subjects were 118 psychiatric nursing assistants selected from the National Mental Hospital in Seoul and 18 non-medical mental institutions. The data were collected from October 22 to November 12, 1994. The instruments used for this study were modified PNOSS (Psychiatric Nurse Occupational Stress Scale) which was developed by Bai and modified the Morale scale which was developed by Oh. The confidence varification of these instruments were computed and Cronbach $\alpha$=.9255, .9260. Data were analyzed by t -test, ANOVA on 5% significant level and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study are as follows : 1. The average work stress scores of subjects were 2.83. Among the work stress factors : the conflict with nurse was identified as the most stress factor. There was significant relationship between the degree of work stress and the variables of psychiatric Nursing Assistants such as the marital status, educational level, religion, job satisfaction, working place, predicted period of work. 2. Average total morale scores for the subjects was 3.08. There was a significant relationship between the degree of morale and variables of psychiatric nursing assistants such as working place, certification as a nursing assistant, job satisfaction, opportunity for practical education and predicted period of work. 3. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of incivility experienced by nursing students in relations with nurses during clinical practice. Methods: This is a descriptive qualitative study that included thirty participants using convenience sampling in universities in S, J, Ch, and C provinces. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established. Qualitative content analysis was used to inductively determine categories. Results: The four categories derived from analysis were 'left alone at clinical field', 'treated as an assistant', 'not respected as a person' and 'ignored future dreams'. Conclusions: Nursing students continue to carry out repetitive, low-risk tasks, for which they are not properly trained due to the lack of practical guidance in clinical practice. During clinical practice, they are not respected as persons by nurses and are negatively influenced by nurse professionals. A solution to this requires organic cooperation and policy preparation at universities and hospital sites to improve practical training of nursing students.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine relationships between occupational stress, burnout and job satisfaction of PAs(Physician Assistant). Methods: This study was a descriptive study, and 136 PAs were recruited from hospitals in B metropolitan city. The study was approved by KUIRB, and data were collected from September to October, 2013. Results: A strong positive correlation was observed between occupational stress and burnout (r=.715, p<.001). Strong negative correlations were observed between occupational stress and job satisfaction (r=-.761, p<.001), and between burnout and job satisfaction (r=-.624, p<.001). Conclusion: An intervention program should be developed for PAs to reduce occupational stress and burnout in the health care environment.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine the levels of burnout, self-efficacy, intention to stay, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals, and factors related to nurses' OCB. Methods: A targeted sampling method was adopted, whereby 185 clinical nurses employed at 1 of 4 hospitals were enrolled in the study. OCB was measured with a tool developed by Podsaoff et al. Associated factors, including nurses' general characteristics, burnout, self-efficacy, and intention to stay, were measured using a structured survey. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and multiple stepwise regression. Results: Levels of OCB in nurses was on average 3.52 on a scale of 1 to 5, exhibiting a positive correlation with self-efficacy and intention to stay, and a negative correlation with burnout. The final related factors were self-efficacy, burnout and intention to stay with a predictive and explanatory power of 52% for OCB. Conclusion: To increase the level of OCB of nurses, an environment in which such behavior is encouraged needs to be established by introducing measures related to administrative support and task efficiency that reduces mental burnout, while increasing self-efficacy and intention to stay.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for elucidating the clinical experiences of nursing assistants working at dental clinics and for establishing the bases necessary for building a safe working environment for the staff at dental clinics. Methods: From March 28 to August 20, 2022, the study conducted in-depth interviews with nursing assistants working with dental hygienists in dental clinics. The collected data were analyzed using the phenomenological method. Results: The study analyzed the meanings associated with the dental clinical assistance work experiences of nursing assistants in dental clinics. A total of 98 semantic words and 9 sub-categories were extracted, which were ultimately categorized into 4 central meanings: 'imperfect reality', 'work without boundaries', 'putting oneself in someone else's shoes', and 'symbiosis'. Conclusions: The nursing assistants were exposed to an environment where they needed to perform delegated treatment procedures even when they lacked dental work competency. They recognized their gaps in learning and the necessity for designated roles as clinical assistants. Thus, it is necessary to review the allocation and expansion of the work roles of dental practitioners based on the practical and rational realities in dental practice.
