The paper uses a panel gravity model to analyse the determinants of export via Gwangyang port for the period from 2000-2012. The gravity model includes export via Gwangyang port, GDP and population of trading partners, the distances between Korea and its partners, and Korea-ASEAN FTA dummy. Hausman test shows up which one is exactly appropriate between random effect estimation and fixed effect estimation to use panel dataset. It depends on whether or not existence or nonexistence of the correlation between unobserved omitted factors and variables. Fixed effect estimation is suitable for this paper by the rejection of null hypothesis. An Empirical analysis of this paper shows GDP influences positive effects and distance influences negative effects to Gwangyang port trading partners. In addition, the results strongly supported the effects of Korea-ASEAN FTA on the growth of Gwangyang port export.

Amount of radiation exposure by seeing through fluoroscopy examination while is many patient exposure administration and unprepared misgovernment be. In this study, abdominal fluoroscopy during the scan, the dose and image quality change according to the use of grid and added filter optimized by measuring the test condition is proposed. Uses seeing through fluoroscopy examination equipment of Image Intensifier of Easy Diagnost Eleva (Philips), under tube type and uses Human phantom and measures average area dose according to grid insertion existence and nonexistence and added filter kind change. Measure sum of 29 organ dose and effective dose through PCXMC imagination simulation program and image J program through noise, SNR, image distortion was measured. Resolution, sharpness, and analyzed using the MTF curves. Fluorography the grid to insert the filter thickness and thickening and increased the average area dose and organ doses and effective dose. In the case of spot examination, when inserted grid, average area dose and organ dose and effective dose increased. Filter thickens the average area dose decreased, but the organ doses and effective dose were increased when use 0.2mmCu+1mmAl filter, decreased slightly. Noise and SNR measurements without inserting the gird, if you do not use the added filter was the lowest and when measure the distortion, 0.1mmCu+1mmAl filter was no difference of image quality in case insert grid was judged that when did not use occasion added filter that do not use grid, difference of image quality does not exist. Did not show a big difference, according to the grid and uses of the added filter sharpness, and resolution. Patient dose increases with factors that reduce the quality of the image so reckless grid and the use of the added filter when abdominal fluoroscopy examination should be cautious in using.
This study has been conducted to achieve the following objectives: First, in order to understand the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise, we selected areas within 100 meters away from the railroad and then selected Saemaul-ho and Mugoongwha-ho as the subjects for our experiment. In this way, we analyzed the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the traffic noise occurring in diversified areas. Second, in order to understand the vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise, we measured and analyzed the distributional characteristics of vertical sound pressure levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings according to changes of traffic load and types, and the existence or nonexistence of soundproof walls. For the case of the railroad traffic noise, we also selected Samaul-ho and Mugoongwha-ho as the subjects for our experiment, and we measured and analyzed the different noise levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings from the soundproof wall. The results of Horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise are as follows: In cases of the flat land, cutting land, and bridge area, as distance increases, the sound pressure level steadily decreases. The sound pressure level for the bridge area is higher than that of the flat land with a measurement of $5.5{\sim}10.2\;dB(A)$. Vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise are as follows: The amount of sound pressure level decrease is $14.2{\sim}14.8\;dB(A)$ for Samaul-ho and $13.5{\sim}14.3\;dB(A)$ for Mugoongwha-ho when measuring the vertical sound pressure levels at heights lower than 4.5 m, which indicates a fairly large decrease. At 6 m, the amount of decrease is 8.6 dB(A) for Samaul-ho and 8.2 dB(A) for Mugoongwha-ho, which indicates a small decrease.

This research is based on the information compiled on the occurrence of maritime casualties onboard ships registered under Central American Region (CAR) flag States. Due to nonexistence of writing reports in anyone of the countries that are integrating this Region, the information was compiled by the author through personal communication with the people involved in the casualties. The information was compiled by typing up the text and digitizing on the computer for the respective data base. For each casualty occurred, the following information was compiled, date and type of the casualty, position of the ship at the time of the casualty, dimension of the ship, number of people affected by the casualty, and cause and consequences of the casualty. Based on the number of people affected (death and disappear) by the casualties occurred was calculated the mortality rate by 100,000 persons and then compared with the Japanese mortality rate. Furthermore were analyzed the CAR maritime authorities competences and then were compared to that the Japanese counter part. In addition, the implementation rate of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions ratified by the CAR countries were analyzed. The objective of this research was to compiled and analyze the occurrences of maritime casualties happened on board the ships registered under the CAR Flag States, in order to determine the causes of these accidents. The results of the analysis enable us to better understand of the maritime safety situation of the ships that are registered under the CAR flag States. In order to reduce the occurrence of maritime casualties are proposed a series of measures based on the differences found then the comparison between CAR and Japan. Based on the results of this research, is possible to conclude that the inaccessibility of atmospheric information and the lack of safety measures onboard has been the main cause of the maritime casualties happened in the Pacific side of the CAR.

Recently, Our society socioeconomically has faced the sudden changes. The retirement of the baby-boom generation is expected to become mainstream amid the falling birth rate and the aging society at the fastest rate in the world. As such a baby-boom generation is a core pillar of our economic development in the 1970s and 1980s, the rehiring difficulties after retirement, the insignificant old age preparation and their welfare and medical problem has become national issue. The government has implemented the policy for promoting the senior entrepreneur to participate productive economic activity by actively utilizing the senior's strength from this year. However, in spite of the importance of such a senior entrepreneur, the research to study the senior's desire and the concrete characteristics of the senior entrepreneur is nonexistence. Therefore, this paper empirically analysed the senior's concrete nature, entrepreneurial intention and the impact on the senior entrepreneurship, which is the core of the success entrepreneur and provided stimulating measure.

SAFRS(spontaneous acoustic field reproduction system) is a system to sense changes of surroundings and produce sounds which can go well with environment elements sensed by the system in to the space. The sounds were judged by individual evaluation and, the classification of the preferred sounds according to the mood of the space was suggested in the former study. Effectiveness of SAFRS with field application was validated by prior studies which dealt with researching acoustic environment, evaluating images of sounds, and rating environment with existence and nonexistence of sound resources such as fountains and the system after applied in D university. In this study, for more effective field application of SAFRS, research for the acoustic environment around sound resources and subjective evaluation of the preference of the sounds from the resources were made and it was considered that the results of the experiments should be primary information to propose proper sound level to be offered by the system. The results of the study are as follows; 1) It was considered that the ambience of the center road was dependent upon produced sounds by the system and water sounds of the fountain and that of walk way was mostly dependent upon produced sounds. 2) The results of the subjective evaluation showed that the distance from sound resources was suggestive; the more distant from produced sounds the less full and clear the sounds, the less distant from the sounds of water the more delight and idyllic ambience, and the less distant from the forest the more idyllic ambient and diversity. 3) The results upwards were telling that an average value of six elements for the evaluation was even at the place set back 10.2m from center road and walk way. And harmony of all sounds of the place should be considered to propose suitable sound level of SAFRS.

Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.
Taraxacum platycarpum (TP) has been used for years without restriction on usual dose for its non-toxic nature and nonexistence of the side effects. To develop antimicrobial hydrogel, poly (vinylalcohol) (PVA) hydrogels containing the aqueous extracted TP as an antimicrobial agent were prepared by using gamma-rays irradiation. The antimicrobial activities of the TP hydrogels were tested against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis by disc diffusion method. The inhibition zones (IZ) of the TP extracts and TP hydrogels against S. aureus were 16 mm and 20 mm and against S. epidermidis was 10 mm and 13 mm, respectively. In conclusion, the TP hydrogel that has an excellent antimicrobial activity was proved to be a valuable material for functional skin care.
In the retail environment where online-shopping malls are growing, offline store are find it difficult to survive simply by selling their products. As a result, offline retailers are trying to find unique services that are appealing to their customers. In such a market environment, marketing strategies that stimulate the five senses other than the sight can be an alternative. Therefore, this research is aimed at observing the effect of the senses on emotion and purchase intention in a fashion retail context. A two by two experimental design (existence vs non-existence of scent x existence vs. nonexistence of eating chocolate) between subjects was used. A total of 120 participants were randomly assigned to the four situations, and they were asked to complete the questionnaires about emotion and purchase intention. The survey data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and results are as follows. After a two-way ANOVA, we observed a statistically significant effect of the scent service on pleasure and purchase intention the sweet offering service on purchase intention. Moreover, when scents service and sweet offering service were provided at the same time, the highest purchase intention was obtained among other services. In addition, we studied the effects of emotions on purchase intentions, and the pleasant emotions resulting from the services have a positive effect of on purchase intentions.

This study aims to analyze the current state of the operation of the information disclosure system in the judiciary of Korea to identify problems and suggest ways to provide more effective and substantive requests for information disclosure in the future. To this end, we reviewed the court's information disclosure claims process from 2007 to 2017 using the data published in the judicial yearbook and the data charged to the court information disclosure system of Korea. Results showed the different processes according to the person in charge, the high withdrawal rate, the complaint response rate, and the trend of the information nonexistence as the common problems. To solve these issues, we proposed to improve the various claims system, strengthen the education of the information disclosure claimant, publish the manual, and expand the provision and original text of information in advance.
