Lichen-forming fungi (LEF) were isolated from 67 Hungarian lichen species from ascospores or thallus fragments. LFF were successfully isolated from 26 species with isolation rate of 38.8%. Of the total number of isolation from ascospores (27 species) and thallus fragments (40 species), 48% and 32.5% of the species were successfully isolated, respectively. Comparison of rDNA sequences of ITS regions between the isolated LFF and the original thallus confirmed that all the isolates originated from the thallus fragments were LEF. The following 14 species of LEF were newly isolated in this study; Acarospora cervina, Bacidia rubella, Cladonia pyxidata, Lasallia pustulata, Lecania hyaline, Lecanora argentata, Parmelina tiliacea, Parmotrema chinense, Physconia distorta, Protoparmeliopsis muralis, Ramalina pollinaria, Sarcogyne regularis, Umbilicaria hirsuta, Xanthoparmelia conspersa and X. stenophylla. Antifungal activity of the Hungarian LFF was evaluated against plant pathogenic fungi of Colletotrichum acutatum, C. coccodes and C. gloeosporioides, causal agent of anthracnose on hot pepper. Among the 26 isolates, 11 LFF showed more than 50% of inhibition rates of mycelial growth of at least one target pathogen. Especially, LFF of Evernia prunastri, Lecania hyalina and Lecanora argentata were remarkably effective in inhibition of mycelial growth of all the tested pathogens with antibiotic mode of action. On the other hands, five isolates of Cladonia furcata, Hypogymnia physodes, Lasallia pustulata, Ramalina fastigiata and Ramalina pollinaria exhibited fungal lytic activity against all the three pathogens. Among the tested fungal pathogens, C. coccodes seemed to be most sensitive to the LFF. The Hungarian LFF firstly isolated in this study can be served as novel bioresources to develop new biofungicides alternative to current fungicides to control hot pepper anthracnose pathogenic fungi.

Recently, the recognition is changing about cultural heritage, and the various types of buildings or facilities of modern or contemporary times have been designated as cultural properties after that Registered Cultural Properties System is enforced. The purpose of this study is to survey how the newly born the historic buildings of modern or contemporary times through the remodeling process of the Studio 'Byeol'(the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music) in the National Theater of Korea so-called a microcosm of performing arts history. In the process, it will examine the merits and demerits of various alternatives and the direction of the remodeling etc., and propose an utilization as a basic data of post evaluation for the remodeling of a historic building. The result are as followings. Firstly, the remodeling that gave a new physical properties to a building can be used a method of conservation and reuse on a historic building. The remodeling of a historic building must be eclectically progress between the owner and the citizen or the economic value and the historicity conservation. And, the remodeling of historic buildings such as the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music must consider the conservation of the exterior walls in whole or in part at least. Secondly, an architect Lee Hee Tae(李喜泰) who had been to develop his own architectural vocabulary and to test based on the korean traditional architecture and the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music must be newly evaluated today. Lastly, the remodeling alternatives of the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music have been analyzed with three types, which is 'repairing only the interior which maintains the size and an appearance of present', 'extending the outer wall to the external column line', 'extending the basement'. And, it was analyzed with the appropriate final decision that it remodels only the interior in the current situation because of a historicity, a budget, a relevant law etc.

본 연구에서는 FRBRoo 분석을 바탕으로 FRBR 시리즈 개념모형을 확장하고 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 했다. FRBRoo는 CIDOC CRM과 연계된 플러그인 온톨로지다. FRBR 모형을 대체하는 것이 아니라 박물관 분야와의 협력을 위해 개발된 것이다. 연구 과정에서 FRBR 시리즈 모형이 IFLA LRM으로 통합 개정되었다. 이에 LRM에 대한 분석도 추가하였다. 서지 정보가 도서관의 업무와 이용자를 지원해야 한다면, 도서관이 당면한 새로운 과제를 지원하기 위해 서지정보를 분석하는 방식도 개선되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 시간과 관련된 이벤트 개념이 서지정보의 모델링에 반영되어야 한다. 또한 서지정보의 구축과 교환 단위를 서지레코드보다 더 작은 단위나 더 큰 단위로도 확대해야 하며, FRBRoo를 서지정보의 공유를 위한 외부와의 연계 통로로 활용하는 것이 바람직하다.

러시아과학원 동물연구소(ZIN)에 소장된 북한산 바구미科 306개체의 표본과 헝가리자연사박물관(HMNH) 연구진에 의해 북한지역에서 채집된 467개체 표본에 대한 자료를 조사한 결과, 91種이 동정되었으며, 이들 중 Grypus mannerheimi Faust, Anoplus plantaris (Naezen), Anthonomus (Anthonomidius) dilutus Reitter, Cleopomiarus jakowlewi Faust, Sibinia annulifera Pic, Sibinia ussurica Korotyaev et Egorov, Earis scolopacea Germar, Scleropterus rubi Korotyaev, Cryptorhynchus fasciculatus (Roelofs), Shirahoshiro favonotatus (Voss), Shirahoshiro \ulcornerhiurai Morimoto, Cyriophthalmus variegatus (Motschulsky), Myllocerus (Myllocerus) alternanus Voss, Sitona amurensis Faust, Sitona tessettatus Korotyaev, Metadonus distinguendus Boheman, Lixus (Ortholixus) amurensis Faust, Lixus (Compsolixus) ochraceus Boheman, Coniocleonus cineritus (Gyllenhal), Coniocleonous schoenlferri (Gebler), Magdalis (Neopanus) cerasi (Linnaeus) 등 21종이 한반도에서 처음으로 보고되는 종으로 확인되었다. 이들 중 러시아 동물연구소 표본실에 소장된 종들에 대해서 성충의 형태적 특징과 사진을 게재하였으며, 그밖에 조사된 종들에 대해서는 북한지역의 분포상황을 밝혔다.

Not much is known about Korean clothes from past centuries. Fortunately, we are able to make some inferences based on various sources of data other than the actual clothes themselves. Historical records such as Kim Hong-do's Pungsokhwa Pieces, well known to us, vividly depict features of the costume and the lifestyle of his time along with contemporary Korean humor and atmosphere. Kim Hong-do is the artist who, having accomplished pictorial refinement, recognized social change and took this into his artistic world late in the 18th century. The ruling classes, in contrast, tended to adhere to anachronistic medieval philosophies in a gradually changing society. In this study, Kim Hong-do's Pungsokhwachop, Treasure No. 527, preserved in the National Museum of Korea, was viewed from a new perspective, and it was discovered to have assorted the costume and culture of ordinary people according to their life styles. Fourteen of the pieces depicted how common citizens made their living, three described love affairs, five depicted people at play, md the rest showed elements of education, wedding ceremonies, and shamanism, respectively. Various types of clothing were observed reflecting the life styles of ordinary people, and a somewhat bold exposure of body was noticed in women's fashion in the late Chosun Dynasty. They chose clothing as they pleased to fit their jobs and functions, which produced elegant self-regulation and creativity based on practical beauty. A hat - yet to be found as a relic - appeared in Blacksmith's Workshop, and revealed the changing social customs of the late Chosun Dynasty in the 18th century. It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as a valuable reference point for the globalization of Korean clothes.

한국의 애니메이션은 디지털 영상시대에 국가 전략 산업이란 이름 아래 명칭과 개념의 통일된 코드도 없이 지난 수년 동안 세계 최고 수준의 인프라가 형성되었다. 비교육적이고 경박한 문화에서 각광 받는 돈벌이로 현대의 시대성과 가장 밀착된 표현 형식으로 새롭게 평가 받고 있는 것이 디지털 애니메이션이다. 지난 30년 동안 대중 영상 매체에서 접한 애니메이션은 거의 전부 만화 영화였다. 결코, 예술로서 존중하지 않지만 늘 가까이 두고 기호품과 같은 만화 영화는 예술성과 문화성과는 별개로 자연스럽게 두터운 매니아 계층을 확보했다. 본 논문은 교육을 목적으로 하는 모바일 컨텐츠를 위한 애니메이션 알고리즘을 제안하고 이것을 이용하여, 가상 패류 박물관, 가상 화석 박물관을 설계 및 구현 하였고 1000여 가지의 동작표현 컨텐츠를 구축하였다. 사용자들은 상호 작용에 의해서 애니메이션 객체를 360도 회전시키거나 축소, 확대 등이 가능하다.

This stud is my second trial to examine the costume of Balhae Dyansty. The subject of this study is the costume of a bronze statue excavated in the Maritime Provinces of Russia. The bronze statue is in the custody of Vladivostok Museum E.V. Shavkunov a Russian archelogist reported it a statue of-ficial of balhae dynasty in the 7-8th century. Judged his report lack of basis I suggest new opinion on sex, age, married or unmarried. social position manufactured time of the statue by comparative study on the costume hair-style and appearance of the statue with around nations' antiquities. hair-style of the statue is basically included in Ssangge and complexed style of Sage Ssangsuhuange, and Guange, Generally, Ssangge is a hair style of children, unmarried women, court ladies, dancing girls, and instrument player (lady)s'. The statue wears round-necked blouse long skirt broad fabric belt at high waist broad sleeve and confront collar coat cloud shaped shawl and risen tip shoes. The figure of statue is de-scribed plump. The statue shows straight sil-houette and high waist typical style of Tang, Uddai, The most characteristic facto is cloud shaped shawl Cloud shaped shawl was originally one of the northern race's shoulder ornaments. From the view of Comparative study the antiquities of NamDang and JunChock are simi-lar to this statue. Besides Tsukanovka river where the statue was excavated is Kraskino ruins of a castle formed single cultural layer of Balhae Dynasty and are relics of the layer of Balhae Dynasty and are relics of the latter period of Balhae Dynasty. Therefore this statue is assumed to have been manufactured at the last years of Balhae Dynasty and to be a figure of unmarried woman not official.

The reform of dress regulation in Kapshin(甲申衣制改革; 1884) was the first dress renovation in 8 years after Chosun's port opening in 1876, and the key contents of that reform was the simplification of the formal dress and private dress. The reform in the culture of the traditional costume should require some kind of special experience because that culture had been regarded as the precious symbol of the Confucianism. The purpose of this study is to investigate the background of "the reform" and who proposed "that reform", by contemplating the costume and the thought of costume of the ambassador extraordinary(修信使) and the Inspectors detached to Japan(朝士視察團) who experienced new costume system of Japan sent by Chosun Dynasty. For this study, historical documents such as 'Sillok(實錄)', a sort of report("修信使記錄", "聞見事件") were reviewed and the evidential photos in Japan were analyzed. It can be summarized as follows. First, Kim Kisu(金綺秀, Susinsa) in 1876 and Kim Hongjip(金弘集, Susinsa) in 1880 wore the traditional costume of Chosun in Japan, and described the westernized Japanese costume in view of traditional costume culture. Second, the inspectors detached to Japan in 1881 showed the same attitude to the Japanese costume as the previous Susinsas had done. Third, Park Younghyo(朴泳孝), who was an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary(特命全權大使) in 1882, experienced western style in Japan and played an positive diplomatic activities with western nations. It could be guessed that those changes in the attitudes of the diplomats might have the relationship with the change of Chosun, which began a treaty of amity between western nations after 1882. Afterwards, Chosun seems to have decided to reform the system of traditional costume into the simplified one in 1884, proposed by the diplomats who experienced foreign culture abroad including Park Younghyo(朴泳孝) and the mutual agreement in Chosun Government.

The purpose of this study is to reestablish the innovative and experimental designs of Rei Kawakubo by considering and analyzing the flow on the avant-garde nature of her design collection from 1981 to 2017. Design trends such as the art trend, silhouette, color, and expressive technique showcased in Rei Kawakubo's collection from 1981 spring/summer to 2017 spring/summer were examined through precedent studies, books, internet materials, and the avant-garde expressive nature of her designs appearing in modern fashion. Additionally, this study considers the definition of avant- garde and analyzes the expressive nature of Rei Kawakubo's 137 works from the Comme des Garcons collection, exhibited in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. As a result of this examination, the avant-garde expressive nature seen in modern fashion was classified into the following themes: historicity, de-structure, exaggeration, intermixture, and surrealism. As a result of reclassifying these characteristics according to historical flow, the historicty, intermixture, and de-structure appeared in the 1980s, while intermixture, exaggeration, and de-structure appeared in the 1990s. More recently, historicity, intermixture, and de-structure appeared in the 2000s, and intermixture, de-structure, exaggeration, and surrealism appeared in the 2010s. The present study is significant in providing theoretical material for the more innovative and various design development in diverse domains while helping to define and understand the avant-garde expression through Rei Kawakubo's collection.
