  • In this study, factors affecting the development of new products and research about the relevance of the factors based on the research model was configured. Existing research and technology commercialization process of discrimination that occur in the importance of risk management and open innovation company's competitive advantage in new product development and affect the reporter know what the effect is used as a control variable effects. Factor in the development of new products through research and innovation capacity and knowledge management activities, the introduction of open innovation and enterprise level ever due to the level of risk management controls and the need for effective research to study the model was proposed.

Two new species of Camellia (Theaceae) from Vietnam

  • Two new species of Camellia (Theaceae) are described from Vietnam: Camellia vuquangensis Luong, Tran & L. T. Nguyen and Camellia hatinhensis Luong, Tran & L. T. Nguyen. The new taxa were collected from Vu Quang National Park in the center of Vietnam. The new finds are morphologically dissimilar to all known Camellia species. Recent Camellia discoveries have increased the number of species recorded in Vietnam from 50 to 75, making Vietnam a center of diversity and a crucial area for more research into the diversity and distributions of Camellia.

  • The human coagulation factor XI (FXI) is a serine protease that plays a significant role in blocking of the blood coagulation cascade as an attractive antithrombotic target. Selective inhibition of FXIa (an activated form of factor XI) disrupts the intrinsic coagulation pathway without affecting the extrinsic pathway or other coagulation factors such as FXa, FIIa, FVIIa. Furthermore, targeting the FXIa might significantly reduce the bleeding side effects and improve the safety index. This paper reports on a docking-based three dimensional quantitative structure activity relationship (3D-QSAR) study of the potent FXIa inhibitors, the chloro-phenyl tetrazole scaffold series, using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity analysis (CoMSIA) methods. Due to the characterization of FXIa binding site, we classified the alignment of the known FXIa inhibitors into two groups according to the docked pose: S1-S2-S4 and S1-S1'-S2'. Consequently, highly predictive 3D-QSAR models of our result will provide insight for designing new potent FXIa inhibitors.

  • Two new Hydropsychidae (Insecta: Trichoptera) species from the Philippines are described. Hydropsyche philippinensis, n. sp., differs from other congeners in the structure of the phallic apparatus. Diplectrona lagunensis, n. sp., can be distinguished from other congeners by its distinct white band pattern in the forewings and by the structure of the phallus. Both new species were collected from a high mountain stream in the northern part of the Philippines. Paratype materials were barcoded to make the sequences readily available in the GenBank.

  • This paper presents two new circuit topologies of DC bus lineside active edge resonant snubber assisted soft-switching PWM full-bridge DC-DC converter acceptable for either utility AC 200V-rms or AC 400V-rms input voltage source. All the active power switches in the full-bridge arms and DC busline can achieve ZCS turn-on and ZVS turn-off commutations and the total turn-off switching power losses of all active switches can be reduced for high-frequency switching action. The effectiveness of these new DC-DC converters topologies is proved for low voltage and large current high efficiency DC-DC power supplies as TIG arc welding machine from a practical point of view.

  • This paper presents a novel version of an active voltage clamped ZVS-PWM high frequency inverter using IGBTs for electromagnetic induction eddy current-based rolling drum heating in new generation copy and printing machines in consumer business use. The operating principle of this inverter circuit and unique features are described herein. Its constant frequency duty cycle (asymmetrical PWM) controlled voltage source quasi-resonant soft switching high frequency inverter employing IGBTs is proposed, which is capable of achieving stable and efficient zero voltage soft switching commutation over a widely specified power regulation range from full power to low power. The operating performances in a steady state of this inverter is discussed and evaluated on basis of simulation and experimental results as an induction heated roller in new generation copy machine.

  • The purpose of this paper is to improve power conversion efficiency of three-phase soft-switching voltage-source inverter with an auxiliary resonant dc link (ARDCL) snubber circuit. Firstly, the operation principle of ARDCL snubber circuit is described. Secondly, this paper proposes an effictive generation method of zero voltage vector for three-phase voltage-source soft-switching inverter in power losses in which power losses in the ARDCL snubber circuit can be reduced. In particular, zero voltage holding interval in the inverter DC busline can be controlled due to the new generation scheme of zero voltage vector. Thirdly, a simulator for power loss analysis for power loss characteristics based on actual system, is developed. the validity of developed. The validity of developed simulator of proved with experimental results. Finally, power efficency of three-phase inverter is estimated according to high carrier frequency by using the simulatior.

부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 인지적 정서조절이 신규간호사의 현장적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fear of Negative Evaluation, Cognitive Emotional Regulation on Field Adaptation of New Graduate Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 부정적 평가의 두려움, 인지적 정서조절이 신규간호사의 현장적응에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 인지적 정서조절이 조절효과로 작용하는지를 알아보고자 시도하였다. 연구대상은 1년 미만의 신규간호사 181명을 대상으로 자가보고 설문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 점수 3.25점, 인지적 정서조절 점수 3.18점, 현장적응 점수는 2.92점이었다. 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 클수록 부적응적 인지조절의 사용이 많았고 현장적응은 낮았다. 또한 부정적평가에 대한 두려움과 현장적응 사이에 인지적 정서조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이 결과로, 신규간호사들이 새로운 환경에 적응하도록 돕기 위해 자신감 증진 프로그램과 적응적 인지적 정서조절 사용을 위한 중재 프로그램이 필요하다.

  • 최근 디지털 아트는 이미지, 사운드, 시뮬레이션, 3차원 홀로그래피 등의 다양한 디지털 미디어를 활용하여 새로운 분야의 예술이 시도되고 있다. 이런 수많은 디지털 아트는 전시관이라는 제한된 장소와 제한된 기간에만 관객들과 접하고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 디지털 아트는 디지털 형태의 미디어를 이용할 수 있는 공간이면 실내외 어디든 활용 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 아트를 활용하여 실내공간디자인에 하기 위하여 필요한 상호작용성에 대해 분석하고, 인터랙티브 기반의 실내디자인에 관한 표현을 연구하였다.

신규간호사의 재직의도와 현실충격 및 극복력 (A Study of Intention to Stay, Reality Shock, and Resilience among New Graduate Nurse)

  • 본 연구는 신규간호사의 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 경기도 소재 일개의 대학 부속병원에서 근무하는 1년 미만의 신규간호사 127명을 대상으로 2020년 12월 30일부터 2021년 1월 13일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 통해 기술통계, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 재직의도는 현실충격과 음의 상관관계가 있었으며, 극복력과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호직 만족도, 현실충격, 임상경력, 극복력으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 44.2%이었다. 따라서 신규간호사의 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서 임상상황에 대한 사전경험이나 훈련을 통해 현실충격을 줄이고, 극복력을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 또한 간호직 만족도를 향상시키는 지지체계와 근무환경을 구축하고, 신규간호사의 업무적응을 돕는 6개월 이상의 장기적인 교육 프로그램이 필요하다.
