In this study, the original medical image, DICOM file, was converted into TIFF, BITMAP, GIF, JPEG image file, and then the conversion loss ratio according to the image compression and conversion process was quantitatively evaluated using Origin pro and ICY image analysis program. As the evaluation method, 50% MTF, structural similarity index, MSE, RMSE, maximum signal - to - noise ratio and so on were evaluated. The TIFF image file showed the same result as DICOM image in all experimental groups, Image file format. In this study, we propose a new method for evaluating the quality of digital images by applying original evaluation program such as Origin pro or ICY medical image analysis program. Is expected to be used as research data in the field of medical image processing, and TIFF image file showing the same result as DICOM image in the basic research field using digital medical image and evaluation program that does not support DICOM file Therefore, it is believed that it will help to secure reliability in digital medical image processing research using image file.
The satellite navigation system is widely used for identifying a user's position regardless of weather or geographic conditions and also make effect on new technology of marine LBS(Location Based Service). which has the technology of geographic information such as the ENC. Generally, there are conceivable systems of marine LBS such as ECDIS, or ECS that use the ENC itself with powerful processor in installed type on ships bridge. Since the ENC is relatively heavy structure with dummy format for data transfer between different systems, we should reduce the ENC to small and compact size in order to use it in mobile platform. In this paper, we assumed that the mobile system like PDA, or Webpad can be used for small navigation or information system in marine field. We considered the reduction of the ENC size to make them fit well to small capability of mobile platform. However, the ENC should be updated periodically by update profile data produced by HO. If we would reduce the ENC without a consideration of update, we could not get newly updated data furthermore. As summary, we studied considerations for ENC reduction with update capability. It will make the ENC be useful in many low performance platforms for various applications.

Electronic Navigational Charts(ENCs) are official nautical charts which are equivalent to paper charts with supplementary information. Although their main purpose is to be used for the safe navigation of ships, they also contain much information on coasts and seas which may be interesting to ordinary people. However, there is no easy way to access them because of their specialized data format, access method and visualization. This paper proposes m implementation of SVG for the access and services of ENCs. SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic) makes it possible to make use of Vector graphics for map services in basic internet browsing environment. Implementation of SVG for ENC applications by this research is free of special server side GIS mapping system and client side extra technology. The Implementation of SVG for ENC Applications can be summarized as follows: Firstly, SVG provides spatial information to possess searching engine to embody SVG map. Secondly SVG can provide high-quality vector map graphics and interactive facility without special Internet GIS system. It makes it possible to use services with very low cost. Thirdly, SVG information service targeting on maritime transportation can be used as template, so it can be used dynamically any other purpose such as traffic management and vessel monitoring. Many good characteristics of SVG in mapping at computer screen and reusability of SVG document provide new era of visualization of marine geographic information.
The Russian icon and Korean tangwha (幀畵, altar portrait of Buddha) are based on the similarity of the divine Being. Each has the characteristic index that forms an existential connection with the object and at the same time, implies the symbolic meaning of the scriptures and doctrines of the Russian Orthodox and Buddhists. Russian icon and Korean tangwha with these attributes have origins in the Byzantine, India and China. Unlike most religious art, Russian icon and Korean tangwha clearly reveal profane orientation and mystical elements. This artistic phenomenon has evolved from the mystical religious culture in Russia and tantric rituals of the early Joseon period. Iconostasis, created from historical figures of the Old Testament, Jesus, the New Testament represent the principles of the macrocosm. Each icon of iconostasis has integrity, while each floor has another narrative and a meta-discourse on the entire composition. Three-Platforms of amrtakundalin can also have a huge epic that is directed from the Low-Platform to the High-Platform for the purpose of salvation. While the narrative of iconostasis has a time structure, from the beginning of the universe up to date in chronological time, amrtakundalin have pictorial transitions of time and space that rises from this life to a heavenly world. Despite the different world views of the Russian Orthodox and Buddhists, iconographical format and symbolism of heaven and hell in the Iconostasis, Last Judgment and amrtakundalin are similar. There is a constant antagonism between heaven and hell, light and darkness, water and flame. Iconographical contents include the water of life and nectar, the book of life and 'eoppu', and the scales and mirror of Karma that discriminate between the good and evil before judgment. The dualistic coordinate concept such as light and darkness, life and death, or heaven and hell that appears in the narrative structure of iconostasis, the Last Judgment and amrtakundalin leads the people to spiritual awakening.
Modern society demands a new science teacher image. Compared to other school ages, elementary school students are the time when the teacher's influence plays a large role and is the time when they first encounter science subjects. The role of science teachers is very important as the starting point for the initial image of science learning and attitudes toward science by elementary science teachers. Therefore, it is very important to correctly establish an image of an elementary science teacher. The purpose of this study is to analyze the images of science teachers that elementary school students prefer and avoid according to their class situation. To this end, 534 elementary school students were divided into five classes: class type, class material presentation method, subject instruction method, subject content explanation method, and class atmosphere, and the image of science teacher who prefers and avoids is described in an open format. Concepts presented by elementary school students were analyzed using Semantic network analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the image of a science teacher preferred or avoided by elementary school students was determined according to how the science teacher did the class. Second, elementary school students prefer activity-oriented classes such as experimental classes, and there is a need for classes to be conducted in this manner. Lastly, small changes and efforts of teachers in teaching methods are needed so that changes to science classes preferred by elementary school students can be achieved.
Due to the trend toward computerization of business services in public sector and the push for e-government, the volume of records that are produced in electronic system and the types of records vary as well. Of those types, dataset is attracting everyone's attention because it is rapidly being supplied. Even though the administrative information system stipulated as an electronic record production system is increasing in number, as it is in blind spot for records management, the system can be superannuated or the records can be lost in case new system is developed. In addition, the system was designed not considering records management, it is managed in an unsatisfactory state because of not meeting the features and quality requirements as records management system. In the advanced countries, they recognized the importance of dataset and then managed the archives for dataset and carried out the project on management systems and a preservation formats for keeping data. Korea also is carrying out the researches on an dataset and individual administrative information systems, but the official scheme has not been established yet. In this study the items for managing archives which should be reflected when the administrative information system is designed was offered in two respects - an identification method and a quality requirement. The major directions for this system are as follows. First, as the dataset is a kind of an electronic record, it is necessary to reflect this factor from the design step prior to production. Second, the system should be established integrating the strategy for records management to the information strategy for the whole organization. In this study, based on such two directions the strategies to establish the identification for dataset in a frame to push e-government were suggested. The problem on the archiving steps including preservation format and the management procedures in dataset archive does not included in the research contents. In line with this, more researches on those contents as well as a variety of researches on dataset are expected to be more actively conducted.

Recently, the demand for a 3D urban spatial information infrastructure for storing, operating, and analyzing a large number of digital data produced in cities is increasing. CityGML is a 3D spatial information data standard of OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium), which has strengths in the exchange and attribute expression of city data. Cases of constructing 3D urban spatial data in CityGML format has emerged on several cities such as Singapore and New York. However, the current ecosystem for the creation and editing of CityGML data is limited in constructing CityGML data on a large scale because of lack of completeness compared to commercial programs used to construct 3D data such as sketchup or 3d max. Therefore, in this study, a method of constructing CityGML data is proposed using commercial 3D mesh data and 2D polygons that are rapidly and automatically produced through aerial LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) or RGB (Red Green Blue) cameras. During the data construction process, the original 3D mesh data was geometrically transformed so that each object could be expressed in various CityGML LoD (Levels of Detail), and attribute information extracted from the 2D spatial information data was used as a supplement to increase the utilization as spatial information. The 3D city features produced in this study are CityGML building, bridge, cityFurniture, road, and tunnel. Data conversion for each feature and property construction method were presented, and visualization and validation were conducted.

As port structures are exposed to various extreme external loads such as wind (typhoons), sea waves, or collision with ships; it is important to evaluate the structural safety periodically. To monitor the port structure, especially the rubber fender, a fender segmentation system using a vision sensor and deep learning method has been proposed in this study. For fender segmentation, a new deep learning network that improves the encoder-decoder framework with the receptive field block convolution module inspired by the eccentric function of the human visual system into the DenseNet format has been proposed. In order to train the network, various fender images such as BP, V, cell, cylindrical, and tire-types have been collected, and the images are augmented by applying four augmentation methods such as elastic distortion, horizontal flip, color jitter, and affine transforms. The proposed algorithm has been trained and verified with the collected various types of fender images, and the performance results showed that the system precisely segmented in real time with high IoU rate (84%) and F1 score (90%) in comparison with the conventional segmentation model, VGG16 with U-net. The trained network has been applied to the real images taken at one port in Republic of Korea, and found that the fenders are segmented with high accuracy even with a small dataset.
Short-form content, which means "short video content within 10 minutes," is rapidly emerging as a recent trend among MZ generations based on the fact that it can be viewed whenever there is a short running time, and they are physically short, colorful, and deliver a lot of information in a compressed time, showing differences in both long-form content and format. In addition, entertainment videos such as information delivery videos, eating shows, web entertainment, and dance challenges are mainly produced and distributed, so there is no need to take expertise as a creative work of video experts, and consumers often become producers by directly participating in production using low-end equipment such as smartphones. For these reasons, shortform content creates new image styles rather than general existing image forms such as long-form contents, and this study focuses on changes in editing styles. This study summarized the following five characteristic changes by analyzing the editing style of short form content that has changed compared to long form content according to the 'visual' aspect. The use of frames, memes, screen division, blue screen, and subtitles are included, and by organizing each characteristic, we identified the editing style of shortform content that has emerged as a recent trend and learned about the changes.

Recently, the demand for a QA (Question Answering) system for human-machine communication has increased. Among the QA systems, a closed domain QA system that can handle spatial-related questions is called GeoQA. In this study, a new type of graph database, LPG (Labeled Property Graph) was used to overcome the limitations of the RDF (Resource Description Framework) based database, which was mainly used in the GeoQA field. In addition, GraphQL (Graph Query Language), an API-type query language, is introduced to address the fact that the LPG query language is not standardized and the GeoQA system may depend on specific products. In this study, database was built so that answers could be retrieved when spatial-related questions were entered. Each data was obtained from the national spatial information portal and local data open service. The spatial relationships between each spatial objects were calculated in advance and stored in edge form. The user's questions were first converted to GraphQL through FOL (First Order Logic) format and delivered to the database through the GraphQL server. The LPG used in the experiment is Neo4j, the graph database that currently has the highest market share, and some of the built-in functions and QGIS were used for spatial calculations. As a result of building the system, it was confirmed that the user's question could be transformed, processed through the Apollo GraphQL server, and an appropriate answer could be obtained from the database.
