The period of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is our near future and the ongoing changes in this age. We need to strive to adapt to this changes and also try to create new values. This study focuses on workers' perceptions and attitudes (self-efficacy, expectancy, and acceptance of change) toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These positive attitudes toward the upcoming future and the Fourth Industrial Revolution will influence on both the future and the current attitude, behavior and performance of employees. People have certain attitudes to the future, and these attitudes have an impact on current behavior. This paper tries to examine the positive attitudes toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution era and the influence of positive attitudes toward this new age on the current job satisfaction. Through this process, this paper explains what kinds of attitudes the workers should have in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, and also sheds light on significance and purpose of this paper to explain how these specific attitudes toward the future influence the present performance such as job satisfaction.

The successful launch of the Fermi Gamma-Ray Space Telescope has led us into an entirely new era of high-energy astrophysics. The sensitivity of the Large Area Telescope (LAT) on the spacecraft is much higher than that of its predecessors. Furthermore, the data policy of LAT is completely open so that everyone can access the data. All these enable a wide variety of investigations. In order to utilize the golden opportunity at the early stage of this mission, we have established the Fermi Asian Network (FAN) in 2010. Since the establishment, we have carried out intensive investigations in both observational and theoretical aspect. In this talk, I will highlight the recent discoveries made by FAN with particular focus on pulsar astrophysics.

After the WHO Growth Standards (WHOGS) was published in 2006, many countries in the world endorsed and adopted the new growth references as a standard measure for the growth of infants and young children. Certainly, the WHOGS has an impact on the global policy about obesity and underweight in children. Such WHOGS innovation has influenced many regional health authorities and academies, which have managed their own growth charts for a long time, in changing their strategies to develop and use regional growth charts. In Korea, along with the tradition to create a national growth chart every decade, we now face a new era of advancing with the WHOGS.

The meaning of images are changed rapidly by a time, and the images' social function and skills are different by times. Nowadays, the reasons to have different meanings of images are the different ways of representation and reproduction of images by new digital technologies. However, the images are communicating with each other, and the image makers should have responsibility to represent the images. Also, the images should be concerned in social, cultural context, and focused on positive ways to represent. It is hard to predict the future of images, but people shouldn't be controled by manipulated digital images. Therefore, image makers need to have right ethics and morals in digital era not to be controled by commercial enterprises.

Full-scale ferro-concrete building technology came was introduced in Japan in Meiji $35{\sim}40(1902{\sim}1907)$ and heralding the beginning of urban modernization. On the roofs of these new architectural constructions, full-scale rooftop gardens were also developed. We consider that gardens established on the roofs of hotel and department stores created a new, modernized garden culture, which greatly influenced the early modern urban culture of Japan, the drama of which it conceived based on the impression in a rooftop garden is made. In this paper, we discuss the influence of Meiji-Era cultural and technological advances on rooftop gardens constructed during the Taisho $Era(1912{\sim}1926)$, as represented by the gardens of Kobe's Oriental Hotel, Tokyo's Mitsukoshi Department Store and Shimonoseki City's Akita Company. Photographic and print sources are utilized to analyze the design features and temporal changes of these pioneering rooftop gardens, as well as their influence on urban culture.

The twenty-first century is era of cultural infrastructure during which cultural and economic power is greater than any other era in the fast, For this reason, all the countries in the world recognize that it is more important than any other things to plan to establish a structure which is suitable to the real conditions of a region in order to efficiently manage or operate their cultural environment. in particular, they think it is urgent that they should contrive to develop Their regional industries with new information media, introduction and spread of the up-to-date technique of design. However, our regional related industries very difficulty for the moment for them to apply new designing technique or to settle technical bottlenecks themselves. Accordingly, in order to resolve such a structural point at issue, this study has carried the newly designed and developed, 18 wooden, cultural craft items that were Produced by utilizing the ultramodern digital M/C installed at TIDIC (Tourism Industry Design Innovation Center in Kwangju University), it would contribute to achieve some global cultural products.

In this paper, the current water management organization of the Korean government and those of foreign countries were analyzed to draw out a plan to build a more rational water management organization. And then, the two organization reform alternatives were discussed on which alternatives can effectively manage the water. Through the analysis, deployment of three divisions including the water policy, the wastewater policy and the division of water industries and business are the best alternative in terms of water equality, sustainability and efficiency, which are the three main goals of the new Water Management Act, Water Management Basic Act. With much efforts, the Korea has come to the era of One Water Management. The water management paradigm proposed in this opinion is expected to become a new engine of economical growth of the nation.

To combine the science and technology creativity necessary in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to cultivate talents who can discover new knowledge and create new values by combining various knowledge with self-directed mathematical competencies. This research attempted to lay the foundation for the curriculum for fostering future creative convergence talent by preparing, executing, and reflecting on the learning plan after learners themselves understand their level and status through self-directed learning. Firstly, We would like to present a teaching-learning plan based on the essential capabilities of the future society, where the development of a curriculum based on mathematics curriculum and intelligent informatization are accelerated. Secondly, an educational design model system diagram was presented to strengthen the self-directed learning ability of mathematics subjects in the electronic engineering curriculum. Consequently, through a survey, we would like to propose the establishment of an educational system necessary for the 4th industry by analyzing learning ability through self-directed learning teaching methods of subjects related to mathematics, probability, and statistics.

본 연구는 도래하는 4차 산업혁명시대에 대한 대학생들의 인식과 적응준비에 관해 조사하고 대학생과 대학이 해야 할 일을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이에 부산 소재 대학생 317명을 대상으로 성별, 전공별, 학년별에 따른 인식 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 4차 산업혁명시대에 대한 인지도는 남학생과 공대생, 고학년이 상대비교집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 4차 산업혁명시대의 변화에서 학생 모두 생활의 편리함과 일자리 감소를 가장 큰 변화로 응답했다. 둘째, 새 시대에 대한 준비에서 전공에 따라 공대생들이 더 많이 준비하고 있으나 전반적으로 학생들이 별다른 준비를 하고 있지 않음이 드러났다. 셋째, 시대가 요구하는 능력 보유정도에서 대부분의 학생들이 평균치보다 낮은 정도의 능력을 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하면서 준비의 어려움은 남학생과 여학생들 모두 교육의 부실을 꼽았다. 남학생들은 실습기회 부족과 시간부족, 경제적 부담을, 여학생들은 경제적 부담과 관심 부족을 꼽았다. 따라서 대학에서 해야 할 일은 4차 산업혁명시대 관련한 교과, 비교과 교육과정 개설로 학생들의 창의성과 역량을 기를 다양한 방안마련이 필요하겠다.

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 보다 발전시키고, 더 나아가 정책을 성공적으로 실현하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 바람직한 미래 교육시설환경 관련 핵심 영역과 영역별 의제를 발굴, 제시함으로써 관련 정책 수립 시 실질적으로 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내, 외 관련 정책, 보고서, 자료집 등을 통해 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육 뉴딜 및 미래 교육시설환경에 대한 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 탐색하고, 미래 교육시설환경 분야의 핵심 영역을 탐색하였으며, 일선 교육 현장과 학계 및 산업계 전문가 패널을 대상으로 한 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육시설환경의 핵심 영역으로 5개 영역을 도출하였으며, 총 33개의 의제(그린 영역 8개, 스마트 영역 9개, 공간혁신 영역 9개, 학교시설 복합화 4개, 기타(안전) 영역 3개)를 도출하였다.
