As the modular production is an important issue in globalized manufacturing industries, sub modules or parts of the final product are provided by many suppliers. Some part suppliers design their own products for themselves. In some cases, part supplier may provide the same type product to multiple 1-tier companies. Because all suppliers and 1-tier companies can not use the same CAD system in general case, the engineering change in the CAD model of one company could not propagate to related CAD models of other companies directly. Although they use the same CAD system, it is hard to share their CAD model with each other because of company security policy. In this paper, the neutral reference model, which consists of the neutral skeleton model and the external reference model, is proposed to apply a global top-down modeling approach to collaborating companies.

The neutral valve for controlling the HST is one of the important valves for the vehicle control. Neutral valve takes a role of blocking or transmitting power to the vehicle. The operating principle of the neutral valve was developed through the analysis model. We also investigated the logical validity by analyzing the results of the analysis model. The analysis model was developed by using SimulationX witch is commercial software. The number of holes in the piston was selected as a variable initial compression of the spring, and the magnitude of the pressure pulsations and the diameter of the orifice for the sensitivity analysis were performed to design sensitivity analysis of the neutral valve.

Even if two companies use the same CAD system, it may be difficult to share their CAD model owing to corporate security policy. In this paper, a neutral reference model that consists of a neutral skeleton model and an external reference data model is proposed as a new medium for the sharing and propagation of engineering change information among collaborating companies.

It gradually becomes important to study on how to efficiently integrate and manage plant lifecycle data such as 2D schematic and 3D solid data, logical configuration data, and equipment specifications data. From this point of view, converting plant design data from various systems into neutral data independent from any commercial systems is one of important technologies for the operation and management of plants which usually have a very long period of life. In order to achieve this goal, a neutral model for efficient integration and management of plant data was defined. After schema mapping between one of specification-driven plant design systems and the neutral model was performed, a plant data translator is also implemented according to the mapping result. Finally, by experiments with nuclear power plant design, the feasibility of the translator was demonstrated.

A novel algorithm is proposed to regulate the neutral point potential in neutral point clamped three-level inverters. Oscillations of the neutral point potential and an unbalanced dc-link voltage cause distortions of the output voltage. Large capacitors, which make the application costly and bulky, are needed to eliminate oscillations. Thus, the algorithm proposed in this paper utilizes the finite-control-set model predictive control and the multistage medium vector to solve these issues. The proposed strategy consists of a two-step prediction and a cost function to evaluate the selected multistage medium vector. Unlike the virtual vector method, the multistage medium vector is a mixture of the virtual vector and the original vector. In addition, its amplitude is variable. The neutral point current generated by it can be used to adjust the neutral point potential. When compared with the virtual vector method, the multistage medium vector contributes to decreasing the regulation time when the modulation index is high. The vectors are rearranged to cope with the variable switching frequency of the model predictive control. Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed strategy.

본 연구는 창원시 전체 5개 행정구 모두가 포함되고 각 지역 특성을 고려한 7곳의 탄소중립마을을 선정하여 해당 지역주민과 설문조사와 리더의 FGI를 통한 사업평가를 바탕으로 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 분석결과 탄소중립마을 활성화를 위해 가장 중요한 것으로 17개 문항을 복수 응답한 결과 탄소중립 교육이 91.9%로 가장 중요하다고 응답하였고, 사업을 진행하면서 마을의 정체성과 관련된 목표의식과 가치추구가 중요하다가 89.1%를 차지하였으며, 법적(조례) 마련 79.3%, 마을조직 구축 74.1%의 순으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 창원시에서 탄소중립마을 만들기 사업에 참여하는 주민들을 통한 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째로, 탄소중립 마을별로 자원순환 중심형 모델, 환경조성 중심형 모델, 환경교육과 체험행사 중심형 모델, 에너지 효율 중심형 모델로 구분되어 그 특징이 나타났다. 두 번째로, 탄소중립마을의 성장을 위해 탄소중립마을 성장 단계 가이드라인을 만들어 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 세 번째로, 마을 자치로 운영되기 위해서는 리더와 활동가들이 쉽게 적용하고 접근할 수 있는 탄소중립 관련 이론, 이슈, 실천 등의 매뉴얼 및 교안을 제작하여 배포하는 것이 필요하다. 네 번째로, 창원시에 법적으로 설치가 가능한 탄소중립지원센터가 설립된다면, 지역주민의 삶이 기후 위기에 대비하여 탄소중립생활이 더욱 지속 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of the study was to examine model postures at fashion shows with respect to expressing fashion images including elegance and neutral-gender images. Data were gathered from the fashion shows held 2000 S/S through 2009 F/W, when elegance and neutral-gender fashion images were obvious in fashion collections. Three designer brands representing elegance and neutral-gender fashion images were selected by the researcher and fashion specialists including graduate students majoring in fashion. The fashion collection photos representing each image were selected from style.com, a website which contains four world's biggest fashion collections. The results showed different hand positions as a model posture according to fashion images. In the neutral-gender image, 16 photos (47%) showed a hand position at pockets, in the elegance image, 24 photos (82.3%) showed a hand position laying down by the sides. Also, walking pose was shown to be different between two fashion images. In the neutral-gender fashion image, 16 photos (52.9%) revealed a pose of 'natural walk', while 29 photos (100%) showed a pose of 'walk in a straight line' in the elegance imaged fashion. In conclusion, the neutral-gender image photos showed the pocket-positioned hand and the 'natural walk' poses more than elegance image photos, and elegance image photos revealed the hand position laying down by the sides and the 'walk in a straight line' poses than the photos of the neutral-gender image.

Neutral atom temperature was measured by Laser Rayleigh scattering method using neutral depletion by neutral heating with ideal gas law in Inductively coupled plasma. We observed sudden pressure change when plasma is turned on and off. We analyzed mechanism of neutral heating by employing zero-dimensional neutral and ion energy balance model simultaneously. The results showed that neutral atom temperature increase with ion density. The mechanism of neutral atom heating and cooling is mainly dominated by ion-neutral collision including elastic and charge-exchange collision and by wall cooling respectively.

The one step type and two step type pole are used in distribution line. If the three phases are not balanced, the communication line can be damaged by induced voltage. This paper calculates the neutral current using KEPCO's distribution system model which is only composed by one step type pole. The used system model is modelled by using ATPDraw and the neutral current is calculated by using EMTP/MODELS. Many cases for abstracting the neutral current characteristics in KEPCO's distribution system are simulated and analyzed.

This paper presents computation of the neutral torrent using KEPCO's distribution system model which is composed by only one step type poles. The used system model is modelled and simulated by using ATPDraw. And the neutral current is calculated by using EMTP/MODELS.
