본 연구는 노인의 장애유무가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향과 사회적 관계망의 조절효과를 분석하여 장애가 있는 노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 사회복지 정책 및 실천적 함의를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 국민노후보장패널조사(KReIS) 4차 개인조사 및 부가조사에 모두 응답한 대상자 중 만 65세 이상의 노인이며, 총 3,906명을 토대로 분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 IBM SPSS Statistics v23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계를 제시하고, 조절효과 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 장애는 성공적 노화에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 사회적 관계망으로서 친구 이웃관계망과 가족관계망 모두 성공적 노화에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 관계망 중 친구 이웃 관계망은 장애가 성공적 노화에 미치는 효과를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노인이 장애가 있을수록 성공적 노화수준은 낮아지는데 친구 이웃 관계망의 사회적 지지가 커질수록 장애가 성공적 노화에 미치는 부적(-) 효과는 약해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과에 근거하여 장애가 있는 노인의 성공적 노화를 위해 장애노인을 대상으로 사례관리 도입과 사회적 관계망 확충을 위한 이동권 보장 및 자조모임 프로그램 제공 등을 제언하였다.

본 논문에서는 한 도시(원주시)를 대상으로 안정적이면서 높은 경제 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있는 광대역 무선 Smart-city형 네트워크 커버리지를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 해당 지역에 대한 사전 지리적 조사를 실시하고 환경에 적합한 장비를 선택하여 네트워크망의 추가 및 복구가 쉬운 무선 메쉬 네트워크망을 설계하였고 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존에 구축되어 있는 네트워크망과 그 성능을 비교, 평가하고 고찰하였다. 본 논문이 추구하는 목표는 연구를 통해 무선 메쉬 네트워크의 경비 절감 효과 및 우수한 성능을 평가받고 이를 활용하여 그린 IT의 기초가 될 수 있는 미래지향적 도심 통합 네트워크를 제안하는데 있다.

As mobile markets in most developed countries are rapidly coming close to saturation, it is increasingly challenging to cover the cost of providing the network, as revenues are not growing. This has driven mobile operators, thus far mostly involved in facility-based competition, to turn their attention to network sharing. There exist various types of mobile network sharing (MNS), from passive to active sharing. In this paper, we propose a model, based on the supply-demand model, for evaluating the economic effects of using six types of MNS. Our study measures the economic effects of employing these six types of MNS, using actual WiBro-related data. Considering lower service price and expenditure reduction, the total economic effect from a year's worth of MNS use is estimated to be between 513 million and 689 million USD, which is equal to three to four percent of the annual revenue of Korean mobile operators. The results of this study will be used to support the establishment of a MNS policy in Korea. In addition, the results can be used as a basic model for developing various network sharing models.

Recently, rapid process of network technology has an effect on the field of control engineering. And it gives effect to network control system(NCS) research that grafts existing control system and network has been studied. According to one-chip development of TCP/IP that is the most useful in LAN server for hardware, it can usefully and conveniently apply to network control system before. This paper construct network control system that can work close-loop control takes advantage of Ethernet that is the most for general data transmission network. Here, protocol uses for data transmission makes use for TCP/IP. This work the basic data transmitter-receive experiment to take advantage of network node was produced. And then, DC-motor can be control plant. Finally, I will prove to build speed control system of multiple DC-motor through Ethernet.

본 연구는 국내 IT스타트업의 성과에 미치는 전략적 지향성에대해 알아보고, 그 관계에서 네트워크의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 전략적 지향성을 구성하는 세 가지 차원인 기술지향성, 고객지향성, 경쟁지향성 각각이 성과에 미치는 영향 관계 및 네트워크의 역할 파악에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 스타트업 지원기관 등에 입주하고 있는 94개 IT기업을 대상으로 실증연구를 완료하였으며, 연구 모형의 적합성을 평가하기 위해 PLS기반 구조방정식 모델을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 고객지향성과 경쟁지향성은 성과와 네트워크 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 기술지향성은 성과와 네트워크 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인했다. 또한 고객 지향성과 경쟁지향성은 기업성과와의 관계에서 네트워크가 매개역할을 하는 것을 확인하였지만, 기술지향성과 기업성과의 관계에서 네트워크는 매개역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 스타트업 실무자들에게 전략적 방향과 네트워크 구축 및 활용의 중요성을 시사하고 있다.

This study aimed to investigate the political system related to the Electronic Government Law by analyzing the process of the common initiative of the law. To achieve the goal, this study applied the method of social analysis and sugessted the proper role of the assembly for realizing the electronic government and its control. The data were gathered from the bill information service of the national assembly. Netminer 4.0 was used for refining and analyzing data. The results are as follows. First, by analyzing three centrality(degree, betweenness, and eigenvector) of assembly member, the network effect of the powered party and reelected members were revealed as strong in the network. Second, through the component analysis, 5 sub-network has shown in total. The sub-networks showed two distinctive difference between two big parties. By the difference, members in two parties showed different characteristics in constituting communities and the effect of the powered party revealed as strong and clear. Based on the result, this study demonstrated the necessity of social solidarity rather than solipsism in committing common initiative. And a chronological research is need to anlayze $18^{th}$ and $19^{th}$ assembly to verify the effect of the powered party in prospect study.

Optical add/drop multiplexers (OADMs), one of the new network elements, will play a key role enabling greater connectivity and flexibility in the dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM) networks. The importance of OADMs is that they allow the optical network to be local transmitting/extraction on a wavelength-by-wavelength basis to optimize traffic, efficient network utilization, network growth, and to enhance network flexibility. Also, the automatic assembly system of micro optical filters and fibers is a key technology in the development of optical modules with high functionality. Recently, one of remarkable tends in the development of optical communication industry is the miniaturization and integration of products. In this research, we have developed a system capable of automatic alignment of a film filter and a lensed fiber in order to improve the speed and losses in the optical fiber to filter alignment of optical modules. Using the developed automatic alignment system and silicon optical benches, we have fabricated the micro OADM and measured the insertion loss and aging effect.

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of interaction between the social support network and the korean eldery and to provide information on the structure and function of the social network which influences the life satisfaction in the aged. The sample of this study was selected from the elderly living in korean urban and rural areas. 213 out of urban respondent and 350 out of rural respondent were selected as data sources. The methodological instrument was the questionnaire. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. most of the elderly had the relationship with all kinds of social support network-family, kin, neighbors and friends. 2. the elderly having contact with all kinds of the social support network showed the highest life satisfaction. 3. the size, the frequency and the distance weren't important factors in influencing the family, the kin and the neighbors support network in the urban elderly. In the rural elderly the size was an important factor in all the support network. Also the frequency had effect upon all networks except the neighbors and the distance had significant effect upon the family support network. 4. In the urban elderly the friends support network had the positive correlation with life satisfaction. the rural elderly having contact with all kinds of the social support network showed high life satisfaction.

Purpose: The aim of this research is to study 1) the effects of internal factors (technological capability and entrepreneurial orientation) that affect Thailand's hotel business network capability. 2) the effects of external factors (government policy and trust relationship) that affect Thailand's hotel business network capability. 3) the impact of network capability on the firm performance. 4) the moderating effect of absorptive capacity between network capability and firm performance. Research design, data and methodology: The test model collected data from a mail survey of 164 hotel businesses in Thailand. The correlation and multiple regression were adopted to analyze and test the proposed hypotheses. Results: Interestingly, technological capability, entrepreneurship orientation, and trust relationship have a direct impact on network capability. However, network capability still does not have a significant relationship with firm performance in all dimensions. Surprisingly, the absorptive capacity does not have a moderating effect on the relationship of network capability on firm performance of hotel businesses in Thailand. Conclusions: This research found that the hotel business should focus on analyzing the external and internal environment as it affects network building, which will guide the creation of strategies for further increasing hotel distribution channels and competitive advantage.

현재를 살아가는 많은 개인들은 개인을 표현하기 위한 수단으로 블로그를 이용한다. 특히 '미니홈피'로 불리는 싸이월드 서비스는 개인의 일상을 보여주는 개인 홈페이지의 대표격으로 자리잡아 2007년 하반기 2천 4백만의 이용자를 확보하고, 인터넷 서비스 제공자에게 있어 대표적인 수익 모델의 하나로 자리잡았다. 미니홈피나 블로그의 활성화가 단순한 유행으로 그칠 것이라던 초기의 생각과는 달리 싸이월드의 서비스는 다양한 영역에서 발전하여 무한한 양적 팽창과 네트워크의 확대를 추구하고 있으며, 이와 같은 팽창은 이용자의 편익 증대와 서비스 제공 사업자들에게 무한한 수익원으로서의 가능성을 열어주어 정보통신사업자들의 네트워크 효과 화대를 위한 경쟁을 촉발시켰다. 그러나 상대적으로 낮은 생산비용과 소비자의 낮은 탐색/전환 비용은 지속적인 시장 지배력의 유지를 어렵게 하고, 서비스 제공 사업자들은(ISPs) 효율적인 네트워크 관리와 확장을 위한 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 시장의 대표주자이던 싸이월드 역시 그 성장세가 둔화되고 있고, 이를 개선하기개선하기 위해 네트워크 효과의 지속, 확장을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만, 해당 전략들에 대해 이용자가 어떠한 반응을 보일지 알 수 없다. 인터넷서비스 제공자들은 무료가격정책, 대용량 서비스 제공, 화려한 화면구성, 매체 광고 등 이용 가능한 모든 정책을 소비자에게 제공하며 이용자의 서비스 이용율을 높이고자 하나, 해당 서비스 전략들이 기업의 수익에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 어느 누구도 자신 있게 말할 수 없으며, 어떠한 전략의 도입이 가장 효과적인 결과를 가져올 지 확신 할 수 없다. 선택전략들이 네트워크 효과의 개선에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 어떠한 서비스의 도입이 보다 유효한 결과를 가지고 올지에 대해 사전적으로 알 수 있다면 네트워크 사업자들의 사업 전략수립에 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이용자와 서비스 제공자간의 동태적인 관계를 분석할 수 있는 시스템 다이내믹스 기법을 이용하여 싸이월드 미니홈피의 네트워크 효과를 측정하고, 나아가 신규 서비스 제공 전략에 따른 네트워크 효과의 변화에 대해 예측해 보고자 한다. 신규 가입자수의 정체를 해결하기 위한 신규고객 확대 전략과 신규 서비스 도입 전략이 네트워크 효과 증대에 미치는 영향을 측정함으로써, 각각의 전략들이 미래 네트워크 효과에 미치는 영향을 측정했다. 그 결과 이용자 풀의 증대 없는 단기적인 서비스 기능 강화 전략으로는 당장의 PV, DT는 증대할 수 있으나, 이러한 경향이 장기적으로 네트워크의 지속적 증대로 이어지기는 힘들을 발견했다. 다만 제한된 과거 데이터에 의존하여 미래를 예측하고 있고, 네트워크 효과의 변화양상에 대한 독립변수를 이용자수 증대와 서비스 기능 강화의 두 가지에만 국한하여 살펴보고 있다는데 본 연구의 한계점이 있다.
