서울 저층주거 밀집지역 공공생활지원시설 설정방향에 관한 연구 (A Study to Set up Guideline for Public Facilities as Infrastructure of Low-rise Residential Community in Seoul)

  • Low-rise residential community is the most popular type (51%) of residential neighborhoods in Seoul. Currently, there is a shortage of public facilities needed for living conditions and the quality of life in low-rise residential areas. This study defines 'public facility' as infrastructure to improve the living environment and used by residents jointly in low-rise residential areas. In this regard, this study analyzes current legal and institutional standards, latest trends in public facility of apartments, and residents' demand and satisfaction level in order to find out the criteria for installation of priority public facilities. As a result, the essential facility basically conforms to the number of household which is the standard of the facility supply in apartment. However, considering the limitations on the accessibility due to low density, it should consider two standards at the same time: the number of household and distance (radius of neighborhood). In conclusion, it is necessary to install legally prescribed facilities according to the number of household and distance: 500 households facilities in 250m radius neighborhood and 1,000 households facilities in 400m radius neighborhood. Also, considering the reality of low-rise residential area, it is necessary to integrate some facilities that can be functionally linked to improve level of utility and efficiency of operation and management. It is expected that the output of this study can be applied to institutionalize of the legal basis for the public facility of low-rise residential community.

  • Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

서울시의 활동여가시설의 입지유형에 관한 연구 - 강남구를 중심으로 - (A study on Locational and Regional Pattern of Leisure Facilities at Kangnam-gu, Seoul)

  • This study attempts to examine the regional distribution and the locational pattern of leisure facilities at Kangnam-gu in Seoul. For the convenience of the analysis the facilities are classified into public and private sector and then the facilities are classified into 11 types: mineral spring resort, play ground, neighborhood park, swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling, pingpong, aerobic, golf practice, health, and billiard facilities. For the purpose data was collected from statistical yearbook in 1993 and lists of registered facility at department of living physics of Kangnam-gu office. The data of the density of facilities and the opportunity of facilities per facilities type and per region are analysed with the technology of GIS. Results may be summarized as follows. First of all, correlation between the results of Location-Allocation model and the results of Interaction model is very high. Secondly, on comparing the density of facilities with the opportunity of the facility use per eleven facility types, three discrete spatial pattems are found. The mineral spring resort facility type with the highest unbalanced density and opportunity of facility use is to be found. Play ground, neighborhood park, swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling, pingpong, and aerobic facility types have the high unbalanced density and opportunity of facility use. The golf practice, health, and billiard facility types have spatially balanced density and opportunity of facility use. Thirdly, as comparing the density and the opportunity of the facility use per 'dong' administration unit, the spatial patterns of the public and the private facilities are different in density of the facility use and otherwise two are similar in the opportunity of the facility use. Fourthly, patterns of facilities users have different charateristics based on facility use time, expense, residence, and access time and four regional patterns are to be found ; user favorable, facility profitable, user balanced, and unfavorable.

CFD를 이용한 쓰레기 처리시설의 악취확산 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Odor Dispersion Prediction of Waste Treatment Facilities Using CFD)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate efficiently an odor dispersion from waste treatment facility for a crematory and a neighborhood facility, then propose planning, a location of an opening or the arrangement of the trees. Hence, offer a comfortable environment for a resident. For this, first the research data about estimating odor dispersion from waste treatment facility and odor are analyzed, then research an ingredient, characteristic, a direct effect for human and a method of measurement. Second, with on-site survey, check odorimetry and the source of odor dispersion, then apply this to the boundary condition of CFD simulation. Third, analyse by the hour for the 2008 standard weather data of Cheon-an, then apply summer data that odor dispersion is active, winter data relatively slow and an annual mean velocity and wind to the simulation. Even if a crematory and neighborhood facility located on south and north from waste treatment facility are at the low rate, the south and north wind will be applied to the simulation. Fourth, with CFD simulation result, predict an odor dispersion, then propose a solution which is considered an odor dispersion, a location of an opening and the arrangement of the trees. Consequently, this study will have an effect on an environment of a resident.

대구시 주거이동 결정요인별 선호주거지역 분석 (Empirical Analyses of the Relationships between the Factors of Residential Mobility and Preferable Residential District: The Case of Daegu)

  • We explore what factors influence the residential choice and mobility of people, and try to figure out the preferable residential district in Deagu. Household, housing characteristics, and neighborhood environments are considered as explanatory variables to predict the residential choice and the preferable residential district, and logit regression is used for the analysis. We found age, ownership, income, property, and education level as household characteristics, building age as housing characteristics, and accessibility to park and open space, public library and shopping mall as neighborhood environments are significant in determining residential choice of people whereas housing size, accessibility to elementary school, local market, cultural facility and gymnasium are not significant. These results imply people choose the residential district according to household characteristics as they did, as well as choose according to housing characteristics and neighborhood environments which are newly issued factors.

도시 저층주거지의 생활권 중심 분석 (The Analysis of a Neighborhood Center in the Urban Low-rise Residential Areas)

  • As a lifeway and social change, the neighborhood build up around elementary school based on Perry's Neighbourhood Unit becomes change. Elementary School does not function as a center of residents' activity or community any longer. Activities occurred near the school move to the community streets that many facilities are distributed to, while utilization of facilities near schools becomes lower. On the bases of the current states, this study aims to draw a practical neighborhood center of residential areas by case study. The research is being mainly about low-rise residential areas in Seoul which includes one elementary school at least. In order to deduct the center of neighborhood, the survey takes two steps. At the preliminary survey, conduct the observation and do an interview to investigate awareness and actual status. Also to analyze practical center, do a main survey about land value, pedestrian volume, distribution of public transit and facility density. The research result shows that there is another activated center street not nearby elementary school in every case. This study assumes that the neighborhood center is not limited around elementary school and could variously build up by circumstances. It has significance that we present a question about the traditional theory and also could be references of the future city maintenance in the long term.

거주자가 지각한 정신건강 관련 주거의 질 분석에 기초한 주거 개선요소 (Housing Improvement Elements Depended on the Analysis of Urban Residents' Perceived Korean Housing Quality Related to Mental Health)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the improvement elements depended on housing quality measurement tool related to mental health. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from November 1, 2012 to January 17, 2013, and the sample consisted of 720 respondents living in single detached houses, multi-families detached houses, apartments, and town houses in 4 cities, Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Kwangju. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of improvement elements are as follows: 1) Pedestrian-threaten street from cars in physical safety 2) A secluded or dark spot and fear of walking at night in social security, 3) Indoor noise, outdoor noise, and evidence of abandoned trash heap/bottle in neighborhood in health & sanitation, 4) Illegal parking and heating control system in facility convenience, 5) Extra kitchen, number of bathrooms, and community spaces in space convenience, 6) Openness and spaciousness of indoor room, and satisfaction of house and neighborhood in comfort, 7) Management common/sharing space in maintenance, 8) Energy saving facility and environment friendly materials use in sustainability, 9) Burden on housing cost, asset value on house, and school district in economic value, 10) Reflection of residents style, surrounding building's number of layers, and neighborhood appearance of preference in housing environment image.

야외체력단련기구 이용현황과 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 동탄신도시 근린생활권 근린공원을 중심으로 - (Current Statues of Outdoor Exercise Equipment and Improvement Research - Focused on the Neighborhood Park of Dongtan New Town -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공원을 조성하거나 또는 기존의 공원을 재정비할 때 생활체육시설인 야외체력단련기구에 대한 전반적인 이용만족도를 높이기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 동탄 신도시에 소재한 근린생활권 근린공원에 설치된 야외체력단련 기구를 이용하는 남 녀 150명을 대상으로 이용만족도를 조사하고 분석하였다. 동탄신도시의 공원 중 야외체력단련기구가 설치된 6개의 공원에서 근린생활권 근린공원에 해당하는 개나리공원, 손바닥공원, 큰재봉공원을 대상지로 선정하였다. 이용만족변수에 대한 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 총 4개의 요인이 추출되었다. 그 내용은 주 시설 요인(공원내 적절한 위치 공원과의 연계 배치 야외체력단련기구의 종류 수량), 차양 요인(차양시설, 식재), 관리 요인(관리상태 보수상태), 부대시설 요인(포장 조명시설)으로 정의할 수 있다. 전체만족도와 요인의 회귀분석 결과, 주 시설 요인이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 주 시설 요인이 근린공원 야외체력단련기구 만족도를 좌우한다고 할 수 있다. 대상지별 요인에 대한 차이 검증을 통해 주 시설 요인인 공원내 적절한 위치 공원과의 연계 배치 야외체력단련기구의 종류 수량에서 종류와 수량이 많다고 야외체력단련기구의 전체만족도가 높아지는 것이 아니라, 주 시설 요인에 포함된 공원내 적절한 위치 공원과의 연계 배치의 만족도 또한 높아야 전체만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과를 감안하면 추후 계획되는 공원의 야외체력단련기구에서는 종류와 수량의 보충뿐만 아니라 공원내 적절한 위치, 공원과의 연계성, 배치를 고려한 공원 계획이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

공원조성 압력지수를 이용한 공원개발 우선순위 선정 - 청주시 도심 미개발근린공원을 대상으로 - (Setting Development Priorities of Undeveloped Neighborhood Parks in the Downtown of Cheongju City using a Park Development Pressure Index)

  • 본 연구는 공원조성압력지수를 이용하여 청주시에 분포되어 있는 도심 미개발공원의 개발우선순위를 선정하는데 있다. 공원조성압력지수를 산정하기 위해 가법형 모델을 이용하였다. 지수는 총 5개의 등급으로 나누어졌으며, 각 등급화는 9개 항목 평가지표를 통해 이루어졌다. 9개의 평가지표에서는 다시 공원의 물리적 환경특성, 이용가능성, 공간배치특성으로 분류된다. 이러한 평가지표는 기존연구에서 제시하고 있는 지표와 관련공무원의 인터뷰를 통해 선정하였다. 물리적 환경평가지표로는 고도 경사, 정규식생지수(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index: NDVI)가 있으며, 이용가능성 평가지표로는 주거지면적비율, 이용가능예측인구, 미조성경과년수, 단절구역면적이 있으며, 마지막으로 공원배치특성의 경우에는 공원간의 거리와 대체시설의 분포특성이 있다. 연구 결과, 사천, 사직2, 당산근린공원이 1등급을 받았으며, 삼선당공원이 5등급을 받았다. 1등급 공원의 경우, 두 개의 공원이 청주시의 동서축인 사직로와 인접해 있었으며, 가장 높은 개발압력을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 삼성당공원의 경우, 가장 낮은 개발압력을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이 공원의 경우, 지역 대학교와 밀접하게 위치하고 있으며, 이로 인해 주변지역에 주거용지비율이 작고 이용잠재인구 또한 적은 것으로 나타났다.
