본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 정서인식이 부정적 피드백 수용의 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절의 매개효과와 부하가 지각한 상사 정서조절의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내의 다양한 기업에 종사하고 있는 비관리자 직장인 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 273명의 응답을 분석하였다. 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위해 AMOS 22로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 가설검증을 위해 SPSS Process Macro를 활용하여 매개효과와 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서인식은 적응적 인지적 정서 조절을 매개로 하여 부정적 피드백 수용에 간접적으로 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 상사의 정서조절은 정서인식과 부정적 피드백 수용의 관계를 조절한다. 구체적으로 상사의 정서조절이 낮을 때 정서인식과 부정적 피드백 수용 관계가 더 강해지는 것을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 직장인이 자신과 타인의 정서에 대한 인식 수준과 적응적 인지적 정서조절, 그리고 부정적 피드백을 받아들이는 심리적 과정을 확인하고, 부정적 피드백을 긍정적으로 수용하는 데 있어 상사의 정서조절이 갖는 중요성을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 학문적 의의 및 코칭에서의 시사점, 그리고 제한점과 미래 연구 과제에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 중학생이 인지한 부모양육태도(긍정적 양육태도, 부정적 양육태도)가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이들 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국･아동청소년패널조사 2021 자료의 중학교 1학년 2,235명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는 정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 부모 양육태도가 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는 정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 그릿은 진로적응성에 정적(+)으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과는 긍정적 양육태도와는 완전매개효과, 부정적 양육태도와는 부분매개효과로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통해 중학생의 진로적응성을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 제언을 제공하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도와 스마트 폰 의존도변인들이 신입생들의 학교생활만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고, 대학생들이 학교생활에 만족할 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하며, 이를 기초로 실천적인 전략을 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 학교생활만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 관계와 스마트 폰 의존도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 이용하여 경로를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 부모양육태도의 하위요인인 긍정적 양육태도는 스마트 폰 의존도에 부적인 영향을 주었고, 스마트 폰 의존도는 대학생활만족도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 양육태도는 스마트 폰 의존도에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 스마트 폰 의존도는 대학생활만족도에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 스마트 폰 의존도는 긍정적 부정적 양육태도와 대학생활만족도와의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 나타났다. 이와 같은 부모의 긍정적 부정적 양육태도, 스마트 폰 의존도, 대학생활만족도와 같은 변수들의 관계를 밝히고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 학교생활에 보다 더 만족할 수 있는 시사점을 논하였다.

This study investigated the relationships among emotion knowledge, negative emotionality, and autobiographical memory in a sample of 131 three- to five-year-old children attending day care center in seoul. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results of this study were as follows. First, children's emotion knowledge exerted negative effects on their negative emotionality. Second, children's negative emotionality had a positive influence on their autobiographical memory. Finally, the effect of children's emotion knowledge on their autobiographical memory was partially mediated by their negative emotionality. These findings provide a preliminary evidence that children's emotion knowledge and negative emotionality may predict their autobiographical memory.

최근의 여러 연구는 럭셔리 브랜드가 자선과 결부될 때 긍정적으로 나타나는 소비자 반응의 기저에 죄책감 감소가 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 더 나아가 럭셔리 브랜드가 부정적인 경영활동을 통해 이윤을 취함을 소비자가 알때, 럭셔리 브랜드가 자선활동을 하거나 하지 않음에 따라 죄책감 감소의 영향이 달라지며, 이로 인해 소비자의 구매의도도 상이하게 나타남을 보이고자 하였다. 2(자선활동 연계 여부) x 2(생산방식 지각: 부정 vs. 통제) 피험자 간 설계로 진행된 실험 결과, 럭셔리 브랜드의 자선 연계는 제품 구매의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 제품 생산방식이 부정적이라고 지각한 경우 그렇지 않을 때보다 구매의도가 낮았다. 그런데 자선 연계가 구매의도에 미치는 영향은 제품 생산방식의 지각에 의해 조절되었는데, 자선 연계가 되어있을 때의 지각의 차이가 미치는 영향이 자선 연계가 없을 때의 지각의 차이가 미치는 영향보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 한편 자선 연계 여부가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 및 자선 연계 여부와 생산방식 지각의 상호작용이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 모두 죄책감 감소에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 럭셔리 브랜드 제품의 자선연계에 있어 소비자가 제품 생산 방식의 윤리성을 어떻게 지각하는 지가 중요한 요인이 될 수 있음을 밝혔다는 데 학문적 및 실무적으로 기여하고 있다.

The erosion of electrode in spot welding of aluminium alloy by direct current is dependent on the electric polarity. The positive electrode is much more eroded than the negative one. To explain this phenomenon, Peltier effect has been generally accepted as a unique theory. In this study Peltier effect was evaluated by calculations on the basis of some references and experiments. The difference of heat generated by Peltier effect on both electrode surfaces was, however, only 4% of total heat generated during wel- ding. Because of insufficient explanation, Kohler theory, which is mainly affected by thin oxide film, was introduced. A theoretical calculation showed 17% of the temperature difference between the positive and negative electrode, in case "surface voltage" resulted from oxide film was 30% of total contact voltage. This revealed that the erosion of electrode could be more affected by Kohler theory than effect.an effect.

Purpose Unlike advertising through the traditional media targeting unspecified number of people, the base of mobile environment using smartphone has expanded so that many companies can classify prospective customers according to their purpose, thereby enabling efficient targeted marketing with low cost. Design/methodology/approach This study has investigated how can marketing strategy be influenced by the price promotion type (immediate discount/delayed discount) and message framing (positive/negative) according to time pressure (low/high). Hypotheses are set through the consideration of prospect theory, endowment effect, framing effect, regulatory-focus theory, and time-pressure theory. Findings The results and interpretation of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the influence of the delayed discount on the purchase intention was larger than the immediate discount. Second, negative/loss frame messages have more influence on purchase intention than positive/profit frame messages. Third, when the price promotion type is delayed discount, the effect of the promotion message on the purchase intention when it presented by negative/loss frame is greater than the other cases. The implication of this study is that it can be used as a basic data for establishing a strategy to maximize the effectiveness of promotions effectively considering potential buyers of mobile commerce environment.

Recently, the use of antibiotics to improve animal productivity in livestock industry was strictly restricted. For these reason, probiotics have been regarded as one of promising materials for an antibiotic alternative. In this study, we investigated how the probiotics influences on the performance of broiler chicken via meta-analysis. Eighteen researches from 1997 to 2010 were used for meta-analysis. The standard summary effects were calculated via fixed effect model and random effect model (Borenstein et al., 2009). Heterogeneity was calculated by using the Cochran's Q statistics (Kook et al., 2009) and publication bias was calculated via Egger's regression (Lee et al., 2011). In fixed model average daily gain, body weight serum protein content and cecal LAB showed positive effect significantly. Feed intake, feed/gain and serum cholesterol showed significant negative effect. In serum triglyceride, negative effect was found but significance was not shown. In random model, average daily gain body weight and cecal LAB showed positive effects with significance and feed/gain and serum cholesterol represented significant negative effects. Publication bias was found only in feed/gain.

The purpose of the review article was to summarize and discuss the available information concerning the effect of bleaching on human teeth and reduced treatment on negative influence. Tooth bleaching effect was differ from extent of concentration and application period of a tooth bleaching agent, certainly full knowledge prior treatment about adverse effect possible appearance and follow clinical treatment for the least reduce. It remains unclear in how far those observation may result in significant adverse effect under clinical conditions. Nevertheless, further investigation are necessary to elucidate these aspect more precisely. The findings of the study were as follows : 1. It is recommended to delay placement of restorations after termination of bleaching therapy for at least 1-3 weeks. 2. Reduced negative influence that is clinical feasibility of catalase in protecting bleached surface against Oxygen radical. 3. The residual peroxide in tooth after bleaching seems to be removed by gradual diffusion and it may be possible to eliminate the adverse effect on tooth by using water displacement solution, ethylalcohol and aceton including it for effective removal of free radical oxygen.

The purpose of study is to study the influence of elderly's family harmony reflects on suicidal tendency among the mental health. The study was a survey of 323 elderly people aged 65 years or older in the elderly welfare center located in S city. The variables of this study consisted of the independent variable emotional intelligence, the dependent variable suicide tendency and the mediating effect family harmony. As a result of the study. In the mediating effect of family harmony on the influence of emotional intelligence on suicidal thoughts, it was found that emotional intelligence had a positive (+) effect on family harmony (t=9.389, p<0.001), and emotional intelligence was related to suicidal thought It was found to have a negative (-) effect (t=-7.358, p<0.001). The mediating effect, family harmony, had negative (-) influence on suicidal thoughts (t=-3.956, p<0.001), and emotional intelligence also showed that suicidal thoughts had negative (-) influence (t=-4.828, p<0.001). In Conclusions, it was found that family harmony had a partial mediating effect on the influence of emotional intelligence on suicidal thoughts. Emotional intelligence, which can accept one's own emotions and feel the emotions of others in the position of others, is an important variable for family harmony.
