방사선 이용의 필요성 및 인체장해에 대한 대학생의 인식조사 (An Investigation on The Necessity of the Use of Radiation and The Recognition of Radiation Hazard among College Students)

  • Background & Objectives: This study investigates the recognition on the necessity of the use of radiation for both college students who are considered that they have a high knowledge level in radiation and proposes basic materials to change the recognition of the use of radiation. Also, the investigation was applied to average people who showed the most negative attitudes on radiation. Methods: A questionnaire was applied to 600 college students for five days from October 10 to 15, 2005 and used in statistical analysis. Results: The average value obtained in the recognition of the use of radiation was 76.60 points in which male respondents who were majored in natural science, health, and engineering department and respondents who have experienced radiation related education, radiation diagnosis, and radiation treatment demonstrated higher levels. Also, the average value obtained in the recognition of the radiation damage was 71.66 points in which respondents who were majored in natural sciences, humanities, engineering, and health department showed higher levels than that of respondents who were majored in art and physical department. Groups that exhibited higher recognition levels in the necessity of the use of radiation were male respondents and respondents who were majored in natural science, humanities, and health department and have experienced radiation diagnosis and radiation treatment. In the results of the correlation analysis on the necessity of the use of radiation and recognition of radiation damages, the recognition of radiation damages was presented as negative attitudes in the case of the higher recognition level in the necessity of the use of radiation. Conclusions: Regarding the frequency of the use of radiation in Korea, a 80.9% of university students who showed a high education level had no experiences in radiation related education. Although they showed a relatively high level of 76.6 points in the recognition level of the necessity of the use of radiation, the negative attitude on the radiation damage was also presented as a high level of 71.7 points. Because the providing chance of radiation related information was limited as compared to the atomic power used in Korea and dependancy of the use of radiation, it is necessary to provide the basic information related in the use of radiation to the public. In addition, various investigations on the use of radiation and such negative attitudes are required in future for the public. Also, the correct information of the radiation safety should be delivered to the public.

전문대학 식품영양과의 3년제 학제 개편에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reorganization into the Three-Year Period of Education of the Department of Food and Nutrition in Junior College)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the necessity for the extension of education and the desirable educational period of department of food and nutrition in junior college. Questionnaire was answered by the students, professors, dietitians, and the graduates. The result is summarized as follows: 52.1% of the subjects recognized that 2 year-period of education is too short, and professor group felt significantly shorter than any other groups. Both groups of professors(45.7%) and dietitians(43.5%) had more significantly recognized the necessity for the extended period of education than the groups of students(23.0%) and the graduates(21.5%) As the causes of the necessity for the extended period of education, 48.6% of the subjects answered 2 year-period of education is too short to study and practice on the major, and professor group highly recognized that the students need more time to study and practice for the major than time to prepare for the dietitian's certificates(p<0.001). Both Groups of professors(77.8%) and the graduates(65.1%) had significantly higher answer than groups of dietitians(56.1%) and the students(56.5%) to the question that 3 year-period of education is proper(p<0.001). Therefore the educational system should be reorganized into the three year-period of education as soon as possible for the effectiveness of the education of the dietitians, for the higher acquisition of dietitian's certificate, for the increase of field education, for the development of the student's creativeness and for the various courses after the graduation.

융합인재교육에 대한 초등예비교사와 현직교사의 인식과 요구 (Elementary Pre-service Teachers and In-service Teachers' Perceptions and Demands on STEAM Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out about the awareness and demands of pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers on STEAM education. For the purpose of this study, researcher administered survey questionnaires were conducted for 160 pre-service teachers and 191 in-service teachers who were sampled by convenience sampling method. The results were as follows. On the awareness and demand for knowledge and necessity on STEAM, first, on the understanding related knowledge, most respondents have heard of STEAM education(97.7%), and well aware of STEAM(91.4%) through the teacher training course(80.3%). Second, on the necessity, 60.4% respondents were located in "very necessary" and "necessary" entry. On the awareness and demand for applying STEAM, first, on the reasons of applying STEAM was to help the cognitive and affective development. Also 67.3% respondents would like to apply STEAM on their science class. The reason was necessity on STEAM, and the most suitable subject for blending with science of applying to STEAM was technology, on the other hand the most difficult subject was art. Second, on the effect of STEAM, most respondents had positive awareness on the all categories. Third, on the purpose of science education, also had positive awareness on the all categories of the purpose of science education. On the awareness and demand for blending ways of STEAM and improvements, first, on the blending ways of STEAM, topic centered blending related to real life had a majority. Second, on the improvements, to improve the STEAM education, many respondents pointed out the development of teaching and learning STEAM program and dissemination of related resources.

고등학생들의 연구실 이용에 따른 안전 인식 및 교육 필요성에 관한 연구 (A study on necessity of education and safety awareness to high school students when accessing laboratories)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 연구실 이용에 따른 안전 인식과 교육에 대한 필요성을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 소재 3개 고등학교 2학년 재학생 290명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 정규 수업 전 안전교육은 64.8%가 경험한 것으로 나타났으며, 사고 경험 6.6%, 체험 교육 시 안전 교육 68.0%로 사전 안전교육이 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 안전교육에 대한 인식도와 필요성은 높게 인식하고 있는 파악되었다. 특히, 연구실 사고 대처 방법에 관한 교육의 필요성을 안전 교육 경험 학생이 높게 나타나 연구실 안전 교육의 체계적인 관리 및 학생들의 안전 시 사고체계에 대한 다각적인 관리 방안 마련이 요구된다. 연구실 안전 인식과 교육 필요성 요인은 생활안전과 연구실 이용 안전교육 필요성과 상호 관련성이 높았고, 기기 및 실험 안전에 대한 필요성이 높을수록 연구실 이용 안전과 사고 대처 방법에 대한 인식도 높은 것으로 나타나 고등학생 대상의 연구실 안전 교육 프로그램 개발과 관리적 방안에 관한 연구를 제안한다.

  • Y. R$\acute{e}$ball$\acute{e}$[Fuzzy Sets and Systems, vol.157, pp.3025-2039, 2006] discussed the representation of necessity measure through the Choquet integral criterian. He also considered a decision maker who ranks necessity measures related with Choquet integral representation. Our motivation of this paper is that a decision maker have an "ambiguity" necessity measure to present preferences. In this paper, we discuss the representation of interval-valued necessity measures through the Choquet integral criterian.

디자인 교육을 통한 공감능력 함양에 관한 예비적 고찰 -초등교육을 중심으로- (Study on Fostering Empathy by Design Education -Focusing on Elementary Education-)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능 시대 사회에서 요구하는 인재 양성을 위해 초등교육 때부터 디자인 교육을 통한 공감능력 함양의 필요성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 통해 디자인 교육의 정의, 필요성 그리고 국내 디자인 교육 현황을 알아보고, 공감능력의 구성요소, 인공지능 시대에서의 그 필요성 그리고 어린이들이 공감능력을 키울 수 있는 방법을 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 해외 디자인 및 공감능력 교육 사례를 조사하였다. 결론적으로 사례 분석을 통해 북유럽 국가들은 디자인으로 사회 혁신을 이루고 높은 수준의 공감능력을 갖게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 놀이의 형태로 소통, 토론, 협동하는 과정의 디자인 교육이 초등교육을 받는 어린이들이 공감능력을 함양하는데 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 빠르게 변화하고 있는 시대의 인재 양성을 위해 해외 사례처럼 공감능력을 키울 수 있는 다양한 디자인 교육 프로그램이 개발되길 기대한다.

  • ICT의 급속한 발달은 정보 사회에 대한 논의를 넘어서 지식 사회에 대한 논의를 촉발시키며, ICT를 활용한 지식 창출 능력의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 컴퓨터교육은 ICT에 대한 개념이나 방향 설정이 미비한 채로 그 활용만을 위주로 전개되고 있는 형편이다. 현행 컴퓨터교육은 ICT의 기계적인 활용이 강조될 개연성이 높기 때문에 지식 사회에서 요구되는 창조적 인간상 육성에 부합하기 힘든 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제의식에 따라 컴퓨터교육의 바람직한 방향을 제공하고자, 우리나라 컴퓨터교육의 현황과 논쟁을 살펴보고, 지식정보사회에서의 컴퓨터교육의 개념과 지평, 교과로서 컴퓨터교육의 필요성과 방향에 대해 고찰하였다.

가정과학의 교육내용에 대한 필요도: 델파이 조사 연구 (Necessity of home economics science educational contents: A Delphi study)

  • 본 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정에서 심화선택과목으로 새롭게 편성된 가정과학의 교육내용 필요성에 대한 가정과교육 전문가들의 합의를 도출하여 앞으로의 가정과학 교육내용을 설정하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 가정과교육 전문가를 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 실시한 델파이 조사 결과에 의하면, 가정과교육 전문가들은 가정과학의 영역별 교육내용에 대하여 가족생활, 식생활, 소비생활, 주생활, 의생활 영역의 순서로 필요성이 높다고 합의하였다. 또한 가정과교육 전문가들은 가정과학의 각 영역에서 지식, 기술, 직업과 관련된 교육내용보다 실제 생활에서 유용한 교육내용에 대한 필요성이 더 높다고 합의하였다.

Web 2.0 정보화 시대에 부합되는 소비자교육 교과경쟁력 강화 방안에 관한 연구: 고등학교 기술/가정 교과에서의 소비자교육에 대한 유용성 평가와 교육방법 개선을 중심으로 (A Study on Strengthening the Curriculum Competitiveness of Consumer Education Consisted with the Web 2.0 Information Age: Based on the Evaluation of Availability and Improvement of Teaching Method of Consumer Education in High School Domestic Science)

  • In this study, based on the current curriculum of consumer education in high school with the advent of Web 2.0 age, I analyzed both the curriculum used by new information tools related with Web 2.0 age and the one used by traditional tools to find out the degree of necessity of consumer education for the high school students in proportion to the level of their informational ability. First, compared with the education of food, clothes and shelter in the curriculum of manual training and domestic science, the necessity, importance, and availability were low and the students had a lower level of interest than they had with the three factors mentioned above. Second, after dividing the sector of consumer education in the curriculum into three fields such as reasonable purchase and use, solution and prevention of consumer problems and forming a new consumer trend, I looked into the necessity of the teaching method using conventional tools and the one using new informational tools following Web 2.0 age respectively. Traditional tools were favored for the education of consumption-related laws and policies, consumers' rights for the general cause of consumer problem solving and preventing. For the generation of the new comsumer trend, the new information tools were preferred in the appreciation of consuming culture and the issues of consuming environment. Third, it was revealed that students' level of informational ethics was the highest at 5.55 while their level of information creation and processing was the lowest at 3.96 from the research of six categories of their informational ability.
