블랜칭 처리가 단호박의 품질특성과 항산화활성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Blanching Conditions on Qualities and Nutritional Characteristics of Sweet pumpkin)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics of sweet pumpkin after blanching. Sweet pumpkins were blanched in distilled water, 2% citric acid and 2% NaCl water at 100℃ for 3 min. The cooking loss of sweet pumpkin in the blanching groups was lower than that in the control group, and greenness and yellowness in the blanching groups were higher than those in the control group (p<0.001). Total polyphenol content (TPC) of sweet pumpkin increased after blanching (p<0.05), and TPC true retention (TR) was measured with the highest NB. CON and NB were significantly higher in ?-carotene content (p<0.001). Lutein content in the blanching treatment groups was lower than that in the control group, but NB was the highest between the blanching groups (p<0.001). DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenging activity assays revealed higher antioxidant activity in the NB groups among the blanching groups (p<0.001). The CON was 2.44 log colony-forming unit (CFU)/ g in the total bacterial count, but there were no microorganisms in the blanching groups. In conclusion, blanching with the addition of 2% NaCl can inhibit the growth of microorganisms and improve TR and antioxidant activities in sweet pumpkin.

  • 본 논문에서는 IoT와 저 전력 장거리 통신(NB-IoT)기술을 적용한 차량관제용 단말기를 개발했다. 본 시스템은 주차중인 차량의 위치, 상태에 대한 정보를 수집하고, 저 전력 실시간으로 차량 소유자의 단말로 차량 상태를 전송하여 차량의 도난을 방지하고, 주행 중인 차량의 경우, 주행 속도, 급제동, 미끄러짐, 충격 등 차량의 1차 정보를 수집하여 서버로 전송하면 서버에서 관련 데이터를 분석하여 교통 정체, 도로 파손 안전사고 발생 등에 대한 2차 정보를 생성할 수 있으며, 주기적 알람 형태로 목적지의 예상 도착 시간을 전송하여 목적지에 차량의 정확한 도착 시간을 알 수 있다. 본 단말 장치는 차량용 IoT 게이트웨이로 차량 내부의 다양한 유무선 센서와 연결될 수 있다. 또한 자동차의 유지관리, 효율적인 운행과 차량들에게서 수집된 데이터를 민간 또는 공공부분에서 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.

분말고속도공구강의 미끄럼마모특성에 미치는 열처리조건의 영향 (The Effect of Heat treating Conditions on Wear Characteristics of High Speed Steel by Powder Metallurgy)

  • The effects of added elements, such as Co or Nb, on wear properties of high speed steel by powder metallurgy(PM-HSS) had been evaluated in previous paper. The wear properties of materials, in fact, have been a]so influenced by heat-treating conditions. In this paper, the effects of heat-treating conditions on wear properties of PM-HSS have been evaluated. The wear tests have been performed as same conditions as previous paper using PM-HSS(5%Co-1%Nb) heat-treated under different quenching and tempering temperature. The result of this paper shows that wear resistance of PM-HSS is improved with relatively high quenching temperature. However tempering temperature is not sensitve to the wear resistance in range of high quenching temperature. It may be deduced by the fact that the shear strength of matrix by strengthening mechanisms of quenching aging in addition to dispersion-hardening is improved.

  • The bend ductility of Type 410S ferritic stainless steel overlay weld on carbon steel was investigated. Overlay weld that was stabilized with Nb had large columnar ferrite grain and Nb precipitate on grain boundary. And that caused fracture when bend test without concern of PWHT condition. Proper bend ductility at as-welded condition was achieved by refining ferrite grain with addition of $0.04{\sim}0.09%$ Al and $0.2{\sim}0.5%$ Ti that make oxide, carbide and nitride at high temperature.

  • The quartemary system ceramics 0.5[xPb(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$-(1-x)Pb(Ni$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$]-0.5[yPbTiO$_{3}$-(1-y) PbZrO$_{3}$ for piezoelectric actuators were prepared bv the were added to the raw materials up to 5 mole. Sintering temperature was varied form 1000.deg. C to 1200.deg. C. Sintering characteristrics, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were then investigated. Piezoelectric properties of sample prepared by the molten salt method were improved compared to those prepared by the conventional method. Addition of PZN shifted morphotropic phase boundary to more Zr-rich composition and decreased the piezoelectric properties.

  • We report the salient features of the magnetic properties of amorphous$ Fe_{84-x}Nb_7B_{8+x}Cu_1$ (x=0, 1, 4) alloys. The study of dc-magnetization properties and the ac-susceptibility was carried out. The temperature dependence of the magnetization follows the predictions of spin wave excitations with long wavelengths. Especially, the addition of boron modifies the magnetic properties: the spin wave stiffness increases from 56.8 to 65.7 meV$\AA$2 and Curie temperature increases from 298 K to 352 K. This result indicates a magnetic hardening of the exchange interaction by higher exchange energy. Thus, the substitution of iron by boron favours the increase of magnetic order in this system.

  • In the steel marking industry, most companies have adapted the continuous casting process, due to its economical benefit. Casting rolls are utilized for frictional drive and the transport of solidifying slap. Dimensional tolerances, mechanical stability, and surface condition of the casting rolls can affect both the surface and the internal quality of the product being cast. To overcome these problems, the industry now is focused on accelerating the rate of technological improvements. This study has been undertaken for the development of casting rolls overlaid materials (SAW FCW wire), with the addition of Vanadium and Molybdenum to the martensitic stainless steel, in order to increase tensile strength and hardness at elevated temperatures.

  • 핫프레스법으로 제작된 0.05Pb(M $n_{1}$3/N $b_{2}$3/) $O_{3}$+ 0.95Pb(Z $r_{0.47}$ $Ti_{0.53}$) $O_{3}$ 세라믹스에 있어서 C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량이 그 시편의 구조적특성, 유전특성, 압전특성, 온도안정성 및 포아손비에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다. C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량의 범위가 0.3~0/75[wt%]인 시편만이 포아손비가 1/3이상으로 주파수저하형 에너지포획소자의 기판으로 사용될 수 있으며 이 중에서 C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량이 0.5[wt%]인 시편이 보다 우수한 압전특성과 안정된 주파수 온도특성을 갖고 있다. 있다.

  • Organic binders are usually pre-mixed with ceramic powders to enhance the formability during the shape forming process. These binders, however, must be eliminated before sintering in order to avoid pore formation and unusual grain growth during sintering. The present work was performed to investigate the effects of residual binder on grain growth behavior during sintering of $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3$ piezoelectric ceramics. The microstructures of sintered samples were examined for various thermal processes and atmosphere at debinding. Addition of binder seems to promote abnormal grain growth especially in incompletely debinded regions and to make the grain shape change from corner-rounded to faceted.

  • In this paper, the minuteness structure, piezoelectric, and dielectric characteristics of $0.95{Pb(Sb_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})_{0.02})_{0.02}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.13}(Zr_{0.48}Ti_{0.52})_{0.85}}O_3+0.05Pb(CO_{1/2}W_{1/2})O_3+0.3%$ $MnO_2+0.3wt%$ CuO ceramics has been systematically investigated as a function of the sintering temperature after manufacturing the specimens with a general method. This study will be very helpful as basic data for developing ceramic materials, More study in a soon time for improving stability of temperature, effect of adds and stability and reality of frequency with improved production condition for specimens will give a powerful potentiality as a applied material of dielectric ceramics.
