The u-health service is using portable device such as smart device and it consists of small computing device. The u-health service carry out same performance with desktop computer. We designed message structure based on Bluetooth HDP. This message structure is used to transmit patient's biometric data on the smart device of medical team, patient and family over the mobile network environment. ISO/IEEE 11073 PHD standard was defined based on the method of communication between the agent and the manager. And We are confirmed the reliable transmission of biometric data at the smart device by implementing the android OS based patient information monitoring application to check the status of patient for medical team, patient and family.

In this paper, we overview the system development status of the national maritime precise point positioning-real-time kinematic (PPP-RTK) service in Korea, also known as the Precise POsitioning and INTegrity monitoring (POINT) system. The development of the POINT service began in 2020, and the open service is scheduled to start in 2025. The architecture of the POINT system is composed of three provider-side facilities-a reference station, monitoring station, and central control station-and one user-side receiver platform. Here, we propose the detailed functionality of each component considering unidirectional broadcasting of augmentation data. To meet the centimeter-level user positioning accuracy in maritime coverage, new reference stations were installed. Each reference station operates with a dual receiver and dual antenna to reduce the risk of malfunctioning, which can deteriorate the availability of the POINT service. The initial experimental results of a testbed from corrections generated from the testbed network, including newly installed reference stations, are presented. The results show that the horizontal and vertical accuracies satisfy 2.63 cm and 5.77 cm, respectively. For the purpose of (near) real-time broadcasting of POINT correction data, we designed a correction message format including satellite orbit, satellite clock, satellite signal bias, ionospheric delay, tropospheric delay, and coordinate transformation parameters. The (near) real-time experimental setup utilizing (near) real-time processing of testbed network data and the designed message format are proposed for future testing and verification of the system.

Inter-vehicle communication is one of the most important parts in Intelligent Vehicle System. Through this communication, drivers can recognize what is happening out of their sights, such as the freezing condition of the street, traffic accidents, and so on. Each car in IVS gives various services to the drivers after analyzing those received information from cars or a base station. If the message is, however, exchanged from car to car directly, the computation cost which is needed for all the car to authenticate the transmitted message between nearby cars is tremendously high. Therefore, one can naturally think that the message communication between cars is performed with the help of the base station to reduce the computation cost. In this case where the base station collects all the information transmitted from cars and broadcasts them nearby, there should be an efficient way both for the base station to authenticate the car message within its communication range and for the car to authenticate the information received from the base station. In this paper, we present a two-way authentication protocol using a hash chain to efficiently exchange GPS information between a car and a base station. This information can be used to provide a driver with the navigation which displays all the moving cars around him in real time. When a car goes into an area of a base station, the car authenticates itself to the base station using its private key of PKI, sends a commitment of a hash chain, then starts to send a message with the hash value for authentication. The message includes GPS information, driver's status and so on. The base station also authenticates itself to the nearby cars using its private key, transmits the commitment of the hash chain, and sends all the messages gathered from cars with authentication information.
Ionospheric time delay is one of the main error source for single-frequency DGPS applications, including time transfer and Wide Area Differential GPS (WADGPS). Grid-based algorithm was already developed for WADGPS but that algorithm is not applicable to geomagnetic storm condition in accuracy and management. In geomagnetic storm condition, the spatial distribution of vertical ionospheric delay is noisy and therefore the accuracy of modeling become low in grid-based algorithm. For better accuracy, function based algorithm can be used but the continuity of correction message is not guranteed. In this paper, we propose the ionospheric model using wavelet based algorithm. This algorithm shows better accuracy with the same number of correction message than the existing spherical harmonics algorithm and guarantees the continuity of correction messages when the number of message is expanded for geomagnetic storm condition.
ADS-B can provide high accurate position information and faster update rate than Radar system and it is a technique that can supplement or replace the Radar. Recently ADS-B has been applied to the actual aircraft operation because to increase air transportation traffic and required to high accurate surveillance. In this study, we surveyed analysis of position deviation distribution analysis and received actual ADS-B trajectory data for conformed precise surveillance on the near airport area using ADS-B message. For that, we received the precision instrument approach ADS-B trajectory data using instrument landing system, and can analyse about target deviation distribution on the final approach segment about precision instrument approach. The result of analysis is mean distance of target deviation -0.04 m and standard deviation 6.71 m on between ADS-B target and extended runway centerline. Also that is to conformed the ADS-B message trajectory available to provide relatively exact surveillance information.
In order to meet performance requirements specified by the ICAO in drone operation, a system that provides augmentation information such as SBAS is needed. However, the operating range of the drone is limited in situation where the drone can not received the SBAS message continuously. In this paper, we propose a system to transmit SBAS augmentation message using a separate communication channel assuming the SBAS satellite signal to the drone has been shielded. We implemented the proposed system and verified its performance in the static environment. The DGPS positioning results showed that the accuracy difference is about 10cm, which means the accuracy performance was very similar. In addition, the protection level calculated by the system also shows the difference within 2m from the value calculated by the airborne receiver.
Along with advanced vehicle to vehicle (V2V) communication technologies, platooning is regarded as one of the most promising form of autonomous driving solutions in order to increase road capacity. In this paper, we propose a novel V2V transmission scheme for safety message dissemination in platooning. The proposed scheme enhances the efficiency of channel access and multi-vehicle orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) transmission by taking advantage of triggered uplink access technique and null data packet feedback report protocol introduced in the sixth generation WLAN standard, IEEE 802.11ax. The simulation results prove that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional IEEE 802.11 transmission scheme throughout all measured vehicle density range.
Recently, the marine traffics have been increased along with enlargement of overseas commerce. Increasing the marine traffic may make higher the risk of marine accidents. Especially, the rate of accidents on costal area are more frequently. As if the marine safety information can be afforded to vessel and shore, the accident rate would be down. AIS AtoN is the navigational safety support device which is subject to functional requirements of IALA and technical standards of ITU. In this paper, we extend and implement the user-defined specification of AIS AtoN with message 21 for AIS basic information, messsage 6 for status report and message 12/14 for safety management.
Radiobeacons that carry corrections for global satellite navigation systems are currently being planned or installed in many countries. In early 1996, it was begun to send DGPS correction message from a marine radiobeacon station located in Changgi Got Lighthouse. It was the first test broadcast of DGPS correction data based on medium frequency of marine radiobeacon where transmission power and rate are 300W and 100bps respectively in Korea. However, there has not been any scientific study on the characteristic of the accuracy of a marine radiobeacon/DGPS. Accordingly, this paper investigates the accuracy of the system, which is currently operating in 310kHz. To do this , the real time differential correction in RTCM data was collected in an implemented system. And then the accuracy was analyzed related to the coverge of the radiobeacon/DGPS. As a result, it is verified that the differential positioning accuracy using the marine radiobeacon is sufficient to ensure the safety of marine activities around the coast of Korea.
