Emerging as a strategic domain of the service industry, the drone logistics industry is evolving into a zero effort industry, which realizes smart device service ranging from corporate services to daily customer services. The role of the drone industry is becoming increasingly important in strengthening national competitiveness, as well as corporate competitiveness, beyond the strengthening of product competitiveness. Although drones have various strengths and weaknesses for industries, there are plenty of possibilities for diverse disputes and conflicts due to lack of related laws, regulations, and institutional norms, as well as unsolved problems related to technologies and operations; that is, there are still policy tasks and problems to be solved such as unauthorized seizure of drones, hacking, protection of personal privacy, safety concerns, regulation and limitation of flying areas, damage relief, and dispute settlements. Thus, in order to vitalize the drone industry as a future growth engine while responding to the changes in the environment of the drone industry in Korea and overseas and to strengthen national and corporate competitiveness by harmonizing with advanced management innovations, it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions and review policy issues related to the vitalization of the drone industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the domestic and overseas realities and statuses of the drone logistics industry and application cases, analyze policies regarding the drone logistics industry of each country, review general theories on the solution of disputes arising out of the transactions in the drone logistics industry, and, as a conclusion, suggest desirable policy issues for the vitalization of the drone logistics industry in Korea.

Recently, the proportion of housing lease has been increasing to an overwhelming level in line with the increase of single-person households and the change in the form of housing. In the normal case, the use of rental-type housing is subject to a housing lease agreement through a licensed real estate agent. In the event of a transaction conclusion, licensed real estate agent shall issue a contract containing the personal information of the lessee, the renter, and the licensed real estate agent to the transaction party. In this case, it is necessary for the lessee to provide the contract to a third party. This paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations and the status of housing transactions, focusing on personal information processed between offline housing lease agreements. And when issuing a contract through IRTS, we propose a way to protect personal information by providing a third party in three forms: information Data Subject-based, Purpose of usage-based De-identification, and Certificate of Contract.
We studied what kind of science-contents problems can also give information on one's creativity for use in the selection of scientifically gifted. 383 7th and 8th graders as subjects, we first analyzed the corelation between the results of creative thinking, scientific attitude, science inquiry, logical thinking and the scientific creativity problem solving skill test. The corelation analysis indicated that science inquiry test could represent other tests except TTCT. We then tested 532 6th graders with TTCT and science inquiry tests concomitantly with the contents- related problems made in such types as naming 20 scientists, writing about a scientist, imagination to overcome a problem, understanding of theory and application and understanding of science laws and application. The results indicated that writing and imagination were most efficient in assessing both the contents and the creativity.

Quantum Information Processing and Communication, based on the physical laws of Quantum mechanics, exploits fundamentally new modes of computation and communication and holds the promise of immense computing power beyond the capabilities of any classical computer. In Quantum Information Processing, replacing bits with qubits, one makes two-state quantum systems that do not possess in general the definite values of 0 or 1 of classical bits, but rather are in a so-called. "coherent superposition", of the two. Full exploitation of this additional freedom implies that new processing devices need to be designed and implemented, and that a large scale quantum computer can in principle be built. New discoveries will enable a range of exciting new possibilities including: greatly improved sensors with potential impact for mineral exploration and improved medical imaging and a revolutionary new computational paradigm that will likely lead to the creation of computing devices capable of efficiently solving problems that cannot be solved on a classical computer. In short, Quantum computing is an economy game changer, with a potential of disrupting entire industries and creating new ones.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance status of the ligal examination of risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The study was based on in-depth interviews with the persons in charge of the examination in 63 sampled companies, which are various in location, type of industry and size. The interviews were carried out based on detail questions as well as a predefined checklist. The main findings are as follows: 1) More than half of the companies did not properly comply with the laws in performing the examination of MSDs risk factors; 2) In about 60% of the companies, the examination has been carried out by their own persons; 3) 38% of the companies conducting the survey of musculoskeletal symptoms did not diagnosed musculoskeletal symptoms based on the survey; 4) Most companies performed the prevention activities for MSDs such as education/training, stretching, etc.; 5) It was revealed that the 11 high-risk tasks were not considered to be properly defined by the people in the industries, which results in some difficulties such as ambiguity in defining the 11 tasks and unit tasks; 6) The period of the examination of risk factors, classification of periodic and occupational examinations and legalization of employers' obligation for preventing MSDs are considered to be acceptable or desirable, while it was pointed out that regulations for the method of the risk assessment and the person who in charge of the examination need to be modified.

Neural networks are known as kinds of intelligent strategies since they have learning capability. There are various their applications from intelligent control fields; however, their applications have limits from the point that the stability of the intelligent control systems is not usually guaranteed. In this paper we propose a neuro-adaptive controller for robot manipulators using the radial basis function network(RBFN) that is a kind of a neural network. Adaptation laws for parameters of the RBFN are developed based on the Lyapunov stability theory to guarantee the stability of the overall control scheme. Filtered tracking errors between the actual outputs and desired outputs are discussed in the sense of the uniformly ultimately boundedness(UUB). Additionally, it is also shown that the parameters of the RBFN are bounded. Experimental results for a SCARA-type robot manipulator show that the proposed neuro-adaptive controller is adaptable to the environment changes and is more robust than the conventional PID controller and the neuro-controller based on the multilayer perceptron.

About 40 million automotive vehicles all over the world and 0.55 million in Korea were retired from use annually. Every nation is desperate to decrease environmental pollution by ELVs(End of Life Vehicles) and try to tighten the regulations. Europe passed laws requiring OEMs to increase vehicles' recovery and reuse rate to 95% by 2015 from current 84%. The ferrous parts, 75% of total automobile weight, are almost recycled whereas the remaining 25% of the non-metal -predominantly plastics as well as form, glass and rubber- and the non-ferrous materials -copper, nickel and aluminium- end up in landfills. The recycling status of non-ferrous materials represented by copper and nickel is reviewed and how much the recycling rate will be improved is calculated.

Recently, IT technology such as internet, mobile, and IOT has rapidly developed, making it easy to collect data necessary for business, and the collected data is analyzed as a new method of big data analysis and used appropriately for business. In this way, data collection and analysis becomes easy. In such data, personal information including an identifier such as a sensor id, a device number, IP address, or the like may be collected. However, if systematic management is not accompanied by collecting and disposing of large-scale data, violation of relevant laws such as "Personal Data Protection Act". Furthermore, data quality problems can also occur and make incorrect decisions. In this paper, we propose a new data governance maturity model(DGMM) that can identify the personal data contained in the data collected by companies, use it appropriately for the business, protect it, and secure quality. And we also propose a over all implementation process for DG Program.
In order to expand the overseas market of the Korean fashion industry, it is necessary to investigate the fashion-related purchases and fashion consciousness of Muslim women, who are increasingly attracting attention as global fashion consumers. Therefore a survey was conducted to identify the fashion design preferences and fashion consciousness of Malaysian Muslim women. A total of 245 responses were collected and analyzed. The survey included questions on demographic characteristics, fashion product purchases, design preferences and environmental awareness. The data were analyzed through frequency, average and standard deviation. The analysis showed that the majority of respondents were young Malaysian Muslim women in their 20s and 30s. They preferred a modern, Sophisticated, and sporty image, and their preference for unpatterned fabrics was high. When choosing fashion products, these women seek to both pursue fashion trends and comply with Islamic laws. When the women buy clothes, they consider practicality and design elements. The women also collected fashion trend information through SNS and the Internet, and ues this information to purchase fashion products through the Internet and shopping malls. This study was based on a practical survey of local consumers. Therefore, it is expected that the results can be used as data for fashion-related studies and to expand overseas markets to reach Muslim women in Southeast Asia.
