취업모의 완벽주의와 양육행동 간의 관계: 일-가정 갈등과 양육죄책감의 이중매개효과 (Relationship between Perfectionism and Parenting Behavior of Working Mothers: Double Mediating Effects of Work-family Conflict and Parenting Guilt)

  • This study examined the double mediating effects of work-family conflict and parenting guilt on the relationship between perfectionism and parenting behavior for working mothers. The survey was conducted on 340 working mothers with 3 to 5 year-old children, who lived in Daegu and Kyungpook Province, Korea. Data were collected through questionnaires on perfectionism, work-family conflict, parenting guilt, and parenting behavior. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and analysis of variance were conducted by using SPSS 22.0 and Model 6 in PROCESS macro, with bootstrapping method. Work-family conflict and parenting guilt were used as mediators. Children's birth order and household income were controlled throughout the analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, work-family conflict and parenting guilt had inconsistent double mediating effects on the relationship between adaptive perfectionism and positive parenting behavior. Second, work-family conflict and parenting guilt had complete double mediating effects on the relationship between adaptive perfectionism and negative parenting behavior. Third, work-family conflict and parenting guilt did not have double mediating effects on the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and positive parenting behavior. Finally, work-family conflict and parenting guilt had partial double mediating effects on the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and negative parenting behavior. The findings provide a better understanding of the relationship between perfectionism and parenting behavior. The results also have implications for providing education for and counseling working mothers with children.

병원조직구성원들의 갈등원인과 해결방법 사례연구 (The Case Study on Conflict Causes and Solution Among The Members in A Hospital)

  • This study tried to examine the conflict relationships and solutions among the members of a hospital structure, a structure composed of various experts and professionals. As the situations causing conflicts are very different depending on the sizes or structural types of hospitals, the samples were collected from total 235 people of 17 medical specialists, 46 residents, 74 nurses and 74 medical technicians, 40 administrators in a university hospital for clearing conflict relationships. The result showed that a hospital had separately different the conflict causes according to all types of occupations. That is, there were various conflict relationships such as the conflict with the medical specialists, with residents, with nurses, and with administrators, and resulted in respectively different causes from those conflict relationships. In addition to, looking into the top of conflict causes, the respondents in all occupations attributed the conflict with medical specialists to "authoritative attitude" of medical specialists, and attributed the rest types of conflict relationships to "lack knowledge of the work". And then, in terms of the top of conflict solutions according to the occupational types in the hospital structure, medical specialists and administrators chose competition & cooperation, and the way for residents, nurses and medical technicians was situation-avoidance. The competition & cooperation type, negotiation type and situation-avoidance type, among solution types, were little difference regardless of occupations, but in case of work-avoidance type, there were significant differences according to residents, nurses, medical technicians, administrators, and medical specialists in the order.

기혼여성 학습자의 학습에 대한 갈등과 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Conflict and Satisfaction on Learning of Married Woman Learners)

  • This study was aimed at analyzing married woman learners' types of learning desire, factors of conflict and satisfaction of learning. The subjects were 165 married women who were in attendance at general graduate schools located in Busan city and Gyeongnam province. The results were as follows. Firstly, Married woman learners preferred schools of natural sciences to schools of liberal arts, and entered graduate schools mainly according to their wishes. Secondly, Their learning desire type was followed by purpose-oriented, learning-oriented, and activity-oriented types. Thirdly, internal factor in their conflict factor was higher than external factor. Lastly, positive aspect in learning satisfaction was higher than negative aspect.

  • This study was to investigate the difference of teachers' job satisfaction according to their conflict management styles. The result of the study showed that accommodating was most prevalent conflict management style and avoiding, compromising, competitive, collaborating styles followed. Overall teachers' job satisfaction was relatively high, but competitive style teachers' satisfaction was lowest.

애니메이션 갈등장면에서의 갈등강도와 VST요소 분석 (Analysis of conflict intensity and VST factor In the Animation conflict scene)

  • 본 연구는 극영화를 비롯한 애니메이션의 갈등을 효과적으로 비주얼스토리텔링(Visual Story Telling, VST)하는 것이, 작품의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 중요한 요인이라고 인식하면서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 그동안 서사적, 시각적 차원에 치중한 VST 연구를 갈등강도와 VST 요소를 분석하여, 공학적으로 해석하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전 세계적으로 흥행에 성공한 극장용 애니메이션(4편)의 갈등을 분석하고, 이를 공학적으로 접근하여 VST 해석을 시도하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성봉선과 로버트 맥키의 서사적 이론을 바탕으로, 갈등 장면을 분류하고 갈등의 종류를 찾아내었다. 또한 강위역의 5B모델을 바탕으로 총 108 개의 갈등 샷(shot)을 추출하였다. 둘째, 전문가 실험을 통하여 갈등 샷의 갈등강도를 찾아내었다. 셋째, 내적, 초개인적 갈등에서 각각 15개의 유의미한 갈등의 시각적 요소를 추출하였다. 넷째, 실험 결과로 내적, 초개인적 갈등에서 시각적 요소의 신뢰성은 100-83.33% 의 범위에 있다는 것을 확인하였고, 사용빈도는 각각 5.88-70.59% 및 5-70%까지 광범위하게 분포한다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 이는 아티스트(Artist)의 감각에 의존하던 VST 표현을 공학적으로 해석할 수 있게 됨을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 애니메이션 사전제작 단계에서 작품의 갈등표현을 성공적으로 예측할 수 있게 해 줄 VST 툴(Tool) 개발의 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

지리산국립공원 내 사유림이용에 있어서 이해당사간의 갈등과 산림이용에 대한 인식의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition Differences about Using the Private Forests and Conflicts among the Stakeholders related with Mt. Jiri National Park)

  • 지리산국립공원 내 사유림이용에 있어서 이해당사자 간 갈등이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지리산국립공원의 가치와 갈등에 대해 이해주체 간 인식차이를 규명하고 갈등해결을 위한 합의점을 도출할 수 있는 가능성을 찾는데 있다. 이를 위해, 국립공원의 가치와 갈등인자에 대해 요인분석을 실시하여 각각 4가지 요인으로 축약하였다. 그리고 이해주체 간 인식 차이는 t-검정과 Duncan다중검정으로 구분 비교하였다. 그 결과, 국립공원의 가치에 대한 인식은 마을주민과 산림청 지자체는 인식을 같이 하고 있었으나, 국립공원은 대립적으로 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 갈등에 대한 인식은 국립공원과 산림청 지자체가 인식을 함께하고 있었으나, 마을주민은 대립적으로 인식하고 있었다. 갈등해결을 위한 방향으로 협의체 구성과 이유에 있어서 이해주체 모두 인식을 함께 하였고, 산림이용을 위한 명확한 행위기준이 필요하며, 규제정책의 집행에 있어서 규제수단은 용도지구에 따라 차등적으로 적용할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

불일치 사례의 맥락이 인지 갈등 전략을 이용한 개념 변화 과정에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of the Context of Discrepant Events on the Conceptual Change Process Using Cognitive Conflict Strategy)

  • 이 연구에서는 불일치 사례의 맥락이 인지 갈등 전략을 이용한 개념 변화 과정에 미치는 영향을 인지 갈등, 상황 흥미, 주의집중, 노력, 개념 이해도 등의 인지적․정의적 변인 측면에서 조사하였다. 중학교 1학년 536명을 대상으로 선개념 검사를 실시했다. 이후 불일치 사례에 대한 반응 검사와 상황 흥미 검사를 실시했다. 과학적 맥락이나 일상적 맥락의 불일치 사례는 학생들에게 무작위로 제시되었다. 밀도 개념 학습 후, 주의집중과 노력, 개념 이해도 검사를 실시했다. 목표 오개념을 지닌 194명의 응답을 분석한 결과, 과학적 맥락의 불일치 사례가 일상적 맥락의 불일치 사례보다 더 높은 인지 갈등을 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 불일치 사례의 맥락은 상황 흥미, 주의집중, 노력, 개념 이해도와 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 경로 분석 결과, 불일치 사례의 맥락은 인지갈등에 직접적으로 영향을 주고, 인지 갈등을 매개로 개념 이해도에는 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

아동이 지각한 부부갈등과 또래관계가 아동의 자기유능감에 미치는 영향: 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동 비교 (Influence of Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict and Peer Relationship on Children's Self Competence: Comparison of Children from Multicultural Families and Korean Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in self competence between children from multicultural families and children from Korean families, and to study how interparental conflict and peer relationship influence the self competence of children. The subjects of the present study were 138 children of multicultural families and 254 children of Korean families in the 3rd or 4th grade in Seoul, Daegu, Gyeong-gi province, and Gyeong-buk province. The instruments of measurement were the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict, Friendship and the Perceived Competence Scale for Children. Date were analyzed by independent samples T-test, MANCOVA, ANCOVA and multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results showed there was significant difference in the self competence of children between those from multicultural families and those from Korean families, but there was no significant difference when income was controlled. Second, for children of multicultural families, gender, income, and the intensity of interparental conflict had significant influence on self competence while gender, aid, conflict, and disclosure of negative affect in friendship, and being a peacemaker in interparental conflict influenced self competence significantly in the case of children of Korean families.

유아기 어머니의 해결중심사고가 배우자 양육참여와 부부갈등을 매개로 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Solution-Focused Thinking on Marital Satisfaction of Mothers with Infants Mediated by Father Involvement in Childcare and Marital Conflict)

  • This study investigated the impact of solution-focused thinking on marital satisfaction via mediating roles of father involvement in childcare and marital conflict. A questionnaire survey was conducted among mothers with infants, living in Busan, Daegu and Yangsan, South Korea. Data from 264 mothers were analyzed using several multiple regression analyses and bootstrapping method with SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro (model 6) to test the serial double mediation model. The results of this study are as follows. First, mothers' solution-focused thinking had a significant direct and indirect positive influence on marital satisfaction through both father involvement in childcare and marital conflict. Second, the sequential mediating effects of father involvement in childcare and marital conflict were statistically significant in the relationship between solution-focused thinking and marital satisfaction. The model accounted for 60% of the variance in mothers' marital satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of solution-focused thinking that can enhance the marital satisfaction of mothers with infants and act as a resource for increasing father involvement in childcare and decreasing marital conflict. Based on the results, it is necessary to include solution-focused thinking, father involvement in childcare, and marital conflict as key elements in the intervention to improve marital satisfaction of mothers with infants.

부부의 성격이 부부갈등에 미치는 영향: 결혼기간별 비교 (The Impacts of Personality Differences Between Husbands and Wives on Marital Conflict : Over the Length of the Marriage)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between personality differences and marital conflict. In particular, this study examined what impact, if any, exists between groups married for fewer than five years(Group 1) and those married for five or more years(Group 2). The sample consisted of 368 married couples. Each couple was asked to complete two questionnaires: one for measuring marital conflict and another for assessing husbands' and wives' personalities using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI). The results of this study were as follows: First, between Group 1 and Group 2, marital conflict showed no differences. Second, no marital conflict, caused by the four types of personality, was found in Group 2. However, for Group 1, the marital conflict perceived by wives was influenced by J-P and S-N types of wives, and the marital conflict perceived by husbands was affected by J-P type of husbands and S-N type of wives. Third, for Group 1, the marital conflict perceived by wives was influenced by the difference between S-N types. The marital conflict perceived by husbands was affected by differences between S-N types and between J-P types. No marital conflict, caused by the difference of the four types of personality, was found in Group 2. The results showed that the four types of personality and the differences in personality types between the couples affected marital conflict, depending on the duration of marriage. Therefore, it is important for the newly married couple to comprehend their spouse's personality and to adjust their lifestyles stemming from their personality differences.
