검량선 작성은 기기분석을 통해 생체시료에서 분석물질의 농도를 측정하는 정량분석법 개발과 측정값의 정확도 향상에 있어서 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 R 기반 통계분석기법을 이용하여 개별 분석물질 정량에 적합한 가중계수와 회귀모델 선정하기 위한 단계별 선택 기준을 적용하여 분석 프로그램을 설정하였다. 국내에서 남용빈도가 가장 높은 필로폰과 대마 복용여부 확인을 위해 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석법(LC-MS/MS)이 적용되었으며, 분석물질로 마약의 복용 여부를 확인에 일반적으로 사용되는 대상 마약의 모체와 대사체를 소변 시료에서 분석하였다. 검량선 작성에 있어서 가중계수 적용여부는 원본데이터의 이분산성 검정을 통해 확인하였고, 가중계수가 필요하다고 판단된 경우 분산분석을 통해 적정 가중계수를 선정하였다. 다음으로 편분산분석을 이용하여 회귀모델에 적합한 차수를 결정하였다. 분석물질인 메트암페타민, 암페타민, 대마 대사체에 대해 R 기반 프로그램에 적용한 결과, 단계별 결과 및 최종 모델식을 직관적으로 이해하기 쉽고 신속하게 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 문서 파일로 저장이 가능하여 보관의 편의성을 제고하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 제작된 R 기반 프로그램을 활용하여 검량선 작성을 필요로 하는 다양한 약물분석 분야에 확대 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

소변 중 대마 남용여부를 판별하는데 기준이 되는 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)의 대사체 성분인 11-nor-9-carboxy-${\Delta}^9$-tetrahydrocannabinol (THCCOOH)를 고체상 추출법 (solid-phase extraction, SPE)과 가스크로마토그래피/질량분석법 (GC/MS)을 이용하여 신속하게 분석 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 실험은 시험관에 소변 3 mL를 취해 염기성 (pH 10) 조건에서 가수분해 한 후, 양이온교환 카트리지를 사용하여 THCCOOH 성분을 선택적으로 추출하고, 증발 건고한 다음 유도체 반응을 시켜 GC/MS로 분석하였다. 그 결과 분석방법의 검출한계 (LOD)는 0.4 ng/mL이고, 정량한계 (LOQ)는 1.2 ng/mL이였다. 검정곡선의 직선성 상관계수 ($r^2$)는 1.2 (LLE는 1.3)~50.0 ng/mL의 농도범위에서 0.999를 나타내었다. 그리고 정밀도 (precision)와 정확도 (accuracy)는 모두 ${\pm}1.20%$ 이내로 안정적이었으며, 회수율(recovery)은 83.6~90.7%로 측정되었다. 액체상 추출법 (liquid-liquid extraction, LLE)과 비교할 때, SPE 방법이 회수율은 낮았지만 검출한계, 정량한계, 정밀도 및 정확도에서는 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러나 LLE 방법은 추출과정에 시간과 노력이 많이 드는 반면, SPE 방법은 상대적으로 추출 조작이 간편하고 신속하게 추출되었으며, 추출 잔류물도 깨끗하였다. SPE를 이용한 추출방법을 다수의 대마 흡연자 소변에 적용하였을 때 기존에 사용하던 LLE 방법보다 간편하고, 신속하게 대마 대사체 분석이 가능하였다.

We consider a class of large-scale interconnected time delay systems and investigate a decentralized robust passive control problem. sufficient conditions for unforced interconnected uncertain systems with time delay to be robustly stable with extended strictly passivity is given in terms of algebraic Riccati inequality and linear matrix inequality. The decentralized robust passive control problem for norm-bounded and positive real uncertainty is shown to be converted to extended strictly positive real control problem for a modified system which contains neither time delay nor uncertainty.

We introduce the notion of Gauss map of pointwise 1-type on ruled surfaces in the Euclidean 3-space for which vector valued functions is neither trivial nor it extends or coincides with the usual notion of 1-type, in general. We characterize the minimal helicoid in terms of it and give a complete classification of the ruled surfaces with pointwise 1-type Gauss map.

The effects of extract mixture of red ginseng and steamed Rehmaniae radix prepared for antidiabetic activity was examined in streptozotocin-Induced diabetic rats. The increased blood glucosec level in the streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats was significantly decreased by the treatment with the mixture (800, 1600 mg/kg, p.o.). However, neither red ginseng extract nor steamed Rehmaniae radix extract alone showed significant hypoglycemic effects. The mixture prevented a weight loss in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. These results suggest that the mixture has the relieving action against streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia.

To elucidate the distribution of mating type of Microsporum canis, originated from animals in Korea, a total of 272 strains of M. canis isolated from dogs and cats were mated with the tester strains of Nannizzia otae. Among 272 strains of M. canis examined, 217 strains(79.8%) were N. otae-, but none of strains showed+mating type. And 55 strains(20.0%) were reacted with neither N. otae+nor N. otae-.

This paper re-examines the impacts an institutional arrangement may have on labour market outcomes such as the employment and unemployment rates. Based on the results from a generalized econometric model, the generosity of unemployment insurance benefits, organized labour and active labour market policy have effects on a labour market in line with previous findings. However, taxes on labour and the degree of employment protection are found to affect neither the employment rate nor the unemployment rate. Thus, some findings in this paper validate earlier findings, whereas others do not.

With the continuous advancement in electronics technology, especially the usage of new materials and the introduction of new and immature manufacturing process, stress and time dependent types of physical, chemical and mechanical imperfections are introduced to the electronic hardware. These types of imperfections are called flaws. A reliability stress screening process(RSS) is a process which involves the application of operational and/or environmental stress to electronic hardware on a 100% basis, for the purpose of precipitating inherent, as well as process-induced, flaws while neither destroying nor degrading in a significant way the hardware being stressed.

The qualitative aspects of decision making have been the toughest problems that could nor be easily manipulated and solved by the traditional management science techniques. The expert systems has been emerged as a powerful tool for handling such difficulties. In this article, the concept, the structure of the expert systems would be reviewed and the expert systems application to management would be discussed.
