An effect of academic achievement for 'beautician(skin) education and training course' suggested by 'NCS' on profession and practice suitability ('NCS'의 '미용사(피부)교육훈련과정'이 '전문성' 및 '실무능력'에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study verified the effects of 'the education and training course for Aestheticians(Skin)' suggested by 'NCS', which is an outcome of the government's efforts to change from an 'educational background-centered society' to a 'capability-centered society' on the 'profession' and 'practice suitability' of actual aestheticians(skin) positively. As a result, three factors except for hygiene-related subjects and basic occupation capability had significant effects on the practical capability, and 4 factors except for the 'basic occupation ability' had significant effects on the 'profession' of skin beauticians. This suggests that people understand as a concept related to professionalism, even though hygiene-related subjects are associated with the customer's health, so it is very important. This means that awareness should be exchanged from practical capability, not professionalism, for hygiene-related subjects. In addition, the basic occupation capability is difficult to acquire for a short time and is organized by the capabilities, which are expected to have synergy effects when combined with professionalism knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare concrete measures to cultivate the basic occupation capability. When the government currently presents the 'NQF' establishment, it will be necessary to check the 'NCS' based on it. On the other hand, there has been no action of the academic world and government. In addition, the subjects related to common occupation capability, skin-related subjects and nail-related subjects are judged to cultivate manpower focusing on the capability, but hygiene-related subjects and basic occupation subjects are judged to seek a new direction to apply as a curriculum for cultivating manpower focusing on capability.

  • 최근 문제해결능력향상을 위해 대학에서는 PBL 교수법(Problem-Based Learning)을 도입하고 있으며 국가 차원에서도 이를 장려하고 있다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 직무능력단위 중 하나인 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 수업방법을 모색함과 동시에 교육현장에서 직면할 수 있는 문제를 합리적으로 해결하는 학습자 능력 신장을 위해 PBL수업을 활용하였다. 이에 본 연구는 문제중심학습법을 대학 영어전공 교과목에 적용함으로써 대학생의 창의적 문제해결력과 수업참여도에 대한 효과를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 사전검사, PBL수업 운영, 사후검사의 3단계로 진행된다.

Nano-floating gate memory using size-controlled Si nanocrystal embedded silicon nitride trap layer

  • 플래시 메모리로 대표되는 비휘발성 메모리는 IT 기술의 발달에 힘입어 급격한 성장세를 나타내고 있지만, 메모리 소자의 크기가 작아짐에 따라서 그 물리적 한계에 이르러 차세대 메모리에 대한 요구가 점차 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 이러한 문제점에 대한 대안으로서 고속 동작 및 정보의 저장 시간을 향상 시킬 수 있는 nano-floating gate memory (NFGM)가 제안되었다. Nano-floating gate에서 사용되는 nanocrystal (NCs) 중에서 Si nanocrystal은 비휘발성 메모리뿐만 아니라 발광 소자 및 태양 전지 등의 매우 다양한 분야에 광범위하게 응용되고 있지만, NCs의 크기와 밀도를 제어하는 것이 가장 중요한 문제로 이를 해결하기 위해서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 소자의 소형화가 이루어지면서 기존의 플래시 메모리 한계를 극복하기 위해서 터널베리어에 관한 관심이 크게 증가했다. 특히, 최근에 많은 주목을 받고 있는 개량형 터널베리어는 크게 VARIOT (VARIable Oxide Thickness) barrier와 CRESTED barrier의 두 가지 종류가 제안되어 있다. VARIOT의 경우에는 매우 얇은 두께의low-k/high-k/low-k 의 적층구조를 가지며, CRESTED barrier의 경우에는 반대의 적층구조를 가진다. 이와 같은 개량형 터널 베리어는 전계에 대한 터널링 전류의 감도를 증가시켜서 쓰기/지우기 특성을 향상시키며, 물리적인 절연막 두께의 증가로 인해 데이터 보존 시간의 향상을 달성할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 박막의 $SiO_2$$Si_3N_4$를 적층한 VARIOT 타입의 개량형 터널 절연막 위에 전하 축적층으로 $SiN_x$층의 내부에 Si-NCs를 갖는 비휘발성 메모리 소자를 제작하였다. Si-NCs를 갖지 않는 $SiN_x$전하 축적층은 Si-NCs를 갖는 전하 축적층보다 더 작은 메모리 윈도우와 열화된 데이터 보존 특성을 나타내었다. 또한, Si-NCs의 크기가 감소됨에 따라 양자 구속 효과가 증가되어 느린 지우기 속도를 보였으나, 데이터 보존 특성이 크게 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로, NFGM의 빠른 쓰기/지우기 속도와 데이터 보존 특성을 동시에 만족하기 위해서는 Si-NCs의 크기 조절이 매우 중요하며, NCs크기의 최적화를 통하여 고집적/고성능의 차세대 비휘발성 메모리에 적용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

  • 중국의 황금기를 이끈 당 태종 23년의 정치 토론 기록인 '정관정요'에는 '창업은 쉬우나 수성은 어렵다'는 구절이 나온다. 이는 원래 국가를 세우고 다스리는 법도에 관한 이야기지만, 기업에도 같은 원리가 적용된다. 시장의 수많은 경쟁자를 제치고 고객의 선택을 받기 위해서는 목표 고객의 니즈를 잘 만족시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 그것을 목표 고객의 마음속에 효과적으로 포지셔닝해야 한다. 게다가 시장에서 계속 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 차별화한 포지션을 유지하는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 경쟁력은 무엇이고, 과연 어떻게 운영을 해나가야 할까. 지난 12월 13일, '소규모 건축사사무소 운영자로서의 건축사'를 주제로 건축사 회관 국제회의실에서 좌담회가 열렸다. 홍성용 편집국장(건축사사무소 NCS lab)을 사회로 남기봉 건축사(남기봉 건축사사무소), 박우린 건축사(쿠쿠루쿠쿠 건축사사무소), 이관용 건축사(주.오픈스케일 건축사사무소), 이영재 건축사(주.건축사사무소 이인집단)가 참석한 가운데 올해 어려울 것으로 예상되는 기업환경에 대응하는 각자의 건축사사무소 경영전략에 대해 이야기를 나누는 자리가 마련됐다. 이날 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 제반 경영환경과 올해 어떠한 대비가 필요한지를 주제로, ▲비즈니스 마인드, 사업적 인식을 갖춘 건축사사무소 운영 방향 설정 ▲자기 어필, 흐름에 따른 전략적 마케팅의 필요성과 방법 등 올해 불확실한 경영환경을 맞아 사무소를 어떻게 운영할지에 대한 고민과 이야기를 나눴다.

A Study on the Effect of High Performance Work System on Organizational Effectiveness - Focusing on the regulating role of HR management effectiveness - (고성과 작업시스템이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인사관리 효과성의 조절역할을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.

Analysis of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program in Mechanical Engineering (기계분야 일학습병행제에서의 PBL 실태 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program in Mechanical Engineering. The details of the study were as follows: First, the perception related to the PBL of Korean apprenticeship program was investigated. Second, the utilization and the operational difficulties of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program were investigated. Third, the supporting system for PBL was suggested. Research methods were literature research, questionnaire survey and FGI. The survey was conducted online from July 15 to August 14, 2021. A total of 515 respondents responded. A total of 108 in 515 respondents were in Mechanical Engineering. FGI conducted a total of 25 people who actual use PBL in the field of Korean Apprenticeship Program. Conclusions and suggestions based upon the result of this study are as follows. First, It is necessary to improve the utilization of PBL for Korean Apprenticeship Program in Industry. Second, PBL is necessary to apply optionally according to the job and field situation. Third, it is necessary to support system of evaluation for PBL in Korean Apprenticeship Program. Finally, related operation model and guideline need to be prepared for best practice.

Changes in the Sensory Function after Transcranial Direct Stimulation on Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex Area (배외측전전두엽피질 영역에 경두개직류전류자극이 감각기능에 미치는 영향)

  • Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a neuromodulatory technique that delivers a low-intensity direct current to the cortical areas, thereby facilitating or inhibiting spontaneous neuronal activity. This study was designed to examine the changes in various sensory functions after tDCS. A single-center, single-blinded, randomized trial was conducted to determine the effect of a single session (August 4 to August 29) of tDCS with the current perception threshold (CPT) in 50 healthy volunteers. Nerve conduction studies (NCS) were performed in relation to the median sensory and motor nerves on the dominant hand to discriminate peripheral nerve lesions. The subjects received anodal tDCS with 1mA for 15 minutes under two different conditions, with 25 subjects in each group. The conditions were as follows: tDCS on the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) and sham tDCS on DLPFC. The parameters of the CPT was recorded with a Neurometer$^{(R)}$ at frequencies of 2000, 250 and 5 Hz in the dominant index finger to assess the tactile sense, fast pain and slow pain, respectively. In the test to measure the CPT values of the DLPFC in the anodal tDCS group, the values increased significantly in all of 250 and 5 Hz. All CPT values decreased for the sham tDCS. These results showed that DLPFC anodal tDCS can modulate the sensory perception and pain thresholds in healthy adult volunteers. This study suggests that tDCS may be a useful strategy for treating central neurogenic pain in rehabilitation medicine.
