이 논문은 번호문 번호체계를 이용한 보편개인대표번호 (UPAN)체계를 구현하는 방안데 대하여 기술한 것이다. UPTN과 eNUM에 기반을 두고 정음한글의 번호문 번호체계 (NAN)에서 UPAN을 구현하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 PSTN 번호체계와 IP기반 주소이름 체계를 통합하여 새로운 ID부여와 통신서비스용 번호로 사용케 할 수가 있다. 이를 통해서 개인이 보유한 수개의 번호와 자국어 주소이름 체계를 등록함으로서 대표주소번호로 단일화 할 수 있다. 이 번호체계는 유선지능망과 IP 망의 결합 망구조와 자료기지 DB 구성방법에 대하여 스프라 이용 구조를 결정하여 망을 구성하는데 고려함과 UPAN체계가 개인대표주소번호는 물론 신기통신망의 수프라 이용 구도를 규정할 수 있는 선결 과제임을 확인하였다.

This paper describes a plan of a new IR phace-shfting interferometric system for testing astronomical aspheric mirror which has big departure from the best fit reference sphere during fine grinding. In this experimental system, some new technology will be adopted. The accuracy of system can reach $\lambda$/40($\lambda$=10.6${\mu}m$)

Objective: "Nan Jing Hui Zhu Jian Zheng" published in 1923 is a book that 'Jiang Shan-Lei' wrote. He selected the past footnotes about "Nan Jing(難經)" and developed his own medical ideas on its base. Method : We will try to understand on scholarship paradigm of 'Jiang Shan-Lei' focus on his "Nan Jing Hui Zhu Jian Zheng". Result and Conclusion : He introduced the western medicine system to the Chinese medicine education, and he introduced a viewpoint of the human body of the western medicine to the structure of the human body as well. He judged yes or no of the Chinese medicine theory on the base of his human body viewpoint focused on an anatomy and a physiology. His human body viewpoint like this helped prove actually some of the Chinese medicine theory that was explained ideally. However, it had inappropriate aspects in explaining the Chinese medicine, which has a low alteration of a theory by inferring from the principle, due to a changeability of the western medicine theory itself. Moreover, his rash judgement concerning the Chinese medicine theory on its base brought about even side effects hampering efforts which reveal the Chinese medicine essence.

In this paper, the analysis and design of a motion simulator (based on the approach taken by interactive virtual reality (VR) entertainment systems) is conducted. The main components of the system include a bilateral control interface, simulation and a motion simulator control scheme. The space entertainment system uses a virtual environment that enables operators to feel the actual feedback sensing and distorted motion from the virtual environment, just as they would in the real environment. The space entertainment system integrates the dynamics of the motion simulator and the virtual environment and the operator maneuvers a steering wheel to interact with the system. The multiple bilateral control schemes employ a dynamical controller, which is designed by considering the velocity and acceleration that the operator imposes on the joystick, the environmental changes imposed on the motion simulator. In addition, we develop a calculated method to evaluate the Ratio of the simulation results. It is shown that the proposed control scheme can improve the performance of the visual entertainment system. Experiments are conducted on the virtual reality entertainment system to validate the theoretical developments.

In Powder System, SCC demands high dosage of superplasticizer and a lage amout of powder for suitable fluidity and viscosity. Okamura's method of most representative mixing design method in SCC of Powder-System is unfavorable economically because of using a large amount of powder. In addition, many ready-mixed concrete plants do not use his mix design method and procedure due to complexity for practical application. Therefore, Nan Su proposed more simple mix design method than Okamura's. It had an advantage in simplicity in practical application and required a smaller amount of powders compared with Okamura's method. This paper proposed an optimal mixture proportion of SCC with consideration of Nan Su's method. The new and modified mix design method required a smaller amount of powder than that of Nan Su's. To check the properties of SCC, considered with the requirements specified by the Japanese Society of Civil Engineering.(JSCE)

Bilateral Variable-Ratio chopper system performs Step-down chopper and Step-up chopper operations automatically every operating period of the chopper. The Ratio between Step-down chopper and Step-up chopper operations is determined by a Tine- ratio and the circuit elements. In this paper, we suggest that this chopper system can operate variable speed control of the electric motorcar when it is applied to the electric motorcar.

This paper proposes a complete solution of a contention-based medium access control in wireless local networks to provide station level quality of service guarantees in both downstream and upstream directions. The solution, based on the mature distributed coordination function protocol, includes a new fixed contention window backoff scheme, a tuning procedure to derive the optimal parameters, a super mode to mitigate the downstream bottleneck at the access point, and a simple admission control algorithm. The proposed system guarantees that the probability of the delay bound violation is below a predefined threshold. In addition, high channel utilization can be achieved at the same time. The numerical results show that the system has advantages over the traditional binary exponential backoff scheme, including efficiency and easy configuration.

In Nan-Gyung, showed that could know the lung condition taking pulse with the weight of three beans, the heart condition taking pulse with the weight of six beans, the spleen condition taking pulse with the weight of nine beans, the liver condition taking pulse with the weight of twelve beans, the kidney condition pressing to bone(骨). This theory is first suggested in Nan-Gyung(難經). In those case, the weight of three, six, nine, twelve beans and pressing to bone don't mean not the real weight but the relative weight(輕重) of taking pulse(按脈). In other words, those represent Boo Jung Chin(浮中沈), which are the conception of the upper, the meddle, the lower part(上中下). So, we could take pulse of the heart and the lung condition in Boo(浮), the spleen condition in Jung(中), and the liver and the kidney condition in Chim(沈). The heart and the lung pulse showed in the Boo(float level) must be seen with Boo-Mack(부맥 : float pulse), the liver and the kidney pulse showed in Chim (sinklevel) must be seen also with Chin-Mack(沈脈 : sink pulse). The result of the method of taking pulse of viscera with relative weight focused on the as pect of mornal pulse(平脈) and disease pulse(病脈) of five viscera in Mack-Gyung publeshed later than Nan-Gyung and special works which made a comprehensive survey the result is as follow. 1. In normal pulse of five viscera, the heart and the lunk pulse were shown with Boo-Mack(浮脈:float pulse) as the central figure, the liver's and the kidney's pulse were shown centering around Chim-Mack(沈脈: sink pulse) and the spleen's pulse was shown with Wan-Mack(緩脈) which is vital force of stomach(胃氣) and seen in only middle part. 2. In disease pulse of five viscera, frequently, the heart and the lung pulse was shown as Chim-Mack(sink pulse), the liver and the kidney pulse was seen as Boo-Mack (float pulse). 3. In the case of normal pulse. the method of taking pulse with relative weight in Nan-Gyung agree with the normal pulse of five viscera in Mack-Gyung. But in the case of disease pulse, they didn't correspond with the other. 4. So the method of taking pulse with relative weight in Nan-Gyung is not the exam pulse which ca be used in the clinical diagnosis but one of the feeling pulse way to bring in the conception of location of the visceras. 5. From now on, the method of taking pulse rdlated to relative weight need to be looked into minutely compared with later physician's theory than Mack-Gyung.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of a system of asymptotically quasinonexpansive type mappings. Furthermore, we define a $k$-step iterative sequence approximating common fixed point for a system of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive type mappings and study its stability in real Banach spaces.

In this paper, we consider a continuous time risk model involving two types of dependent claims, namely main claims and by-claims. The by-claim is induced by the main claim and the occurrence of by-claim may be delayed depending on associated main claim amount. Using Rouch$\acute{e}$'s theorem, we first derive the closed-form solution for the Laplace transform of the survival probability in the dependent risk model from an integro-differential equations system. Then, using the Laplace transform, we derive a defective renewal equation satisfied by the survival probability. For the exponential claim sizes, we present the explicit formula for the survival probability. We also illustrate the influence of the model parameters in the dependent risk model on the survival probability by numerical examples.
