We report the properties of optically pumped stimulated emission at room temperature (RT) from column-III nitride semiconductors of GaN, AlGaN/GaN double heterostructure (DH) and AlGaN/GaInN DH which prepared on a sapphire substrate using an AIN buffer-layer by the nietalorganic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE) method. The peak wavelength of the stimulated emission at RT from AIGaN/GaN DH is 369nm and the threshold of excitation pumping power density (P$\_$th/) is about 84kW/cm$\^$2/, and they from AlGaN/GaInN DH are 402nm and 130kW/cm$\^$2/ at the pumping power density of 200kW/cm$\^$2/, respectively. The P$\_$th/ of AIGaN/GaN and AlGaN/GaInN DHs are lower than the single layers of GaN and GaInN due to optical confinement within the active layers of GaN and GaInN, respectively.

In this paper, we will prove the following: Let D be a nonempty of a normed linear space X and T : D -> X be a nonexpansive mapping. Let ${x_n}$ be a sequence in D and ${t_n}$, ${s_n}$ be real sequences such that (i) $0\;{\leq}\;t_n\;{\leq}\;t\;<\;1\;and\;{\sum_{n=1}}^{\infty}\;t_n\;=\;{\infty},\;(ii)\;(a)\;0\;{\leq}\;s_n\;{\leq}\;1,\;s_n\;->\;0\;as\;n\;->\;{\infty}\;and\;{\sum_{n=1}}^{\infty}\;t_ns_n\;<\;{\infty}\;or\;(b)\;s_n\;=\;s\;for\;all\;n\;{\geq}\;1\;and\;s\;{\in}\;[0,1),\;(iii)\;x_{n+1}\;=\;(1-t_n)x_n+t_nT(s_nTx_n+(1-s_n)x_n)\;for\;all\;n\;{\geq}\;1.$ Then, if the sequence {x_n} is bounded, then $lim_{n->\infty}\;$\mid$$\mid$x_n-Tx_n$\mid$$\mid$\;=\;0$. This result improves and complements a result of Deng [2]. Furthermore, we will show that certain conditions on D, X and T guarantee the weak and strong convergence of the Ishikawa iterative sequence to a fixed point of T.

고장 지름은 상호연결망의 통신 능률과 신뢰도를 평가하는 중요한 척도 중의 하나이다. 이형옥 외 4인[Folded 하이퍼-스타 그래프의 병렬 경로, 한국정보처리학회논문지, Vol.6, No.7, pp.1756-1769, 1999]은 폴디드 하이퍼-스타 FHS(2n,n)의 노드 중복 없는 경로를 제안하였고, FHS(2n,n)의 고장 지름이 2n-1 이하임을 증명하였다. 본 논문에서는 폴디드 하이퍼-스타 FHS(2n,n)의 개선된 노드 중복 없는 경로를 제안한다. 그리고 FHS(2n,n)의 광역 지름이 dist(U,V)+4이고, 고장 지름이 n+2 이하임을 증명한다.

염화아크릴로일과 여러 종류의 디아민을 트리에틸아민 존재하에서 Schotten-Baumann 반응에 의해 N,N'-비스아크릴아미드 유도체 4종을 합성하였고, IR, $^1H-NMR$, 원소분석을 통해 구조를 확인하였다. 합성한 N,N'-헥사메틸렌비스아크릴아미드(HMBA)와 N,N'-도데카메 틸렌비스아크릴아미드 (DMBA)의 수율은 56.0%와 70.4%로 디아민의 메틸렌기의 수가 증가할수록 높아졌다. 또한 N,N'-1,4-페닐렌비스아크릴아미드(PhBA)와 N,N'-비스아크릴아미드 유도체는 여러 종류의 가교고분자 제조에 이용될 수 있다.

N-methyl formamide, N,N-dimethyl formamide, N-methyl acetamide, 및 N,N-dimethyl acetamide의 여러 형태에 대한 상대에너지를 MNDO법으로 구하여 C-N결합 및 메틸기 회전에 대한 회전장벽에 미치는 1-전자 및 입체 반발에너지의 영향을 논의하였다. 그 결과 formamide의 형태안정화는 주로 1-전자 에너지항에 의하여 결정되고, acetamide의 형태안정화는 주로 입체인자항에 의하여 결정됨을 알았다. C-N 결합에 대한 회전장벽을 구한 결과 N-methyl formamide와 N-methyl acetamide에서 입체 장애 효과는 바닥상태에서 보다 전이상태에서 크게 작용하지만 N,N-dimethyl formamide와 N,N-dimethyl acetamide에서 입체장애 효과는 전이상태에서 보다 바닥상태에서 더 크게 작용함을 알았다.

Let N be a zero-symmetric near-ring with identity and let ${\Gamma}(N)$ be a graph with vertices as elements of N, where two different vertices a and b are adjacent if and only if + = N, where is the ideal of N generated by x. Let ${\Gamma}_1(N)$ be the subgraph of ${\Gamma}(N)$ generated by the set {n ${\in}$ N : = N} and ${\Gamma}_2(N)$ be the subgraph of ${\Gamma}(N)$ generated by the set $N{\backslash}{\upsilon}({\Gamma}_1(N))$, where ${\upsilon}(G)$ is the set of all vertices of a graph G. In this paper, we completely characterize the diameter of the subgraph ${\Gamma}_2(N)$ of ${\Gamma}(N)$. In addition, it is shown that for any near-ring, ${\Gamma}_2(N){\backslash}M(N)$ is a complete bipartite graph if and only if the number of maximal ideals of N is 2, where M(N) is the intersection of all maximal ideals of N and ${\Gamma}_2(N){\backslash}M(N)$ is the graph obtained by removing the elements of the set M(N) from the vertices set of the graph ${\Gamma}_2(N)$.
