종합병원 일부 행정직원의 우울과 관련된 융복합적 요인 (A Study on the Convergent Factors Related to Depression among Some Administrative Staff in General Hospital)

  • 종합병원 행정직원의 우울수준(CES-D: Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale)과 관련된 융복합적 요인들을 조사하였다. 설문조사는 2017년 7월 3일부터 2017년 7월 29일까지 임의로 선정된 J지역 9개 종합병원의 재직자 201명에 대하여 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 자아존중감(RES: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale)이 낮을수록, 피로(MFS: Multidimensional Fatigue Scale)가 높을수록, 사회심리적 스트레스(PWI-SF: Psychosocial Well-being Index Short Form)가 높을수록 우울이 높았으며 이들의 설명력은 32.5%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 종합병원 행정직원의 우울수준을 낮추기 위해서는 자아존중감을 높이고, 피로 및 사회심리적 스트레스를 낮추는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 종합병원 행정직원의 우울수준을 낮추는 조직인사관리 및 산업보건교육에 활용될 수 있다. 추후연구에서는 종합병원 행정직원의 우울수준에 영향을 미치는 구조방정식 모형의 분석이 필요하다.

목표계획과정의 영향요인 탐색연구 (Exploration on the Affecting Factors in Goal Planning)

  • 본 연구는 목표계획과정의 영향요인들을 포괄하는 체계모델을 제시하고, 다양한 요인들 중 특별히 수립체계의 적합성과 목표달성 가능성에 대한 구성원들의 인식수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는데 주된 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 국내 상장사들의 목표계획과정에 대한 정보를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 목표계획과 관련하여 제시되어온 다양한 주장과 이론들이 40개의 시사점으로 요약 정리될 수 있으며, 이들은 다시 구성원들의 참여시스템과 업무동기, 최고경영자의 체계성과 실행의지, 상하의 정렬, 목표내용, 환경변화에 대한 조정을 포함하는 7개의 요소군으로 분류될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 도출한 7개의 요소군들 중 목표내용 요소군은 목표수립체계에 대한 구성원들의 수용성과 실현 가능성에 대한 인식수준 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 상하의 조정, 환경변화에 대한 조정을 포함하는 구조적 특성의 요소군들은 구성원들의 수용성에, 최고경영자의 실행의지, 구성원의 업무동기를 포함하는 내면적이고 심리적인 특성의 요소군들은 목표달성 가능성에 대한 인식수준에 중대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 목표수립체계 구축수준을 진단하기 위한 체크리스트와 성과향상을 위한 목표효과 극대화에 도움이 되는 다양한 시사점들을 제공하고 있다.

초등학생 고학년 남아의 자기통제력, 부모의 양육행동, 부모간 갈등이 공격성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Control, Parental Behaviors, and Marital Conflict on Boys' Aggression in Korean Upper Elementary School Students)

  • This research was conducted in order to find out the effects of boys' self-control, their parents' behaviors and marital conflict on boys' aggression. Subtypes of aggression in the present research consist of dimensions of the functions and forms (proactive-overt, proactive-relational, reactive-overt, reactive-relational). The participants of this study were 237 boys in the fifth and sixth grades in elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The questionnaires were derived and modified from Lee Hong (2009) for boys' aggression, from Ju So Young and Lee Yang Hee (2008) for boys' self-control, from Jun Joo Ram (2008) and Heo Seung Yeon (2009) for maternal behaviors and from Kang Na Jung (2008) for marital conflict. In order to grasp the general characteristics of the participants, frequency and descriptive statistics were used. Also, Pearson's correlation was applied to the relationships amomg boys' self-control, marital behaviors and marital conflict on boys' aggression. Lastly, the variables that can predict boys' aggression were analyzed through multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. The major results of this study were as follows. This research showed that this model fit well for boys. To summarize the important results, what is interesting in the present study is the effect of the mother's role in rearing their sons. It was found that mothers' criticism, negative behaviors, and excessive interference can cause boys' high level of aggressiveness. Also, having parents who fight frequently was strongly associated with boys' relational aggression. An interesting finding is that the mother's support influenced boys' reactive-overt aggression. Lastly, boys' self-control was highly associated with boys' proactive-relational aggression. This research may contribute to understanding boys' aggression' subtypes. To that end, the current results suggest that the dimensions of the functions and forms may be a useful tool in an effort to inform developmental theory and intervention. Also, this research may provide guidance for the resolution of problems caused by boys' aggression. Lastly, it was found that self- control training and parental education programs might prove beneficial for helping aggressive boys to overcome their aggressive impulses.

노인장기요양보험제도에서 요양보호사의 근로조건이 서비스 질에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구 (The Working Conditions for Care Workers and Care Quality in Long-Term Care Services)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 장기요양서비스 제도적 맥락 속에서 발생한 시장화와 공존하고 있는 공공성의 관점에서 요양보호사의 근로조건이 서비스 질에 미치는 효과를 실증분석 하였다. 기존 연구들은 사회서비스의 낮은 생산성과 시장화로 가중된 저임금노동시장의 문제가 서비스 질 저하를 가져온다고 추론한 것이지, 근로조건과 서비스 질의 두 변수간의 인과관계를 규명한 것이 아니다. 본 연구의 노인장기요양서비스 제도적 맥락에서 본 요양보호사의 근로조건과 서비스 질과의 이론적 관련성은 Daly와 Lewis(2000)의 돌봄의 통합적 접근을 통해 조망하였다. 자료는 전국에 있는 노인장기요양시설을 소유권을 중심으로 비비례층화표집하여 248개 조직에 대한 설문조사를 통해 수집하였고, 이를 다시 인터넷 자료와 병합하였다. 분석결과, 요양보호사의 근로조건 가운데 3개 영역에서 임금수준이 높을수록, 부가급여가 존재할수록, 교육 및 훈련을 지원할수록 서비스 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부가 규제하는 노동시장정책과 평가제도상의 최소기준을 넘어서는 조직의 규범적 차원에서의 근로조건과 보상체계가 장기요양서비스 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 보여준다.

대학 플립러닝 수업에서 학업적 정서조절과 집단응집성이 학습만족도와 학습흥미도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Academic Emotion Regulation and Group Cohesiveness on Learning Satisfaction and Learning Interest in the University Flipped Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학 플립러닝 수업에서 학습자의 학업적 정서조절과 집단응집성이 학습만족도와 학습흥미도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문제해결형 수업모형에 기반하여 플립러닝을 설계하고, 대학수업에서 9주 동안 33명의 대학생들을 대상으로 플립러닝을 실시하였다. 수업후 학업적 정서조절, 집단응집성, 학습만족도 및 학습흥미도에 관한 설문을 수집하여 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였는데, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 플립러닝 수업에서 학습자의 학업적 정서조절은 학습만족도에 영향을 미치지 못하였고, 집단응집성은 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 플립러닝 수업에서 학습자의 학업적 정서조절은 학습흥미도에 영향을 미치지 못하였고, 집단응집성은 학습흥미도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학 플립러닝 수업에서 학습자 특성을 개인적 측면과 집단적 측면으로 나누어 학습만족도와 학습흥미도에 대한 영향력을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 대학환경에서 성공적인 플립러닝 수업의 설계 및 적용을 위하여 고려해야 할 조건들을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

노인의 건강증진 생활양식에 관한 연구 (The Study on Health Promoting Lifestyle of the Elderly)

  • This study was done to describe health promoting lifestyle and determine affecting factors in elderly based on the Heath Promotion Model by Pender. Cognitive-perceptual factors that were included in this study were self-efficacy and hardiness. Modifying factors were demographic characteristics (sex, age, partner, previous illness, education level. income and religion). The specific purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of self-efficacy, hardiness and the demographic chasteristics to health promoting lifestyle and to determine causal factors affecting the elderly. The subjects were a volunteer sample of 98 elderly in one city in? The instruments for this study were Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile(47items, 4scale), Health Related Hardiness Scale(22i1ems, 6scale), general Self-Efficacy Scale(13i1ems, 5scale). Frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple regression technique with SAS program were used to analyse the data. The Results of the study are as follows : 1) The average item score for the health promoting lifestyle was 2.63, the highest score on the subscales was interpersonal support (M=3.3), followed by self-actulization(M=2.9), nutrition(M=2.8), stress management(M=2.7), health responsibility(M=2.1) with the lowest bring exercise(M=2.0) 2) A significant difference between education level, income, religion and health promoting lifestyle were found. 3) All of the subscales on health promoting lifestyle were positively related to total hardiness (r=0.330, p<0.001). The hardiness subscale of control was positively related to self-actulization(r=0.276, p<0.01), and commitment was positively related to self-actualization(r=0.315, p<0.001), exercise /nutrition(r=0.245, p<0.01), interpersonal support(r=0.278, p<0.01), stress management(r=0.250, p<0.01). Challenge was positively related to self-actualization(r=0.315, p<0.001), exercise /nutrition(r=0.245, p<0.01). There was no significant correlation between self-efficacy and all of the subscales of health promoting lifestyle. Self-efficacy showed a significant correlation only with control(r=0.469, p<0.001), comittment(r=0.507, p<0.001), challenge (r=0.489, p< 0.001). 4) Comittment, self-efficacy and income explained 25.01% of the variance for the total health promoting lifestyle. The results of this study show that commitment, self efficacy and income predicted the health promoting lifestyle of the elderly. So health promoting programs that increase commitement and self-efficacy should be developed to promote a healthy lifestyle of the elderly, especially those who have low income.

종합병원 중간관리자의 역량군별 중요도 인식과 수행수준 차이 및 요인분석 (Analysis of the Factors and the Differences in the Awareness about the Capability Groups of the Mediator Manager in General Hospital and the Level of Performance)

  • The study has its purpose on providing basic resource to enforce the capability of the middle managers by examining the level of performance and the level of awareness about the capabilities of the managers and by understanding the significance of the difference and the reasons for the differences. The source of the study was 195 survey questionnaires that were carried out to the managers of the 9 general hospitals and the method of the analysis was the frequency analysis, analysis of the credibility, matching to sample T-test, independent sample T-test, dispersion analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis using accumulated variables. The followings are the main result of the study. First, the difference between the level of awareness about the capabilities and the level of performance of the mediator managers in general hospitals had high capability in change management. The following orders were: competence in achievement and behavior, competence in management, competence in recognition, competence in influence, competence in individual effectiveness, and competence in personal relationship service. Second, as the result of the relation analysis in order to understand the correlation between awareness and performance of the mediator managers, everything had significant positive correlation. In the study about the level of importance, the cognitive capability and the management capability had the highest correlation with the correlation number of 0.88. In the study about the level of performance, the cognitive capability, individual capability, and the management capability had the highest correlation with the correlation variable number of 0.79. Third, as the result of studying the reason for the difference between the level of the awareness capability and the level of the performance, lack of the support recognition compensation in the organization level, inappropriate work environment, limit in the regulation were found as the highest reason in the order. As the result of the study, it was concluded that the creation of the efficient capability estimation model and the securement of the system that estimate the capability of the managers should be carried out in order to enforce the capability of the mediator managers in general hospitals.

수도권 초대형병원의 브랜드 가치와 시장점유율 분석 (The Analysis of Brand Value and Market Share at the Largest Hospitals the Metropolitan Area)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate Brand Value by using the K-BPI(Korea Brand Power Index) of Korea Management Association which is based on consumer awareness, as well as to identify how Brand Value which is composed of top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, possibility of purchasing, preference, affects on the Market Share perceived by consumers. This research subjects were 10 hospitals with more than 1,000 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and survey subjects were 20 or older adults living in the metropolitan area of Korea. Using K-BPI for measuring Brand Value and used calculation of Market Share according to consumer preference model for measuring Market Share. The major results of this research are as follows: First, this research identified that the top 5 hospitals of largest hospitals in metropolitan area measured by using K-BPI and Market Share were same hospitals as Big 4 hospitals of previous research evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and also same as hospitals that appeared recently. Second, Big 5 hospitals ranked first to fifth in both Brand Value and Market Share. To identify the relationship between K-BPI items(top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, availability, preference) and Market Share, multiple linear regression was used by dividing 5 upper and 5 lower group of hospitals per each. The group of 5 upper hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share, with 'top of awareness', 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The group of 5 lower hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share with 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The results of this study and hospitals of the first to third hospitals published in the K-BPI press release reported by KMAC in 2017, and the previous studies evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness hospitals, all had one thing in common that Big 4 hospitals ranked high position. This suggests that evaluation of Brand Value also can be a evaluation measure of hospital. A new competitiveness of hospital is expected by managing brand awareness to have a brand competitiveness and by securing intrinsic Market Share of consumer to reach hospital use ultimately.

서울 지역 장애아어머니의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 제 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Qualities of Lives in Mothers with Disabled Children in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the factors such as self-esteem, social supports, socio-economic status of parents, degree of disability in child, stress coping, religion, and sports.exercise on the qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Data were collect from 45 institutions(schools from kindergarten to senior-high, special education institutes, and social welfare institutions) by self-report questionnaire, and the subjects of the study were 386 mothers in Seoul whose children were attending the schools or institutions. Findings according to socio-demographic variables are as follows: 1. Mothers with disabled children in this study thought their quality of life as average degree. 2. The younger the mothers and children, the higher the quality of life was. 3. The higher the educational level and monthly income, the higher the quality of life was. 4. There was no statistically significant difference between the existence and nonexistence of spouse, and between the existence and nonexistence of religion as well. Findings analyzed by multiple regression are as follows: 1. Among 7 independent variables 'self-esteem'(${\beta}$=.49, p<.001), 'social supports'(${\beta}$=.15, p<.01), and 'socio-economic status'(${\beta}$=.11, p<.05) were found to be statistically significant in quality of life in mothers, while the rests were found not significant. 2. 'Self-esteem' was found to be the most influencing variable, meaning that the psychological factor such as self-esteem is more important than environmental factors in qualities of lives in mothers. 3. The total amount of explanation of the model was Adjusted R square=.301, so that it can be said about 30% can be explained among total variance of the qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Conclusions and recommendations based on the results above are: First, it is strongly recommended to conduct programs promoting self-esteem in mothers with disabled children, and to include 'self-esteem' hereafter in the studies related to qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Second, comprehensive and practical countermeasures should to be formulated to back up expenses for education and medical care, purchasing relative tools and equipments, plus helping to find jobs.

간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 간호전문직관과의 관계에서 정서조절력의 효과 (The effects of emotional regulation between clinical practice stress and nursing professionalism in nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인과 임상실습 스트레스가 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는데 정서조절력이 조절변수로서 효과를 가지는지 규명하고자 실시하였다. 간호대학생 192명의 자료를 사용하였고, 2015년 9월부터 11월까지 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 간호전문직관은 임상실습 스트레스와 음의 상관관계를 (r=-.40, p<.001), 정서조절력과는 양의 상관관계 (r=.55, p <.001)가 있었다. 그리고 정서조절력은 임상실습 스트레스 (r=-.20, p <.001)와 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호전문직관에 교수지지, 전공만족도, 임상실습 스트레스, 정서조절력이 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 정서조절력은 임상실습 스트레스와 간호전문직관의 관계에서 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해 지지체계 구축과 임상실습 스트레스 관리와 정서조절력 훈련 개발의 중요함을 보여준다.
