A Study on the Convergent Factors Related to the State Anxiety of Female Administrative Staff in Medical Institution (의료기관 여성 행정직원의 상태불안과 관련된 융복합적 요인)

  • This paper was attempted to identify the convergent factors related to the state anxiety of Female Administrative Staff in Medical Institutions(FASMI). For randomly selected 226 FASMI at 27 medical institutions in J region, from July 4, 2018 to July 25, 2018, we conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaires. As a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the state anxiety of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which subjective happiness is lower, a group in which cynicism, sub-areas of job burnout are higher, a group in which psychosocial stress is higher, the explanatory power of them was 57.3%. In conclusion, in order to lower the state anxiety of FASMI, it is necessary to increase subjective happiness, lower cynicism, which is a sub-area of job burnout, and to lower psychosocial stress. These results could be used in hospital job management and mental health education to lower the level of state anxiety in FASMI. Future research needs to develop and interpret a structural equation model that affects the state anxiety of FASMI.

A Study on The Influence Factors of Self-Efficacy, Job Performance, and Job Satisfaction of University Hospital Nurses (대학병원간호사의 자기효능감, 업무수행능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of University hospital nurses' self-efficacy and job performance on job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 130 nurses working at a university hospital in C city and collected data using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis using spss 25.0. The results showed that the self-efficacy was 3.24 points for the average score, 2.74 points for the job performance, and 3.10 points for the job satisfaction. Self-efficacy, job performance, and job satisfaction were statistically correlated. The factors affecting job satisfaction were self-efficacy (${\beta}=.39$, p<.001), age at 30~34 years (${\beta}=-.27$, p=.001), Operating Room(${\beta}=-.17$, p=.029), Medical ward (${\beta}=-.17$, p=.025) and unmarried (${\beta}=-.20$, p=.012) and the explanatory power of the model was 30.4%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program to improve the job satisfaction considering the self-efficacy, age, working department of hospital nurse.

  • This paper investigated convergent factors to turnover intention among some Administrative Staff in Medical Institutions(ASMI). The survey used self-administered questionnaires for 320 administrative staffs of 27 medical institutions in the J region, selected arbitrarily from July 2, 2018 to July 27, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The turnover intention of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which organizational commitment is lower, a group in which organizational loyalty is higher, a group in which exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy, sub-areas of job burnout are higher. The results show explanatory power of 50.9%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase organizational commitment and organizational loyalty, and to decrease exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy, sub-areas of job burnout, are required to improve the turnover intention among ASMI. These results could be used in hospital organization personnel management and industrial health education to lower the level of turnover intention in ASMI, vocational aptitude education of health care college students. In following studies, it is necessary to present and analyze the structural model affecting the turnover intention of ASMI.

A Study on Factors Influencing the Recovery of People with a Mental Disorder: With a Focus on the Moderating Effects of Family Resilience (정신장애인의 회복에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 가족탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze empirically influential factors related to the recovery of people with a mental disorder and also the moderating effects of family resilience. For this purpose, the investigator developed a research model that took into consideration both the positive and negative elements of individual and social factors based on the ecological, psychological, social, and ecosystem perspectives in previous studies and checked their causal effects and the moderating effects of family resilience in statistical significance. The subjects include 112 clients at an institution for people with a mental disorder. Data was collected with an interview based on a structured questionnaire. Collected data was put to the multiple regression analysis. The analysis results show that there was statistical significance in self-esteem, social stigma, and social support excluding symptoms and that the moderating effects of family resilience had positive(+) synergistic effects only on self-esteem and social support. Based on these results, the study made proposals about practice strategies including the establishment of internal and external support systems to make an effective approach to recovery and the systemization of family resilience and supportive strategies to promote the smooth recovery of people with a mental disorder through the reinforcement of programs related to the confirmed positive elements of self-esteem and social support.

Analysis of the Convergent Relationship between Stress Factors and Depression Levels in a College Students (일개 대학생의 스트레스 요인 및 우울 수준의 융복합적 관련성 분석)

  • This study examined the convergent relationship of stress factors related to the depression level(CES-D) of a college student. The questionnaire was used using an unregistered self-administered questionnaire for 304 students from a college located in J area from Nov. 12, 2018 to Dec. 14, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis results are as follows: The depression level of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which job seeking stress(CMI) is higher, a group in which academic burnout(MBI-SS) is higher, a group in which anxiety(BAI) are higher. The results show explanatory power of 60.7%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to decrease job seeking stress, to decrease academic burnout and, to decrease anxiety, are required to decrease the depression level among college students. These results can be utilized in various interventional efforts for academic counseling and guidance, job counseling, and psychological and emotional stability that lowers the depression level in college students. Following studies requires the presentation and analysis of structural models for the structural model that effects the depression levels of college students.

The Validation of the Play Participation Attitude Scale for Parents of Preschoolers (영유아 부모의 놀이참여태도 척도 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to validate the Play Participation Attitude Scale for parents of preschoolers, which was developed by the Delphi survey. 447 parents of 9 daycare centers in Seoul and Incheon were recruited for this study and, finally, data from 339 parents were used to perform exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and reliability analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, factor analyses revealed that the global fit of the sensitively play (7 items), responsively play (6 items), and delightfully play(7 items) three-factor model was good. Second, the internal consistency of the Play Participation Attitude Scale was good. Third, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the current scale and the parents' playfulness scale, indicating concurrent validity. Finally, higher scores of the Play Participation Attitude Scale and its three factors significantly predicted lower scores of parenting stress and higher scores of the preschoolers' self-control ability. These findings revealed that this new measure to be both valid and reliable and specifically suggests what kind of attitude is appropriate for parents to adopt when participating in preschoolers' play.

Effects of Entrepreneurship, Social Support and Entrepreneurial Mentoring on Entrepreneurial Intention (기업가정신, 사회적 지지 및 창업 멘토링이 창업의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Economic abundance and the development of medical technology led to an aging society with an average life expectancy of 100 years, but retiring from the labor market at the age of 65 has become more difficult. This study aims to identify the influence of entrepreneurship, social support, and entrepreneurship mentoring as an effective support method to increase the entrepreneurial intention in order to enhance the entrepreneurial intention as an adult's second career development. In this study, data were collected using questionnaires from 340 adults, but only 319 were selected because 21 were judged to be inappropriate. For statistical analysis, SPSS 18.0 was used, and reliability test, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for hypothesis testing. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the effects of adult entrepreneurship factors on entrepreneurship, it was found that among entrepreneurship, innovation and initiative had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship. Second, as a result of examining the effect of social support on entrepreneurial intention, it was found that family support had a significant negative (-) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, as a result of examining the effect of entrepreneurship mentoring on entrepreneurial intentions, it was found that role models and mentors had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Fourth, as for the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy, there were significant mediating effects of innovativeness → entrepreneurial efficacy → entrepreneurial intention, role model → entrepreneurial efficacy → entrepreneurial intention, mentor → entrepreneurial efficacy → entrepreneurial intention.

The Impact of Soccer Player Image on Advertising Effect (축구 선수 이미지가 광고효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for establishing advertising strategy based on the value and implications of the image of the player by examining the influence of the image of a soccer player on the advertising effect. Therefore, a domestic soccer player selected as a sample the production population who experienced the advertisement selected as a model, and conducted a face-to-face (face-to-face) and non-face-to-face (mobile) survey for about 5 months from May 1 to September 30, 2020. Data from a total of 402 people were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, internal consistency and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the soccer player image impact the brand attitude of the advertising effect in the order of body and appearance, performance, reliability, attitude and morality. Second, it was found that the soccer player image impact the advertising attitude of the advertising effect in the order of performance, attitude and morality, body and appearance, reliability.

School Resilience of Adolescents from Multicultural Families System Element Effect Analysis (다문화가정 청소년의 학교적응유연성에 대한 체계요소 효과분석)

  • This study assumes that the smooth school life of adolescents from multicultural families is recognized as an important part of multicultural support policies and practices as a basis for realizing an integrated society, and system elements that are meaningful for their flexibility to adapt to school (individuals, families, schools) By empirically analyzing the effect of, we tried to bring out highly effective implications for the composition of a multidimensional practice system. Therefore, this study is a causal model in which self-identity (individual factor) and parental parenting attitude (family factor), which are important variables for each system level, are set as independent variables, and school support (school factor) consisting of teacher support and companion support is set as control variables. After collecting data through a questionnaire survey by interviews with 162 middle and high school students in Gyeonggi and Gangwon regions, the effect was analyzed through multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that school support has a very important static moderating effect in the positive (+) effect of adolescents' self-identity and parenting attitude on school adaptability. It was confirmed that the modulating effect is relatively more important.

The Effect of Family Poverty on the School Adjustment of Multi-cultural Adolescents (다문화 청소년의 학교적응에 가구 빈곤이 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of family poverty on the school adjustment of multi-cultural adolescents in Korea. For this purpose, the 7th data of Multi-cultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS) was used and the OLS multiple regression models ware applied. to the analyses. From the result of the OLS model analyses, we found out that family poverty affect significantly on the school adjustment of multi-cultural adolescents. Especially, family poverty has the significant negative(-) effects on academic achievement and friend relationships. These results of this study show that family poverty is an important factor influencing the school adjustment of multi-cultural adolescents. And they confirm that family poverty during period of the adolescent has an important meaning and influence on the aspect of school adjustment as to the multi-cultural adolescents. Implications of this study may be that policy attentions are necessary to not only multi-cultural characteristics but also family background such as poverty in oder to improve the school adjustment of the multi-cultural adolescents. In addition, results of this study suggest that more special support and interventions are requested to the multi-cultural adolescents from poverty families who are suffering dual difficulties such as multi-cultural problems and poverty problem.
