교육실습 과정에서 배우는 초등예비교사의 수학 교수학적 내용 지식에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on Elementary Pre-service Teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Mathematics that Learned in the Course of Student Teaching)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze how elementary pre-service teachers learned the pedagogical content knowledge of mathematics and to understand the challenges and difficulties that they experienced in the course of student teaching. A qualitative case study provided an in-depth description of the whole three weeks of student teaching process. Four pre-service teachers and two mentor teachers participated in this study. Multiple data collection techniques were used; classroom observations, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and researcher's field notes. The results of this study showed how pre-service teachers learn PCK of mathematics in designing mathematics lessons, understanding mathematics learners and delivering mathematics lessons and what are the difficulties and challenges they experienced. Finally this study discussed about some suggestions to pre-service program and future research.

임상시험 대상자가 지각한 임상연구 간호사의 의사소통 유형과 간호서비스 만족도 (The Communication Styles and Nursing Service Satisfaction of Clinical Research Nurses Perceived by Clinical Subjects)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the communication styles and nursing service satisfaction of clinical research nurses perceived by clinical subjects. Methods: The data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires after receiving consents from 200 clinical trial subjects. The data were analysed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistic program. Result: Clinical subjects perceived that clinical research nurses used the informative, affective, and non-authoritative communication styles. The study identified factors influencing the nursing service satisfaction, and they were the informative communication styles (${\beta}$=.34, p<.001) and affective communication styles (${\beta}$=.35, p<.001, $R^2$=37%) by multiple linear regression. Conclusion: If educational programs on communication are developed to help clinical research nurses use the informative and affective communication styles according to the characteristics of subjects and applied to the field of practice, they will be able to increase the nursing service satisfaction and contribute to the higher quality of clinical trials.

실시간 다중 렌더링을 위한 이중 서버 구조 (A 2-Tier Server Architecture for Real-time Multiple Rendering)

  • 초고속 인터넷의 광범위한 보급으로 가능해진 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 게임 서비스는 클라우드 노드에서 게임을 실행하고 게임의 영상을 원격 사용자의 단말기에 영상 스트림으로 전송함으로써 게임 서비스가 이루어진다. 사용자 입력은 게임에 즉각적으로 전송되고 반영된다. 이러한 서비스가 가능한 이유는 사용자 입력이 반영되고 게임 영상이 사용자에게 전달되는데 걸리는 시간이 최소화되어. 컴퓨터 게임에서 요구되는 반응성을 일반적으로 만족시킬 수 있었기 때문이다. 하지만 이러한 서비스는 고품질 3D 게임을 서비스하는 경우, 서버 구축에 많은 비용이 소요될 수 있다. 클라우드 노드가 탑재하고 있는 일반적인 그래픽 시스템은 동시에 하나의 3D 어플리케이션을 지원하도록 설계되어 있기 때문이다. 하나의 클라우드 노드에서 다수의 3D 게임을 실행하기 위해서는 그 실행에 필요한 실시간 다중 렌더링 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 다수의 컴퓨터 게임을 하나의 클라우드 노드에서 실행시키고 다른 노드에서 각 게임 영상을 획득할 수 있는 이중 서버 구조를 제안한다. 몇가지 실험을 실시하여 기술적 가능성을 알아본다.

서비스업 근로자의 건강수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 성별 비교 (Gender Specific Comparison of the Influencing Factors on Health Status among Service Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study were to investigate the health status and to identify the influencing factors on health status by gender among service workers. Method: Data were collected from the self-reported survey of 781 service workers in sales, food & lodging industry. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Win 10.0. Result: The influencing factors of male workers' health status were job satisfaction, standing hour during work time, physical work environment, job demand and family support. The influencing factors of female workers' health status were job satisfaction, emotional labor, physical work environment, regular exercise, standing hour during work time, social support and age. Conclusion: Gender specific occupational Health program for service workers should be developed in consideration of these influencing factors.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 긍정심리자본, 직무만족, 사회적 지지가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Positive Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Performance of Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to prepare basic data for the development of a nursing intervention program to improve nursing performance by identifying the factors affecting nursing performance in an integrated nursing care service ward. Methods: Participants were 166 nurses who had worked for more than six months in the integrated nursing care service wards of three general hospitals located in B city. Data were collected from July 15 to August 30, 2022 using structured questionnaires and analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program. Results: Factors affecting the nursing performance of participants were age (β=.58, p<.001), positive psychological capital (β=.41, p<.001), and social support (β=.28, p<.001). The total explanatory power of these variables for nursing performance was 55.8%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for programs that improve psychological capital and social support while considering nurse's age to enhance their performance in nursing integrated service wards.

간호대학생의 임상실습교육에 대한 자기효능감, 전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도 (Self-Efficacy, Self-Concept of Professional Nursing, and Clinical Practice Satisfaction to Clinical Practice Education in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify self-efficacy and self-concept of professional nursing which might influence clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. The participants were 278 nursing students in U city. Date were collected from November 29 to December 17, 2010. The collected data was analyzed with the PASW 18.0 statistics program. Self-efficacy had significant positive correlation with self-concept of professional nursing(r=.595, p<.001) and self-concept of professional nursing had significant positive correlation with clinical practice satisfaction(r=.396, p<.001). In multiple regression analysis, self-concept of professional nursing is most influential factor explained 21% of variance of clinical practice satisfaction. The results indicate that to develop a more reasonable and effective curriculum and teaching program for enhancement of students' self-concept of professional nursing.

간호대학생의 스트레스, 자아존중감, 정신건강에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stress, Self-Esteem, and Mental-Health in Nursing Students)

  • This study is intended to identify relationship between stress, self-esteem and mental health in nursing students. The data were collected from 448 nursing students using self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program. The result are as followed; First, the average of stress, self-esteem, and mental health was $1.25{\pm}0.55$, $3.33{\pm}0.42$, and $2.79{\pm}1.20$ point. Second, mental health was correlated with stress positively and self-esteem negatively. Third, the influencing factor in mental health of the participant were interpersonal relationship and clinical based stress, $R^2=.561$. Thus, development of guidance program to improve mental health of nursing students is recommended.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nurses' resilience, job satisfaction, and social support on organizational commitment. Methods : The data were collected from August 25, 2017 to September 5, 2017 by distributing a questionnaire to 195 nurses. The measures in this study included resilience, job satisfaction, social support, and organizational commitment. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVAs, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and a hierarchical multiple linear regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results : There were significant correlations among resilience, job satisfaction, social support, and organizational commitment. The factors that significantly influenced nurses' organizational commitment were job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.599$, p<.001), type of work (${\beta}=0.190$, p=.007), and pay satisfaction (${\beta}=0.170$, p=.002). Conclusions : In order to increase organizational commitment, it is necessary to create a systematic program that enhances nurses' job satisfaction with their type of work and pay satisfaction.

치위생학 전공심화과정을 이수한 치과위생사의 셀프리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Leadership on Job Performance of Dental Hygienists who have Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree)

  • Objectives: The Purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-leadership on the organizational effectiveness of a dental hygienist who has completed a bachelor's degree of dental hygiene science. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 303 dental hygienists in the Jeonbuk area from July 1 to August 31, 2019. Data were analyzed through the chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: Subject's age, marital status, and clinical experience had significant effects on self-leadership and organizational effectiveness. It was found that the course completion status of bachelor's degree was related to self-leadership and organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: Completing a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene science impacts self-goal setting and constructive thinking of self-leadership. This also influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

한식당의 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 울산광역시를 중심으로 - (The Impact of Korean Restaurant Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Management Performance - Focused on Ulsan Metropolitan City -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한식의 세계화에 대해 정부, 학계 및 외식업계에서 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 이 시점에 외식업체 중 한식당을 대상으로 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 울산지역에 거주하고 있는 고객 188명을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 요인 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 상관 분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 보면, 한식당의 서비스 품질은 3개의 요인으로, 고객만족과 경영성과는 1개 요인으로 추출되어졌으며, 서비스 품질과 고객만족, 경영성과간의 관계 분석에서 모두 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한식당의 서비스 품질은 물리적 환경, 인적 서비스, 편리성 순으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한식당의 서비스 품질은 인적 서비스, 물리적 환경 순으로 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 한식당을 이용한 고객의 만족은 경영성과에 p<0.001로 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
