Recently, with the development of three-dimensional scanning devices and multi-dimensional array cameras, research is continuously conducted on techniques for handling three-dimensional data in application fields such as AR (Augmented Reality) / VR (Virtual Reality) and autonomous traveling. In particular, in the AR / VR field, content that expresses 3D video as point data has appeared, but this requires a larger amount of data than conventional 2D images. Therefore, in order to serve 3D point cloud content to users, various technological developments such as highly efficient encoding / decoding and storage, transfer, etc. are required. In this paper, V-PCC bit stream created using V-PCC encoder proposed in MPEG-I (MPEG-Immersive) V-PCC (Video based Point Cloud Compression) group, It is defined by the MPEG-DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) standard, and provides to be composed of segments. Also, in order to provide the user with the information of the 3D coordinate system, the depth information parameter of the signaling message is additionally defined. Then, we design a verification platform to verify the technology proposed in this paper, and confirm it in terms of the algorithm of the proposed technology.

The Web environment of the frontend domain is increasingly competitive to preempt the new standard of presentation layer. N-Screen, a service that enables users to seamlessly use one content in various devices in Korea, is competing for market preemption by recognizing it as a core service of the future. In the cloud computing, N-screen is a typical service type. However, most of the frontend research required for groupware in enterprise environments has been limited to responsive web design for the web and native apps for mobile. Gradually, the need for MVC design patterns is increasingly widening in enterprise environments to overcome the cultural differences of companies and to support one source multi-use strategy supporting multiple devices and development productivity. Therefore, in this study, we will analyze and design JPetStore with hybrid application design based on Spring MVC, e-government standard framework environment of next generation web standard, and provide reference model of frontend hybrid apps design in future enterprise environment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the use of modern photographic records. Data was collected through a survey of 95 potential users for photographic records in future. Independent variables in this study included evidential value, informational value, usage value, intrinsic value. Dependent variable was selected as use intention for photographic records. The results of analysis of multi-regression analysis showed that evidential value and intrinsic value were found to have a positive impact on use intention for photographic records in modern korea. The results from this study can be used as important basic data for building archives for photographic record or for developing the policy for effective photographic records management.

In this paper, we investigate a market equilibrium in multi-channel sharing cognitive radio networks (CRNs): it is assumed that every subchannel is orthogonally licensed to a single primary user (PU), and can be shared with multiple secondary users (SUs). We model this sharing as a spectrum market where PUs offer SUs their subchannels with limiting the interference from SUs; the SUs purchase the right to transmit over the subchannels while observing the interference limits set by the PUs and their budget constraints. The utility function of SU is defined as least achievable transmission rate, and that of PU is given by the net profit. We define a market equilibrium in the context of extended Fisher model, and show that the equilibrium is yielded by solving an optimization problem, Eisenberg-Gale convex program.

As part of real-time streaming service, which is one of the latest QoS technology has become the issue. Recently, there have been growing requirements in the public safety sector to ensure safety through detection of hazardous situations or preemptive predictions. It is noteworthy that various sensor data can be analyzed and utilized as a result of mobile device's dissemination, and many advantages can be used in terms of safety and security. An effective modeling technique is needed to combine sensor data generated by smart-phones and wearable devices to analyze users' moving patterns and behavioral patterns, and to ensure public safety by fusing location-based crime risk data provided.

The authentication process is a key step that should be used to verify that a user is legitimate, and it should be used to verify that a user is a legitimate user and grant access only to that user. Recently, two-factor authentication and OTP schemes are used by most applications to add a layer of security to the login process and to address the vulnerability of using only one factor for authentication, but this method also allows access to user accounts without permission. This is a known security vulnerability. In this paper, we propose a Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) personal information authentication scheme based on a Smart Contract of a block chain that authenticates users with minimal personal information exposure conditions. This has the advantage of providing many security technologies to the authentication process based on blockchain technology, and that personal information authentication can be performed more safely than the existing authentication method.

This study aims to find an optimal method for the mobile map application to provide directions by analyzing users' behavior in wayfinding and the information referenced in the direction-finding tasks. The mobile application provided information such as 'the name of the store on the first floor,' 'current location and directions to proceed if there are multi-branching roads,' and 'alleyways.' In the visual representation of information, the application should pay attention to 'landmark elements such as subway station exits and bus stops,' 'the color of crosswalks and overpasses,' 'division between sidewalks and driveways,' and 'entry to the subway stations.' For the mobile map application to provide intuitive interaction, it is necessary to specify 'the direction toward the destination,' 'the possible rotation of the map screen,' and 'the big roads' preference guidance.'

UNESCO has continued to work in Africa, especially in the six southern sub-Saharan countries, and Asia, where international cooperation is needed. The CLC (Rwanda Community Learning Center) covered in this study aims to create a regional learning center in Rwanda and to recover local communities and provide learning environment. During the course of this study, we conducted field trips for actual planning and reviewed the current state of educational and cultural facilities that recently opened and are operated, and found implications. In consultation with the Rwandan Educational Commission, the site for CLC was decided, the building was designed, and the construction is about to start. The results of this study are as follows. First, in addition to the efforts of the activists in the village, which can be considered the smallest unit of a local community, the approach for establishing an architectural space and active education and community environment can be evaluated as a result of experimental efforts. Second, we can pay attention to the attempts to realize local communities. The bridge business is based on the multi-purposes such as early childhood education, technical education for adults, and community restoration of local residents and it reflects space and program plans for this purposes. It also reflects detailed plans such as differentiating the flow planning depending on users' time of use. Third, we can explain the characteristics of architectural planning considering local characteristics such as active use of local materials. Due to the characteristics of a developing country, there were significant considerations on maintenance, and to this end, the plan included plans for the environment and use of materials that are easily maintained. In addition, the participation of local residents in the process of establishment was suggested as a possibility to serve an educational role.
