This study is intended to propose a technique that can trace objects by utilizing the multimarker method in the Marker Recognition which is a bridge way connecting virtuality and reality in complex environments or in a condition hands become obstacles. In the existing marker method, the object becomes blinking when the maker is blocked since this method relies only on single marker. However, the researcher was able to confirm the appearance of augmented object when the marker was blocked for the multiple markers replaced the blocked one. In order to implement such technique, multi-marker estimation was utilized with perspective matrix. The advantage is the fast estimation process for there is no need of other calculation. The implemented technique can detect markers and locate their positions, represent 3-D object in various circumstances.

The existing curriculum of cultural assets compulsory curriculum is difficult to expect educational effect due to lack of interests and visibility. The purpose of this study is to develop application contents and teaching materials using cultural data 3 - D data based on multi - marker recognition technology of augmented reality, which is attracting attention in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. In the case of the contents of a multi-marker technology capable of recognizing a plurality of markers, various events can be added and output capability can be enhanced. The proposed augmented reality app will be applied to the study of various education contents production technology utilizing cultural properties.

A high speed context-free marker-controlled and minima imposition-free watershed transform is proposed for efficient multi-object detection and segmentation from a complex background. The context-free markers are extracted from a complex backgrounded multi-object image using a noise tolerant attention operator. These make marker-controlled watershed possible for the over-segmentation reduction without region merging. The proposed method presents a marker-constrained labeling that can speed up the segmentation of a marker-controlled watershed transform by eliminating the necessity of the minima imposition. Simulation results show that the proposed method can efficiently detects and segments multiple objects from a complex background while reducing over- segmentation and the computation time.

As interest in augmented reality has increased recently, attempts have been made to incorporate augmented reality into various fields. In implementing augmented reality, the method by which markers are used is to extract feature points of markers to recognize 3D coordinates and, in some cases, it is necessary to recognize multiple markers simultaneously. Therefore, this paper proposes optimization methods for recognising multiple markers at the same time. Unity 3D and augmented reality library Vuforia are used to implement the experimental environment. The augmented reality program produced was implemented in an application form and tested using a mobile camera. We looked for optimization methods for manufacturing markers directly and for recognizing multiple markers through changes in the experimental environment. The results of the experiment can provide a higher recognition rate in an environment where multiple marker recognition is required later.
The use of a marker gene in a transformation process aims to give a selective advantage to the transformed cells, allowing them to grow faster and better, and to kill the non-transformed cells. In general, the selective gene is introduced into plant genome along with the genes of interest. In some cases, the marker gene can be the gene of interest that will confer an agronomic characteristic, such as herbicide resistance. In this review we list and discuss the use of the most common selective marker genes on plant transformation and the effects of their respective selective agents. These genes could be divided in categories according their mode of action: genes that confer resistance to antibiotics and herbicides; and genes for positive selection. The contention of the marker gene flow through chloroplast transformation is further discussed. Moreover, strategies to recover marker-free transgenic plants, involving multi-auto-transformation (MAT), co-transformation, site specific recombination and intragenomic relocation of transgenes through transposable elements, are also reviewed.

In this paper, we present a marker detection and recognition method from camera image for a disabled person to interact with a server system which can control appliance of surrounding environment. It converts the camera image to a binary image by using multi-threshold and extracts contours of objects in the binary image. After that, it approximates the contours to a list of line segments. It finds rectangular markers by using geometrical features which are extracted from the approximated line segments. It normalizes the shape of extracted markers into exact squares by using the warping technique. It extracts feature vectors from marker image by using principal component analysis and then recognizes the marker. The proposed marker recognition system is robust for light change by using multi-threshold. Also, it is robust for angular variation of camera by using warping technique and principal component analysis. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves 100% recognition rate at maximum for 21 markers and execution speed of 12 frames/sec.
Purpose: To assess the value of multi-tumor marker protein chips in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: Twelve tumor markers (CA19-9, NSE, CEA, CA242, CK19, ${\beta}$-HCG, AFP, SCC, c-PSA, CA125, CA724 and CA15-3) were detected by protein biochip in 220 patients with ovarian carcinomas, 205 with benign ovarian tumors and 200 healthy subjects. Results: The positivity rate was obviously higher in ovarian cancer (77.7%), than that in the benign cases (26.3%, p<0.01) and healthy subjects (4.5%, p<0.01). Serum levels of tumor markers were furthermore significantly higher in cases with lymph node metastasis (86.8%) than those without metastasis (44.7%), p<0.01. Conclusions: Multi-tumor marker protein chips provide important assistance in the diagnosis and treatment evaluation in ovarian cancers.

Marker genes are defined as genes in which the expression level characterizes a specific experimental condition. Such genes in which the expression levels differ significantly between different groups are highly informative relevant to the studied phenomenon. In this paper, first the system can detect marker genes that are selected by ranking genes according to statistics after normalizing data with methods that are the most widely used among several normalization methods proposed the while, And it compare and analyze a performance of each of normalization methods with mult-perceptron neural network layer. The Result that apply Multi-Layer perceptron algorithm at Microarray data set including eight of marker gene that are selected using ANOVA method after Lowess normalization represent the highest classification accuracy of 99.32% and the lowest prediction error estimate.

Recently, the issue has been tangible game environment due to the various interactive interface developments. In this paper, we propose the multi card touch based interactive arcade system by using marker recognition interface and multi-touch interaction interface. For our system, the card's location and orientation information is recognized through DI-based recognition algorithm. In addition, the user's hand gesture tracking informations are provided by the various interaction metaphors. The system provides the user with a higher engagement offers a new experience. Therefore, our system will be used in the tangible arcade game machine.
