  • A manipulator is operated for the motion of mechanical hands or arms by mechanical mechanism. When a cup including liquid inside is shifted by a manipulator, it is important to know how a free surface of the liquid moves. In this study, non-dimensional parameters have been found that affect the rise of the free surface in a cup moving with constant acceleration. The non-dimensional parameters are the dimensionless time, the ratio of inertia effect to vicous effect (Reynolds number), aspect ratio of the liquid inside the cup and acceleration ratio (Froude number). Through this study, the height of the free surface rise in a cup has been predicted. Generally the maximum rise of the free surface is dependent on the Reynolds number and Froude number strongly, but on the aspect ratio weakly. But the influence of the aspect ratio on the maximum rise of the free surface in not negligible in the range 10 < Re < 100.

  • In this study, we provide a comprehensive review of the CIP(Constrained Interpolation Pro file/Cubic Interpolated Propagation) method with a pressure-based algorithm that is known as a general numerical solver for soled liquid, gas and plasmas. And also we introduce a body-fitted grid system(Soroban grid) for computation of strongly nonlinear marine hydrodynamic problems such as slamming water on deck, wave impact by green water. This grid system can keep the third-order accuracy in time and space with the help of the CIP method. The grid system consists of the straight lines and grid points. In the 2-dimensional grid case, each grid points moving in these lines like abacus - Soroban in Japanese. The length of each line can be different and the number of grid points in each line can be different. Mesh generation and searching of upstream departure point are very simple and possible to mesh-free treatment. To optimize computation of free-surface and multi-fluid flows, We adopt the C-CUP method. In most of the earlier computations, the C-CUP method was used with a staggered-grid approach. Here, because of the mesh free nature of the Soroban grid, we use the C-CUP method with a collocated-grid approach.

  • In order to investigate the effect of flange wrinkling on the wall break of a deep drawn rectangular cup, experiments and simulation were done. The effect of the wrinkling height on drawing force and wall break for a moving blank holder system with spacer were studied by setting a fixed clearance between the drawing die and the blank holder. Simulation and experimental results showed that wall break could be provoked by the flange wrinkling. As the wrinkling height increased, the punch force grew. The maximum punch force was obtained at its final stage of stroke.

  • This paper describes an improved design model that can be used to configure a non-contact pneumatic device to turn a large sheet at the in-line system. For rotational moving in the conveyor system, the conventional method is to turn the system itself. The improved non-contact pick-up system mainly uses 8 pairs of L-shaped latches and 12 swirl type heads. It is positioned above the upward air flow table. This system performs the non-contact gripping and side-edge contact support in the vertical and rotational directions to hold the self-weight of a large flat sheet. A non-contact air head can exert a sufficient gripping ability at 4N lower than the standard working pressure. The side latches support 60% of the lifting force required. Through structural and flow analysis, the working conditions were simultaneously considered in accordance with the deflection and flatness of the glass.

  • The milking robot system is very important to detect correctly the teats position in the moving condition of cow. Also, the robot manipulator must control tracking the teat cup to the detected teat position. The presented milking robot is designed using the one point laser sensor for teat position detection. The teats of cow are detected by the laser scanning unit and the manipulator has the function of 3 axes moving control unit. The presented teat detection method and the electrical driving manipulator have the advantages of a simple, low cost and very quiet. The designed manipulator is realized by the totally electrical motor and servo poison control algorithm with velocity PID compensation. The presented robot is realized using the teat detection unit, 4 teat cups, 3 axes robot arm, 6 servo motors and automatic milking control line. The designed robot is experimented in the cow farm and is satisfied with the designed performance specification for milking robot manipulator.

  • In this paper, we present a fast and efficient Iterative Improvement Partitioning(IIP) technique for VLSI circuits and hybrid bucket structures on its implementation. The IIP algorithms are very widely used in VLSI circuit partition due to their time efficiency. As the performance of these algorithms depends on choices of moving cell, various methods have been proposed. Specially, Cluster-Removal algorithm by S. Dutt significantly improved partition quality. We indicate the weakness of previous algorithms wjere they used a uniform method for choice of cells during for choice of cells during the improvement. To solve the problem, we propose a new IIP technique that selects the method for choice of cells according to the improvement status and present hybrid bucket structures for easy implementation. The time complexity of proposed algorithm is the same with FM method and the experimental results on ACM/SIGDA benchmark circuits show improvment up to 33-44%, 45%-50% and 10-12% in cutsize over FM, LA-3 and CLIP respectively. Also with less CUP tiem, it outperforms Paraboli and MELO represented constructive-partition methods by about 12% and 24%, respectively.

  • The one of basic functional conditions of suspended overhead sprayer, which is openly made use of irrigating on bedding plants in greenhouse, is to be kept the growing uniformity of bedding plants by making uniformly the spraying irrigation depending on the distribution of sprayed water. This study was performed to find out the optimum position of sector formed injection nozzle which is placed from the top of plant 0 the tip of the nozzle to keep spraying uniformity. The test of spraying distribution using a overhead sprayer, which was installed in a row of sector formed injection nozzles, was performed The measuring factor to represent spraying distribution was the water weight filled in each cup when the overhead sprayer was moving across the upside of the cups which were placed directly under the nozzles on keeping the distance from nozzle tip. The test results were as following , The standard mr of weights of each cup filled with spraying water was lower values at Position far from more than 60cm under nozzle tip. The driving speed variation of sprayer was not effected on spraying uniformity but the spraying water weight was inversely proportioned to the speed. To make best spraying uniformity, it was represented that the tip of the nozzle is positioned to keep the distance which the top of plants is placed at the second cross point of each injection sector of nozzles.

  • For front, aspect of terror may have to prepare indeed even chemical terror or rocket and small size missile and radioactivity terror because is predicted to become various. Furthermore, when see motion of every countries about nuclear engineerses' bringing round and illicit sale of plutonium, our country may have to prepare in terrorism which is expected thus. So that can finish international event successfully because the United States of America supports great manpower and budget since New York's World Trade Center terror and when see that is considering terror prevention countermeasure, we operate temporarily bursting tube state complete charge team such as terror by each field specialist such as a concern interested including special CBR complete charge moving team among 2002 World Cups soccer game period ahead of international event, must consider safety countermeasure. Specially, biology weapon of chemical weapon and cholera etc. 13 kinds of 5000ton that North Korea plans CBR terror society confusion that North Korea that to terror support nation as well as nuclear weapons development suspicion is defending South Korea communization strategy as real condition that is amplified as well as is saving production brand gets imprinted uses CBR terror at normal times, when see that is planing powerlessness communization unity using CBR weapon at time of war, must operate until bias 2002 World Cups international event finishes cooperation safety countermeasure utensil safely under closer talk between the South Korea ${\cdot}$ Japan ${\cdot}$ North Korea. As for us which must serve 2002 World Cup successfully to accomplish perfectly preparedness of CBR terror firstly, all inhabitants knows well CBR protection trick, and secondly, CBR existing formation that solidify realignment CBR complete charge moving team which of course is consisted of CBR specialist compose and keeping immediate going out attitude operating, by third, that expand CBR individual protection equipment and CBR evacuation equipment and establish individual and group protection attitude naturally, supplement as there is main room that actualize CBR pollution patient's slogan countermeasure by fourth, and develop standard model for CBR terror provision by fifthBecause constructing infra of CBR safety establishing CBR preparedness that utilize it, must minimize damage and contribute inhabitants' life and property protection.
