  • In this study, study, about Automatic Loader and Unloader system which can directly be used for material handing and tool operating is moving linear transfer system for mainly forming of small electronic unit and other at press line. This system for been installed in a press in order to load and unload a workpiece from a press die. Control method be used Programmable logic control(PLC) unit. other Control equipment of system is Motor drive, Positioning Control and so on. It took data of input from each sensor and send signal of output to actuator by sequence program. We try to Characteristics test of this system has good condition when operating by laser measurement

  • The demands for robotic and automatic system are continually increasing in manufacturing fields. There have been many studies to monitor and predict the system, but they have mainly focused upon measuring cutting force, and current of motor spindle, and upon using acoustic sensor, etc. In this study, time series sequence of cutting force was acquired by taking advantage of piezoelectric type tool dynamometer. Radial cutting force was obtained from it and was available for useful observation data. The parameter was estimated using PAA(parameter adaptation algorithm) from observation data. ARMA(auto regressive moving average) model was selected for system model and second order was decided according to parameter estimation. Uncorrelation test was also carried out to verify convergence of parameter.

  • In this paper, a new hybrid opto-digital multiple information hiding and real-time extracting system was suggested and implemented using a volume holographic optical correlator. The multiple information hiding system in which the multiple information can be hided in an arbitrary cover image was digitally implemented by using the combination of pseudo random sequence and Hadamard matrix. In addition, a real-time optical extraction system in which the hided multiple information in a cover image can be extracted in real-time was implemented by using a volume holographic optical correlator. In the VanderLugt-type holographic optical correlator used in this experiment, the multiful matched spatial filters corresponding each of the hided informations were recorded in a photorefractive crystal by using the moving window-based angular multiplexing scheme.

  • In this paper proposes a new algorithm of efficiency outage restoration using a outage load switching to a healthy MTR a fault occurrence at a MTR. In addtion, proposed algorithm includes a outage restoration method which keeps MTR optimal capacity with reorganization of distribution network in case it can not restore outage state loads caused by shortage of healthy MTR remain capacity. In case that proposed sequence still can not complete restoration, this paper suggests a efficiency outage restoration with objective function included priority in outage loads.

  • A novel three degrees of freedom sensing method utilizing binary grid pattern image and vision camera is presented. The binary grid pattern image is designed by Pseudo-Random Binary Arrays and referenced to encode in-plane position of a moving stage of the contact-free planar actuator. First, the yaw motion of the stage is detected using fast image processing and then the other planar positions, x and y, are decoded with a sequence of images. This method can be applied to the system that needs feedback of in-plane position, with advantages of a good accuracy and high resolution comparable with the encoder, a relatively compact structure, no friction, and a low cost. In this paper, all the procedures of the above sensing mechanism are described in detail, including simulation and experiment results.

  • It is presented many effect that represented by implicated one image more than each images with a fragment meaning. ‘Mosaic’ is technique be applied at this situation. ‘Mosaic’ is created by complicated one new image which by multi image be eliminated overlap region. This research is development for mosaic system by multi image. The system is divided that shot segmentation and mosaic image creation. Shot segmentation divided that merge with respect to similarity images which video data of moving picture in sequence time and mosaic image creation is composed of one image with which all frames in segmented shot.

  • In this paper, an algorithm of path planning and obstacle avoidance for mobile robot is proposed. We call the proposed method Random Access Sequence(RAS) method. In the proposed method, a small region is set first and numbers are assigned to its neighbors. By processing assigned numbers all regions are covered and then the path from start to destination is selected by these numbers. The RAS has an advantage of fast planning because of simple operations. This implies that new path selection may be possible within a short time and helps a robot to avoid obstacles in any direction. The algorithm can be applied to unknown environments. When moving obstacles appear, a mobile robot avoids obstacles reactively. then new path is selected by RAS.

  • 최근 사용자들의 특성에 맞게 개인화되고 세분화된 위치 기반 서비스를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 이동 객체의 다양한 패턴들 중 의미있는 지식인 유용한 이동 패턴을 탐사하는 문제가 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방대한 이동 객체의 이력 데이터 집합으로부터 특정 지점들 간의 최적 이동 경로나 정해진 시간내의 스케줄링 경로 탐색과 같이 복합적인 시간 및 공간 제약을 갖는 최적 이동 패턴을 탐사하는 문제에 대해 정의하고, 다양한 이동 패턴들 중 가장 빈발하게 발생하는 패턴이 최적의 비용을 소요할 것이라는 가정을 기반으로 최대 빈발 2-시퀀스를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 후보 시퀀스 집합으로부터 지지도 계산을 통해 추출되는 빈발 2-시퀀스들의 순차적인 조합은 패턴 탐사를 수행하는 각 패스 진행 시 후보 시퀀스 항목의 차수가 점차 감소하여 최적 이동 패턴 탐사 방법에 효과적으로 적용된다.

Completion of Occluded Moving Object in a Video Sequence (비디오 영상에서 가려짐이 있는 이동 물체의 복원)

  • 비디오 복원(video completion)은 비디오 영상에서 색상값에 대한 정보가 없는 픽셀에 적절한 색을 채워 영상을 복원하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 움직이는 두 물체가 교차하는 입력영상으로부터 하나의 물체를 제거함으로 발생하는 홀(hole)을 채우는 비디오 복원 기술을 제안한다. 입력 영상에서의 두 물체 중 카메라와 가까운 물체를 제거함으로써 영상의 홀이 발생하게 되고, 이 홀을 다른 프레임들의 정보를 이용하여 채움으로써 가려진 물체를 복원한다. 모든 프레임에 대해 각 물체의 중심을 추정하여 물체의 중심을 기준으로 시-공간 볼륨(spatio-temporal volume)을 생성하고, 복셀 매칭(voxel matching)을 통한 시간적 탐색을 수행한 후 두 물체를 분리한다. 가리는 물체 영역으로 판단 된 부분을 삭제하고 공간적 탐색 방법을 이용하여 홀을 채워 가려짐이 있는 물체를 복원하는 과정을 소개한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안한 기술이 비교적 자연스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.
