진료의 질관리에 대한 시론 -장애와 접근- (Quality Improvement in Patient Care Services : Obstacles and Approaches)

  • Patient care services are provided to individual patients in response to their health needs produced by illnesses or injuries. The services are often addressed to very serious conditions, and also they constitute the most expensive component of health care services. Therefore, the importance of quality is emphasized, but there are many indications that patient care quality is far from a satisfactory state in most of the countries. Based upon this observation, it is attempted to examine obstacles and approaches to quality improvement in patient care services. In doing so, following Taguchi's(1986) definition of product quality, quality of patient care services is conceived of as better when the less is the sociental loss attributalbe to variability of intended function and harmful side effects they emhibit after being delivered. Some distinguishing features of medical care sector pose difficulties in implementing effective quality improvement programs in patient care services. Nevertheless, newly proposed method of quality management, based on industrial quality management approach, seems to have a great deal of potential to effectively cope with such difficulties. This method, unlike the traditional approach to quality assurance, focuses on total organisational processes, not individuals, as the obproach to quality assurance, focuses on total organizational processes, not individuals, as the objects of quality improvement; variation, not comparison with standards, in quality measurement; and continuous improvement, not removing only bad quality care, as an ideal. Prerequisite to a successful use of any quality mangement method is motivating providers to improve quality. Conceivable approaches for such motivation are self-regulation, external controls and promotion of competition. Since these approaches are not mutually exclusive, they may be employed in an appropriate combination. In Korea, medical care providers are now functioning under the circumstances where they have little reason for making efforts to improve quality of their services. Once these circumstantial conditions are changed to exert pressures on providers to improve quality, the use of adequate quality management method becomes an issue. In this connection, much attention shoould be directed to the newly proposed method described above. In all these efforts for improving quality of patient care services, health insurance would be able to play a pivotal role. Poviders of medical care, buth indiciduals and organizations, are usually very responsive to the measures that affect their financing, and thus health insurance can be a strong instrument for motivationg providers to improve quality. Also, the insurance continuously acquires data on patient care, which could be processed to produce information required to effective quality control.

중국 교육정보화 현황에 관한 문제 중심 요구 분석 - APEC e-러닝 연수 보고서를 중심으로(2006~2013) - (A Study on Problem-Need Analysis in Education Informatization of China: Focused on Reports from APEC e-Learning Training Program(2006~2013))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국 교육정보화 현황에 대해 자국 전문가들이 인식하는 문제와 요구를 알아보고, 이를 통해 향후 중국과의 국제교육협력에 관한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 APEC e-러닝 연수(2006년~2013년)에 참여한 중국 연수생들의 개별 팀 보고서 76편을 내용 분석하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국의 교육정보화 현황에 대한 가장 핵심적인 문제는 교육 자원 부족으로 나타났고, 다음으로 ICT 활용동기 부족, 관리평가 체제 미흡, 교사 및 전문 인력 수급 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국교육정보화에 대한 요구와 관련하여, ICT 교육 활용 증진을 위한 교육 훈련과 조직 문화가 지난 8년간 지속적으로 높은 순위에 랭크되었다. 반면 장비 부족에 관한 문제는 2008년을 기점으로 제기되지 않아 국가 정보화 사업으로 인프라 구축과 ICT 관련 장비 보급이 많은 부분 개선된 것으로 보인다. 그러나 최근 2012년 이후 정책 및 관리평가 체제부족에 관한 이슈가 제기되면서 보다 체계적이고 전문화된 정책과 행정 체계를 필요로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

K-MOOC 대학생 수강자의 인식 분석 (An Analysis on Perception of Korean University Students Learners on MOOCs)

  • 본 연구는 K-MOOC의 주 사용자인 대학생을 대상으로 K-MOOC에 대한 인식 조사를 진행하여 이들의 학습 경험을 분석하고, 이를 K-MOOC의 지속적인 사용을 위한 설계 및 실행 전략 개발의 기초 자료로 사용하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 현재 대학에 재학 중이고 1년 이내에 K-MOOC 수강 경험이 있는 대학생 155명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 온라인으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 지속사용의도와 만족도를 알아보기 위한 객관식 문항과 수강 동기, K-MOOC에 대한 만족 사유와 불만족 사유, 향후 K-MOOC에 대한 기대사항을 묻는 주관식 문항을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 대학생 수강자들의 주요 수강 동기는 온라인 학습의 편리함에서 비롯된 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 편리함은 K-MOOC에 대한 만족 사유를 묻는 문항에서도 가장 높게 나타났다. 불만족 사유로는 학습의지 저하와 상호작용 부족, K-MOOC의 시스템 문제가 지적되었다. 기대사항으로는 콘텐츠의 향상과 K-MOOC 시스템에 대한 보완에 대한 요구가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 K-MOOC 대학생 학습자가 향후 지속적으로 K-MOOC를 사용하는 평생학습자가 될 수 있도록 지원하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Pedagogical Conditions for Formation of Design Competence of Qualified Workers with the Use of Information Technologies

  • Modern production requires production staff who have design competence, experience and skills to work in various types of work integrated into professional activities. Possession of digital design methods significantly expands the opportunities for professional activities of qualified workers. The purpose of our study was to study the impact of pedagogical conditions on the formation of design competence of future qualified workers in a group work. We have identified a set of pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally oriented artistic and technical creativity of workers in the conditions of curricular and extracurricular activities, which include motivational-target, procedural-semantic, organizational-technological, and subject-oriented. It is shown that the formation of design competence is determined by motivational, informational-active and reflection criteria, which are aimed at motivational-value, cognitive, operational-active, creative, social and emotional components of this competence. The methodology of the research is highlighted, which includes the use of the following methods: determination of the personality's motivational sphere in order to identify strong and weak motives of students activity; multiple intelligence to identify students talents in the direction of practical intelligence, which is important for design competence; determining the level of creative activity to identify manifestations of students creative abilities; identifying the type of students innovative thinking in order to develop motivation for success; factor-criterion model, developed on the basis of a qualimetric approach, which is used to identify the level of design competence formation in accordance with its components. The results of the study showed that the creation of separate pedagogical conditions in the institution of vocational education and training (VET) had a positive impact on the development of design competence, which shows the potential of artistic and technical design in the development of professional creativity of future qualified workers taking into account the environmental approach.

이차함수와 타원의 문제해결 지도를 위한 멀티미디어 학습자료 개발 (Development of Instructional Models for Problem Solving in Quadratic Functions and Ellipses)

  • Recently, most classrooms in Korea are fully equipped with multimedia environments such as a powerful pentium pc, a 43″large sized TV, and so on through the third renovation of classroom environments. However, there is not much software teachers can use directly in their teaching. Even with existing software such as GSP, and Mathematica, it turns out that it doesn####t fit well in a large number of students in classrooms and with all written in English. The study is to analyze the characteristics of problem-solving process and to develop a computer program which integrates the instruction of problem solving into a regular math program in areas of quadratic functions and ellipses. Problem Solving in this study included two sessions: 1) Learning of basic facts, concepts, and principles; 2) problem solving with problem contexts. In the former, the program was constructed based on the definitions of concepts so that students can explore, conjecture, and discover such mathematical ideas as basic facts, concepts, and principles. In the latter, the Polya#s 4 phases of problem-solving process contributed to designing of the program. In understanding of a problem, the program enhanced students#### understanding with multiple, dynamic representations of the problem using visualization. The strategies used in making a plan were collecting data, using pictures, inductive, and deductive reasoning, and creative reasoning to develop abstract thinking. In carrying out the plan, students can solve the problem according to their strategies they planned in the previous phase. In looking back, the program is very useful to provide students an opportunity to reflect problem-solving process, generalize their solution and create a new in-depth problem. This program was well matched with the dynamic and oscillation Polya#s problem-solving process. Moreover, students can facilitate their motivation to solve a problem with dynamic, multiple representations of the problem and become a powerful problem solve with confidence within an interactive computer environment. As a follow-up study, it is recommended to research the effect of the program in classrooms.

모바일 메신저 이모티콘의 이용동기에 대한 이용자의 태도 분석 - 개인성향을 조절 효과로 - (An Analysis of Users Attitudes toward the Motivation of Mobile Messenger Emoticons - Moderating Effects of Individual Characteristics -)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 메신저 이모티콘의 이용동기가 무엇이며, 이용동기와 구매의도간의 영향관계에서 개인성향(외향성/내향성)은 조절역할을 할 것인지를 알아보고자, 모바일 메신저를 사용하는 10대-60대의 198명의 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 이를 분석 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘 이용동기 요인은 "유희성 요인", "유용성 요인", "간결성 요인", 그리고 "범용성 요인"으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘 이용동기 중 유희성만이 구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘의 사용자의 개인성향중 외향적인 성향이 구매의도에 영향을 미치는데 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

ISO 9001:2015 개정규격 전환에 따른 제조업체의 대응 방안 (Counterplan of Manufacturers in Accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Revision Conversion)

  • The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9000 QMS (Quality Management System) standards specify requirements that need to demonstrate an organization's ability to consistently provide products or services. Korean companies have been implementing ISO 9000 QMS to compete in global markets. ISO 9000 QMS standards have been revised in 1994, 2000, 2008, and 2015 since the first release in 1987. The key change in ISO 9001:2015 is focused on risk-based thinking. It means that risk inherent within an organization is early identified and proactively controlled by use of all aspects of QMS rather than taking preventive actions. In this article we did literature review mainly on empirical study related to motivation and operation performance of ISO 9000 implementation. We present the necessity of changeover, features of new version, and comparison between new and old version. In order to see how well organizations can implement the new ISO 9001:2015 we focus on manufacturing companies that are going to convert to ISO 9001:2015 registration. We collect their key characteristics such as yearly sales, the number of MPI (Management Performance Indicators), the number of KPI (Key Performance Indicators), the number of quality control engineers, quality control engineer work experience, and the degree of adaptiveness between new ISO 9001:2015 QMS and QMS currently operating in manufacturing companies. Especially the degree of adaptiveness is analyzed by correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA, and t-tests to discover the relationships among their characteristics. We found out that the degree of adaptiveness is linearly related to quality control engineer work experience and the number of MPI and KPI that is practically utilized in manufacturing companies. We summarize the implications discovered to help manufacturing industry convert to ISO 9001:2015 registration.

STEAM 융합교육을 위한 UCC 매체 활용 분석 (An Analysis on the UCC Media for STEAM Integrated Education)

  • 본 논문에서는 중학생 학습자의 특성을 고려하여 UCC 매체를 활용한 구강보건교육을 실시하고 지식전달인 지적 영역과 태도변화인 정의적 영역, 행동 변화인 정신운동 영역의 결과를 살펴보았다. 이에 UCC 매체를 활용한 구강보건교육의 결과는 평균 지적 영역 4.09, 정의적 영역 4.05, 정신운동 영역 4.14로 나타났다. 학습자에게 흥미도와 이해도를 높여 관심을 가지고 행동의 변화를 보여 구강보건교육의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 해야겠다. 일회성인 교육매체 자료 보다는 YouTube에서도 학습자가 언제든지 다시 볼 수 있도록 하여 계속관리 교육이 되도록 할 수 있다. 추후 관련된 보건교육프로그램 및 보건교육에 활용하여 교육내용의 정확한 전달과 학습자에게 동기유발을 일으켜 교육의 결과를 높일 수 있도록 한다.

지방공기업 여성직원의 경력정체가 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향 (Effect of regional public corporation women employee's career plateau upon subjective career success)

  • Purpose - Korean women suffered from serious experience at unfair personnel practice in the work and coexistence between work and home affairs. The study examined woman workers' career plateau perception and success who worked for local public enterprises, that is to say, regional public corporation invested by local government, and investigated mediating effect of dual commitment as well as control effect of self-efficacy from point of view of various access to variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated women employees of regional public corporation by empirical analysis. The author collected 337 copies from 380 copies and made use of 325 copies after excluding copies with improper answer. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. Results - The study investigated effect of career plateau (structure and content) upon subjective career success (job satisfaction and career commitment) according to questionnaire material: First, not only structural plateau but also content career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment (structure and career). Second, dual commitment had positive influence upon subjective career success from point of view of organizational commitment and career commitment. Third, structural career plateau had positive influence upon career success, and content career plateau had positive influence upon job satisfaction. Fourth, structural career plateau did not have significant influence upon job satisfaction, content career plateau and career satisfaction. Fifth, subordinate variables (organizational commitment and career commitment) had mediating influence upon career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Sixth, self efficacy did not control career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Conclusions - Women employee's career plateau cognition mediated dual commitment to have influence upon career success and to be likely to help career success theory study. Career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment and career success of women workers. The study shall give base of counteraction from point of view of control and motivation of women workers thinking of career plateau.

IPTV 무료VOD이용자와 유료VOD이용자 간 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Distinct Characteristics Between Free VOD and Paid VOD Users)

  • IPTV VOD 이용률이 증가하면서 VOD 이용패턴에 대한 심도깊은 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이 논문은 VOD이용자를 유료VOD이용자와 무료VOD이용자로 구분하고 이용동기, 다양한 이용행태, 인구통계학적 변인 등 요인들이 이 두 그룹의 차이에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 연구결과 유료VOD이용자와 무료 VOD이용자 간 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기, VOD 만족도, 홀드백 종료후 이용, 광고스킵 지불의향, VOD이용비중, VOD이용포기경험, TV시청시간, SVOD이용시간 등이었는데, VOD만족도를 제외한 모든 변인들이 유료VOD이용자의 특성을 정(+)적으로 예측했다. 추가로 VOD와 SVOD(유료OTT서비스) 이용간 관계를 분석결과 유료VOD이용자가 무료이용자보다 SVOD를 VOD의 대안서비스로 이용하는 비중이 더 높았다. 선행연구들에 비해 이 연구는 그동안 파편적으로 진행되었던 VOD 이용관련 변인들을 종합적으로 고려했다는 점에서 차별성을 갖는다.
