아웃도어 스포츠 의류 구매행동 연구: 스포츠 유형과 스포츠 참여동기를 중심으로 (A Study on Purchasing Behavior of Outdoor Sportswear: Based on Sports Types and Sports Participation Motivations)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine clothing purchase behavior of sports participants based on outdoor sports types and sports participation motivation. The research was conducted with the use of a self-administered questionnaire. A total of 703 respondents between the ages of 25 and 55 participated in the research through an internet survey. Motivation for participation in particular sports was comprised of four factors: impress others, mental rejuvenation, social interaction, and health maintenance/improvement. Perceived benefits of clothing choice were categorized into three factors: brand/fashion pursuit, positive image pursuit, and practicality pursuit. Outdoor sports activities was categorized into six types, climbing, jogging, cycling, fishing, golf, and others including ball games. Each sports group presented differences in demographics, sports motivation factors, and benefit factors. Four segments were identified based on sports participation motivation: active group, social group, health and revitalization group, and inactive group. The active group considered three clothing benefits and 14 evaluative criteria as being the most important among the four segments, indicating the major target market for outdoor sportswear brands. On the other hand, the members of inactive group showed passive attitudes toward clothing purchasing behaviors. This study discusses the results of this research within the context of the managerial implication for outdoor sports marketers.

전문대학 평생교육 학습자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기와 만족도가 참여 지속의도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Participation Motivation and Satisfaction on the Participation Persistence among Adult Learners at College Continuing Cducation Center)

  • 본 연구는 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하는 학습자들의 평생교육 참여동기와 교육만족도를 분석하고, 참여지속의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서 운영되는 평생교육 프로그램의 질을 높이고, 요구도를 반영한 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 성인학습자의 관심과 평생교육 참여지속률을 높이고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 5월 1일에서 6월 20일까지 경기도에 소재한 4개 전문대학 부설 평생교육원에서 강좌를 수강하고 있는 성인남녀 412명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Version 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 주요 변수들은 기술통계를 이용하였고, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 차이는 T-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 참여자의 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 관계는 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였고, 참여자의 참여지속의도 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기, 교육만족도 및 참여지속 의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 참여지속의도에 미치는 영향요인은 참여 동기, 교육 만족도, 시설 및 환경 만족도이었고 모형이 유의하고 41.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 전문대학 평새교육프로그램 학습자의 참여동기를 높이기 위해 참여동기와 교육만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

원격교육에서 성인학습자의 교육참여동기와 실재감이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Presence Perceived by Learners and Participation Motivation on Satisfaction in Distance Education)

  • This study is for understanding differences of satisfaction followed by learning and teaching presence perceived by learners and participation motivation on learning in a distance education. General characteristics of learner are classified as an entrance type, sex, age, new/transfer of distance university learners. Perceived presence is classified with learning presence and teaching presence. Participation motivation on learning is classified with the directivity of activity, goal, and study based on the reason of participating in classes in a distance university. And this research tried out to find the effects of learner's characteristics, perceived presence, and participation motivation on learning satisfaction. The results are as follows. First, there was no meaningful difference of general characteristic on satisfaction. It means sex, age, and entrance type did not have an effect on satisfaction. Second, with the level of presence perceived by learner, satisfaction has meaningful differences. It means that students who had higher learning presence perceived of distance university showed higher satisfaction, and so as in teaching presence perceived on satisfaction. Third, factors effecting satisfaction based on participation motivation on learning differ with types of motivation. There was no meaningful difference of the level of activity directivity study participant on satisfaction, but was a meaningful difference of goal directivity and of study directivity in participation motivation on learning satisfaction. It was the learning presence that had a significant effect on learning satisfaction of adult learning.

전시회의 참가동기와 서비스품질이 참가자 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Participation Motivation and Service Quality on Satisfaction of the Trade Exhibition Participants)

  • This research intends to explore two questions: 1) how the service qualities of trade exhibitions affect the participant's satisfaction, and 2) how participation motivation moderates the relationship's between the service quality and satisfaction. For this purpose, the service qualities were measured with respect to three components: 1) core services, 2) physical environments, and 3) personal services of trade exhibitions. The results showed that the core services had largest impact on the participant's satisfaction among three components. The influence of the personal services was next strong, and the impact of the physical environment was weakest. Participation motivation was shown to moderate the effects of core services and personal services on satisfaction, but its moderating impact on the relationship between physical environments and satisfaction was not observed.

등산 활동 참여동기와 위험지각 수준에 따른 위험감소행동 연구 (Study on Risk Reduction Behavior According to Participation Motivation of Mountain Climbing Activity and Level of Risk Perception)

  • This study investigates risk reduction behavior with risk perception in outdoor wear purchase situations. Data were collected via a questionnaire from 400 consumers between the ages of 20 to 50 residing in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Data analysis were conducted with SPSS 20 program on the reliability test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test. Factor analyses were employed for the participation motivation of mountain climbing activities, risk reduction behavior and risk perception. Five factors were for the participation motivation of mountain climbing activities (health and fitness, external ostentation, achievement and excitement, improvement of climbing skills, and society). Five factors were for risk perception (fashionability loss and social risk, time and convenience loss, economic risk, performance risk, and psychological risk). Five factors were for the risk reduction behavior (interpersonal information sources use, marketer-dominated information sources use, professional information sources use, pre-purchase deliberation/observation/experience, and brand dependence). Three clusters were identified based on the motivation of outdoor activities (the affiliation/display, the health/internal informativeness and low motivation). The participation motivation for mountain climbing activities were varied. Manufacturers should increase efforts to develop products with good qualities at a reasonable cost as well as establish new marketing strategies since the risk of product performance and economic efficiency in the purchase of outdoor wear was a significant consumer perception.

웹 게시판을 활용한 영어 수업에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 연구 (Factors influencing the English classes using a web-based bulletin board system)

  • The development and use of computer mediated communications (CMC) as a tool for teaching and learning English has grown considerably in recent years. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors related to learners' participation, achievement, and satisfaction in EFL classes using web-based bulletin boards. The total number of 77 university students participated in this study. Three domains and eight independent variables investigated in this study were a learner-related domain (attitudes toward CMC, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, attitudes toward writing), an interaction-related domain (student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction), and an environmental domain (physical support and design of the web site). In order to determine interrelation of variables correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The results of this study showed that the factors predicting a learner's participation were instrumental motivation, attitudes toward writing, and teacher-student interaction. The factors explaining a learner's achievement were learner's participation and attitudes toward writing, and the factors predicting a learner's satisfaction were integrative motivation, student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction, physical support and learner's participation.

  • 본 연구는 2014 오송 국제바이오 산업엑스포에 참여한 자원봉사자를 대상으로 하여 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 참여만족, 교육훈련이 참여동기와 참여만족 간에 조절효과가 있는지를 분석하여 향후 개최될 메가이벤트를 성공적으로 치러낼 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 첫째, 참여동기 중 내적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 6개 구성요인에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기 중 외적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 중 자기성장만족과 교류만족을 제외한 4개 구성요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적보상과 행사업무만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외적보상과 교류만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

호스피스 자원봉사자의 성격특성이 자원봉사참여도 및 지속의지에 미치는 영향연구 - 자원봉사동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The effects on the personal characteristic of hospice volunteer the participation level of volunteer activities and durability)

  • 본 연구는 호스피스자원봉사자의 성격특성이 자원봉사참여와 지속의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 자원봉사동기의 매개효과에 대하여 가설적 모형을 제시 및 검증하여, 호스피스 자원봉사자 참여활성화 방안모색을 위한 이론적 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 조사는 2007년 한국호스피스협회 추계학술대회 참석 자원봉사자 200명과 5개 호스피스 기관의 자원봉사자 132명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 자원봉사 동기(보호동기, 경력동기, 관계동기, 이해동기, 가치동기를 내생변수로 친화성${\rightarrow}$자기보호동기, 친화성${\rightarrow}$경력동기, 신경증${\rightarrow}$경력동기, 친화성${\rightarrow}$관계동기, 친화성${\rightarrow}$이해동기, 친화성${\rightarrow}$가치동기, 신경증${\rightarrow}$가치동기, 외향성${\rightarrow}$가치동기의 경로가 유의하였으며, 자원봉사참여를 내생변수로 관계동기${\rightarrow}$자원봉사참여, 이해동기${\rightarrow}$자원봉사참여, 가치동기${\rightarrow}$자원봉사참여의 경로가 유의하였고, 자원봉사지속의지을 내생변수로 이해동기${\rightarrow}$자원봉사지속의지, 가치동기${\rightarrow}$자원봉사지속의지, 자봉참여${\rightarrow}$자원봉사지속의지의 경로가 유의하였다. 또한 유의한 직접효과를 중심으로 자원봉사동기의 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 호스피스 자원봉사자 참여활성화를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

댄스스포츠 활성화를 위한 동호인의 참여 동기에 관한 연구 (The Study on The Participation Motivation of Dance Sports Activation in Dance Sports Club Members)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 3월부터 2019년 4월까지 2개월 동안 진행되었으며, G 광역시의 댄스스포츠 동호인들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 조사대상은 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며, 자기평가기입법으로 응답자에게 직접 작성토록 하였고, 댄스스포츠 통호인들을 대상으로 총 300부를 최종적으로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 23.0 버전의 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 전산처리하였다. 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach' α 방법을 실시하였고, 각 변인간의 상관성과 공선성을 확인하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 각 변인간의 인과관계를 살펴보기 위하여 다증회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 참여 동기(인지 지향, 건강지향, 기술지향, 시설지향)는 재미요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여 동기(건강지향, 기술지향, 시설지향)는 운동중독에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재미요인은 운동중독에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해 보면, 참여 동기가 재미요인과 운동중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 원인은 댄스스포츠 동호인들의 심리적으로 긍정적인 참여 동기가 운동에 대한 재미와 운동 중독에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

조직의 정보보안 분위기가 조직 구성원의 정보보안 참여 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Organizational Information Security Climate on Employees' Information Security Participation Behavior)

  • Purpose Although examining the antecedents of employees' extra-role behavior (i.e. information security participation behavior) in the information security context is significant for researchers and practitioners, most behavioral security studies have focused on employees' in-role behavior (i.e. information security policy compliance). Thus, this research addresses this gap by investigating how organizational information security climate influences information security participation behavior based on social information processing theory and Griffin and Neal's safety model. Design/methodology/approach We developed a research model by applying Griffin and Neal's safety model to the information security context and then tested our research model by conducting an online survey for employees of organizations with information security policies. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.3.2 is used to test the corresponding hypothesis. Findings Our results show that organizational information security climate, information security knowledge, information security motivation are effective in motivating information security participation behavior. Also, we find that organizational information security climate positively influences both information security knowledge and information security motivation. Our findings emphasize the importance of organizational information security climate because it is capable of affecting employees on information security participation behavior. Our study contributes to the literature on information security by exploring the role of organizational information security climate in enhancing employees' information security participation behavior.
