Young children need continuous care and fostering by their family. They help children organize and develop their potential and grow to be and integrated individuals. Children are influenced by then family at first and continuously when they grow up and develop their capability. Especially, mothers spend a lot of time with time to their children, encourage children's growth, give advice, and do their best to take care of their children. The ethnographic study is to understand the patterns and rules of human behaviors. This study utilized this method in order to interpret the maternal health promoting behaviors for their children. The data were collected through the participant observation and direct interview for about 18 months in P city. The participants were 7 mothers, from 32 to 37 years old. They have children of ages 3 to 10 and 1 or 2 children in total. The data were analyzed through the Spradley's Ethnographic method and the results were summarized as follows : The viewpoints which influence maternal health promoting behaviors include “having childlike appearance”. “having childlike character”, “living without illness”, and “eating well”. The maternal health promoting behaviors for children are classified as “adapting to nature”, “supporting of ability”, “sharing with the family”, “training”, and “praying”. The adapting behaviors include “recognizing child's innate character”, “controlling maternal desires”, “preparing natural food”, which includes breast feeding. The supporting behaviors include “recognizing childlikeness”, “empowering”, and “restricting certain actions to preventing accidents”. In order to promote child's health, it is essential to promote mother's health first of all. The sharing with the family includes “promoting family concord or acquaintanceships concord” and “adapting to circumstances beyond family”. The training behaviors include “forming good habits” and “having good moral value”. It is very important to form good habits in childhood. The praying behavior include “waiting for opportunities” and “endeavoring activity to promote child's health”. The above 5 behaviors by mothers appeared to be able to promote children's health. The results of this study can be utilized to provide the basic information necessary to develop the patterns of maternal health promoting behaviors consistent with our culture and can contribute us develop the body of knowledge about the maternal health promotion for children in nursing.

This study investigated slow fashion consumers from a human desire viewpoint in order to examine the psychological aspects of slow fashion consumption. First, the concept of slow fashion was defined. Second, this study reviewed the concepts of desire found in Oriental philosophies and applied them to slow fashion consumption. This process identified the fundamental desire that motivates consumers of slow fashion. Lastly, the psychological aspects slow fashion consumers were examined through a comparison of fundamental desire and external reasons given by interviewees in regards to personal motivation to purchase slow fashion products. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 unmarried women 25 to 37 years old with experience in buying slow fashion products. Exploratory data were classified into external reasons and fundamental reasons to derive the concept of slow fashion. First, slow fashion is defined as sustainable fashion that considers humans and nature. It also seeks to produce morally good products that transcend time and space. Second, we identified the following external reasons: social responsibility, pursuit of healthy products, and pursuit of beauty. Finally, we extracted four factors that reflected fundamental desire: Recognition Desire, Ostentation Desire, Sexual Appeal Desire, and Power Desire. Altruism was emphasized by respondents who expressed social responsibility among external reasons and the desire for recognition among fundamental reasons. However, this goodwill also originated from human desire due to the emotional healing they receive from helping others. Interviewees sought psychological benefits such as self-satisfaction and spiritual growth through slow fashion that implied an Association of slow fashion consumption with human desire. Slow fashion consumption was influenced by moral convictions as well as various desires; in addition, external reasons for slow fashion consumption could be explained by desire.

This research is focused on how the venture-startup policies of South Korea has changed for the last ten years and then scope on its outcomes, limits and suggestions. Several policies for venture-startup has begun when "Small Business Startup Support Law" was developed in 1986. Government's support policies for venture and startup and development of venture had made a turning point in 1997 "Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Business" and venture companies has achieved remarkable growth with Information Technologies(IT). However, with the global IT bubble and the enrichment of venture companies, a number of venture companies experienced considerable difficulties due to multiple thresholds. There were a lot of efforts to revitalize venture-startup ecosystem such as fostering innovative SMEs and one-person creative enterprise support policy. From 2002 to 2004, Korean Government focused on preventing moral hazards of Korean Venture Business. From 2005 to 2006, It focused on fostering the role of venture capitals, and From 2007 to 2012, Single start-up business has been fostered by government policies. Generally speaking, it can be said that venture-startup policy was emphasized on building the hardware infrastructure of venture-startup and supporting with the funds.
The purpose of this study is to identify how tales are accepted and embodied as a new work in dance as performing arts, which are getting attention for its rapid growth in the area of cultural industries. Major performances of recently created and performed ancient tales including Baridaegi, Chun-Hyang story, Yeonohrangseohnye are analyzed here. With acceptance of tales into dance, vitality of creation by the eternal word of mouth, rich information contained in each tale and the variety of interpretation showed the possibility of a new interpretation based on the existing perspectives. There are three kinds of acceptances: diversification of narrative techniques of the subject, adoption of the issue of moral values as a topic, and acceptance of tradition and national consciousness. To satisfy the fundamental concern about the universe and human, and to create both worldwide and Korean dance contents, the images of tales are being reinterpreted into a new dimension beyond the boundary of time.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze sexual permissiveness in order to solve the problems it creates for setting up desirable sexual culture. Methods: This study used Walker and Avant's methods for concept analysis. Results: Sexual permissiveness is the favorable attitude that is agreed upon and accepted as physiological, socio-cultural, and moral sexuality of an independent human who was born in man or woman. The property of sexual permissiveness that is accepted overall the humans are sex generously, change over the course of growth. sex consciousness, and attitudes toward sexual activity change based on race, age and religion etc. The values and beliefs of individuals that were formed in social and cultural background are bipolar. It is mutually agreed upon and accepted that volunarary activities should be spontaneous. The antecedents of sexual permissiveness included achievement of sexual development, establishment of the relationship, and mutual agreement between them. The consequences included mature relationship with others, meeting sexual needs, and raising sexual problems. Conclusions: These results suggest further studies are required that refine the diverse attributes of the concept of sexual permissiveness. The sexual education and enlightenment should be conducted at the period of secondary sex character.

Korea is an import and export-oriented economy that relies on shipping transportation, and sea ports play an important role in national economic growth. To secure and maintain the competitiveness of these ports, hardware and software investments are required, but policy support can also be expected to have an effect. This study identified the irrationality of the system by exploratory analysis of the port facility fee discount system for Ulsan Port, an energy hub port, and suggested improvement measures to resolve it.This study analyzed the volume of Ulsan Port and the reduction of port facility usage fees for about 10 years and identified irrational factors that despite a special port for liquid cargo, a considerable reduction for container cargo is concentrated, and even because it was a passing ship, 100% reduction for entrance and clearance fees were provided to them, which could cause serious moral hazard.. As a way to improve the port facility charge discount system at Ulsan Port, this study proposed strengthening support for eco-friendly activities to support containers, adjusting the reduction rate for passing ships, or improving the reduction and exemption application process.

The purpose of this study was to describe the nature of nursing and life style of nurses. This study was conducted from march, 1994 to May, 1995. There are two kinds of data used in this research. To discern the nature of nursing and life style of nurses, 34 articles selected from nursing journals and text books, and the data which were collected by unstructured questionare with two main open ended questions were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's method. The questions were "what is nature of nursing?" "When do you feel your professionl life worth?" 29 participants were nurses working at two university hospitals and two general hospitals in Seoul, understood the study purpose. Cheng Yi(程?, 1033~1107) understood that nature is full of "changes(易)". And he noted that human being as part of nature also exists only in a series of changes, i.e. birth, growth, extinction and death. All things including human being arise from the same principle, or "Heavenly Principle." Hence human being can fundamentally be one with all other beings, or nature. It is called "Unity of all things(萬物一體)" and "Unity of heaven and human(天人合一)." This philosophical perspective cannot be regarded as being unique to Cheng only; neo-Confucian predecessors called "the five masters of the Northern Song(北宋五子)" anticipated Cheng's vision already. Nevertheless, Cheng elaborated on the shared vision, revealing his philosophical uniqueness. Cheng maintains that only human being receives the principle in the unstained form, and thereby is capable of being one with nature. The one who realizes her/his potential to be one with nature is a sage(聖人); for Cheng, the order and pattern found in nature is nothing other than moral principle that human beings have to live up to and vice versa. Cheng's idea on the principle which human being receives from Heaven no doubt relates to Mencian notion of the innate goodness of human nature(性善); the innate goodness of human nature is no other than Heavenly Principle, and to become a sage depends on whether one can realize her/his potential - human nature, i.e. Heavenly Principle in her/himself. For Cheng, human nature tantamount to Heavenly Principle has no evil quality; all the evil in the world comes from imperfect "physical endowment(氣質)," or "capacity(才)" which is various from person to person, making various personalities. Accordingly, the task of moral cultivation in Cheng's theory can translate into the matter of rectification of one's physical endowment.
This study interprets the corporate social responsibility and its management through analysis of philosophical view of Mozi(墨子). Mozi was a chinese philosopher during the Hundred Schools of Thought period. He advocated Universal love(兼愛), which stresses that people should care for everyone equally. This principle is in accord with the sustainable management strategy for global market environments. The realization of the value that the company pursues in the rapid growth of such enterprises is an important issue. The pursuit of corporate value in its own interest under the rapidly changing business environment is perceived very negative. And it has demanded a different philosophy as a new management philosophy. The philosophical strategies of these companies were centered around the core philosophy of the ancient Chinese philosopher, Mozi. It is not merely an outcome approach as the act or moral principle but the inner motive to love each other and the principle of sharing the profits of each other. In order to pursue the sustainable value of the enterprise, We would like to suggest a way to pursue the existing absolute value, and to suggest a philosophical strategy based on the philosophy of Mozi.
Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy embraces characteristics of existential philosophy and philosophical anthropology. In his book "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", Nietzsche defined human beings as an existence with innate possibility for change, beings that stand at the borderline between "the last man" and "the ${\ddot{u}}bermensch$", raising a question over the meaning of human being's existential healthiness. The anthropological symptoms that Nietzsche's philosophy deals with trigger existential problems, and healing these anthropological symptoms is a precedent to healing an existence. In Nietzsche's philosophy, the ${\ddot{u}}bermensch$ is presented as a prototype of practical man with a healthy existence, born from endeavors to heal the last man prototype of a decadence that was prevalent throughout Europe at the time. Nietzsche found the root cause of nihilism found in Europe in philosophy, religion, metaphysics, and Christianity, and attempted a genealogical investigation on this aspect. In so doing, a philosophical problem surfaced whereby only one truth was used to force diverse existential styles into a uniform style. Nietzsche intensively criticized philosophy and philosophers that only studied truths from metaphysical-Christian-moral perspectives, as they overlooked the foundation of true existence and presented human beings of a feeble mind and will as a result. Nietzsche emphasized the practical role of philosophy that can contribute to the human being's ascent and growth based on realistic conditions of human existence described as the earth, that philosophy that can serve as a basis for existential transformation of human beings and their lives. The task of philosophers is to lay the groundwork for the possibility of changes for all human beings and their realization. This existential practical foundation of philosophy can be called the ${\ddot{u}}bermensch$, as it is healthy man, the "greatest reality" as Nietzsche desired.
