전문장례식장 조문공간 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study On the Organization of Condolent Space in funeral Ceremony Hall)

  • The purpose of this study is furnishing applicable data, in deviation from the conventional study of architectural planning, for funeral ceremony hall actually built as a various form. For that, this study performed analysis of condolent space, through dividing space into three phase which is planning unit, organizing unit and making layout as a general method of architectural planning steps. The results are as follows. Establishing spaces for bereaved family's rest in funeral space is also applicable, through the renovation, in case of A type u nit that is more than 25$m^2$. If wish to organize funeral space unit by monolithic space type at planning, than should be controle d size of unit so as not to excessive and if wish to organize by connection style and 1:1 separation style, than area of room where coffin is placed should be considered not overly lacking than condoler's waiting space. On arranging of middle corridor type should be controled scale of funeral space so that is not lacking than room where coffin is placed. In case of hall type, there are necessity to make area of condoler's waiting space do not excess than area of room where coffin is placed.

A 94-GHz Phased Array Antenna Using a Log-Periodic Antenna on a GaAs Substrate

  • A 94-GHz phased array antenna using a log-periodic antenna has been developed on a GaAs substrate. The developed phased array antenna comprises four log-periodic antennas, a phase shifter, and a Wilkinson power divider. This antenna was fabricated using the standard microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) process including an air bridge for unipolar circuit implementations on the same GaAs substrate. The total chip size of the fabricated phased array antenna is 4.8 mm × 4.5 mm. Measurement results showed that the fabricated phased array antenna had a very wide band performance from 80 GHz to 110 GHz with return loss characteristics better than -10 dB. In the center frequency of 94 GHz, the fabricated phased array antenna showed a return loss of -16 dB and a gain of 4.43 dBi. The developed antenna is expected to be widely applied in many applications at W-band frequency.

  • Floating p-well 전압 감지를 이용한 시간 지연 회로를 적용하여 punch-though형 절연 게이트 바이폴라 트랜지스터 (PT-IGBT)의 최적화된 보호 회로를 제안하였다. Floating P-well 축전기와 게이트 저항은 정상 스위칭 동작시 단락 회로 감지 동작 (false detection of fault)을 차단하며, floating p-well 전압은 단락회로 상황시 풀-다운 (pull-down) MOSFET의 문턱 전압 이상으로 상승되어 풀-다운 MOSFET을 턴-온(turn-on) 시킴으로서 IGBT의 게이트 전압을 감소시킨다. 이에 따라 IGBT의 컬렉터 전류는 자연스럽게 감소된다. 실험 결과를 통해, 단락회로 상황에서 최적화된 IGBT의 보호회로가 소프트-셧다운 (soft-shutdown) 특성을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

  • 기존의 얇고 가벼운 기능성 투습방수 film은 각종 등산복이나 육해공군전투복, 경찰복, 소방복 등에 폭넓게 이용되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 이런 제품들은 뛰어난 투습방수성을 나타내지만 눈, 비, 이슬 등과 같은 수분과 만날 경우 필름 고분자 구조의 Swelling으로 표면의 불규칙한 요철현상이 생기며, 이는 제품의 불량으로 문제시 되고 있다. Swelling이 생기지 않는 친수성 Urethane film이 스키복으로 많이 상용되고 있기는 하지만 두께가 두껍고 무거워서 움직임이 불편한 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 보완하여 얇고 가벼운 기능성 비팽윤 투습 방수 필름을 제조하였다. 제조된 비팽윤 투습 방수 필름제품은 기존의 투습 방수 필름과도 다른 독특한 Bead concrete 구조를 형성하고 있으며, 미세입자들이 서로 접합하여 우수한 투습성을 발현하며, 기저층의 모노리스 멤브레인(Monolithic film)의 적층구조로서 형성되어 있어 강도 및 투습도 등의 성능이 제어되고, 수분 흡수에 따른 팽윤현상이 발생하지 않는다.

2륜 자동차용 촉매 변환기 형상에 따른 배기온도 특성 (Exhaust Gas Temperature Characteristics of Catalytic Converter Shape for Motorcycle)

  • This research represents the catalytic converter for application in the motorcycle. Present research model type is a monolithic catalytic converter and this type has been widely used for satisfaction on and the regulations of pollutant emissions in automobiles. The experiment range is found for light-off temperature time of the catalyst converter. And we has to experiment for effective area of catalytic monolith. The experimental result indicated an increase effective area in the catalytic monolith. Specialty, it was found from the result that the more positive effect from result of thermal image camera in the megaphone model. The rate of effective area for base model was about 8.97% and megaphone model was 41.52%, 34.60%, 33.43%, 25.43% and 17.82% on the diffuser angle $4^{\circ}$ to $8^{\circ}$. Comparing with base type, megaphone type has more suitable for application to motorcycle.

  • GIS have expanded the use-range to the various application area with the advantage of interface environment, the various geographical operation. topological analysis by the friendly user. Early GIS software was developed as monolithic tool in which all functions packed in the same software. But, these GIS software have the problems of the high cost of constructing system, closely related system architecture and the reusability. And there is a lack of interoperability between them because most of them have their own unique data format according to their practical application fields. So Component is a unit that it is cohesive software package which is able to be developed and arranged independently and connected with another component for necessary system composition. In this paper, we analyze the requirements for component design and component specifications based on the extracted components. Commonly used to extract components from the requirements of the GPS component-based development process is presented. These components extracted by the process can be used to assemble components only. In particular, applications for developers to add features specific case without affecting the other components that can be modify the component.

A Situation Simulation Method for Achieving Situation Variability and Authoring Scalability based on Dynamic Event Coupling

  • We develop a simulation method that affords very high variability of virtual pedagogical situations involving many independent plans, still achieves authoring (or implementation) scalability. While each individual plan would be coherently drawn up by an agent for its respective goal, those independently-made plans might be coincidentally intertwined in their execution. The inevitable non-determinism involved in this multi-event plan encompassing pre-planned and unforeseen events is resolved by (multi-phase) dynamic planning and articulated sequencing of events in contrast to static planning and monolithic authoring in conventional narrative systems. Connections between events are dictated by their associated rules and their actual connections are dynamically determined in execution time by current conditions of background-world. This unified connection scheme across pre-planned and unforeseen events allows a multi-plan, multi-agent situation to be coherently planned and executed in a global scale. To further the variability of a situation, the inter-event coupling is made in a fine level of action along with a limited episteme of each agent involved. We confirm analytically the viability of our approach with respect to the situation variability and authoring scalability, and demonstrate its practicality with an implementation of a composite situation.

염료감응형 태양전지 광전극 초음파 열처리에 관한 연구 (A study of DSC using Ultrasonic and Thermal treatment on Photo-Electrode)

  • Recently, there were many researches for efficiency improvement of DSC. Among of these works, research of surface treatment is still a prerequisite for electron diffusion, light-harvesting and surface state of DSC.[1] Using of the surface treatment, it can be raise up porosity of $TiO_2$ nano-crystalline structure on photo-electrode. There are chemical, physical, electrical and optical methods which raise up its porosity. In this paper, we have designed and manufactured MOPA-type ultrasonic circuit (100W, frequency and duty variable). Manufactured ultrasonic circuit to use to force cavity density and power into $TiO_2$ paste. Then, we have optimized forcing time, frequency and duty of ultrasonic irradiation for surface treatment of photo-electrode of DSC. In I-V characteristic test of DSC, ultrasonic and thermal treated DSC shows 19% improved its efficiency against monolithic DSC. And it shows stability of light-harvesting from drastically change of light irradiation test.

스퍼터링 방법으로 증착된 하층 NiFe 코어를 갖는 박막인덕터의 CMOS 집적화 공정 (Fully CMOS-compatible Process Integration of Thin film Inductor with a Sputtered Bottom NiFe Core)

  • A double spiral thin-film inductor with a NiFe magnetic core is integrated with DC-DC converter IC. The NiFe core is deposited on a polyimide film as the thinckness of NiFe is 2.5~3.5 ${\mu}$m. Then, copper conductor line is deposited on the NiFe core with double spiral structure. Process integration is performed by sequential processes of etching the polyimide film deposited both top and bottom of the NiFe core and electroplation copper conductor line from exposed metal pad of the DC-DC converter IC. Process integration is simplified by elimination planarization process for top core because the proposed thin-film inductor has a bottom NiFe core only. Inductor of the fabricated monolithic DC-DC converter IC is 0.53 ${\mu}$H when the area of converter IC and thin-film inductor are 5X5$\textrm{mm}^2$ and 3.5X2.5$\textrm{mm}^2$, respectively. The efficiency is 72% when input voltage and output voltage are 3.5 V and 6 V, respectively at the operation frequency of 8 MHz.

  • 프리캐스트 콘크리트는 현장작업을 최소화하고 공사품질을 보장할 수 있으며 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 특히 계단실의 경우 재래식 거푸집을 사용할 경우 골조공사의 품질저하와 다수의 인력투입에 따른 생산성의 저하 및 시공의 어려움 등의 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 PC 계단 접합부 상세를 개발하고, 제안한 접합부의 일체성확보와 사용성 및 안전성을 검증하기 위해 구조성능실험을 수행하였으며, 단순 핀접합 실험체에 비해 구속도의 증가, 내력, 강성 및 연성의 증가를 확인할 수 있었다.
