This study aims to investigate hypotheses for the effects of CEO's self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and employee's organizational committment of 50 Korea venture firms registered in Korea Venture Business Associations. To understand the importance of followers' characteristics in recent leadership studies on venture CEOs, it is proposed that self-sacrificial leadership behaviors will positively effect on organizational commitment. And it is also proposed that the follower's need for achievement(N-Arch) moderates in the relationship of self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and organizational commitment. After descriptive survey, research model setup, and field survey, this empirical study investigated the above mentioned hypotheses thru SPSS for Windows 12.0. It involved linear regression analysis to reveal the significant main effect of the self-sacrificial leadership behaviors. It also revealed moderating regression analysis to reveal the significant moderating effects of need for achievement between the independent variables(self-sacrificial leadership behaviors) and dependent variable(the organizational commitment). Results revealed that CEO's self-sacrificial leadership behaviors positively affected to its employee's organizational commitment under change-oriented and innovative new technology drive, self-developing environments of venture business in Korea. However, positive moderating effect of N-Arch was not supported between leader's self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and follower's organizational commitment in Korea venture firms.
Purpose : This study aimed to identify the moderating and mediating effects of resilience on the relationship between role conflict and job satisfaction among nurses working in a comprehensive nursing care service ward. Methods : Participants were 130 comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses from four hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 25.0. The mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between role conflict and job satisfaction was analyzed using multiple regression analysis according to Baron and Kenny's procedure. Results : Statistically significant negative correlations were found between role conflict and resilience (r=-.25, p<.007) and between role conflict and job satisfaction (r=-.38, p<.001). A significant positive correlation was found between resilience and job satisfaction (r=.54, p<.001). A partial mediating effect of resilience was found between role conflict and job satisfaction (Z=-2.53, p=.012) but no moderating effect was found. Conclusion : To improve the job satisfaction of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, interventions for alleviating role conflict and improving resilience as well as evaluations of the two variables are necessary.

It is important to understand what affects community satisfaction. Because community impacts and participation is a central aspect of fostering local community development, it is important to understand how these processes occur. The study aims to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction and to examine the moderating effects of community participation between community perceived impacts and community satisfaction. Data were collected from 328 usable questionnaires among community residents participating rural development projects in Buyeo and Chungyang county, Chungnam province. Results of a factor analysis yielded four dimensions of community perceived impacts which were negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, positive environmental impacts, and positive social impacts. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and positive environmental impacts affected significantly for community satisfaction. it reveals that there are moderating effects on community participation of negative socio-economic impacts and positive economic impacts. It was suggested that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and community participation should be considered to implement rural development projects and its policy decision making.

The domestic multiplex industry provides consumers with a choice of movies and a variety of contents and entertainment facilities and services. In addition, the number of movie theaters with the significant market potential is also steadily increasing in the competitive multiplex market environment. For the analysis, we conducted research on 300 adolescents who have experienced using domestic multiplex mobile service within the recent year. This study examined the structural relationship among the multi-dimensional mobile service quality of multiple, enjoyment of use, and online word of mouth intention. Also, it explored the mediating effect of enjoyment of use and the moderating effect of gender in the structural model. As a result, the mobile service quality of multiplex has a significant effect on the online word of mouth intention through the enjoyment of use. However, there was no moderating effect of gender of participating adolescents in the relationships. Based on the analysis of empirical results, this study discussed a series of theocratical and practical implications for the marketing strategies of multiplex in the highly competitive market.

The emerging competitive environment in today's global marketplace is one where businesses no longer compete with each other as autonomous, individual firms. Global, economic, and technological development pressure forces organizations to continually enhance their performance through knowledge sharing and innovativeness. The purpose of this paper is to explore the moderating role of knowledge sharing and the mediating role of innovativeness in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. The data was collected from 389 employees in Vietnamese industrial enterprises through a questionnaire survey. The information was then analyzed by explanatory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) as well as structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the mediating role of innovativeness and the moderating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance, are supported. Organizations may reap the benefits of an innovative workforce by selecting, nurturing transformational leaders. This study contributes to the field of human resources management, particularly leadership, by exploring the role of transformational leadership. Moreover, this is the first study to test the moderating role of knowledge sharing and the mediating role of innovativeness in the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational performance.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between traumatic events and turnover intention among nurses working in intensive care units (ICUs). Method : In this predictive correlation study, the convenience sample included 133 ICU nurses. Data were collected using an online, structured self-report survey. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, an analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results : The most frequently experienced traumatic events in ICUs were "nursing patients with abnormal behavior, including shouting and delirium," "end-of-life care," and "nursing patients with a risk of disease transmission, including AIDS and tuberculosis." The moderating effect of emotional intelligence was found to be statistically significant on the relationship between traumatic events and turnover intentions (𝛽=-0.15, p =.029). Conclusion : Intervention to improve the emotional intelligence of ICU nurses can be a salient strategy to reduce turnover intention resulting from traumatic events.
The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of pornography use among adolescents on their subsequent violent sexual behavior, and to ascertain the moderating effect of family support. The study was conducted with a sample of 2,087 Korean middle and high-school students. To analyze the data, a descriptive analysis, a correlation analysis, and a Poisson regression were conducted using SPSS 24.0. A Poisson regression was performed because the dependent variable, violent sexual behavior, was measured by the frequency of occurrence, and most responses were distributed at '0', indicating a non-normal distribution. The results indicated that 8.1% of adolescents admitted to having sexually violent experiences over the past year, with a relatively high rate of sexual harassment. Secondly, 53.3% of adolescents had used pornography over the past couple of years, with the highest percentage of use occurring via the Internet. Finally, pornography use among adolescents had a significant and direct impact on their sexually violent behavior, with family support playing a moderating role. This indicated that, for adolescents with a high level of family support, the impact of pornography usage on sexually violent behavior decreased. Based on these results, we discuss practical and policy interventions to prevent sexually violent behavior by adolescents.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the relationship between SMEs' digital transformation capabilities, smart factory utilization, and management performance. It also aims to suggest how companies strategically utilize smart factories to achieve a competitive advantage and sustainable growth through empirical analysis of differences in innovation resistance and organizational characteristics. Research design, data, and methodology: This study Implement for SME's building smart factories did. The survey was conducted for 90days from October 1st, 2023 to December 31th, 2023. Total of 210 surveys were collected, and 186 surveys, excluding ones with missing value and outliers (64 surveys), were used. Results: The results of the empirical analysis based on previous research are as follows. First, digital transformation capabilities such as digital technology, digital leadership, and digital strategy affect smart factory utilization. Second, smart factory use affects operational performance. Third, innovation resistance has a moderating effect in the relationship with digital transformation capabilities, smart factory utilization, and management performance. Fourth, organizational characteristics have a moderating effect in the relationship with digital transformation capabilities, smart factory utilization, and management performance. Conclusions: Explore strategic ways to improve your organization's digital transformation capabilities. It is necessary to establish a strategy to make organizational members aware of the necessity and importance of introducing a new system through centralization of the organization.

This study aims to provide suggestions for effective human resource management at the organization level, by considering the psychological and behavioral attributes of hospital employees. Employees at 4 general hospitals, 5 hospitals, 7 convalescent hospitals, and 7 psychiatric hospitals were surveyed. A three-step model adjustment return analysis was performed using mean centering methods to the moderating effect of organizational performance recognition, for analyzing the relationship between job value and organization value. Assessing the relationship between job value and organization value revealed that awareness of customer response effort and awareness of hospital image has a moderating effect amongst hospital nurses. Considering the administrative employees of hospitals, awareness of customer response effort had negative moderating effect, whereas awareness of hospital image had positive moderating effect. In nurses of convalescent hospitals, awareness of customer response effort had positive moderating effect, but awareness of growth and competitiveness, and awareness of hospital image, had negative moderating effect. Taken together, our results indicate that depending on the hospital type and occupation, the effect of adjustment of organizational performance recognition when considering the relationship between job value and recognition of organization value by hospital employees, is varied.
Purpose - This study aims to advance our knowledge about factors influencing technical startup performance through analysing technical startup process empirically. This study was conducted to focus on industry structure(industry growth rate, competitive intensity, and enter barriers), technology characteristics(technical excellence and wide range of technical application), and the performance in the technology-based start-ups. Specifically, analyzing moderating effect of technology-marketing strategy, this studied how moderating variables affect technical startup performance under industry structure. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study was technology-based start-ups company that received technology transfer from public organization. The development of the paper model is based on the literature of the preceding research analysis in technology commercialization, performance of technology-based start-ups, and marketing strategy. This study has a construct that was defined in the previous studies, such that technology marketing strategy was defined into the two ways of being broad or narrow in strategic application. From November 3. 2015 to December 22, 220 questionnaires were distributed with targeting to start-up companies in technology-based. 188 responses were collected for empirical analysis except the missing and wrong value responses. This data were used for structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, as industry structure variables influencing on performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, industry growth rate, competitive intensity and enter barriers of variables were verified; high growth rate has more positive effect on performance than low growth rate, competitive low intensity has more positive effect on performance than competitive high intensity, low enter barriers have more positive effect on performance than high enter barriers. Second, as technology characteristics variables influences on the performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, technical excellence and wide range of technical application of variables were verified ; technical high-excellence has more positive effect on performance than technology low-excellence, wide range of technical application has more positive effect on performance than narrow range of technical application. We also find that technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow) in moderating factors on performance (technical, financial) is as follows. Analyzing the moderating effect depending on technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow), application of technology, and the types of technology strategy(broad/narrow) were revealed that broad marketing strategy had a more significant effect on performance of technology-based start-ups. With AMOS, the relevancy of the study model revealed higher for broad technology-marketing strategy than narrow technology marketing strategy, and the explanatory power revealed to be 6.4% higher in broad marketing strategy than narrow marketing strategy. Conclusions - This study confirmed that industry structure and technology characteristics are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups. Technology-marketing strategy affects the performance of technology-based start-ups between industry structure and technology characteristics. According to additional analysis, moderating variables and technology-marketing strategy are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups under industry structure and technology characteristics. Broad type of technology-marketing strategy has more attractive industry structure and excellent technology characteristics than narrow types of technology-marketing.
