이 논문은 최근의 선박에 있어서 절대선속을 측정하는 두 가지 방법-음향 도플러 선속계와 음향 상관 선속계에 의한-과 그 실현화에 관한 것이다. 또한, 이 논문에서는 두 선속계의 단점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제안하였으며, 이 연구의 결과는 향후 음향선속계의 개발에 기여할 것으로 본다.

본 논문에서는 전력과 대역특이 제한된 환경에서 효율적인 트렐리스 부호화 변조방식을 적용한 QAM 모뎀을 구현하였다. 입력되는 데이터를 트렐리스 부호화 변조한 후 I, Q로 분리된 신호는 신호 사상기를 통하여 해당하는 성 상점으로 변환된다. 복조기는 I, Q의 신호를 트렐리스 복호기에 입력하여 데이터를 복구한다. 변복조기의 구현은 Xilinx사의 FPGA 디자인툴인 Foundation을 사용하여 VHDL simulation과 Chip Targeting을 수행하였다.

In this paper, we proposed a simultaneous switching noise(SSN) reduction technique in muti-layer beards(MLB) for high-speed digital applications and analyzed them using the Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD) method. The new method by conductive dielectric substrates reduces SSN couplings and resonances, significantly, which cause series malfunctions in the modem high-speed digital applications.

In this paper, a programming system for robot-based manufacturing cell which can control and simulate manufacturing devices as well as robots in workcell is proposed and developed. The system is based on world model, and modem textual and object-level robot programming language and interactive graphic world modeler are used to construct and exploit world model. Graphic simulation is used as an efficient and easy to use debugging or verifying tool for user written robot programs. Machine dependency is minimized by adopting the hierarchical control structure and by assuming all the workcell components as virtual ones.

This paper introduces the design of low-power, fast-locking delay locked-loop using complementary pass transistor logic(CPL). Low-power design has become one of the most important in the modem VLSI application. CPL has the advantage of fast speed, high density, and low power with signal buffering between stages. Based on this analysis, we concluded that the I/O performance can be beyond 500㎒, 2-poly, 2-metal 0.65$\mu\textrm{m}$, 3.3V supply.

For the power line communication, we studied its characteristic impedance, noise characteristics, loss characteristics and the coupling circuit between the communication MODEM and power lines. As the results of the experiments, we concluded that the power line impedance in a house varied in the wide range because the electric systems generate the current and voltage hamornic noises.

We deals with stationary layout control system of AGV. Inspection of BGAs presents several challenges for modem measurement equipment. No only must these systems be fast and accurate, they must deal with the special challenges presented by very small shiny metal spheres. For accurate measurement, we propose an algorithm which fits for estimating the accurate ball height using 2-D curve-fitting algorithm. The real boundary between two adjacent pixels and the real ball diameter are measured with subpixel accuracy Experimental results show that the proposed method calculates the ball height and diameter with subpixel accuracy and is robust in local noise with low measurement error.

We designed a 128-tap FIR filter for a modem which complies with ITU-T V.32. We adopted pipeline technique and realized delay-taps with two ring-buffers. The multiplier in this filter carries out 2's complement fixed-point multiplication of 14bit $\times$ 16bit. The designed filter is expected to operate at 50MHz.
