Trompe l'Oeil technique strategically conceived with a view to effectively realize creative ideas among the expression techniques of fine arts style has provided the driving force in development of fine arts and has continuously influenced development of the modem fashion pursuing unique individuality. The study is focused first on finding out how Trompe l'Oeil technique originated in connection with researching the fashion of Trompe l'Oeil and on analysing the technique of expression. The author referred to fashion magazines for designing ideas of Trompe l'Oeil represented in modem fashion in practical applications used by designers in Paris, Italy, London and New York during the 10 year period(1990-1999). The collections of data were analyzed as following: Effectiveness depending on the method of Trompe l'Oeil I. Effectiveness of Layering: when two clothing are over lapped or coordinated with one another in color or style. 2. Effectiveness of Detailing: when pictures, stitch, tape, cutting, quilting and etc are used to create collar, pocket, yoke, zipper, string, shadow and etc. 3. Effectiveness of Accessories: when the image of necklace, belt, tie, tassel, badges and stars are represented by illustration or embroidery on clothing to substitute the actual existence. 4. Effectiveness of Nudity: when human body is realistically drawn and printed on clothing.

Sportism is continuously expressed in every season in a different theme and established as a Mega-Trend of the early 21 th century fashion. This study was conducted to research the social and cultural sources of the sportism expressed in the early 21th century fashion. This study focused on hybrid as one of the post-modem phenomena. By analysing social and cultural sources of the sportism, three aspects were found; first, many different fashion trends are coincides in post-modem society, which is possible and accelerated by hybrid each other. Second, the complicated and competitive society urge the people to review the past and the originality. Third, youth-oriented and individualistic lifestyle was brought by the development of the technology and economic surplus. Hybrid of the TPO was analysed which made the sportism mega-trend. 'Formal wear was mixed with casual wear, casual wear with active sportswear, hi-fashion with street fashion, and hi-fashion influenced formal and casual wear again'. The sportism prevalent in 21th century fashion can be explained by this system of hybrid. Results of the analysis in this study can be categorized into four aesthetic values based on hybrid of the styles, which are glamorous sportism, romantic sportism, minimal sportism, and heritage sportism.

For the structure of AVLS is required to the GPS-MDT for realtime acquisition the position reporting of vehicle and traffic management S/W. It is necessary that the MODEM using VHF transceiver base on GPS and monitoring program for display base on GIS the traffic status by vehicles position report in management system. The other wise, vehicles among management system that is required the automatic communications protocol for GPS information and mobile's ID. In his paper have studied the VHF modem for transmission the voice and data at same time and S/W for management system using GIS-tool.

In this paper, the modem based on EIA-709.2-A PL of powerline communication techniques which are considered to be important technologies for in-home control network systems was implemented via VHDL. In order to have the robust properties against existing noises over powerline channels, the information data using eight symbols was transmitted by transmitter and the receiver is composed of matched filter, averager, decision and detection parts in order to detect the right data from the received signals. The implemented PLC transceiver was downloaded into Altera's EP1S25C672 FPGA and the operation was verified successfully.

The purpose of this study is to know outer and inner characteristics of Bobos style regarded the latest fashion and to estimate the characteristics of fashion trend in 21st century and direction of fashion in the future, In terms of contentions of this study, we firstly studied concept, background, general characteristics which had been introduced in Sociology. And then, we studied the effect which the style of Bobos had been given by investigating the concept and style of Hippies and Yuppies. Also, we analysed trend of Bobos represented in modem fashion and tried to examine outer and inner features of Bobos through the result of analysis. Bobos can defined as 'Bourgeois Bohemian' who have both mundane desire about success and are high-educated elite class in information-oriented society. The fashion styles which had affected Bobos were psychedelic, naturalism, unisex, ethnic, layered, grunge of Hippies in 1960s and traditional, power-look, contemporary-look, sports wear, casual wear of Yuppies in 1980s. As a result of examining features of Bobos style, we can know that outer feature of Bobos style showed a reasonable harmony regardless of formalities and inner features showed a tendency to seek comforts. Also, Bobos style showed various and free styles, textile materials and colors and complex features to transcend the time and region, and culture.

Since the idea of registering architectural heritage from the early 20th century was introduced as part of the code in the Cultural Heritage Protection Law in July, 2001, more systematic and flexible application the code has been in great demand. It is the aim of this thesis that we preserve modern buildings and then use this research data what find our modern history. So we should find connection of modem and tradition with the overcome of the feeling of being victimized. Accordingly, based on preservation cases and finding of modern house heritage, it is the aim of this thesis that we find the way of the best use. The purpose of this research is to establish a more comprehensive and commonsensical guideline for the preservation of modern architecture satisfying both the government and the registering party, based on more thorough architectural analysis of residential edifices. The results of this study were as follows: (1) It is necessary for application and conservation by point, area and network method. (2) It is needed that periodically check and record central system for the purpose of the management of those. (3) It's consider that develop of conservation method on co-ownership with citizen by house personality.

In recent years, it has been a worldwide trend that many power utilities gave their attention to develop and operate their power plants, substation and distribution systems. Following this trend, KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) has developed many electric automation systems with various communication networks. It has been natural that the automation systems are just focused on to remote devices when they come to be designed. But, we have to shirt the focus to the automation system itself. There are many problems in maintenance and integration of the automation systems. When an automation system can't control some remote devices, there is no way to get why and which part(Master, Network, Master-side Modem or Remote-side modem, Remote Device, etc.) of the system has problems. Moreover the system just directly links to another automation system. If the system has to link many systems, it needs the linker per each systems. So, we need a new concept to resolve that problems, and develop the Intelligent and Integrated Gateway(IIG) for the automation systems for easy maintenance and integration.

The advanced Alarm System (AS) employs modem digital technology to implement the alarm functions of the NPP(Nuclear Power Plant). The use of modem digital technology can provide advanced alarm processing in which new algorithms such as a signal validation, advanced alarm processing logic and other features are applied to improve the control room man-machine interfaces. This paper will describe the design process of the AS of NPP, improving the system reliability and availability using the reliability prediction tool, design strategies regarding the human performance topics associated with a computer-based AS and the results of the performance analysis using a prototype of the AS.

Relaxed static stability(RSS) concept has been applied to improve aerodynamic performance of modem version supersonic jet fighter aircraft. Therefore, flight control system are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft and provides adequate handling qualities. Also, flight control systems of modem version aircraft employ a safety system to support emergency situations such as a pilot unknown attitude flight conditions of an aircraft in night flight-testing. This situation is dangerous because the aircraft can lose if the pilot not take recognizance of situation. Therefore, automatic recovery system is necessary. The system called the "Pilot Activated Recovery System" or PARS, provided a pilot initiated automatic maneuver capable of an aircraft recoveries in situations of unusual attitudes. This paper addresses the concept of PARS and designed using nonlinear control law design process based on model of supersonic jet trainer. And, this control law is verified by nonlinear analysis and real-time pilot evaluation using in-house software. The result of evaluation reveals that the PARS support recovery of an aircraft unusual attitude and improve a safety of an aircraft.

In this paper, we designed a demodulator using proposed synchronization techniques and algorithms for high-speed ATM satellite burst modem, and analyzed various performance in the AWGN channel. In addition, as the preamble progressed, each synchronization process can be analyzed by using the mean and variance characteristics, and the convergence state and operation state using convergence probability can also be determined. In conclusion, we analyzed the Cell Loss Ratio(CLR) by integrating the burst acquisition with Unique Word(UW) detector performance, and verified that proposed TDMA receiver satisfied the generally required CLR performance adequately.
