가중유출수질지표를 이용한 활성오니공정모델의 민감도 분석과 매개변수 보정 (Sensitivity Analysis and Parameter Estimation of Activated Sludge Model Using Weighted Effluent Quality Index)

  • Many modeling and calibration methods have been developed to analyze and design the biological wastewater treatment process. For the systematic use of activated sludge model (ASM) in a real treatment process, a most important step in this usage is a calibration which can find a key parameter set of ASM, which depends on the microorganism communities and the process conditions of the plants. In this paper, a standardized calibration protocol of the ASM model is developed. First, a weighted effluent quality index(WEQI) is suggested far a calibration protocol. Second, the most sensitive parameter set is determined by a sensitive analysis based on WEQI and then a parameter optimization method are used for a systematic calibration of key parameters. The proposed method is applied to a calibration problems of the single carbon removal process. The results of the sensitivity analysis and parameter estimation based on a WEQI shows a quite reasonable parameter set and precisely estimated parameters, which can improve the quality and the efficiency of the modeling and the prediction of ASM model. Moreover, it can be used for a calibration scheme of other biological processes, such as sequence batch reactor, anaerobic digestion process with a dedicated methodology.

개방형 BIM 기반 품질검토를 위한 IFC 속성정보 호환성 테스트 (Interoperability Tests of IFC Property Information for Open BIM based Quality Assurance)

  • The construction industry consists of various and massive architectural information as an architectural process includes a variety of design stages with cooperation of many disciplines. A Building Information Modeling (BIM) serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle from inception onward. building SMART has developed Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard for interoperability of BIM based information. Several software tools are already IFC-compliant. However, there are a lot of problems related to efficient interoperability of software owing to the lack of guide regarding the software usage and insufficiency IFC interfaces of software. The purpose of this study is to suggest efficient IFC support interface development methodologies of existing IFC certified software. The scope of this study is interoperability test for open BIM based quality assurance. To achieve this purpose, the authors have classified subject of open BIM based quality assurance and investigated IFC certification process and certified software. In addition, the authors have exported and imported via IFC files using different IFC interfaces in the software for interoperability of architectural objects and their properties. Finally, the authors have suggested IFC support interface development methodologies and hereafter direction for efficient interoperability of IFC certified software based on open BIM.

Students' Satisfaction and University Reputation through Service Quality in Private Higher Educational Institutions in Bangladesh

  • Educational institutions play a critical role in national development through the advancement of skilled human resources and intellectual society. The number of higher educational institutions (HEIs) is increasing significantly in Bangladesh. Students have a number of options from which to select their preferred educational institutions. Hence, HEIs should think about the quality of services they provide to students. The objective of this study is to measure students' satisfaction and university reputation through service quality (SQ) in a private higher educational institution (PriHEI) in Bangladesh. Primary data was collected from 270 students of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh, through a simple random sampling technique. In this study, data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation, measurement model using confirmatory factor analyses, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that transport services have indirect but medical and physical facilities have both direct and indirect significant effects on overall students' satisfaction. Further, the administrative services and research facilities have significant indirect effects on overall students' satisfaction. Finally, the results of structural equation modeling (SEM) confirm that the reputation of the university is directly associated with overall students' satisfaction.

  • Purpose: Quality Innovation Managements recently focus on developing relationship with customers to meet their requirements and enhance loyalty in the competitive environments in Countries. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of innovation, quality, satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods: After reviewing the literatures, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from Quality Leader by the questionnaire In Korea and China. Results: The results of SEM show that hardware innovation quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that the hardware innovation quality is related positively to customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. A number of notable findings are reported including the empirical verification that hardware innovation quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty may all be directly related to business performance.

공공서비스 중간고객의 품질, 만족, 신뢰의 인과모형 분석 (Analyzing the Causal Relationship between Qualities, Satisfaction, and Trust in Public Services: an Intermediary Customer Perspective)

  • From the perspective of employees working for public service agencies, we analyzed the causal relationship between service quality, relationship quality, design quality, customer satisfaction, and trust in public services. We conduct statistical analyses on the quality attributes we derived from a critical incident technique(CIT) analysis and build a measurement model, which has a second-order hierarchical structure. Survey data was collected from social work, childcare, and healthcare services. Using a structural equation modeling method, we identify a causal model and simultaneously estimate factor loadings and path coefficients. We find that all the quality dimensions are antecedents to satisfaction and then satisfaction precedes trust. The results show that service quality and design quality mediate in parallel the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction and both relationship and design qualities have stronger effects on satisfaction rather than service quality.

  • 주암호는 광주 전남지역의 주민생활이나 공 농업활동에 기반이 되는 중요한 수자원의 역할을 하고 있으나, 주암호에 유입되는 오염물질로 말미암아 호수의 수질은 점점 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 주암호의 수질개선대책을 수립하기 위한 예비단계로서 호수의 수질모델링을 실시하여 수질이 장래에 어떻게 변화될 것인지를 확인할 필요성이 있다. 수질모델링 작업에 이용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램은 여러 종류가 있으나, 각 프로그램에서 요구하는 오염물질 유입량, 수리 수문 등의 압력자료(Input data)는 불확실성을 포함하고 있으며, 이러한 불확실성은 예측결과(장래수질)의 불확실성을 초래하게 된다. 수질모델링에서 불확실성이 발생하는 주요원인은 활용할 수 있는 정보의 부족, 미래상황 및 예측모델의 불확실, 그리고 전문가 지식의 한계 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 퍼지이론을 응용하여 수질예측 모델에서 요구하는 입력자료들의 불확실성 정도를 해석하고, 이를 수질예측 모델에 그대로 결합시킬 수 있는 방법을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 방법의 적용은 불확실성을 고려하지 않는 방법들에 비해 합리적이고 현실성 있는 주암호의 장래수질을 예측하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

EQPS 모델을 이용한 하수처리장 운전 평가 (Evaluation of Operational Options of Wastewater Treatment Using EQPS Models)

  • 하수처리 공정모델링 소프트웨어인 EQPS(Effluent Quality Prediction System, Dynamita, France)를 적용하여 A하수처리시설 생물반응조 설계의 적합성을 분석하였다. A하수처리장은 친수용수 수준의 목표수질을 준수하기 위하여 이차침전지 유출수 설계농도를 총질소와 총인, 각 10 mg/L, 1.8 mg/L로 설정하여 설계하였다. 4-Stage BNR 공정인 반응조의 체류시간은 총 9.6시간으로 전무산소조 0.5, 혐기조 1.0, 무산소조 2.9, 호기조 5.2시간이었다. 동절기 공정모델링 결과 친수용수 수준의 목표수질을 만족하기 위하여 혐기조의 체류시간을 0.2시간 늘렸고 당초 설계조건이던 외부탄소원 비상시 주입을 상시적으로 주입해야 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 모델링 결과의 왜곡을 배제하기 위하여 소프트웨어 제조사가 제시한 one step nitrification denitrification 모델의 Default 계수를 사용하였다. 공정모델링은 대체적으로 최적의 상태를 제시하기 때문에 생물반응조 여유율을 고려하면 4-Stage BNR의 체류시간은 9.8시간보다 증가시켜야 한다. 하수처리장 설계단계에서 공정 모델링의 정확한 사용은 하수처리장 건설 후 처리성능과 효율의 안정성을 담보할 수 있는 방법이므로 설계단계에서 철저한 평가가 필요하다.

확인적 요인모형을 이용한 낙동강 유역의 오염특성 분석 (Analysis of Pollutant Characteristics in Nakdong River using Confirmatory Factor Modeling)

  • The study was conducted to analyze the spatio-temporal changes in water quality of the major 36 sampling stations of Nakdong River, depending on each station, season using the 17 water quality variables from 2000 to 2010. The result was verified to interpret the characteristics of water quality variables in a more accurate manners. According to the Principal component analysis (PCA) and Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results; the results of these analyses were identified 4 factors, Factor 1 (nutrients) included the concentrations of T-N, T-P, $NO_{3}-N$, $PO_{4}-P$, DTN, DTP for sampling station and season, Factor 2 (organic pollutants) included the concentrations of BOD, COD, Chl-a, Factor 3 (microbes) included the concentrations of F.Coli, T.Coli, and Factor 4 (others) included the concentrations of pH, DO. The results of a Cluster analysis indicated that Geumhogang 6 was the most contaminated site, while tributaries and most of the down stream sites of Nakdong River were mainly affected by each nutrients (Factor 1) and organic pollutants (Factor 2). The verification consequence of Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) from Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) result can be summarized as follows: we could find additional relations between variables besides the structure from EFA, which we obtained through the second-order final modeling adopted in CFA. Nutrients had the biggest impact on water pollution for each sampling station and season. In particular, It was analyzed that P-series pollutant should be controlled during spring and winter and N-series pollutant should be controlled during summer and fall.

수질예측을 위한 WASP7 모형 매개변수의 추정 (The Parameter Estimation of WASP Model for Water Quality Prediction)

  • The objective of this study is analysis of Andong-Dam lake water quality with water quality model. Model parameters of the WASP applied to Lake Andong-Dam were estimated. The methodology is based on grouping water quality constituents and relevant parameters and successively estimating parameters by a trial-and-error procedure. Water qualify system for modeling consisted of BOD, DO, T-N, T-P. The results of water quality modelling using WASP. T-N was maximum affected by K71C(Organic nitrogen mineralization rate) parameter. T-P was maximum affected by K83C(Dissolved organic phosphorus mineralization) parameter, and It did not show a difference almost from the parameter of others and it omitted. BOD was maximum affected by Temperature parameter, it was visible of the reaction due to the KDC(Deoxygenation rate) in afterwords, and it did not show a difference from the parameter of others and it omitted. DO was maximum affect by Temperature parameter, and It did not show a difference almost from the parameter of others and it omitted. The parameter which it presumes from the this study uses a water quality modeling and Actual value and the result with which it compares, error rate the parameter presumption which is appropriate with 1% interior and exterior is investigated, It will reach and it uses and it will be able to apply to the suitable parameter in water quality modelling of the objective area which can be feeded by it becomes.

2D 도면 및 3D 모델링 분석을 통한 실내 건축공사 품질향상 체크리스트 제안 (Quality Improvement Checklist for Interior Construction based on 2D Drawings and 3D Modeling Analyses)

  • 건축물이 재산적 가치가 높아지면서, 국내외에서 실내 건축공사를 많이 하는 추세이다. 실내 건축공사는 물량 산출 및 적산까지 가능한 BIM 모델링의 기술까지 발전하였다. 실제 현장에서 반영하기에는 부담스러운 금액과 공정에 따라, 2D 도면과 3D 모델링을 통하여 진행하는 추세이다. 2D 도면과 3D 모델링은 서로 장단점이 존재하여 각 실내 건축공사에서는 시공 중 하자가 발생하고 있다. 실질적인 문제를 파악하기 위해 실내 건축공사의 현장 문제점, 2D 도면분석, 3D 모델링 분석, 사전 리스크 요인을 분석하였다. 문제점 분석 결과 1) 발주자와 의사소통 2) 노무자와 의사소통 3) 도면의 이해 등 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결 할 수 있는 실내 건축공사 품질향상 체크리스트 제안을 하였다.
