The main objective of our research is analyzing user's emotional changes while using a product, to reveal the influence of usability on human emotions. In this study we have extracted some emotional words that can come up during user interaction with a product and reveal emotional changes through three methods. Finally, we extracted 88 emotional words for measuring user's emotions expressed while using products. And we categorized the 88 words to form 6 groups by using factor analysis. The 6 categories that were extracted as a result of this study were found to be user's representative emotions expressed while using products. It is expected that emotional words and user's representative emotions extracted in this study will be used as subjective evaluation data that is required to measure user's emotional changes while using a product. Also, we proposed the effective methods for measuring user's emotion expressed while using a product in the environment which is natural and accessible for the field of design, by using the emotion mouse and the Eyegaze. An examinee performs several tasks with the emotion mouse through the mobile phone simulator on the computer monitor connected to the Eyegaze. While testing, the emotion mouse senses user's EDA and PPG and transmits the data to the computer. In addition, the Eyegaze can observe the change of pupil size. And a video camera records user's facial expression while testing. After each testing, a subjective evaluation on the emotional changes expressed by the user is performed by the user him/herself using the emotional words extracted from the above study. We aim to evaluate the satisfaction level of usability of the product and compare it with the actual experiment results. Through continuous studies based on these researches, we hope to supply a basic framework for the development of interface with consideration to the user's emotions.

In this paper, we assume that the information leakage through side-channel signal may occur from the card payment terminal and newly introduce a real application attack model. The attack model is a side channel attack based on vibration signals, which are detected by a small sensor attached on card terminal by attacker. This study is similar to some other studies regarding side channel attack. However, this paper is different in that it is based on the non-language model. Because the financial transaction information such as a card number, password, mobile phone number and etc cannot have a constant pattern. In addition, there was no study about card terminal. Therefore, this new study is meaningful. We collected vibration signals on card terminal with a small wireless sensor and analyzed signal data with statistical signal processing techniques using spectrum of frequency domain and principal component analysis and pattern recognition algorithms. Finally, we evaluated the performances by using real data from the sensor.

In this paper, we design the r-Sensor protocol for reliable data transmission in the Intelligent Home Service based on the wireless sensor network environment. The r-Sensor protocol improve the reliability of data transmission and node fairness using simple routing algorithm, congestion control, and loss recovery method that minimize the load of relay node. Reposed routing algorithm find out upstream and downstream nodes using the Network Management packet. Meanwhile, loss recovery algorithm uses the Aggregated-Nack. To apply supposed algorithm, the IHS-AMR(Intelligent Home Service - Automatic Meter Reader) and sensor node are designed and implemented in hardware. The IHS-AMR provides remote metering service and also offers home safety service by internetworking with sensor network, mobile phone network and internet.

In this paper planed Real-time Shopping System using Multipurpose Visual Language System(MVLS) with voice recognition remote controller. This system has a merit that using existing on-line & off-line shopping system with addition MVLS data. This can realization little modification existing shopping system. Also, customer's a point of view that has a merit to using easy device for shopping. That is no more using difficult device like that keyboard or mouse, and approach to easy device that voice recognition remote controller or smart phone. Especially, aspect of the old and the infirm and disabled persons that information minority group, can easy buy the product using this system. And, the sellers can more easily collection customer's data and using that future sales strategy.
Long-term electrocardiogram data can be acquired by linking a Holter monitor to a mobile phone. However, most systems are designed to detect arrhythmia through heartbeat classification, and not just for supporting clinical decisions. In this paper, we propose an Abstracting algorithm, and introduce an analogous pateint search system using this algorithm. An analogous patient searcher summarizes each patient's typical pattern using the results of heartbeat, which can greatly simplify clinical activity. It helps to find patients with similar arrhythmia patterns, which can help in contributing to diagnostic clues. We have simulated these processes on data from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. As a result, the Abstracting algorithm provided a typical pattern to assist in reaching rapid clinical decisions for 64% of the patients. On an average, typical patterns and results generated by the abstracting algorithm summarized the results of heartbeat classification by 98.01%.
The purpose of the farmstead-specific early warning service system for weather risk management is to develop custom-made risk management recommendations for individual farms threatened by climate change and its variability. This system quantifies weather conditions into a "weather risk index" that is customized to crop and its growth stage. When the risk reaches the stage where it can cause any damage to the crops, the system is activated and the corresponding warning messages are delivered to the farmer's mobile phone. The messages are sent with proper recommendations that farmers can utilize to protect their crops against potential damage. Currently, the technology necessary to make the warning system more practical has been developed, including technology for forecasting real-time weather conditions, scaling down of weather data to the individual farm level and risk assessments of specific crops. Furthermore, the scientific know-how has already been integrated into a web-based warning system (http://new.agmet.kr). The system is provided to volunteer farmers with direct, one-on-one weather data and disaster warnings along with relevant recommendations. In 2016, an operational system was established in a rural catchment ($1,500km^2$) in the Seomjin river basin.

In this paper, we propose a machine learning model that can prevent fraudulent transactions in advance and interpret them using the XAI approach. For the experiment, we collected a real data set of 12,258 mobile phone sales posts from Joonggonara, a major domestic online C2C resale trading platform. Characteristics of the text corresponding to the post body were extracted using Doc2vec, dimensionality was reduced through PCA, and various derived variables were created based on previous research. To mitigate the data imbalance problem in the preprocessing stage, a complex sampling method that combines oversampling and undersampling was applied. Then, various machine learning models were built to detect fraudulent postings. As a result of the analysis, LightGBM showed the best performance compared to other machine learning models. And as a result of SHAP, if the price is unreasonably low compared to the market price and if there is no indication of the transaction area, there was a high probability that it was a fraudulent post. Also, high price, no safe transaction, the more the courier transaction, and the higher the ratio of 0 in the price also led to fraud.
In current society, the digital era that makes enormous amount of data, and the diversified city, the smart space, which has characteristics of creating, collecting and representing data, is appeared. After 2012, in the social media environment called hyper-connected society with wide-spread smart phone, people started to get interested in public data and big data by generalized mobile device and SNS. At first, development of forming platform of data was focused, but now, many different idea from diverse area have been suggested about data analysis and usage to visualize the space intellectualization service. To focus on the visualization process to increase the usage of this public data for ordinary people more than specialized people, this research grasps the present condition of open data and public data service from the current public data portal and considers the applicability of them. As the result of research, the analysis and application of data to ordinary people decrease the use of paper documents, and this research will help to develop the application which is fast and accurate about individual behavior and demand to utilize public data service in intellectual space.
Recently, public service for the improvement of quality of life and life support such as safety, aging, disaster, welfare, housing, economy, urban environment, traffic etc are actively developed based on open public data, and the spread of the network and the necessity of everyday life, smartphones are playing a role in providing public services. Currently, the development of science is changing the life expectancy of human beings and changing into social structure in which aged people become bigger due to various social conditions and low fertility and aging problems. However, the elderly who do not have easy access to information are very uncomfortable in dealing with mobile devices with very low accessibility and utilization of public services provided by mobile phones. Therefore, this study recategorizes the condition of the elderly presented in the previous study and identifies the problem through case analysis provided for the elderly. Also, we summarize the hierarchy of the core items of the existing interface design and derive it as an improvement index of the public service design for the improvement of the information accessibility of the elderly, and propose a design method to improve the utilization of the public service provided through the mobile device.
