Design structure of a mobile phone has been changed to a converged style, which has so many functions. However, the converged mobile phone could not satisfy the users who want to use only specific functions, so with Axiomatic Design, we have studied for making a proposal to set up the new concept. The goal of this study is to derive a general solution with Axiomatic Design to verify the Independence. By enhancing the existing design model and differentiating the function of mobile phone, user will be able to choose desirable products, which have only specific functions and/or specific parts. First of all, we checked the Independence about the existing design model. Then, we developed the new design model with the idea that base mobile phone should have basic functions and additional functions can be separated, surely be connected when users want.

This paper proposes a method of a touch-based remote control and sensor information acquisition of a mobile robot using a smart phone. An application in a smart phone processes the acquired sensor information and conducts autonomous navigation. By touching the screen of the smart phone, a series of points obtained from designated curve traces are analyzed and provide control of a robot. This study develops a mobile application that acquires and handles data from a mobile robot and sends appropriate action commands through remote control using Bluetooth communication with a smart phone. The utility and performance of the proposed control scheme have been successfully verified through experimental tasks using an actual smart phone and a mobile robot.

In the past, a mobile phone had only a function of communication. Recently, new functions such as an mp3 player and a camera are added in a mobile phone. For the application of a camera module to a mobile phone, the size of the camera module needs to become smaller than a general Digital Camera. Furthermore, it is also required that the performance of the camera module in a mobile phone be the same as that of a Digital Camera. In order to fulfill these requirements, the camera module should have functions such as Auto Focus, Zoom, the shutter and the aperture. Therefore, we introduce a simple and effective actuator and propose the shutter composed of solenoid.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of use motivation type for mobile phones and the degree of loss perception related to mobile phone consumption consciousness in adolescents. The subjects of this study were 503 students in middle and high school in Daegu. A questionnaire was used for the survey. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, and MANOVA were employed for the data analysis and the $Scheff\acute{e}$ test was used for post-hoc analysis. The results are as follows: First, there are significant differences in mobile phone consumption consciousness in all sub-dimension areas according to use motivation type for mobile phone. Second, adolescents with high economic loss perception for mobile phones show high consumption consciousness in sub-dimension area, and adolescents with high academic loss perception show high relation-oriented consumption consciousness. Adolescents with high physical loss perception show high health-oriented, relation-oriented, and function-oriented consumption consciousness. Adolescents with high psychological loss perception, on the other hand, show high relation-oriented consumption consciousness. Third, there are significant differences in mobile phone consumption consciousness according to use motivation type for mobile phones and the degree of overall loss perception. However, there are no significant differences in the mobile phone consumption consciousness according to use motivation type for mobile phones and the degree of overall loss perception.

Background: Mobile phone has become a very popular device used in everyday our lives. However, the possible hazard to human body such as brain tumor has been proposed intermittently. This unwanted possibility was calmed down due to the absence of definite evidence of hazard. This study was performed to see the effect of mobile phone use on the brain temperature. Methods: In 20 volunteers, we performed 4 steps of temperature measuring procedure. Four steps are pre-use (S1, basal state), wire-phone (S2, conventional telephone), PCS phone (S3, using 1,750~1,900 MHz), cellular phone (S4, using 820 MHz) states. Brain temperatures were measured by radiothermometer at 10 sites (5 sites in each hemisphere) of the brain after 5minutes of telecommunication through the phones. The final data were compared using paired t-test. Results: In PCS phone user group (Average; $35.73708^{\circ}C$), brain temperature decreased (with statistical significance, p<0.05), compared to those of non-user group (Average; $35.9527^{\circ}C$) or conventional wire phone user group. In cellular phone user group (Average; $35.82155^{\circ}C$), brain temperature decreased slightly (without statistical significance, p>0.05) compared to those of non-user group (Average; $35.9527^{\circ}C$) or conventional wire phone user group (Average; $35.922^{\circ}C$). The temperature change was not limited to the mobile phone applied side but on both hemisphere of the brain. Conclusion: In conclusion, mobile phone (especially PCS phone) decreased brain temperature in both hemispheres without side-to-side temperature difference. In addition, this study suggests possibility of radiothermometer application to the study of electromagnetic wave effect and protection method research in the future.

우리나라는 1995년 이동전화 가입자수가 백만명, 1998년 천만명을 돌파한 이래 비약적으로 증가하여 현재 우리나라는 인구대비 이동통신단말기의 보급률이 110%를 넘어섰다. 현재는 어린이나 학생 등 비경제 활동 인구들까지 이동통신 단말기를 사용하고 있다. 명백히 필수재가 된 이동통신 단말기는 그 보급대수가 냉장고, 세탁기, 진공청소기 및 승용차를 추월하고 있다. 그런데 이동통신의 생활화로 이동통신단말기와 서비스는 아주 중요한 필수재로 자리매김하였으나 단말기 대금과 서비스요금 을 비롯한 통신관련 비용은 가계의 큰 부담이 되고 있다. 그런데 공정한 경쟁을 통하여 소비자 후생 나아가 사회적 후생을 최대화 할 수 있도록 시장의 실패를 방지해야할 정부는 적시에 적절한 역할을 하지 못하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 이동통신전화가 상용화된 1990년대 초부터 현재까지의 이동통신정책중 이동통신망 공동이용, 번호이동, 단말기 유통과 이통서비스의 분리, 망중립성 확보는 주인-대리인문제(principal agent problem) 등 공공선택과 관련한 문제점들을 노정하고 있다.

Objective: This study is to analyze the factor affecting elderly's speed of mobile phone ability. Method: Sixty healthy senior citizens who live in Kim-hye participated in Cognition, Visual perception, Speed of mobile phone ability and the collected data was analyzed by an independent multiple regression analysis. Result: The findings can be summarized as follows; 1. Although men were faster than women while using mobile phone, there was little satisfical significance(p<0.05). 2. Although people in their sixties were faster than people in their seventies while using mobile phone, there was minial difference(p<0.05). 3. The primary factor which affect mobile phone using speed is figure ground, visual memory, visual processing and the most beneficial discovery in the entire project is figure ground(p<0.05). Conclusion: The result of study showed that in order to enhance figure ground, visual memory, visual processing in mobile phone using speed. These results will be consider useful for elderly's mobile phone ability.

본 연구의 목적은 공격성이 휴대전화 의존에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고, 이 두 변수 사이에서 자아존중감이 매개변수로 기능하고 있는지 확인함으로써 휴대전화 의존 문제에 개입하기 위한 기초자료를 획득하는 것이다. 본 연구자료는 한국아동 청소년패널조사 제4차년도, 제5차년도, 제6차년도 자료이다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생의 공격성이 휴대전화 의존에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 고등학생의 공격성은 자아존중감을 유의하게 낮추는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 고등학생의 자아존중감은 휴대전화 의존을 유의하게 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 고등학생의 자아존중감은 공격성과 휴대전화 의존 사이에서 유의한 매개변수의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로, 청소년의 공격성과 자아존중감 문제에 대한 개입을 통해 휴대전화 의존 문제를 예방하거나 완화할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

Cellular and Smart phone through the business and real life is associated with an increasing number of information processing, Breaches associated with mobile terminal Tile has occurred and cause Crime and damage. SYN, JTAG approach to forensic analysis indicate with the process, Every Smart phone's OS specific performance and data extraction were compared. In the laboratory, Cell and smart phone with the SYN scheme and JTAG scheme to extract forensic data Improvement compared to the extraction is presented.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate performance and subjective satisfaction of mobile phone's interface elements considering the elderly users. First, mobile phone's interface elements were outlined recent foreign and domestic studies. Then, final three mobile phone's interface elements were determined by expert rating, AHP analysis, and questionnaire analysis. Objective and subjective measures were then used to determine the effects of several specific design parameters and aging differences on performance of mobile phones. In this experiment, 38 subjects and 4 independent variables were used to measure task completion time and user's subjective satisfaction. The statistical analyses indicated significant aging differences between older people and younger people in terms of keypad type and bell sound level in performance. Significant aging differences were also found for user subjective satisfaction. It is suggested that some major results from this study be used to develop mobile phone design guidelines that are more usable and accessible for most users, particularly for older users.
