The present study is a review to determine by what bodies and through what mechanisms the information resources management is implemented and administered, that is its content and how it is linked to industrial information units in the field of industrial firms. Industrial information units are lacking essential capabilities required to acquire internal information and to organize sharing information which is intergrated to internal and external information. Various units within firms work to implement the information resources management. These units include management information systems, information center, and newly developed mission oriented units. They have, however, developed without liasison industrial information units. They may be some unnecessary duplication in some spheres and inadequate facilities in others.
There is a world-wide trend to implement autonomous TM/TC system in satellite operations. KARI developed CALS(Command AutoLoader System) for KOMPSAT-1 operation automation in 2004. This paper provides system requirement, system design, system test and operational procedure. Through test with simulator and KOMPSAT-1, CALS was verified to meet all functional and operational requirement like scheduling, real-time telemetry check, CRC generation, command grouping. CALS is expected to be used in KOMPSAT-1 normal mission operation in end of 2004
Guidance commands for attitude controlled missiles inevitably take the form of attitude angle commands. On the other hand, many guidance laws compute the accelerations required to achieve their goals. Therefore some integrators must be in use for the attitude controlled missiles to implement the guidance laws. Naturally, the use of the integrator raises the problem of choosing a proper initial value. In this paper, we compute the integrator initial value which minimizes the terminal miss and show that if the total flight time of the mission is long enough, the "optimal" initial value becomes some multiple of the initial heading error or of the given impact angle to the target. We demonstrate the validity of the analysis by showing some linear and nonlinear simulation results.n results.

This paper looks at several areas in which American public libraries are beginning to transform themselves. These include : (1)their mission and roles in the community;(2)the provision of Internet access;(3)remote user access;(4) customer-driven services; and (5) the changing roles and functions of librarians. It also examines some of the other controversial issues that are confronting public libraries as they implement technological change.

The defense system development process is a process of developing various systems that perform functions in various functional areas such as battlefield awareness, command control, force application, and logistical support. In other words, the defense system development process is a process of developing many systems simultaneously in various functional areas. Various systems developed through this process should be interoperable so that they can be integrated and operated in a joint warfighting environment. To successfully implement this, the US Department of Defense uses the Joint Capability Integrated Development System(JCIDS) for the defense system development, and within this JCIDS processes the Capability Based Assessment(CBA) methodology as its core technology. This CBA methodology transforms the mission activity requirements to functional capability requirements logically and transforms the functional capability requirements to system requirements logically also. Smart City is a city that improves the convenience and quality of life of the citizen by integrates various systems that perform various functions of the city and smarties various functional systems with smart services by using IT technology. In other words, defense system development and smart city development have a common feature of the process of developing many systems simultaneously in various functional areas. In order to address the problem of having to develop many systems simultaneously in each functional area, it is important to logically transform the various mission scenarios into functions and logically transform the functions into systems. Therefore, a joint capability integrated development system and its core methodology, Capability Based Assessment(CBA), can be applied to smart city development. This paper proposes a method for performing a smart city concept design method using the capability based evaluation (CBA) method.
As logistic environment of digital resources is rapidly changing, protection of the intellectual property for digital resources has been recognized as one of important issues. Digital Rights Management (DRM) has taken much interests from ISP, authors and publishers of digital content as an integrated approach to create a reliable environment for access and the use of digital resource. In this paper we proposed a dynamic digital rights management system based on adaptive agent theory (ARPA : Adaptive Resource Protection Agent) to address problems facing contemporary DRM approaches : static rights management problem solving and strengthened monitoring/tracking system. We introduced a dynamic mission control scheme to realize dynamic digital rights management. We incorporated adaptive agent theory to implement on-and off-line tracking and protection. Through the implementation of protype system, the process, the process dynamic digital rights protection will be demonstrated.

The mission objective of STEP Cube Lab. (Cube Laboratory for Space Technology Experimental Project) classified as a pico-class satellite is to find space core technologies researched at domestic industry or university and to verify these technologies on mission orbit. To implement this objective, system level electrical integration and function test (EIT) by using developed flight software were performed in compliance with system requirements. And the effectiveness of the flight model (FM) was verified through launch and thermal vacuum test at acceptance level. This paper will introduce a series of process of electrical function tests for FM EIT, launch and thermal vacuum tests.

In this paper, we present the design, functions and performance analysis of the virtual machine (VM) based on the Lua interpreter for On-Board Control Procedure Execution Environment (OEE). The development of the OEE has been required in order to operate the lunar explorer mission autonomously which is planned by Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) autonomously. The concept of On-Board Control Procedure (OBCP) is already being applied to the deep space missions with a long propagation delay and a limited data transmission capacity since it ensure he autonomy of the mission without the ground intervention. The interpreter is the execution engine in the VM and it interpreters high-level programming codes line by line and executes the VM instructions. So the execution speed is very more slower than that of natively compiled codes. In order to overcome it, we design and implement OEE using register-based Lua interpreter for execution engine in OEE. We present experimental results on a range of additional hardware configurations such as usages of cache and floating point unit. We expect those to utilized to the OBCP scheduling policy and the system with Lua interpreter.
The purpose of this study is to use K-MOOC, which has limitations in utilization because it is centered on theory delivery, to derive tasks to activate the teaching methods of instructors, and to implement the derived tasks using the metaverse platform. to develop a prototype. According to the purpose of the study, the study was conducted as follows. First, from October 4 to November 15, 2022, a Delphi survey was conducted on 21 experts with experience of consulting, research, class development, and operation related to the K-MOOC project. Second, in order to realize the tasks in the teaching method field derived from the Delphi survey, matching with the teaching method class model elements to result of Delphi survey was applied was carried out. Finally, based on the results of expert Delphi and the elements of the class model applicable to the metaverse platform, a teaching method was developed. Through the process of the study, a total of 16 detailed items were derived for the teaching method-related tasks for the activation of K-MOOC: support strategic tasks, teaching method competency, aspect of class design, evaluation and sharing of learning outcomes. By applying the metaverse, the teaching model elements for K-MOOC revitalization were derived from four categories: self-directed repetition, individualized problem solving, practice opportunity expansion, and immediate feedback, and matched with the first 16 detailed items. A four-step teaching model was completed: course attendance (step 1), mission analysis by individual level (step 2), sharing of mission solutions (step 3), and mission evaluation and feedback (step 4). Through the results of this study, the possibility of using the metaverse as a teaching practice platform was confirmed even in terms of the introduction and development of specialized techniques.

Many countries all over the world have been doing lunar exploration projects. Korea has also been doing basic research on lunar exploration. The development of communication systems for lunar exploration projects is one of the most important aspects of performing a successful lunar mission. In this paper, we design a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) prototype based on the requirement analysis of a communication link for lunar exploration and implement its core module considering the international standards for deep space communications to perform a basic research on baseband processor development. It is verified by comparing the bit error rate of the DSP prototype with that of a computer simulation.
