Purpose: This study aimed to identify the difference of sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of college students who fulfilled military service and those who did not, for providing basic data for developing nursing interventions for the college students. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design. The subjects of this study were 3,741 male college students. Data were collected through personal interviews using questionnaires from November to December 2007. The sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behavior measurement tool was used. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and chi-square test. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) There was a statistically significant difference in sexual knowledge of contraception / abortion(p = .002, t = 3.16), venereal disease(p = .006, t = .2.73), sexual attitude of sexual behavior(p = .002; t = 3.13) and sexual double think(p = .047, t = 1.98) according to military service 2) There was a statistically significant difference in sexual behavior experience frequency of 9 items(friendship with opposite sex, kiss / embracing, petting, porno magazine / porno video contact, masturbation, sexual intercourse via anus, sexual intercourse via mouth, cause pregnancy, cause abortion: p < .000, $x^2$ = 39.47; p < .000, $x^2$ = 55.88; p < .000, $x^2$ = 46.76; p = .034, $x^2$ = 6.77; p = .017, $x^2$ = 12.05; p = .003, $x^2$ = 14.24; p < .000, $x^2$ = 47.70; p < .000, $x^2$ = 23.86; p < .000, $x^2$ = 21.84) respectively according to military service. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that sexual knowledge, attitudes and behavior differ before and after the experience of military service, so further study for detecting military sex culture character effecting difference in sex knowledge, attitudes and behavior is needed.

디지털 경제사회는 지식 사회이기도 하다. 많은 조직들이 KMS(지식관리시스템)을 도입하였고 군도 예외가 아니다. 본 연구는 군이라는 특수한 상황에서의 KMS 활용의 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 그 영향 요인에 대해서 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 특히 공군의 KMS 실태를 조사하고 진단하여 문제점을 살펴보고 군 조직의 특성에 따른 해결방안을 모색해 보았다. 본 연구를 통해서 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 군 조직의 특성으로 군 조직 업무특성의 공식화, 조직문화상의 동료간의 신뢰, 지식공유에 대한 지휘부의 의지를 도출하였으며, 실증분석으로 지휘부가 지식공유에 대해 의지가 있다고 인식하는 사용자가 지식공유에 대한 인식도 높으며, KMS 활용도 많이 한다는 사실을 입증하였다. 이를 통해서 특히 군 조직에서는 지휘부가 솔선수범하여 지식공유에 참여하는 것이 가장 중요함을 입증하였다.

Military style is not limited to a single period but represents various image communications related to items, synthetic images and different periodical culture backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to define the communicational function of the military style beginning from the 1st world war up to the modern days, and furthermore explain the characteristics and contents of military styles in different periods by studying the nowadays various symbols of the military style in denotative and connotative aspects. The research method is documentary studies through the literature and academic paper, and examined masters' and doctors' thesis, domestic and overseas books and fashion magazines, photographs and materials collected from the internet. As a result, first, the military style is a significant fashion code in understanding modern fashion by serving as a strong communication function representing people’s ritual through various image items called the 'military look'. Second, the meaning of the image communication through military look changed throughout the different periods. During the 1st and 2nd World war the military look supported Fascism by serving as a media representing extreme patriotism and at the same time social images like functionalism, women liberation, regulation and saving. During the cold war period it was used by young progressives like hippies and punks to send an opposing message towards war and commercialism. Since then up to the 80s it was a medium representing the ‘new role of women’, who possess same social rights and power as the men. However in the 90s the military style had to go through a paradigm transition period. Since this period it got affected by the post modernism and designers, consumers alike adopted military style to create unique beauty It can also be said that it began to be used as a pure fashion code representing intertextuality. It was rather expressed as a metonymy than a metaphor and combined with elegance and feminine factor, which contrasts to the original military concept, it now represents totally new hybrids such as difference, dissemination and varieties.

In this paper, watermark embedding technique was proposed to securely conceal the watermark in color cover image by applying the spatial encryption technique. The embedded watermak can be extracted from stego-image without loss. The quality of the stego-image is very good. So it is not possible to visually distinguish the difference between the original cover image and the stego-image. The validity of the proposed technique was verified by mathematical analysis. The proposed watermark embedding technique can be used for intellectual property protection, military, and medical applications that require high security.

Due to Japanese imperialism's invasion of Korea and the policy of exterminating national culture, many independence activists from Korean medicine participated in the Manchurian Independence Army activities and the fight for freedom. Kang Woo-kyu, who threw a bomb at the governor-General of Korea on September 2, 1919, can be cited as a leader who learned East Asian medicine. Kim Kwanje, who organized a secret organization by opening an East Asian medicine clinic in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, was involved in the struggle of the medical corps while working as a medical student. He is accused of providing a shelter by treating members of the Uiryeoldan. In 1919, the Manchurian Independence Army unit, which launched the March 1st Movement armed struggle, was established, and those who served as military doctors in various organizations can be found. Park Se-jung, who participated as an independent soldier at the age of 47, treated wounded soldiers and patients as a military doctor. A branch office was also created by raising military funds and participating in the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. Jang Hyong was able to raise independent military funds, campaign for the provisional government's independence petition, and lecture across the country mostly disguised as an East Asian medicine doctor, which led to several imprisonments for "fraud charges under the guise of similar medical practices".

The purpose of study is to examine fashion bags reflected women's changing lifestyle, their needs and vogue in modern environment since 20th century. Today fashion bags can be divided into practical bag, evening bag, luxury bag and utility bag. Practical bag is a type of tote which is perfect for working mom or women carrying lots of things on a daily basis. Evening bag is a symbol of femininity in respect for its handmade artistry and impracticality by its small size. Luxury bag embodies human desire for high quality and being part of prestige of luxury brand regardless of its cost. Utilitarian bag was coming from military or sports gear and are popular among young generation armed with mobile computing or crazy about popular music and all kinds of sports. In contemporary fashion culture, fashion bags play an important roles on balancing women's social and domestic life as functional and decorative accessory.

인간에 의한 기후변화로 전 지구적 이상 기상현상이 발생해 재난이 증가하고 있다. 주요 선진국(군)은 극한기상 출몰에 따른 재난을 대비 중이다. 다만, 현재 방재계획·설비가 통계 데이터를 바탕으로 한 빈도·강도법을 기준으로 시행되었는데, 잦아지는 극한기상에 따른 재난을 확률 근거 기반 대비로는 부족하다. 미군과 영국군은 가장 빨리 기후변화 및 재난양상 변화 위협 관련 연구 및 정책적 접근을 해왔고, 기후변화 완화 및 적응 모두 고려하고 있다. 우리 군은 재난에 대한 인식을 '풍수해' 정도로 여기며, 기후변화 양상에 따른 극한기상과 재난에 대한 논의가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 선진국(미국과 영국)의 재난관리시스템 구축과정을 살펴보고 기후위기와 극한기상이 출몰하는 상황에서 각 국(군)의 대응 정책을 문헌분석 기법을 활용해 분석하였다. 우리 군은 빈틈없는 안보를 유지하기 위해 지속가능성과 회복탄력성에 초점을 둔 대응정책을 수립해야하며, 다음 세 가지 정책적 접근이 필요하다. 첫째, 기후변화로 변화될 환경에 대비한 미래 한반도 작전 환경 분석이 필요하다. 둘째, 지속가능성을 위해 기후변화 '적응정책'에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 셋째, 기후변화로 인해 발생 가능한 미래재난에 대한 대비가 필요하다.

호주군은 1899년 제2차 보어전쟁에 참전한 이후, 제1·2차 세계대전, 6·25전쟁, 베트남 전쟁 등에 참전하였다. 호주군은 전쟁의 장기화로 나타난 군인의 사회적 인지도 하락과 지속적인 병력 부족 현상을 극복하기 위해 여성인력의 지위와 역할을 지속 확장하였다. 제2차 보어전쟁 간 의료지원으로 시작한 여성인력의 역할은 제2차 세계대전 시기 통신, 정비, 운전, 비밀문서 관리, 레이더 감시 등 전투 지원 임무로 확대되었다. 베트남 전쟁 이후 각 군 참모총장은 여성의 군 참여 확대를 위한 위원회를 설치하고 여성이 아닌 군인으로 인정하는 정책을 시행했다. 전쟁과 평화유지 활동에서 여성인력의 활약은 2014년, 특수부대를 포함한 모든 전투 직위가 여성에게 개방되는 계기가 되었고, 각 군은 2030년까지 여성 비율을 증가하는 계획을 수립하였다. 우리나라 역시 최근 지속되는 저출산문제로 인구절벽과 병력 가용자원 부족 문제가 대두되고 있는바 본 연구를 통해 호주군의 여성인력 활용의 역사와 현재의 모습을 통해 우리 군이 나아가야 할 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

캐나다군은 제1차 세계대전에 참전하여 전쟁의 장기화로 나타난 지속적인 병력 부족으로 인해 모병제의 한계를 인식하고 여성인력의 활용범위와 역할을 확장하였다. 최초 의료지원으로 시작한 여성인력의 활용은 여성부대 창설과 함께 육·해·공군의 전투지원 임무로 확대되며 그 필요성과 중요성이 증대되었다. 제2차 세계대전 종료 이후 병력감축과 함께 여성부대가 해체되었고, 여성인력의 비중도 총원의 1.5%로 제한되었다. 국방부는 여성인력 복무 여건 개선을 위한 캐나다 왕립 여성 지위 위원회의 권고를 점진적으로 수용하며 캐나다 군내 여성인력 역할 확대의 분기점을 맡는다. 캐나다 국방부는 여성인력에 대한 장기간의 전투실험, 관찰과 분석을 통해 전투병과에 적합하다는 결론을 내렸다. 또한 1991년 걸프전쟁과 2001년부터 시작된 아프가니스탄 전쟁에서 캐나다 여성인력이 남성과 동등한 수준의 전투 능력과 지휘 능력을 보여주며 여성인력의 필요성을 다시 한번 증명하였다. 우리나라 역시 최근 지속되는 출산율 감소로 인구절벽과 병력 부족 문제가 대두되고 있다. 캐나다군의 여성인력 활용의 역사와 현재의 모습을 통해 우리 군이 나아가야 할 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

미래의 군사 전투 환경은 현재의 군(軍) 인구 감소 및 변화하는 양상에 맞춰 국방 분야에서 인공지능(AI)의 역할과 중요성이 급격히 확대되고 있다. 특히, 민간에서의 AI(Artificial Intelligence) 개발은 OpenAI의 Chat-GPT 등장 이후 초거대 AI(Super-Giant AI, also known as Hyperscale AI), 즉 파운데이션 모델을 기반으로 새로운 영역에서 부상하고 있다. 미국 국방부는 CDAO(Chief Digital and AI Office) 산하의 Task Force Lima를 조직하여 LLM(Large Language Model)과 생성형 AI의 활용 방안에 대한 연구를 진행 중이며, 중국, 이스라엘 등 군사 선진국에서도 초거대 AI를 군에 적용하기 위한 연구를 수행 중이다. 따라서, 우리 군도 무기체계에 초거대 AI 모델의 활용 가능성과 적용분야에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 특화 AI와 초거대 AI(파운데이션 모델, Foundation Model)의 특징 및 장·단점을 비교하고, 무기체계에 적용될 수 있는 초거대 AI의 새로운 적용분야를 발굴하였다. 본 연구는 미래의 적용 분야와 잠재적인 도전과제에 대한 예측과 함께 초거대 인공지능을 국방작전에 효과적으로 통합하기 위한 통찰력을 제공하고, 선진화된 인공지능 시대에서의 국방 정책 개발, 국제 안보 전략을 형성하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
