어린이집 원장의 코칭리더십이 중간관리자의 코칭리더십을 매개로 보육교사의 동기부여적 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Child Care Center Manager's Coaching Leadership on Teacher's Motivational Self Concepts Via Middle Manager's Coaching Leadership)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the influence of child care center managers' coaching leadership on teachers' motivational self-concepts via middle managers' coaching leadership. Teachers' motivational self-concepts consisted of personal self-concept and social self-concept. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 475 child care center teachers regarding teachers' recognition of the coaching leadership of managers and middle managers and motivational self-concepts of teachers. To analyze the collected data, the path was examined through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, structural analysis using Amos, and the mediating effect was confirmed by conducting the Sobel Test. Results: The middle manager's coaching leadership was found to mediate the pathways from the manager's coaching leadership to the teacher's social self-concept, but did not mediate the personal self-concept of teachers. Conclusion/Implications: This study showed that the manager's coaching leadership was mediated by the middle manager's coaching leadership and that the manager's coaching leadership had an influence on the social self-concept of teachers. These results imply that both managers and middle managers need to develop coaching leadership skills in order to improve the motivational self-concept of teachers, which is important for work efficiency at child care centers.

  • 본 연구는 호텔 조직과 호텔에 근무하는 중간관리자들의 커뮤니케이션에 관련한 연구이다. 중간관리자들의 커뮤니케이션이 조직몰입과 조직문화에 미치는 영향과 커뮤니케이션과 조직문화와의 관계에서 조직몰입이 조절효과가 있는지 연구하였다. 최종적으로 수집된 데이터는 80부였고, 가설 검증을 위한 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하였다. 가설의 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 가설 1, 호텔 중간관리자의 커뮤니케이션은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가설의 검증결과 부분적으로 유의하여 부분채택되었다. 가설 2, 호텔 중간관리자의 커뮤니케이션은 조직문화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가설의 검증결과 부분적으로 유의하여 부분채택 되었다. 가설 3, 호텔 중간관리자의 조직몰입은 조직문화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가설 검증결과 유의한 결과가 나타나 채택되었다. 가설 4, 호텔 중간관리자의 커뮤니케이션과 조직문화와의 관계에서 조직몰입은 유의한 조절효과가 있을 것이다. 라는 가설을 검증한 결과 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

중년 여성의 라이프스타일에 따른 가정내 지속가능한 식생활 실천 (Sustainable Meal Practices of Middle Aged Women at Home According to Their Lifestyles)

  • Sustainable meal management at home will be affected by the lifestyle of the housewife. This study examined the lifestyle of middle aged women and identified their practice levels of sustainable meal management at home. A total of 438 women, aged 35 to 59, managing the family's dietary life at home and living in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Daejeon, and Chonnan area participated in the survey. The middle aged women showed a higher performance level of hygiene-oriented (4.15) and health-oriented dietary life (3.59), but a less convenience-oriented dietary life (2.57). Based on their lifestyle, 3 clusters were extracted: Low-interest dietary life meal manager, health and quality pursuit meal manager, and convenience and eating-out pursuit active meal manager. Among them, the cluster of health and quality pursuit meal manager showed the highest sustainable practices in 7 dimensions of sustainable practices in the home except for the saving practices (p<0.001). The criteria suggested from the study can be applicable to the guidelines of sustainable meal management at home. The study can also be helpful for educators to identify the education themes for improving housewife's sustainable meal practices, having different lifestyle and sustainable meal practices.

대학도서관 중간관리자의 리더십 척도 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing a Leadership Scale for University Library Middle Managers)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학도서관 중간관리자의 리더십 역량을 측정하기 위한 리더십 척도를 개발하였다. 문헌분석을 통해 대학도서관 중간관리자의 리더십 척도 개발을 위한 상위영역, 하위영역 및 질문항목을 선정하고, 1, 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 리더십 척도 항목을 도출하였다. 설문조사는 1, 2차 델파이 조사결과 도출된 리더십 척도의 축소모형을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 수행된 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학도서관 중간관리자를 위한 리더십 척도를 세 가지 형식으로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 대학도서관 실무자들로부터 수집한 경험적 자료를 토대로 대학도서관 중간관리자 리더십 역량의 구성요인을 체계화하였고, 리더십 평가의 주체를 구성원이 평정하는 방식을 제안하였다. 개발된 척도는 리더십 역량 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

건강가정지원센터 중간관리자급 건강가정사의 직무현황과 역량분석 (An Analysis of the Job and Competency of the Healthy Family Supporter as a Middle Manager on the Healthy Family Support Center)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the contents and concept of program for healthy family and provide job opportunity and competency of healthy family supporter. For this research, participants are 51 healthy family supporters as a middle manager. Data were obtained through the survey using a questionnaire developed by the ministry of women and family and headquarter of healthy family support centers in 2007. The research process consists of two parts. One is to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other is to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters as a middle manager are the generalization of team's work including the planning, management and coordination, training for the staff, and network of social resources. They recognized the planning and management of healthy family support center's goal and course as a strategic job. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's or a master's degree, career more than for 3 years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies are the understanding of education of family life, theory of family counselling, the planning and valuation of program for healthy family, understanding for the variegated family, management of organization, networking with resources, ability of documentation, ability of persuasion and negotiation, management of time, sociality, communication skill, solving the problem, positiveness, cooperative spirit and so on.

보건관리자 의무고용 부담감에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 전임보건관리자를 채용한 중규모 제조업 사업장을 중심으로 - (Factors Affecting the Burden on Employment of Health Care Providers in the Middle Sized Manufacturing Enterprises)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors affecting the burden on employment of occupational health care providers as well as to develop strategies to reduce burden on employment of them in the middle size manufacturing enterprises. Methods: The target population of this study was 123 managers working in the middle size manufacturing enterprises. The study questionnaires were selected, as theories and literature suggested, for explaining employment burden, general characteristics of participants and occupational health providers, general characteristics of companies, evaluation of occupational health provider's role and burden score. Results: The mean of employment burden score of manager was 2.2. There was a significant difference in the employment burden scores, manager's age and education, and occupational health provider's age, type of work, certification, and employment status. Also there was a negative relationship between employment burden scores and occupational health provider's role scores (need, role, satisfaction, and benefit). In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, manager's need scores on occupational health providers were significant predictors of the employment burden scores. Conclusion: It is necessary to change the manager's perception to promote employment of occupational health providers.

대전지역 기업들의 기술경영 수용태도에 대한 실증 연구 (Empirical Study for the Adoptive Attitude of the Management of Technology in Daejeon Region Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 최근 화두로 제시되고 있는 기술경영에 대한 기업의 수용태도를 대전지역의 기업 110개를 대상으로 실증 연구 조사 내용이다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 경쟁력 수준에 따라 혁신자, 선도추격자 및 후발추격자로 분류하여 이들 기업들이 기업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 수단으로 기술경영 관련에 대한 패러다임을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 조사했다. 혁신자들과 선도추격자들은 기술경영 및 전문 인력에 대한 필요성에 대해 긍정적으로 제시하였다. 기술경영 인력이 요구되는 부서는 중간관리자, CEO 및 연구개발 인력이 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 그 다음으로 마케팅 인력 및 임직원들이 기술경영에 대한 중요성을 파악해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 대전의 전략산업별 기술경영에 대한 필요성에 대한 인식은 정보통신산업분야에서는 중간관리자, CEO 및 연구개발 담당자들로 나타났다. 바이오산업의 경우에는 CEO와 중간관리자 및 연구개발부서에서 그 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 첨단부품소재산업의 경우에는 중간관리자, 연구개발인력 및 마케팅인력분야에서 기술경영이 필요하다고 나타났다. 기타 제조업의 경우에는 중간관리자와 CEO의 기술경영에 대한 이해와 수요를 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

유비쿼터스 영농일지 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of System for a Ubiquitous Farming-diary)

  • In this paper, we propose a ubiquitous Farming Diary System which can support the easy and reliable recording of a farming diary for the certificate on environment-friendly agricultural products by using the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technologies. By using growth-related data, the system can also control farming facilities remotely and automatically. To achieve this goal, the UFDS(Ubiquitous Farming Diary System) is consisted with 3 layers. The first 'physical layer' can collect data from sensors, cameras and facilities then controls the growth environment based on the analyzed information. The second 'Middle layer' can process and store the data from 'physical layer' to sensor manager, image manager, control manager and diary manager separately. The third 'application layer' can provide growth-related services to users through various applications. The UFDS can recording grow history information automatically and Easily. Besides, the system can make an accurate and reliable farming diary with multimedia information such as motion and sound. Furthermore, environmental information such as temperature, humidity, luminance and soil conditions (soil temperature, soil humidity, soil EC) can be monitored in real-time and the facilities managed in remote sites.

A Study on Developing Navigation for a Moving Destination Target

  • Vehicle and marine navigation which are currently being commercialized provide route guidance service by specifying a fixed position as a destination. In the route guidance service of existing navigation, if the destination has to be changed in the middle, a new destination must be designated again to obtain the navigation service. However, if the destination can't be designated, it is difficult to clearly use it. In this paper, in order to overcome the difficulties of directions in the existing navigation, a new navigation specifying moving targets as the destination has been developed to get the directions. A proposed system is that a group is made and a group manager is appointed as a destination and then a user can get the route guidance based on location of the group manager. In the service way, relationship between the group manager and user is one-to-many and relationship between the user and group manager is one-to-one. The proposed technology is able to provide services that the user can easily find the moving targets such as the positioning surrogate drivers, tracking routes and location among travelers and finding children.
