본 연구는 김포시 도서관의 중장기 종합발전계획 수립이라는 목적을 위해 수행되었으며, 김포시 내 지역별로 산재해 있는 도서관의 전체 체계 재정립과 더불어 타 지역과 차별화할 수 있는 김포시 도서관만의 특화된 비전 및 전략을 제시하기 위한 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 김포시 지역주민(도서관 이용자 및 비용자)과 도서관 관계자를 대상으로 설문조사 및 면담조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 김포시 모든 도서관이 공공도서관으로써의 자료 수집, 정보서비스, 각종 프로그램 운영 등의 기능 및 역할을 기반으로, 각 도서관만의 차별화된 콘셉트와 주제를 가지고 이용자 중심의 복합문화공간 서비스를 지향해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 김포시 도서관 장서와 관련하여 도서관별 이용률이 높은 도서를 우선 수집하여 수요자 중심으로 확충하는 것이 필요하며, 대상별 이용자 요구를 수렴한 장서 개발에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 김포시 도서관의 서비스 제공을 위해 타 지역 도서관 프로그램 또는 서비스 분석으로 서비스 도출 또는 김포시 수요자에 맞춰 시민들이 참여하고, 활용하여 만족감을 높일 수 있는 서비스 개발이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 인천광역시 동구 도서관의 중장기 종합발전계획 수립을 위한 기초연구로서 수행되었다. 지역주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하고, 도서관 관계자 및 전문가, 지역주민의 의견 및 요구를 분석하여 비전 및 운영전략, 서비스 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 제시하는 논의사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인천광역시 동구 작은도서관의 운영을 활성화하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 도서관 시설 개선 및 새로운 도서관 건립이 필요하다. 셋째, 다양한 연령대의 이용자 계층을 위한 도서관 자료의 양적·질적 향상이 필요하다. 넷째, 다양한 연령층의 수요를 고려한 맞춤형 독서·문화프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 다섯째, 도서관 대외협력에 대한 역할수행이 필요하다. 여섯째, 도서관 시설 개선을 통해 복합문화공간 조성에 대한 모색이 필요하다. 일곱째, 도서관 내부 운영과 외부 연계사업을 고르게 진행하기 위해서는 사서 인력을 충원해야 할 필요가 있다. 여덟째, 자료의 수집 및 보관을 위한 공간을 조성할 필요가 있다. 아홉째, 작은도서관 활성화를 위한 정책 수립을 모색할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce issues on agricultural policy of participatory government and to suggest some implications for national consensus. According to the finance and investment plan, 119 trillion won in total will be invested in the farming industry for improving the welfare system and development of the sector over the next 10 years. It is very important that this plan will make Korean farmers competitive and income per capita increased more and more. By the way, the plan has been argued by farmer’s organization(NGO) and some people of academic circles because there is a fair question as to how effective these investment aids will be. Therefore, the finance and investment plan must be established on the basis of effective execution system as well as additional discussion for national agreement. In addition, the 'Special Plan Committee for agriculture-fishery and farming-fishing communities' will work out an ideal framework for succeeding this plan.

최근 국내 의료기기산업은 선진국에 비해 빠른 성장을 지속하고 있고, 기술수준도 점차 향상되고 있다. 그러나 국내 산업은 높은 수입비중, 낮은 투자여력, 전문인력 부족 등 전반적인 경쟁여건은 여전히 취약한 문제점으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 세계 의료기기시장과 산업에 대해 살펴봄으로써 의료기기 산업의 발전방안을 모색하였다. 또한 의료기기 수출확대방안으로 단기적인 정책의 효과보다는 중장기적인 접근이 필요하며, 정부의 제도 개선 및 지원, 영세성을 극복할 수 있는 생산단지 클러스트화. 시장세분화 및 해외마케팅 강화 등이 필요하다고 하겠다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역 주민, 도서관 사서 및 운영자를 대상으로 실시한 인식 조사 결과를 분석하여, 강동구 도서관의 중장기적 종합발전계획 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 마련하는데 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 강동구 도서관 이용자 및 비이용자 1,224명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 보다 심층적인 의견 수렴을 위해 지역 주민과 공공도서관 및 북카페도서관 사서, 작은도서관 운영자들을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰도 실시했다. 그 결과 강동구 도서관의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 생태계 구성을 위한 조정 및 특성화 재정비를 위한 도서관별 역할 정립, 정보사회에 요구되는 시공간 제한이 없는 서비스와 프로그램 도입 필요, 비이용자를 도서관으로 이끌 수 있는 적극적인 홍보, 다양한 관종을 아우를 수 있는 시스템 정비 및 지원 체계 마련이 필요하다는 결론이 도출되었다.

This study aimed to present a plan that introduces the concept of 'RURITAGE' into the 'Rural Convention' by analyzing the contents of the EU's 'RURITAGE' and the 'Rural Convention.' For this study, the contents and reports discussed on the 'RURITAGE' homepage were analyzed. Also, the applicability was reviewed by analyzing the 'Rural Convention' report and guideline. 'RURITAGE' was resources and heritage, currently possessed by the region rather than large-scale development. 'The Rural Convention' was intended to solve the problem of point-projects through mid-to-long-term planning, integrated support system for construction, and spatial analysis of rural spatial. It was also a policy to increase the satisfaction of the residents with the quality of life by guaranteeing a certain level of living services anywhere in the country. The 'Rural Spatial Strategic Plan' and 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan', included in 'the Rural Convention' are judged to be difficult to immediately introduce the concept of 'RURITAGE' due to the limitations of the projects that can implement projects. However, the notion of 'RURITAGE' can be reflected to 'Rural Spatial Maintenance Plan' seamlessly, which will be prepared in the 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan'.

기존 화물유통촉진법의 도시물류기본계획은 물류정책기본법의 지역물류계획이라는 명칭으로 변경되었으며, 그 내용도 지역물류산업과 지역민의 경제여건, 생활여건을 개선 지원해 가는 방향으로 조정되었다. 그러나 조정된 물류정책기본법에서도 아직까지 현실과 지역 상황에 맞는 목표의 설정과 이를 실현하기 위한 추진계획, 그리고 이 추진계획들을 과학적인 평가 지표를 통해, 평가 및 개선을 피드백 할 수 있는 시스템적인 체계가 구축되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 지역의 물류기본계획들을 검토하고, 향후 인천시가 지역물류기본계획을 수립하는데 필요한 지표개발을 통해 중장기적으로 효율적인 지역물류기본계획을 운영하고 관리하는데 일조하고자 하였다.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

Currently, advanced countries such as European countries and Japan invest lots of efforts to develop improvement of electric power production and supply, environmental countermeasure, and renewable energy development. Accordingly, Korea has been putting efforts to all kinds of electric related technical development based on the mid-long term plan. Further, it is necessary to increase effectiveness of R&D investment by propelling joint research activities with advanced countries for development of important technologies. Based on this background, this study tries to find thought-provoking suggestions of energy projects, programs and policies. For a comparative analysis, Japan which is similar to Korea in terms of market size and policies, and EU where joint research has been actively carried out among nations are analyzed and compared to policies and joint R&D activities of Korea.

본 연구는 국내에 경제·금융전문도서관을 대표하는 한국은행 도서관의 전반적인 운영현황 분석과 이용자 만족도 및 수요를 조사하고, 더불어 국내외 주요 도서관의 외부환경 변화에 따른 대응사례 조사하여 향후 경제·금융전문도서관의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 주요 도서관 외부환경 변화 사례조사, 이용자 설문조사 등을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 향후 과제로 미래지향적 최첨단 도서관으로의 강화에는 스마트 시스템 도입, 일부 도서관 서비스의 로봇화, 시대상을 반영한 비대면 서비스 대응공간 등을, 경제금융인을 위한 특화된 서비스 제공에는 빅데이터 분석서비스 도입, 이용자 맞춤형 시스템 강화, SNS 커뮤니케이션 활성화 등을 제시하였다. 국내외 경제·금융 도서관과 협력 네트워크 구축으로는 클라우드 서비스, 유관기관 간 협력사업 유지 및 확대, 공유체계를 통한 국가 지식정보 망라적 수집 등을, 마지막으로 전문성 강화를 위한 정보서비스를 위해 특성화 장서 개발, 온라인을 활용한 참고 및 연구지원 서비스 확대, 발간물 원문 DB 구축 및 제공을 제안하였다.
