마이크로 고체 추진제 추력기 요소의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Components of Micro Solid Propellant Thruster)

  • In this paper research on micro solid propellant thruster is reported. Micro solid propellant thruster has four basic components; micro combustion chamber, micro nozzle, solid propellant and micro igniter. In this research igniter, solid propellant and combustion chamber are focused. Micro igniter was fabricated through typical micromachining and the effect of geometry was evaluated. The characteristic of solid propellant was investigated to observe burning characteristic and to obtain burning velocity. Change of thrust force and the amount of energy loss following scale down at micro combustion chamber were estimated by numerical simulation based on empirical data and through the calculation normalized specific impulses were compared to figure out the efficiency of combustion chamber.

  • UV laser micromachining is generally used to create microstructures for micro-products through a sequence of lithography-based photo-patterning steps. However, the micromachining process is not suitable for rapid realization of complex 3D micro-products because it depends on worker experience. In addition, the cost and time required to make many masks are excessive. In this paper, a more effective and rapid micro-manufacturing process, which was developed based on laser micromachining, is proposed for fabricating micro-products directly using UV laser ablation and phase-change filling. The filling process is useful for holding the micro-products during the ablation step. The proposed rapid micro-manufacturing process was demonstrated experimentally by fabricating 3D micro-products from functional UV-sensitive polymers using 3D CAD data.

In this paper, the more effective micro rapid manufacturing process, which is developed upon the base of laser micromachining, is proposed to fabricate micro products directly using UV laser ablation and phase change filling. The filling process is useful to hold the micro product during the next ablation step. The proposed micro rapid manufacturing process is also proven experimentally that enables to fabricate the 3D micro products of UV sensitive polymer from 3D CAD data to functional micro parts.

  • Microsystem technology has been applied to space technology and became one of the enabling technology by which low cost and high efficiency are achievable. Micro propulsion system is a key technology in the miniature satellite because micro satellite requires very small and precise thrust force for maneuvering and attitude control. In this paper research on micro solid propellant thruster is reported.   • 우리나라의 영세 소상공인과 자영업자의 비중이 주요 선진국에 비해 과도하게 높고 빈번한 창업과 폐업이 반복되어 국가 경제에 막대한 피해를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 소상공인을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행 중이며, 정부는 소상공인을 위해 빅 데이터를 이용한 상권정보 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 상권정보 분석 서비스 중 서울시에서 운영하는 우리마을가게 상권분석서비스는 소상공인 관련 빅 데이터 분석 서비스를 제공하기 위해 지속적인 서비스 개선을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 기관에서 제공받은 빅 데이터를 통합하여 서비스를 구축하였기 때문에 데이터 신뢰성의 한계, 데이터 분석의 한계, 서비스 구성의 한계가 존재한다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 빅 데이터 기반의 상권 서비스와 연계 분석이 가능한 위치기반 설문조사시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 설문조사시스템은 설문정보와 상권정보를 연계하여 빅 데이터 상권 분석 서비스를 확장할 수 기반을 마련하였다.

  • To predict the behavior of the intravascular micro active endoscope in the real human vascular system, a human mock circulation system was developed. The intravascular micro active endoscope which consists of micro active bending catheter and micro drug infusion catheter was driven in the velocity, Re number and temperature controlled flow. The three SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) zigzag type spring in the micro active bending catheter was heated by the electric current generated by PWM controller, and the shape memory effect made the actuator bend to any direction. The micro drug infusion catheter was driven through the inner hole of the micro active bending catheter. A mock circulation system is shaped from Ascending Arota to Femoral artery according to a human data (the data contains many vascular sizes and hydrographs of many control points). We developed a vascular model with glass and silicone tubes, and set the flow system with circulation parts, flow settling parts, and lots of valves. The heater and heat-controller was added to the How system to centre! the temperature of the How at 36.5$^{\circ}C$. The result showed that the developed intravascular micro active endoscope could be induced to any point in the vascular model.

Characteristics of micro-plastics in stormwater sediment basin: Case study of J wetland

  • Urbanization has been causing such new pollutants as micro-plastic, thus the environmental impact of new pollutants on ecosystem is rapidly increasing. When it comes to micro-plastic, a representative artificial trace pollutant, its risk has been increased at a much faster rate, however the depth study associated with stormwater sediment and wetland was relatively rare. In this research, soil samples from storm water sediment were analyzed for distribution characteristics of micro-plastics in the J wetland (registered as Ramsar wetland, May 2021 and a representative environmental site in South Korea). Analyzed soil samples found approximately 201 ± 93 particle/kg (based on unit weight, Total micro plastic particles / Total Sample weight) micro-plastics in the samples. When considering the total quantitative numbers in stormwater sediment in the entire area of the J wetland, over 15,000 micro-plastics were estimated to be contaminating such area. In addition, in terms of qualitative numbers, micro-plastics were contaminating the J wetland with 94.7 % ratio of styrofoam type (43.9%) and polyethylene type (50.8%). These research results can be used as base data sets for controlling micro-plastics in the J wetland.

배전기기 전압계측 정밀도 평가시스템 개발 및 성능시험 (A Development and Performance Test of Voltage Measurement Accuracy Assessment System for Distribution Equipment)

  • Power distribution system has been changed from radial system to closed loop or mesh system due to connection of distributed generation growth. Data from distribution equipments which are installed at distribution line is required to be accurate for the performance of DMS(Distribution Management System). This paper analyzes the voltage measurement data from distribution equipment. However, the results of the analysis are confirmed to have some errors in voltage measurement data from distribution equipment. These errors come from aging of voltage sensor in distribution equipment and inaccurate data transfer to FRTU(feeder remote terminal unit) through the controller. The main problem is that the voltage measurement data of distribution equipment can not be assessed after it's first installation at the distribution line. The voltage measurement accuracy assessment system is to assess the voltage measurement data from distribution equipment on hot-line. This study had a field test to verify the performance of system.

병렬 채널에서의 단상 유동 압력 강하 특성에 관한 실험 및 수치해석 (Experimental and Numerical Analysis for Single-phase Flow Pressure Drop in Parallel Micro-channels)

  • The experimental and numerical studies of the single-phase flow pressure drop in parallel micro-channels were performed. The parallel micro-channels consisted of 15 channels with depth 0.2mm, width 0.45mm and length 60mm. The FC-72 was used as the working fluid and the mass fluxes ranged from 62.8 to $1371.6kg/m^2s$. The numerical analysis was performed iterative calculations to solve governing equations and finds the appropriate value. The experimental data was compared with the numerical data, the results showed good agreement with the numerical data.

  • This study was conducted for obtaining the optimized data to build the mixer or micro fluid device as measuring the three dimensions flow field in micro mixer. To acquire the rapid diffusion on the region of low Reynolds (Re < 100), the staggered herringbone mixer using chaotic advection was selected in this case. At first, by conducting the numerical analytical virtual experiment using CFD-ACE+, three dimensions flow field in the micro mixer was estimated As this flow field was proven using defocusing particle tracing method, the behavior of micro flow with three dimensional aspects could be analyzed. Numerical analysis and flow pattern in the micro mixer by experimental verification made to be able to analyze the chaotic advection. These can be important sources for building more optimized form. Verifying the information of three dimensional flow structure, these information can be used as the data for developing and improving the $\mu$ -TAS.
