Micro-processor를 이용한 엘리베이터 제어에 관한 연구 (A study on elevator control using micro-processor)

  • Elevator system requires position and speed control at the same time recently. The control device of existing Elevator system making hardware is simplified by using micro-processor that have been developed. In this papers, it consists of contactless logic circuit using miro-processor and digital components. This paper shows that as this system control voltage and frequency using PWM inverter at the same time, speed control is accurate, acceleration and deceleration is soft and passengers can be feel comfortably because speed change is a little during driving.

  • Recently, Mobile multimedia equipments as smart phone and tablet pc requirement is increasing and this market is also being expanded. These mobile equipments require large multi-media function, so more power consumption is required. For these reasons, the needs of power management IC as switching type dc-dc converter and linear regulator have increased. DC-DC buck converter become more important in power management IC because the operating voltage of VLSI system is very low comparing to lithium-ion battery voltage. There are many people to be concerned about digital DC-DC converter without using external passive device recently. Digital controlled DC-DC converter is essential in mobile application to various external circumstance. This paper proposes the DC-DC Buck Converter using the AVR RISC 8-bit micro-processor control. The designed converter receives the input DC 18-30 [V] and the output voltage of DC-DC Converter changes by the feedback circuit using the A/D conversion function. Duty ratio is adjusted to maintain a constant output voltage 12 [V]. Proposed converter using the micro-processor control was compared to a typical boost converter. As a result, the current loss in the proposed converter was reduced about 10.7%. Input voltage and output voltage can be displayed on the LCD display to see the status of the operation.

  • The ShortStack Micro Server enables any product that contains a microcontroller or microprocessor to quickly and inexpensively become a networked, Internet-accessible device. The ShortStack Micro Server provides a simple way to add LonWorks networking to new or existing smart devices. . It implements the LonTalk protocol and provides the physical interface with the LonWorks communication. The ShortStack host processor can be an 8, 16, or 32-bit microprocessor or microcontrollers. The ShortStack API and driver typically require about 4kbytes of program memory on the host processor and less than 200 bytes of RAM. The interface between host processor and the ShortStack Micro Server may be a Serial Communication Interface (SCI). The LonWorks control module with a high performance is developed, which is composed of the 8 bit PIC Microprocessor for host processor and the smart neuron chip for the ShortStack Micro Server. This intelligent control board is verified as proceeding the various function tests from experimental system with an boost pump and inverter driving systems. It is also confirmed that the developed control module provides stably 0-10VDC linear signal to the input signal of inverter driving system for varying the induction motor speed. Thus, the experimental results show that the fabricating intelligent board carried out very well the various functions in the wide operating ranges of boost pump system. This developed control module expect to apply to industrial fields to require the comparatively exact control and monitoring such as multi-motor driving system with inverter, variable air volume system and the boost pump water supply systems.

  • 본 논문에서는 인텔사의 StrongARM 프로세서에 내장형 리눅스 운영 시스템을 실장하여 내장형 웹 서버를 구현하고 ARM프로세서에 연결된 병렬포트의 입 출력을 HTTP 프로토콜을 이용하여 범용 웹 브라우저에 의하여 제어하는 초소형 웹 서버 시스템을 구현함을 다루었다. 이를 위하여 리눅스 운영 시스템의 HTTP를 실장하고 CGI에 의한 병렬포트 제어 프로그램을 구현하여 프로세서 보드의 메모리에 실장한다. 프로세서의 병렬포트에 입 출력을 제어하는 하드웨어 기능을 웹 서버와 브라우저를 이용하여 원격에서 제어할 수 있도록 구현하고 실험을 통하여 내장형 웹 서버의 구현을 보였다.

  • In this paper, we proposed the micro web-server Implementation on Strong ARM processor with embedded Linux. The parallel port connecting parallel I/O is controlled via HPPT protocol and web browser program. HTTP protocol is ported into Linux and the micro web server program and port control program are installed on-board memory using CGI to be accessed by web browser, such as Internet Explore and Netscape. 8bit LED and DIP switches are connected to the processor port and the switch input status is monitored and the LED output is controlled from remote hosts vie internet. The result of the proposed embedded micro-web server can be used in automation systems, remote distributed control via internet using web browser.

  • 본 논문에서는 FPGA기반의 SoC보드(Xilinx Virtex-4 ML401 EVM)를 이용한 전력인버터제어시스템을 설계하였다. 선박에 전력시스템을 적용하기 위해서 선박의 최신 통신 프로토콜인 NMEA 2000 표준 프로토콜을 적용하였으며 전력 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 PC기반의 모니터링 프로그램을 제작하였다. 전력 제어시스템은 FPGA기반의 임베디드 SoC보드상에서 이중프로세서(Dualprocessor)형태로 설계하였으며 이중프로세서를 적용함으로써 실시간 제어 감시가 가능하다. 이중프로세서 중 하나는 전력 제어를 위한 PWM신호생성 및 전력 회로내의 주요 전력 파라미터를 센싱 하는 제어용 프로세서로 동작하며(Control processor) 다른 프로세서는 제어프로세서의 각종 전력 센서 파라미터와 제어 파라미터들을 이중포트 램(Dual Port RAM)을 이용하여 정보를 공유하고 외부 NMEA 2000프로토콜 기반의 모니터링 장치와 네트워크 기반의 통신을 수행하는 통신용 프로세서(Communication processor)로 구성된다. 본 논문에서 제작한 전력 제어시스템은 선박내의 분산발전,송배전 및 전압 레귤레이션 시스템에 적용 될 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we propose how to design a fire control system main control board for individual combat weapons using a small and low power processor. To design an electric board of small weapon systems, Size and power consumption are very important factors. We solved the problem using selection of an adaptive processor, introduction of MicroChipPackaging method, and separate design of a main board Also we applied these methods to make the fire control system for small arms.

  • In this paper, the Infant Incubator Consisting of amp lifer, A/D Convert, I/O Expand, Watchdog Timer, Alarm Circuit. Display, and mirco-Computer part was developed. The care of Premature new borns of the required that they be in an environment in which temperature is elevaled and Controlled, because they are unable to regulated their own temperature. The central and processing methods based on micro-processor employ the flexibility, and economy over other conventional system. The system characteristic were as follows 1) system based on micro-processor. 2) Easy-to read, touch-Operate control panel all displays and indicators 3) System flexibility.

  • 본 원고는 직류전원에서 사용하는 직류용 소형전동기(motor)로 전력용 반도체 제어소자인 Power Transistor, MOSFET를 이용하여 전동기(motor) 구동의 드라이브 회로를 구성하고 전동기 동작원리와 정 역회전의 회전방향 제어에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 그리고, 제동운전 및 펄스폭 변조(PWM)에 의해 가변되는 회전속도제어 방법에 대해 기술하여 직류용 전동기(motor)의 기본적인 원리를 이해함과 더불어 마이크로프로세서를 이용한 다양한 전동기(motor) 제어방법을 제시하였다.
