견의 저온염색에 관한 연구 II. 산성 Metal Complex 염료에 있어서의 저온염색 (Studies of Low Temperature Dyeing on Silk Fiber II. Low Temperature Dyeing of Silk Fiber with the Complex Dye)

  • 견의 저온염색용 조제(K-1)를 사용하여 염색시간, 염색온도, 조제의 농도에 따른 염색속도를 구하여 이 조제가 산성 metal complex 염료의 저온염색 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과를 용약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조제 첨가구가 무첨가구보다 높은 흡진율을 보였으며, 조제의 농도가 증가할수록 흡진율도 증가하였다. 2. 조제의 농도가 3% o.w.f. 이상에서는 망초 50% o.w.f. 첨가보다 높은 흡진율을 보였다. 3. 염료농도가 증가할수록 흡진율을 감소하였으나 조제 첨가구에서의 감소율은 적게 나타났다. 4. 승온 염색한 결과 조제의 첨가구는 높은 흡진율을 보였으나 무첨가구는 낮은 흡진율을 나타내었다.

  • We attempted to fabricate a dendrimer Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films containing 48 pyridinepropanol functional end group. As the pyridinepropanol functional group could form a complex structure with metal ions. In this study the samples for electrical measurement were fabricated to two types metal complexes with $Pt^{4+}$ ions by LB method. And we have investigated the surface activity at the air-water interface as well as the electrical properties for the monolayers of G4-48PyP dendrimer complex with metal ions($Pt^{4+}$ ions) by different method. In the surface pressure-area(${\pi}$-A) isotherms of the dendrimers, the stable condensed films formed at the air-water interface and the different method of metal complex showed the difference on molecular behavior. We have studied the electrical properties of the ultra thin dendrimer LB films investigated by the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of metal/dendrimer LB films/metal(MIM) structure. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that the metal ion around G4-48PyP dendrimer can contribute to make formation of network structure among dendrimers and it result from the change of electrical properties.

Development of Sleeve Parts for Continuous Hot Zinc Plating Roll Applied to Wear-Resistant Alloy Cast Steel

  • Metal casting is a process in which molten metal or liquid metal is poured into a mold made of sand, metal, or ceramic. The mold contains a cavity of the desired shape to form geometrically complex parts. The casting process is used to create complex shapes that are difficult to make using conventional manufacturing practices. For the optimal casting process design of sleeve parts, various analyses were performed in this study using commercial finite element analysis software. The simulation was focused on the behaviors of molten metal during the mold filling and solidification stages for the precision and sand casting products. This study developed high-life sleeve parts for the sink roll of continuous hot-dip galvanizing equipment by applying a wear-resistant alloy casting process.

  • Porous media containing complex fluid passage have especially large surface area per unit volume. This study is aimed to identify the heat transfer characteristics of high-porosity metal foams in a horizontal channel. Experiment is performed under various heat flux, velocity and pore density. Nusselt number decreases with higher pore density. Metal foams shows higher heat transfer coefficients than pin-fin structure with the same porosity. This is due to the more complex flow passage and larger heat transfer area based on the structure of the metal foams. The analysis on the pin-fin structure may not be suitable to the metal foam structure but should be identified extensively through further study.

  • The metal-ligand complex, [Ru(phen)$_2$(dppz)]^{2+}$ (phen = 1.10-phenanthroline, dppz = dipyrido[3.2-a:2', 3'-c]phenazine) (RuPD), was used as a spectroscopic probe for studying nucleic acid dynamics. The RuPD complex displays a long lifetime and a molecular light switch property upon DNA binding due to shielding of its dppz ligand from water. (omitted)

Bis(dithiobenzil) 금속 화합물의 합성 및 광안정성 (Synthesis of Bis(dithiobenzil) Metal Complex and Its Photostability)

  • 본 연구에서는 기능성 근적외선 흡수색소 및 광안정제로 사용되는 bis(dithiobenzil) 금속 화합물은 중간체인 benzoin 및 anisoin을 먼저 합성하고 이들을 전구체로 사용하여 합성하였다. 또한, bis(dithiobenzil) 금속 화합물의 광안정성 효과를 확인하기 위하여 전하발생재료인 squarylium을 합성하였다. 중간체 및 최종 생성물의 구조는 핵자기 공명 분석기와 적외선 분광기를 이용하여 확인하였고, 열적 특성은 시차열분석기 및 열중량분석기를 이용하여 분석하였다. 광학 특성과 광안정성 효과는 UV-Vis-NIR 분광기를 이용하여 측정 분석하였다. 합성한 bis(dithiobenzil) 금속 화합물은 근적외선 영역에서 우수한 흡광특성을 나타내었고, 치환기의 종류 및 위치에 따라 최대흡수파장이 이동하였다. 또한, squarylium에 bis(dithiobenzil) 금속 화합물을 첨가하면 squarylium의 광퇴색현상을 감소시켰다.

  • 본 연구에서는 3D-프린팅 적층 공정으로 제조한 인공관절용 CoCrMo 합금 소재의 HIP 처리를 포함한 복합열처리 후 소재의 인장특성, 내마모 특성 등의 기계적 특성과 결정구조 및 미세조직 등의 재료특성 변화를 고찰하였다. 내부마이크로 기공을 제거하기 위한 HIP 열처리와 금속탄화물 생성을 위한 상압열처리 및 금속탄화물의 균질화를 위한 용체화 열처리를 거치는 복합열처리 공정을 실시하여 인공관절 소재로서의 특성을 부여하고자 하였다. 3D-프린팅 적층 공정으로 제조한 인공관절용 CoCrMo 합금 소재의 복합열처리 효과는 HIP 공정중의 치밀화 과정, 상압열처리 중의 금속탄화물 생성 및 용체화 열처리 과정중의 금속탄화물의 균질화 효과임을 XRD, FE-SEM, EDS 분석으로 확인하였다.

Hydro/solvothermal synthesis, crystal structure, and thermal behaviour of piperazine-templated nickel(II) and cobalt(II) sulfates

  • Two piperazine-templated metal sulfate complexes, $(C_4N_2H_{12})[Ni(H_2O)_6](SO_4)_2$, I and ($C_4N_2H_{12}$) $[Co(H_2O)_6](SO_4)_2$, II, have been synthesized by hydro/solvothermal reactions and their crystal structures analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic system, $P2_1/n$ space group, a=12.920(3), b=10.616(2), $c=13.303(2){\AA}$, ${\beta}=114.09(1)^{\circ}$, Z=4, $R_1=0.030$ for 3683 reflections; II: monoclinic $P2_1/n$, a=12.906(3), b=10.711(2), $c=13.303(2){\AA}$, ${\beta}=114.10(2)^{\circ}$, Z=4, $R_1=0.032$ for 4010 reflections. The crystal structures of the piperazine-templated metal(II) sulfates demonstrate zero-dimensional compound constituted by diprotonated piperazine cations, metal(II) cations and sulfate anions. The structures of complex I and II are substantially isostructural to that of the previously reported our piperazine-templated copper(II) sulfate complex $(C_4N_2H_{12})[Cu(H_2O)_6](SO_4)_2$. The central metal(II) atoms are coordinated by six water molecules in the octahedral geometry. The crystal structures are stabilized by three-dimensional networks of the $O_{water}-H{\cdots}O_{sulfate}$ and $N_{pip}-H{\cdots}O_{sulfate}$ hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and sulfate anions and protonated piperazine cations. Based on the results of thermal analysis, the thermal decomposition reactions of the complex I was analyzed to have three distinctive stages whereas the complex II proceed through several stages.

  • This study explores the solution of a variety of conditions of the natural dyeing with the Mulberry. To obtain this, the Cu complex compound was added into the extracts. The Mulberry extract was added the Copper acetate to obtain the Black sediment the metal complex compound of anthocyanidin. According to the result of using the complex compound of the solid material, the dyeing properties were excellent. The metal complex compound acted as a mordant, thus it reduced the process of mordanting in the natural dying.
