본 연구는 인터넷쇼핑몰을 대상으로 그래픽, 컬러, 메뉴 및 링크 등 웹사이트의 디자인 환경이 소비자의 감정과 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 또한 감정과 만족 및 재구매의도 간의 관계를 확인하고 설명하였다. 본 연구의 설문은 인터넷쇼핑몰을 방문하여 검색하였거나 구매한 경험을 가진 소비자를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 제기된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 웹사이트의 디자인 환경요인 중 메뉴와 링크는 소비자의 감정에 긍정적인 영향을 주었지만, 그래픽 및 컬러는 감정 및 만족에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 못하였다. 또한 감정은 만족과 재구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치었고, 만족 역시 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

In this study, we proposed the social map system prototype for intelligent crime prevention. For developing the social map system prototype, functional requirements were derived through the analysis of related cases and preceding studies. Derived requirements are providing a variety of map-based safety information, using crowdsourcing data such as SNS, connecting to intelligent CCTV. To satisfy these requirements, the prototype is developed with four main menus: the integrated search menu including social media data, the safety map menu providing a variety of safety and danger information, the community map menu to collect safety and danger information from users, and the CCTV menu providing the link to intelligent CCTV. The social map for intelligent crime prevention in this study is expected to greatly enhance the safety of local community with the provision of prompt response to risk information, safe route, etc. through actual service and user participation.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사용자인터페이스의 이해용이성에 따라 전자자료이용에 변화가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 사용자인터페이스의 이해용이성을 '메뉴명칭의 명확성과 메뉴배열구조의 논리성'으로 정의하고 기존의 덕성여자대학 도서관 인터페이스의 문제점을 분석하여 개선안을 제안하였다. 인터페이스 개선안을 전자도서관에 탑재한 후 인터페이스 수정전후의 전자자료 이용률의 변화가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 사용자인터페이스상의 메뉴명칭을 이해하기 쉬운 명칭으로 변경하고 메뉴배열 순서를 논리적으로 재구성하여 제공했을 때 동 메뉴사용이 급격한 증가를 보였다. 메뉴명칭과 배열순서의 변경전후 사용자인터페이스 이용률을 비교해 보았을 때 67.9%의 이용률 급증현상을 보였다. 이는 통계적으로 의미 있는 변화였다(<.0001).

본 연구의 목적은 웹드라마가 사용하고 있는 온라인 동영상 플랫폼들을 대상으로 접근단계 분석과 광고 노출빈도 측정을 통해, 동영상 플랫폼의 사용성을 개선하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 웹드라마 시장의 점유율을 확인하고 접근단계와 광고회피를 바탕으로 채널간의 비교를 실시하였다. 그 결과 최신 콘텐츠에 대한 접근단계는 2~3단계이며 접근단계로 인하여 사용성이 낮아지지 않았다. 하지만 메인페이지나 검색결과에 노출되지 않아 디렉토리 검색이 필요한 경우 5~6단계의 접근단계가 필요하였다. 광고는 모든 플랫폼에서 2개 이상의 이미지광고가 표시되며, 유튜브와 네이버tv는 동영상 플레이어 내부에서 영상시작 전 프리롤(Pre-roll) 광고를 표시하는 것을 확인했다. 위와 같은 동영상 플랫폼 정보구조 상에서 디렉토리 검색을 하는 경우 높은 접근단계와 많은 광고노출로 사용자의 이탈률이 증가하고, 재방문 빈도가 낮아질 것으로 예상된다. 이를 개선하기 위해 드롭다운(Drop-Down) 메뉴를 활용하여 접근단계를 줄이는 정보구조 개선 프로토타입을 제안한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관에서 제공하는 전자게시판 중 자유게시판, Q＆A, FAQ, 참고질의 응답의 4가지 유형의 참고서비스를 대상으로 게재되는 질문의 유형과 내용을 분석함으로써 서비스 유형별 특성을 조사하고 이용자의 정보요구를 파악하였다. 분석한 결과, 4가지 서비스의 유형에 따라 질문유형별 차이를 발견하지 못하였다. 모든 서비스에서 안내형 질문이 가장 많았으며, 주제형 질문은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 토대로 4가지 유형별 서비스에 대한 발전방안을 제시하였다: 서비스 유형에 대한 메뉴명칭의 표준화, 서비스 접근이 용이한 메뉴 배치, 각 서비스에 적합한 성격 명시, 내용검색기능과 응답기능을 첨가하는 구조개선, 질문작성 양식의 제안, 전자참고서비스의 전담부서 및 전담자배치, 정책마련, 홍보강화를 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 국내 11개 국외 5개의 법학도서관 웹사이트 내비게이션 시스템을 전역, 지역, 문맥, 지원 내비게이션으로 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과 전역 내비게이션은 일관된 내비게이션을 제공해야 하며, 핵심지역과 기능에 바로 접근할 수 있어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역 내비게이션의 Quick Link는 스크롤바의 이동이 가능하도록 제공할 필요가 있었다. 문맥 내비게이션의 메뉴의 수와 링크 유형은 가급적 적은 수를 제공해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지원 내비게이션의 사이트맵과 사이트색인은 웹사이트의 콘텐트의 양에 따라 알맞게 제공해야 하며, 누락된 링크가 없어야 하며 제공내용이 충실해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 대학 웹진 현황을 토대로 웹진의 목적과 어떤 기능을 담당하는지 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 측면에서 다루고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹진의 내용적 측면과 사용자 중심의 콘텐츠 구성과 컬러 및 내비게이션 디자인 측면에서 조사해 보았다. 조사를 통해, 향후 효과적인 대학 웹진 제작을 위해 사용자와 제작자가 어떤 점에 유의하고 참고하여 디자인해야하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 웹진 제작자와 사용자의 상호 적극적인 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하고 공감하기 위해 웹진이 주요한 기능을 하고 있는지 조사를 통해 알 수 있었으며, 웹진의 이런 특성을 살려 제작한 대학들은 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 측면에서도 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

This paper presents a CATV SMS (Status Monitoring System) using HDLC (High Level Data Link Contorl) protocol and the system implementation.The system specifications were derived from the analysis of technical status and requirement of the domestic CATV industry. For the interoperability with a global network management system in the future, HDLC protocol was adopted in the system. The system performance was improved by using the communication controller chip and the large data buffer. For reducting the communication problems induced by accumulated noise in up-stream data channels, the system was designed that the different communication channel can be assigned to each proper mass of terminal. The operating software was designed with menu driven user interface and have various functions for the convenience of users. The test result of the implemented system at the experimental network showed good performance and suitability for a coaxial CATV Status Monitoring System.

Purpose: This study was performed to develop the electronic textbook (CD-rom title) about preclinical practice of oral and maxillofacial radiology, using multimedia technology with interactive environment. Materials and Methods: After comparing the three authoring methods of multimedia, i.e. programming language, multimedia authoring tool and web authoring tool, we determined the web authoring tool as an authoring method of our electronic textbook. Intel Pentium II 350 MHz IBM-compatible personal computer with 128 Megabyte RAM, Umax Powerlook flatbed scanner with transparency unit, Olympus Camedia l400L digital camera, ESS 1686 sound card, Sony 8 mm Handycam, PC Vision 97 pro capture board, Namo web editor 3.0, Photoshop 3.0, ThumbNailer, RealPlayer 7 basic and RealProducer G2 were used for creating the text document, diagram, figure, X-ray image, video and sound files. We made use of javascripts for tree menu structure, moving text bar, link button and spread list menu and image map etc. After creating all files and hyperlinking them, we burned out the CD-rom title with all of the above multimedia data, Netscape communicator and plug in program as a prototype. Results and Conclusions : We developed the dental radiology electronic textbook which has 9 chapters and consists of 155 text documents, 26 figures, 150 X-ray image files, 20 video files, 20 sound files and 50 questions with answers. We expect that this CD-rom title can be used at the intranet and internet environments and continuous updates will be performed easily.

The purpose of this study was to investigate food service management system and nutrition education of the early childhood education institute in Yongdungpo, Seoul. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 26 public early childhood education institute and 34 private ones. A majority of the teachers were women over 40 with at least bachelor's degree. Other than the fact that food service provides food to the children, it contributed in providing the essential nutrients to the children, as well as giving them the opportunity to learn table manners. A normal food service would provide one set of lunch and two sets of snacks, which would be provided by the institute itself. In most cases, the director or teachers planned the menus instead of dietitians. Journals, cookbooks, and other information put out by mass communication, such as TV and newspapers, were used as reference to those menus. The factors considered in planning the menus were mainly nutritional balance and the children's food preference. The difficulties in meal management were about the budget and nutritional menu planning. Fifty five percent of the subjects were did nutrition education, and they focused mainly on the table manners and hygiene education but once a year. The difficulties and complaints in execution nutrition education at the institutes were lack of nutritional knowledge, personal shortage, and excessive work. The institutes were urgently requesting for menu provisions from local Public Health Clinics. As a recommendation from the results of this study, food service management and nutrition related subjects should be more enforced into the nursery teacher training curriculum. Also, it is necessary to provide nutrition education to teachers, and as a link, the need to develop a manual for nutrition education has become urgent.
