Seven kinds of most representative photorefractive crystals expected to contribute to the realization of the volume holographic storage were reviewed The growth conditions and problems for highly homogeneous optical qualities of the following crystals depending on the growth methods were discussed;(1) $LiNbO_3$ and $Bi_2SiO_{20}$ by Czochralski method (2) $Bi_{12}TiO_{20}$, $KNbO_3$ and $BaTiO_3$ by top seeded solution growth and (3) $(Sr_{1-x}Ba_{x})Nb_{2}O_{6}$ and $(K_{1-y}Na_y)_{2A-2}(Sr_{1-x}Ba_x)_{2-A}Nb_2O_6$ by Stepanov method, And then the figure of merits for the estimation of phororefractive materials on performances, such as $Q_1$, $Q_2$ and sensitivity, were discussed.

Cultural tourism product that has its theme of Taekwondo which is the representative traditional martial arts of Korea possessing over 50 million people doing Taekwondo worldwide has high marketability and usefulness. By this, the researcher is trying to implement design development expecting transition to new perception on the cultural product by qualitative growth of productivity quality, popularization of crafted products, comsumer oriented product development by deciding cultural product production fit for Taekwondo concept based on the participation of tourism activity of Taekwondo institute by visitors and tourists of Taekwondo institute. Firstly, storybook containing spirit and story of Taekwondo, secondly general rack for pencils or candles, thirdly mini memo in universal price which is practical and sophisticated. With the perception of necessity and possibility to use Taekwondo-related cultural tourist product, by aggressively using the product as the souvenir of Muju Taekwondo institute to promote Taekwondo, we hope that the product will help to create value, which differs from existing cultural tourist products.

In this paper, we constructed the Littman type and fixed Littrow type tunable external-cavity diode laser systems. The laser output, which is the 0th-order diffracted beam from the diffraction grating in an external cavity, was the single longitudinal mode. Its FWHM was measured as less than 9MHz. With the diode driving current of 140mA and operating temperature of $25^{\circ}C$, the coarse tuning range of 5.375nm was measured for the Littman type, and of 13.65nm was measured for the fixed Littrow type. A fine tuning experiment in which an external mirror was rotated by a PZT driven by a sawtooth wave was performed, and its tuning range of 0.042nm was measured for both types. The fixed Littrow type tunable external-cavity diode laser system was an improvement on the conventional Littrow type tunable laser system in which the output direction varies due to the grating embedded in the mirror plate.

The proteins of the race horse erythrocyte membrane were analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS-PAGE), and their relations to the fast erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) of the race horse were investigated. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate of race horse were very fast compared with the human one(33 times <$90^{\circ}-plastic-ESR/30m$> and 25 times <$90^{\circ}-micro-ESR/30m$> as fast as the human one) are reported previously. Although the general protein profiles of the race horse erythrocyte membranes were almost similar to that of human, band 3 content was showing higher in race horse (34.7%) than in human (25.3%). The glycoprotein profiles of the race horse erythrocyte membranes revealed by periodic acid Schiff's(PAS) stain showed a marked difference from that of human. The PAS-1(glycophorin) and PAS-2(sialoglycoprotein) present in human erythrocyte memo brane were almost absent from the Holstein and race horse erythrocyte membranes, but PAS-2 was more in only race horse from that of human. Instead, the bovine erythrocyte membranes showed a strong PAS-B near the origin of the electrophorograms and the race horse erythrocyte membranes showed a strong PAS-negative band near the end of the electrophorograms, which is named as PAS-E in this study. These results suggest that the fast sedimentation rate of race horse erythrocyte is due in part to the presence of more band 3 protein fraction and PAS-E glycoproteins in the race horse erythrocytes.

In recent years, a large amount of music content is distributed in the Internet environment. In order to retrieve the music content effectively that user want, various studies have been carried out. Especially, it is also actively developing music recommendation system combining emotion model with MIR(Music Information Retrieval) studies. However, in these studies, there are several drawbacks. First, structure of emotion model that was used is simple. Second, because the emotion model has not designed for Korean language, there is limit to process the semantic of emotional words expressed with Korean. In this paper, through extending the existing emotion model, we propose a new emotion model KOREM(KORean Emotional Model) based on Korean. And also, we design and implement ontology using emotion model proposed. Through them, sorting, storage and retrieval of music content described with various emotional expression are available.

The Project of Jordan Research and Training Reactor (JRTR) officially launched in Aug. 2010. JRTR is the first made-in-Korea nuclear system to be built abroad by year 2015, and Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) is responsible for the design of major systems including the reactor core. While the PDCS (Project Document Control System) being operated by EPC company controls all the documents of the whole Project, KAERI is supposed to have its own system for KAERI documents. Meeting such a need; KAERI has implemented a document control for the JRTR Project into already existing ANSIM (KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system. The documents of JRTR project to be controlled are defined in the PPM (Project Procedures Manual), QAP (Quality Assurance Procedure) and PEP (Project Execution Program). The ANSIM consists of the document management holder, document container holder and organization management holder. The document management holder, which is the most important part of ANSIM-JRTR, consists of the DDA (Document Distribution for Agreement), IOC (Inter-office Correspondence), PM Memo. (Project Manager Memorandum) and cover sheets of design documents. Other materials such as meeting minutes, sub-department materials and design information materials are stored in an independent COP (Community of Practice). This established computerized document control system, ANSIM, could lessen a burden for project management team and enhance the productivity as well.

Vinylbenzyl triphenyl phosphonium chloride (VTPC) was prepared for the humid membrane. The humidity sensitive memo)lane was composed of copolymers, which have differnet content of VTPC and styrene (VTPC : ST=1 : 0.7 : 3, 5 : 5, 3 : 7). The changes in electrical properties of copolymers with relative humidity were measured. It was found that the impedance decreased with an increase of the content of VTPC in the humid membrane, and the Impedance also decreased with an increase of thickness of humid membrane. The copolymer derived from same equip of VTPC and ST showed 12M$\Omega$-100M$\Omega$ at 70%RH-90%RH, which was required for the current humidity sensor operating at high humidity or dew point. The temperature dependence coefficient at a temperature range 15$^{\circ}C$∼35$^{\circ}C$ was found to be -0.5%RH/$^{\circ}C$ and the hysterisis fabled within the range ${\pm}$2%RH. The response time was found to be 40seconds for varing relative humidity from 75% RH to 95%RH and vice versa.

NEMO basic support is a solution that provides network mobility in the Internet topology. Yet, when multiple mobile networks are nested, this basic solution suffers ken pinball-routing and a severe routing overhead. Therefore, several solutions for route optimization in a nested mobile network have already been suggested by the IETF NEMO WG. However, the current paper proposes Regional Information-based Route Optimization (RIRO) in which mobile routers maintain a Nested Router List (NRL) to obtain next-hop information, and packets are transmitted with a new routing header called an RIRO Routing Header (RIRO-RH). We showed that RIRO had the minimum packet overhead that remained constant, irrespective of how deep the mobile network was nested, in comparison with two earlier proposed schemes - Reverse Routing Header (RRH) and Bi-directional tunnel between HA and Top-Level mobile router (BHT).

This research aims to develop cultural products for professional sales after producing creative products utilizing dinosaur characters, which are the representative exhibited item of dinosaur-centered museum. There are seven museums in Korea whose theme is dinosaur. There are three dinosaur museums among them, Goseong Dinosaur Museum at Kyungnam, Mokpo Natural History Museum, and Seodaemun Museum of Natural History. While inspecting cultural products within the museum shops of these three museums, general products occupy more than 80% of all the products rather than products related to dinosaurs, and has a problem that most products are decorative ones. This resulted from that enterprises supplying these products are not professional ones and are irrelevent to cultural industry; as result, purpose of conveying culture through products is lost. This research develops dinosaur characters utilizing computer 3D techniques in order to imbue unique characteristics to dinosaur museums and informing cultural speciality of our country. In addition, this research presented design method of cultural products by grafting traditional symbols onto these characters, and actually produced 11 items of 5 kinds: toys(dolls), clothes(T-shirts, pajamas, socks), stationery(notebooks, memo), accessaries (bags, umbrellas, handkerchief), and others(cups). On the items above, dinosaur characters are variously utilized in form of printing, embroidery, and stickers by using computer 3D technique. A cultural product is a tangible form which could show variety of cultural characteristics of our nation that could spread the culture through the consumers, and such type of purchasing could increase values of cultural industry by creating economic profits; such points are the significance of this study.

Objectives : Computer-based test (CBT) will be introduced in the national examination of Korean medicine doctors from 2023. This study was aimed to provide some information, including prior considerations, to those preparing for CBT, by presenting a summary of the survey results from participants in a CBT simulation test. Methods : In December 2020, applicants from the graduating class of the college of Korean medicine from four universities participated in the simulation test for CBT. An online anonymous survey on the applicants' preference for CBT versus paper-based tests (PBT) was conducted. The questionnaire consisted of multiple-choice questions on a 5-point Likert scale and free-form questions. Results : A total of 176 students responded to the survey. Their response to CBT was generally positive. The item with the highest agreement was that it should provide a sufficient opportunity to experience CBT in the undergraduate exam (4.38±0.839). Concerns about the possibility of cheating or poor concentration were also detected. In addition to guaranteeing the stability of the CBT system, there were many comments expressing the need to supplement functions within the CBT system, including the memo or highlighter function. Conclusions : This study confirmed the feasibility of CBT including multimedia questions in the field of Korean medicine education and identified overall positive responses from those who experienced the CBT simulation test. Although time is short and there is so much to prepare, we hope this will be a leap forward for effective educational innovation in line with the changing environment of the health care education field.
