  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of QUMR to job attitude and job performance from a industrial relations management point of view. Concretely, it is confirmed whether there are effects of QUMR to organizational commitment, turnover intention and job performance of employee and whether there is a moderating effect of union membership status between QUMR and organizational commitment, QUMR and turnover intention, QUMR and job performance of employee. As a result of this study, firstly, there is a positive effect of QUMR to organizational commitment. Secondly, QUMR effects to turnover intention negatively. Thirdly, QUMR effects to job performance positively. Lastly, there is no moderating effect according to union membership status. On the basis of these study results, I suggested alternatives of business strategy for effective industrial relations management.

  • Many organizations facilitate a host of online knowledge sharing communities to assist internal knowledge sharing and operation. The permeable boundaries and voluntary structures of online communities allow individuals to span community boundaries and affect member resources and structures. Although much research has been done on members' knowledge contribution in online communities, relatively little is known about how a member's contribution to a community is shaped by the cross-level interactions of member's external boundary spanning and the community's environmental scanning or membership fluidity. Drawing from the theoretical lens of boundary spanning and the external view of online communities, we take a multi-level approach in the analysis of the activities of 1,992 members of 126 communities internal to a global company. We find that a member's external boundary spanning activity (e.g., external knowledge acquisition via reading posts) has a positive effect, though at a decreasing rate, on subsequent internal knowledge contribution (e.g., posting replies in the member's home community). This positive effect is stronger in communities that are more active in environmental scanning or have fluid membership and weaker in communities that are less active in environmental scanning or have stable membership.

  • Paid membership is a useful marketing method that can acquire long-term customers. This study benchmarked representative overseas memberships, Amazon Prime, Alibaba 88 Membership, and Rakuten Super Point, so that domestic shopping platform companies can refer to launch the paid membership. The membership services have in common: economic benefits, convenient experiences, and discriminatory treatment. Domestic companies should set the core customer value they want to deliver to consumers and organize the benefits so that paid membership can be operated from a long-term perspective. This study has a high practical contribution and it is necessary to conduct an empirical analysis of experts and a customer user survey in the future.

  • This paper examines internet shopping mall members' relationship quality and its antecedents variables. For this purpose, five types of membership customers' perceived variables, including convenience, product assortment, product information, shopping mall design, and service quality are proposed to affect customer satisfaction and consequently relationship quality. This study, which used data from customers of membership internet shopping malls, showed satisfactory data-fit to the proposed model and except product information hypothesis, supported all of research hypotheses. Also four types of membership customers' perceived variables(convenience, product assortment, shopping mall design, and service quality) take significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the satisfaction in turn have influence on relationship quality.

  • Feature selection is the technique to improve the classification performance by using a minimal set by removing features that are not related with each other and characterized by redundancy. This study proposed new feature selection using the distance between the center of gravity of the bounded sum of weighted fuzzy membership functions (BSWFMs) provided by the neural network with weighted fuzzy membership functions (NEWFM) in order to improve the classification performance. The distance-based feature selection selects the minimum features by removing the worst features with the shortest distance between the center of gravity of BSWFMs from the 24 initial features one by one, and then 22 minimum features are selected with the highest performance result. The proposed methodology shows that sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy are 97.7%, 99.7%, and 98.7% with 22 minimum features, respectively.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify school adjustment groups by applying a Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) and to investigate the effects of children's emotional problems and study habits on determining the membership of these groups. LPA and multiple logistic regression were conducted using the data of 2,200 third-graders from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study. The results are listed as follows. First, four school adjustment groups were identified: adjustment, approach to adjustment, maladjustment risk, and maladjustment group. Second, accomplishment value and mastery goal orientation were relatively strong predictors of membership of the school adjustment groups. Time management was also a significant variable that predicted the membership of maladjustment or the maladjustment-risk group. Third, attention problems and depression were the most consistent predictors of membership of maladjustment or the maladjustment-risk group. Physical symptoms and social withdrawal were also significant. Based on the results, implications for intervention to promote early school adjustment were discussed.

  • A fuzzy traffic controller with the control rules and the membership functions generated by using genetic algorithm is presented for crossroad management. Conventional fuzzy traffic controllers use control rules and membership functions generated by human operators. However, this approach does not guarantee the optimal solution to design fuzzy control system. Genetic algorithm is a good solution for an optimal problem requiring domain-specific knowledge that is often heuristic. In this paper, we use genetic algorithms to automatically determine the near optimal rules and their membership functions of fuzzy traffic controllers. The effectiveness of our method was shown through simulation of crossroad network.

  • The research regarding the important attribute which gives an effect to golf club membership purchase. 1990's as the golf boom as percentage shows the rapid increase of the golf course visitor and it grows, from 2001 are passing over ten million people golf course visitors. When purchasing golf club membership, it is important from the research which it sees the attributes which it thinks probably are what, it grasped and the scope of research did Seoul and the metropolitan area golf user in the object and it executed an empirical.analysis. In order to raise the reality and a reliability of research also it executed the collection and a Question investigation and a empirical analysis of various statistical data. The result of research a frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and a correspondence analysis used the SPSS/PC+ 10.0 which and is a statistics package program. The results show that four dimensions of image were derived from 14 important attributes, using a factor analysis. A correspondence analysis indicates that statistically significant relationships existed between some of Golf club membership factors with respect to the demographic variables of income and Golf frequency. A multiple regression analyses also indicate that most of Golf club membership factors had great impacts on visitors' recommend.
