쇼핑 플랫폼의 유료 멤버십 개발을 위한 제언: Amazon, Alibaba, Rakuten 멤버십 벤치마킹 사례 연구 (Suggestion of developing a subscription on e-commerce platform: Case study of Amazon, Alibaba, Rakuten)

  • 유료 멤버십은 지속적 거래를 통해 장기 고객을 확보할 수 있는 유용한 마케팅 방법이다. 본 연구는 국내 쇼핑 플랫폼 기업들이 신규로 유료 멤버십을 출시하거나, 운영중인 멤버십을 개선하고자 할 때 참고할 수 있도록, 해외의 대표적 멤버십인 Amazon Prime, Alibaba 88 멤버십, Rakuten Super Point를 벤치마킹하였다. 3가지 멤버십 서비스의 공통점은 경제적 이익, 편리한 경험, 차별적 대우 제공이었으며, 이커머스를 넘어서 소비 생활 전반을 장악한 거대 서비스 기업이 되었다는 점이 특징이었다. 국내 기업은 3가지 공통점 외에 소비자에게 전달하고자 하는 핵심 고객 가치를 정하고 장기적 관점에서 유료 멤버십이 운영될 수 있도록 혜택을 구성해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 실무적 관점의 기여도가 높은 연구로, 추후 유료 멤버십 전문가 대상의 실증분석 및 고객 사용자 조사가 필요하다.

퍼지 신경망에 의한 퍼지 회귀분석 (Fuzzy Regression Analysis Using Fuzzy Neural Networks)

  • This paper propose a fuzzy regression method using fuzzy neural networks when a membership value is attached to each input-output pair. First, a method of linear fuzzy regression analysis is described by interpreting the reliability of each input-output pair as its membership values. Next, an architecture of fuzzy neural networks with fuzzy weights and fuzzy biases is shown. The fuzzy neural network maps a crisp input vector to a fuzzy output. A cost function is defined using the fuzzy output from the fuzzy neural network and the corresponding target output with a membership value. A learning algorithm is derived from the cost function. The derived learning algorithm trains the fuzzy neural network so that the level set of the fuzzy output includes the target output. Last, the proposed method is illustrated by computer simulations on numerical examples.

외식업체의 어린이 대상 판매촉진 유형별 고객유인효과 분석 (Customer Attraction Effects of Restaurant Promotion for Kids)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze customer attraction effects of restaurant promotion for kids. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 parents who have children under 12 years old and a total of 269 questionnaires were collected and used in analysis(usage rate 90.0%). The data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for descriptive analysis and paired t-test. The major results were as follows; First, customers mainly got information on coupon from mail. In case of premium and membership, the information was obtained when customers were visiting restaurants. Second, among the types of promotion for kids, coupon was mostly preferred by customers. 'Discount coupon' for the coupon, 'free gift' for the premium and 'pay-back' program for the membership were more preferable than other types of kids promotion. Third, A 'discount coupon' was more effective than 'free coupon'(p<.0l) in term of customer inducement. In case of premium, 'free gift' was more effective than 'lottery'(p<.05) and in case of membership, the customer attraction effect was not significantly different according to the types of membership. In case of coupon and membership, it was more effective in family restaurant than fastfood restaurant(p<.05), but the effect of premium was not significantly different in family vs fastfood restaurant. The results of the study revealed that 'coupon' was the most preferred type of promotion for kids and specifically customers preferred 'discount coupon', 'free gift' and 'pay-back program'.

  • This paper presents a fuzzy optimum design of axisymmetrically loaded thin shells of revolution. This paper consists of two parts, namely: an elastic analysis using the new curved element for finite element analysis developed in this study for axisymmetrically loaded thin shells of revolution, and the volume optimization on the basis of results evaluated from the elastic analysis. The curved element to meridian direction is used to develop the computer program. The results obtained from the computer program are compared by exact solution of each analytic example. The fuzzy optimizations of thin shells of revolution are done using [Model 2] which is in the form of a conventional crisp objective function and constraints with non-membership function, and nonlinear optimum GINO (General Interactive Optimizer) programming. In this paper, design examples show that the fuzzy optimum designs of the steel water tank and the steel dome roof could provide significant cost savings.

Gradient Descent 알고리즘을 이용한 퍼지제어기의 멤버십함수 동조 방법 (Tuning Method of the Membership Function for FLC using a Gradient Descent Algorithm)

  • 본 연구에서는 gradient descent 알고리즘을 퍼지제어기의 동조를 위해 멤버십함수의 폭을 해석하는데 이용하였으며 이 해석은 퍼지 제어규칙의 전건부와 후건부 퍼지변수들을 변화시켜 보다 개선된 제어 효과를 얻기 위해 사용된다. 이 방법은 제어기의 파라미터들이 gradient descent 알고리즘의 반복 과정에서 제어변수를 선택하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 궤환 목표치 제어를 위해 7개의 멤버십함수와 49개의 규칙 그리고 2개의 입력과 1개의 출력을 갖는 FLC을 사용하였다. 추론은 Min-Max 합성법을 이용하였고 멤버십함수는 13개의 양자화 레벨에 대한 삼각 형태를 채택하였다.

TPM에서 퍼지 OEE 모형의 개발 및 분석 (Development and Analysis of Fuzzy Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in TPM)

  • This paper introduces the method to develop two main types of the fuzzy OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) models via triangular membership function for measuring uncertainty. The fuzzy OEE includes model type 1 and model type 2. The model type 1 is used when the theoretical machine speed only reflects the time loss whereas model type 2 is used when the actual machine speed reflects both time and speed loss. Model type 2 has shown to perform a lower availability rate and a higher performance rate compared to model type 1. In addition, the fuzzy UPH (Unit Per Hour) which is derived from using the fuzzy OEE is presented to satisfy demand uncertainty. The fuzzy UPH can easily measure the fuzzy tact time and cycle time by reciprocating itself. Finally, this study demonstrates the fuzzy OEE models using IVIFS (Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set) based on the characterization via membership function, non-membership function and hesitant function. For the purpose of analyzing the fuzzy system OEE, the OEE for each machine of plant structure is considered triangular interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number. Regardless of plant structure, the validity degree of fuzzy membership function of system OEE decreases when the number of machine with worst value of the validity degree increases. Corresponding examples are presented in this paper for practitioner to understand the applicability and practicability of the proposed fuzzy OEE methods.

  • ZigBee는 WBAN이나 스마트 그리드를 위한 차세대 표준 인프라로 인정받는 무선네트워크 통신프로토콜이다. 보안은 몇몇의 ZigBee 어플리케이션에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 특히, ZigBee안에서 멤버가 가입이나 탈퇴를 하는 상황에서는 엄격한 멤버관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서, 우리는 현재 ZigBee에서 사용 중인 탈퇴 과정의 보안 취약점에 대하여 조사하고, 문제 해결을 위한 새로운 보안 스키마를 제시하고 그것의 보안능력 및 성능을 분석한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기본적인 로미오와 줄리엣의 사랑모델을 기반으로 외력을 가진 사랑 모델에서 외력을 사람의 인식에 기반한 모델을 만들기 위해 퍼지의 삼각 소속 함수를 제시한다. 또한 이 소속 함수를 외력으로 사용한 후 여기에서 나오는 거동 현상을 시계열과 위상 공간으로 나타내고, 비선형 특성이 존재하는지를 확인한다.

Similarity Measure Construction for Non-Convex Fuzzy Membership Function

  • The similarity measure is constructed for non-convex fuzzy membership function using well known Hamming distance measure. Comparison with convex fuzzy membership function is carried out, furthermore characteristic analysis for non-convex function are also illustrated. Proposed similarity measure is proved and the usefulness is verified through example. In example, usefulness of proposed similarity is pointed out.

  • Fuzzy c-means method is typical soft clustering, and requires a degree of membership that indicates the degree of belonging to each cluster at the time of clustering. Parameter values greater than 1 and less than 2 have been used by convention. According to the proposed data-generation scheme and the simulation results, some behaviors in the degree of "fuzziness" was derived.
